FIG Ad-hoc Rules for the Participation of Russian/Belarussian Athletes

No association with military, police (including clubs). No support for the war going back to the start of the war (including social media). No social media with symbols of Russia/Belarus. Breaking neutrality conditions will result in your results being nullified even after the fact (no taking your medal to a photo op with Putin for example).

No flags in the venue (including "historic") ones held by spectators. No references to Russia/Belarus in music (which must be approved by FIG). Leotards will be solid light blue (and white pants for MAGs). The also must be approved by FIG. RG apparatus must be solid white.

No teams of any sort (two Individual Neutral Athletes can no combine their scores in any form).

FIG will do nothing if the host country denies a visa.
