IMPC powstała z klubu etnicznych serbskich członków parlamentu Socjalistycznej Republiki Bośni i Hercegowiny wybranych w 1990 z listy wyborczej Związku Sił Reform. W Hercegowinie, większość Serbskiej Partii Demokratycznej (SDS), w tym członkowie IMPC, ustanowiła Zgromadzenie Ludu Serbskiego Bośni i Hercegowiny w dniu 24 października 1991 r. Milorad Dodik jest prezesem partii od jej powstania w 1996 roku. Bezwzględna większość nowo utworzonego NSRS pochodziła z SDS. KMP była jedyną opozycją parlamentarną od powstania Zgromadzenia Narodowego do pierwszych powojennych wyborów we wrześniu 1996 r. Partia Niezależnych Socjaldemokratów (SNSD) uczestniczyła w wyborach w koalicji „Unia dla Pokoju i Postępu” wraz z Socjalistyczną Partią RS (SPRS) i pomniejszymi partiami. Klubowi i późniejszej partii (SNSD) przewodniczył Milorad Dodik. Odzwierciedlając trend w Europie Wschodniej dla partii centrolewicowych, została scharakteryzowana jako partia socjaldemokratyczna o lewicowych poglądach w kwestiach fiskalnych, mając jednocześnie bardziej konserwatywne poglądy w kwestiach społecznych. Od końca 2000 roku partia stopniowo porzucała swoją reformistyczną ideologię i konfederalizm na rzecz rusofilii i bardziej agresywnego popierania serbskiego nacjonalizmu i separatyzmu, grożąc proponowaną secesją Republiki Serbskiej od reszty Bośni i Hercegowiny wiele razy. Doprowadziło to również do wyrzucenia partii z Międzynarodówki Socjalistycznej w 2012 r. za dalsze „popieranie linii nacjonalistycznej i ekstremistycznej”.

美國電影的發展形式是個頗有趣的問題。初期大多是攝影機固定

一處，自始至終，只攝製一個場面。後來攝影機改良，以及自歐洲

傳入各種攝影新技巧，和電影編輯的蒙太奇概念，使電影煥然一新。

如自法國傳入 G . Melies 發明的「幻術攝影」（Trick），英國傳入

蒙太奇概念。開創美國影片成為獨立的表現形式，而建立以後發展

基礎的第一位功臣，那是 彼泰，他對電影對表現最重要的編輯問題，

有最早的確定，成為日後導演們學習的模範。

1902年 彼泰 參觀魔術電影的影片製作場，獲得用數個場面連接起來

展開故事的新知識，就是分段拍攝的數個場面，依照劇情發展的順序

下連接，可以��到連續的印象。這個影片場景排列和編輯原則，就是

蒙太奇概念的起源。此外，還有兩件事就是1 . 特寫（close － up）

的利用。2 . 過去都是拍一個場景，現在改為三個場景連合構成。 ──

明星制度的產生早期的電影，並不重視演員。這個習慣被打破，最早

的是法國電影公司於 1908攝製的 L’Assassinat du Due de Guise，
