[You slowly stir back awake a couple hours later, groggy and weak. You find the strength to lift yourself up, realizing you were still lying with Nille, who had remained in her soft slumber. Her face holding that soft smile she often sported. You're shaken out of your love struck stare as you notice the dark stains across her clothing, looking back down at yourself to see it having drenched your own clothing as well... at least that horrible shade had faded away.]

[You carefully climb out of bed, trying your best not to disturb Nille. You undress from your soiled outfit, cleaning your face and neck as well. The bandages covering your chest were soaked through as well, slowly peeling them off one strip at a time, revealing that caved in scar across your chest again, just staring for a moment as the nightmare flashed in your mind once again. Seeing your own face twisted into a horrid mask, pulled from your very chest...]

[You take a deep breath, doing your best to shake it off and going back to cleaning yourself. Once you were done cleaning up, you decide to swap to your other new outfit. A backless, near lightless turtleneck tank top with a small cutout on the chest and loose, sheer fabric sleeves that go around the rear as well, along with a pair of dark shaded, tapered capris. The outfit complimented by your usual gloves and boots of course.]

[You admire yourself in the mirror for a moment, you're grateful that it get your mind off of everything else for the moment. The moment is short lived though as you notice Nille's still slumbering form in the mirror. You decide to take a walk, needing some fresh air to clear your mind, you think. You creep to the door, very carefully opening it up and shutting it behind you, trying to be as silent as possible.]

"Oh good morning!" [You almost leap out of your boots as the sudden voice startles you, turning to see the old woman who runs the inn just leaving her room as well. You take a second to catch your breath as she lets out a little chuckle.]

"Oh, sorry dear, didn't mean to scare you! I hope the two of you made up, you gals are so cute together~." [She remarks in a hopeless romantic way. You try your best to hide the emotions on your face, though you weren't entirely sure how to filter through the countless emotions rushing through you at the moment. You just give a nervous smile and go along with it.]

"N-Nothing but a silly little spat is all! We've been through far worse, I assure you~." [Stars why are we humoring this?]

"That's great to hear, sweetie! Well just so you know, most places won't be open this early of course, but the park on the north side has such a lovely serenity to it, watching the sunrise from there is breathtaking~. I'm sure your girlfriend would love to see it too." [She continues with her assumptions. This is what we get for playing along...]

"I-I'll keep that in mind, thank you very much m'dame~!" [You try your best to be polite, rushing towards the stairs as you speak to ensure she couldn't get any more words out, waving goodbye just as you slip out of sight, heading out of the front door and shutting it behind you, leaning back against it with a relieved sigh.]

[The cool night air blows through you... there's something comforting about the cold chill cutting through your form, a feeling you hadn't felt in a long while. You place a hand over your chest, the little cut out on your top revealing the tip of your scar to the air, sending a shiver through your whole body. The sensation was uncomfortable, yet welcome. Just another thing about you that was different now, finally different, no longer that damned star you trapped yourself as... You struggle out a deep breath through the chill of night and head off to the park the innkeeper mentioned.]

[It was peaceful, serene, so still and perfect. Almost as if the land had been frozen again in some beautiful way. You'd believe that if not for the cool breeze lightly rustling the grass as it flows by. You take a seat at one of the benches, just absorbing the scene before you, enjoying the cold air, even as you begin to shake and shiver from the consistent cold.]

[You look up at the night sky, seeing all the stars twinkling and shining as always... They feel so distant, more than they ever have before... you're not sure if that's a good thing or not at this point. You glance about them all, trying to find something, anything to recognize, anything that feels familiar. Then you finally spot it, a star, one that feels brighter, stronger, oddly so... It calls to you, like a guide... that must be your wish. You close your eyes and struggle for another deep breath... It's almost time... we can feel it. Stars we're not ready...]

"Vale?" [You perk up, turning to see Nille approaching, wearing her cloak over her form, likely to cover up your blood that still stained her clothes.]

"I thought you'd ran off again..." [Crab... we probably should have left a note or something...]

"O-Oh, sorry, I just... needed some fresh air." [Nille sighs in relief... then her face starts to darken, the panic fading away and she takes in your whole outfit.]

"Th-Those are quite the threads you got on, there." [Your own face darkens a bit too, looking away.]

"Th-Thank you! I thought it was rather stunning, is it not~?" [You try to keep your little flirty mask up, but you still can't even manage to look at her. You quickly perk up as she was suddenly sitting beside you, her arms wrapping around yours and holding close.]

"Change, it's freezing out here, how can you stand this? I mean crab, you're even shivering!"

"Hehe, it actually feels sort of n-nice." [You start to explain through your chattering teeth.]

"I-I ran so hot as a star, it's nice to feel cold finally~."

"Well that's great for you, but I'm freezing! Can we go back inside now?" [She asks, causing you to chuckle some, glancing back up at the sky, looking at that star.]

"Not yet... Do you see it?" [You ask, helping point it out to her. She looks up to it as her annoyed, uncomfortable look swaps to one of awe.]

"Th... That's... Bonnie is that way, I can feel it!"

