I drew shindou close to the viewer bc he fell victim to it too but it’s not as egregious as tenma It still feels a bit off though… just like the areori ones before them. Praying some modder out there does us a solid eventually please I can’t look at pale endou

interesting detail i noticed that probably nobody else actually cares about: in two chrono stone games trailers where saru's first appearance is shown, he has two ampoules on his arm instead of the captain band he ends up wearing in the games cutscene

all the other chrono stone trailers do not have this scene - and from what i could find, not even the european ones show it so is really just there!

also, in the anime he doesn't wear anything at all, so im guessing that at some point they simply changed their ideas about his game appearance?? or maybe they used a different/unused version of that cutscene???who knows but it's interesting imho!

the mdzs manga announcement is a double edged sword bc on one hand i'm so so so so hyped to have a comic-style adaptation that isn't the manhua bc i'm. allergic to the webtoon-esque vertical scroll style + prefer b&w comics to colored ones stylistically. and also japanese manga means maybe japanese anime adaptation which means even more mdzs figures bc the jp figure companies will finally be forced to acknowledge it exists which means maybe we'll get more of characters who aren't wangxian please i beg of you i want lsz at the very least. on the other hand it's big news for the people who watched the jp dub of the donghua w english subs and i absolutely resent that.
