reasons I could have stated about why my favorite character is the best: awesome powers with really unique and clever execution, badass appearance, complex integration into the narrative (starts off as kind of a morally ambiguous antagonist but his past interweaves into a giant plot twist that makes a good story into a great one), ambitious disability rep done really well imo, does a ton of cool shit in the end game that was just really makes you respect him, has some neat character interaction (echoes, foils, conflicts, etc.), etc.

what I say: dude's got wicked bad executive function disorder... uh, also he's badass and cool!