"It seems my wish came true..." [Your own expression falls to a more bittersweet one. You perk back up as you feel Nille's fingers intertwine with yours, holding your hand tightly.]

"Hey... It's gonna be alright, I'm here for yah, and I'm not going anywhere, alright?"

"... Thank you Nille." [You sigh out, looking up to the sky again as you notice the light of the sun starting to poke through, just savoring the gorgeous sight of the sun rising. Nille's head lightly lays onto your shoulder as she watches. You both sit in silence, taking in the beautiful view together.]

I was just stopping by to see if you and your friends would like to come have a movie day with me?

I got snacks by the truck full and enough bean bag chairs, pillows, and blanket to build fluffy Fort Knox, and you guys can pick the film I don't have a preference!

Normally after a stressful day I sit and listen to music and doodle but doing so alone can feel twice as draining then the crappy day, I understand if you don't want to and would prefer to spend those kind of days doing something else but I thought id throw the offer out there!

Yo just flying by to say that I respect you and what you do, i mostly respect you fior your bravery with posting about Techno and Quackity luke I would never had had the balls to do that kind of drawings and post it for the internet to see.

Maybe I would be more confident with myself if I could draw good humanoids maybe I should stop trying to clean and just post my sketches, it seems to work for you!

gonna try and get my potato brain to answer this in order of sentences. sorry if this gets ranty, my brain just kicked itself into teaching mode--

ngl man, i just kinda draw whatever, post, and hope for the best. no matter what you’re gonna get at least some ppl who been thinkin/lookin for the same thing, but just not makin content for it. draw whatever ya want man, but of course hold back on posting/drawing things ya know ya probably shouldn’t (as an example for techno and quackity stuff i’m drawin, uuuuuhhhh porn-), just ya know, post within reason, but don’t think too hard about it :V

also, tbh, i have 0 idea how i got to drawin good humans. like i drew 9 ft lanky ass mother fuckers in middle school. guess havin a weed friend to show a shit ton of your art to on the bus helps-. though, i’d say just look up refs, or use this site https://justsketch.me/ . i think there’s some apps too, but i don’t use my phone that much, so i wouldn’t know.

also also, sketches good, doodle lots, but i think the most important thing is to make sure your sketches are readable to the eye. like if you sketch something, go do somethin, and come back later and have 0 idea what the fuck anything is that you’re lookin at, it’s not a good sketch. it’s alright to erase things or even use several layers and colors to figure shit out, sometimes i even do like 2 or 3 sketches over a really simple form just to get things clearer unless i’m just like doodlin, ngl i have no idea how i 1 take anything, but i do sometimes.

and yES, you can absolutely tag me in smp stuff, so long as it’s like my sitting ducks/techno and duck!Q au, or just somethin ya think i’d find neat. idk if ya mean tag as in @, or tag as in like the actual tumblr tags, but i’d rather ya @ me. i don’t want ppl seein my name in the smp tag n thinkin i’m like a youtuber or somethin gxrcqjk

People playing MH arguing over whether being able to move while healing is too op, while I've played both World and GU and all I can say is healing mechanics are basically the same in both games (well, in how they function within the game at least, obviously different mechanically).

In older games stopping to heal fits because the game is overall slower so as long as you know you're not gonna get hit, you're safe to heal.

Newer games monsters are faster and more agile, so being able to move makes sense, because if you were stopped to heal in World you'd almost never get a heal off unless the monster just really hated your Palico in that moment.

Adio- A resurrected fossil Pokemon

Belladonna Raider- A former teacher turned fighter.

Danielle Acorah- A bored socialite who gave up bein fancy to kick some ass.

Etna Caldera- A former Silph Co inventor

Jupiter Dorje- a security officer for Silph co who left with her charge Etna... so I mean technically shes still doin the job she was hired for.

Robin Tilo- A FUCKIN DEAD GUY. ?????

Etna aint too big on the touchy touchy especially his wings... but Aerodactyl intrigue him so he lets Adio get away with shit. Jupiter is a little put out by it because shes been workin for this asshole for years and he still gets mad at her when she goes near his wings.

As I was doodlin... I tried to flesh them out a bit more.

Etna as Charizard usually do... has been trained as a fighter but he had no interest in battle as a sport and much preferred to invent things for the betterment of... people(specifically other Pokemon people rather than humans but also humans too if hes feelin generous)... Hes always known Silph co was shady but hed always hoped it would get better... but once it got worse he got tired of it and bounced. Hes got a target on his back now because he knows so much and also destroyed a fossil lab that was mistreating people like Adio who get resurrected and experimented on(they have no families to come looking for them).

Jupiter was hired to first protect Etna because he was a valuable asset. Shes always wanted to protect and serve and although she would have rather been a detective an more physical (or so she thought) job was better suited for her high energy. She spent most of her time just hanging out and chatting with Etna when he was busy... until one day he just kinda snapped and she was commanded to capture and destroy him. But seeing the labs she was never allowed in made her realize how fucked up the company was so she bounced with Etna and now protects him from anyone out to get him. Shes lost an eye protecting him.

