omg??? apparently this is what happens to daphne if you don't save sebastian on his trip to melve. insane! after finishing her quest for the first time (with saving sebastian), i was bummed i couldn't like, help daphne's situation further, she just goes back to her usual life at the slums. which i mean yeah i guess that's how real life is, things just don't change for the better in an instant. but now i'm glad things stayed that way because her staying in the manor and having to continue pretending that she's her brother hints at daphne leading a worse life in the future than if she had stay at the slums 😦

#dragon's dogma 2 #dd2 #in my second run i thought giving a panacea to sebastian would help him but no the panacea is useless #i'm glad i was able to rescue him in the end and not have to see the bad ending for myself!!#ALSO apparently you can hire the doctor at the checkpoint town after you rat out the murderous nun #damn i love the sidequests in the game #i know people have their fair criticisms of them but #at least they actually do make you care about the NPCs #i did the one with gregor and his wife today #which i completely missed on my first run #and lol now i understand what people were talking about a wife poisoning someone #junk
