So I was thinking about (or rather, saw in my phone gallery, then started thinking about again) the "here's the life I've always longed for" dog art piece.

And it's often shown with another follow up piece, to cheer people up.

But I wanted to know- did the artist draw this follow up? If they did, did they do so immediately, or years down the line. Morbid curiosity, basically.

Anna Haifisch did not draw this follow up. It's actually uncredited fanart, being reposted. And it's also missing the first two panels.

Which is a little sad to know, honestly. Sad that someone's work has been falsely attributed for a while. And god knows I thought it was part and parcel with the original until I got curious.

I take immense schadenfreude in Elon Musk spending $25 million to try to influence an election in Wisconsin only for the candidate he was backing to lose by a larger margin than was predicted before Musk got into the race. Like how tf do you dump that much money into a state supreme court election and get not only nothing out of it but LESS than nothing. That's a truly impressive level of failure. I'm watching Elon become the most hated man in America like the Sickos yes hahaha yes comic