Adio was resurrected fossil of Aerodactyl.  Resurrected fossil Pokies can have crazy skin colors thats why hes purple (the tint of the liquid hes in makes it look not purple in this pic IDK. Dont worry about it.) Back in the ancient times before he was a fossil he was an eccentric philosopher most other ancient people thought was crazy.

When he was resurrected he was prime for experimentation being a Shiny Aerodactyl... both of which are super rare and kind of looks like a missing link between the Zubat and Charmander lines.

Hes freed when Etna destroys the lab he was kept in and followed Etna and Jupiter. Hes a smart guy and picks up the language fairly quickly with Jupiters help even though she hates him a little for bonding so easily with Etna.

Doctor Regina a Mandibuzz who was very eager to be a biologist only to become really jaded when she found out the company she worked for was so janky... she stuck around because this is all shes trained for in her life so fuck it.

Doctor Kubao a Liepard who only really gives a fuck about getting his job done perfectly but as quickly as possible. Hes a little amoral on a small scale for  betterment on a larger scale... he’ll do fucked up experiments on  creatures to find cures for debilitating diseases and sleep easy at night. He dont give a fuck.

Doctor Roussel a Shiinotic whos got a crazy level of curiosity. Her desire to learn as taken her down a pretty dark path but she dont care. She unnerves her colleagues but shes just too damn good at her job no one would ever think to fire her. Kubao and Regina are the only ones who will work with her because they just dont give that much of a fuck.

The gives no fucks trio.

(Kubao will give a fuck if her curiosity gets in the way of his research though.)

Belladonna was a teacher and lost her job because... reasons. Being part Poison type she kinda gets some flack for being a ‘bad‘ type like Dark Pokies. She became a fighter because shes got bills to pay and shes good at it (something about a sick spouse I havent thought too much about oh well?). Shes the technical leader of the party because it was her idea and dealing with students most of her life... shes good at organizing groups of people and if that doesnt work she can just sic Jupiter on them.

I thought about making Danielle a pop star turned fighter... but I like the thought of her being a bored rich girl who decides to downgrade so she can get some proper glory by kicking ass. Although she first wanted to be a fighter on her own merits to spite her family shes swayed to join Raiders party... because shes got a thing for girls with a little beef on them and Jupiter and Raider are super hot. Being an Alakazam is kind of a drag for her because she really wants to be on the front lines but shes happy to show off her crazy special abilities and guard her team (and be saved by Jupiter and Raider if she gets cornered.)

Shes not really trained, shes young (the youngest of the team), and tends to be more bark than bite... but shes fun and playful and enjoys the thrill of battle and will go as far as shes needed so shes earned the respect of her team. Even if she is a goofball.

And although she kind of comes off as a dumb blonde she is an Alakazam and her intellect is good for strat.

...I didnt think much about Robin yet.... other than his human self died an unpopular nerd and isnt like most Ghosts who crave the memories of his past... hes havin fun in the now baby. He doesnt got time for the past. Maybe hes attracted by the high energy Psychic powers of Danielle.... or something IDK yet. He kinda has a FerrisBueller energy to him which means hes kind of a careless asshole... IDK.

The two were quick to set up their little blanket fort once the house was all to themselves. A routine all to themselves where they got to know one another and have some fun. Ilana was cautious of spoiling the boy-- a discussion that’d been had with Robbie once or twice amongst other topics,  so their evenings were usually treated with ordering out or ice cream, movies or  her simply just watching him play games--  Of course all after his regularly set routine, at home physical exercise, homework, then bath. Freshly clean and nestled in their fort, Gabe sat in the middle of  crossed legs, comfortably leaned back on her Lana brushed  the boys hair as his hands fiddled with the console controller. ❝ Alright Gabe, your night to call the shots-- what do you want for dinner? ❞ her  voice was motherly and kind, never patronizing, a genuine warmth.  He pauses the game giving it a good thought, messing around with an exaggerated hum.  ❝ Can we get pizza? ❞ Head tilting up to peak at her Gabe added,  ❝ Please? ❞ Brushing brown bangs away from his face, for once she’s hesitant on the ‘yes’--what with Robbie’s no junk food policy---and certainly not wanting to get into that little scuffle again.  Much like everything she’d figured out a curb around the system. It was Los angeles,  and if there was one thing this city was known for whats the variety and options of food types  available. Ilana was faarrrr from a health nut but there were a good few vegan pizza places around and Robbie couldn’t possibly pose an argument with that.  ❝ Alright alright, pizza it is-- BUT its sorta healthy pizza. That okay? ❞ ❝ Yes! ❞ Gabe cheered with a big smile, head dropping back down to resume his game. 

Ilana couldn’t help but chuckle. Reaching out to her phone she requested friday to kindly place their order. 

The night panned out as they normally went, games switched to movies  as they ate, then once late hours reached Lana manned the controls and  would play some light hearted documentaries. An easy way to put Gabe to  sleep without boring him too much. Slumped back against her chest Ilana’s  head carefully moved to check for closed eyes.  Out like a light.  Lana smiles, pressing a kiss to the top of his head-- checking the time  Robbie should be home soon and hopefully she could stay awake til then.  Yet the long drawn out narrations got to her as well and the room filled with  soft snores.
