esp too because slade and vader in both aus get the same treatment where i am. slightly nerfing them for plot reasons because otherwise you can't have the horror aspect of it (even though the wilwil one is heavily reliant on black/horror comedy) but the end result is still SO different.

vader gets nerfed but it does nothing to stop him from being terrifying and a powerhouse. him being a bit nerfed just makes him angrier and scarier and plays into ME being able to play around with showing how well we can work together in a setting where i don't have to deal with making it lore compliant for larger war stars stuff. him being nerfed is also wild because like, as i mentioned he ends the fic missing limbs again for plot reasons and STILL manages to use the force to fucking crash an entire spaceship into a goddamn planet out of sheer rage and spite. the nerf doesn't actually effect him in that regard.

meanwhile, slade gets nerfed because he's fucking stupid and impulsive, loses his gun immediately, and the AI running his supersuit thinks he's an asshole and hates him.

Me 10.5 hrs later: shaking with full body sweats, feeling faint and nauseated, and spending a lot of time trapped in the bathroom while waiting for the Imodium to kick in I have been reminded why I don't eat steak.

IBS tmi below the cut

I had to bail on my friend tonight while we were watching What We Do In The Shadows because I had to SHIT MY BRAINS OUT and I didn't want to do that to his bathroom.

I said I wasn't feeling well (gotta keep it vague) and had to leave, but then my tummy was rumbling too much to move so I had to talk for a minute before I could stand up to get my things, then stand still and talk for a minute while it settled again, then stand on the sidewalk waiting for it to settle AGAIN before I could get to my car and while-knuckle it to Walgreens where I was willing to pay the employees to let me use their bathroom if it wasn't open to the public.

Luckily it didn't come to that.

I made it without shitting my pants which was a very real possibility, and I'm so so tired of the stress it brings to my life. Not knowing what my triggers really are. Not knowing how long I have before I need the bathroom again, if I have time for a movie or hanging at a public place or even a friend's place. My apartment has one bathroom and my roommate likes to take baths so you can imagine the stress of that scenario.

I think I have to try a gluten free diet for a while, but I love gluten! I love bread and pasta and things. I don't want to limit my food options even more than I already do keeping kosher, and I don't want to make it difficult for my mom to look for me. Hell I don't want to make it difficult for ME to cook for me.

My body is the fucking worst with the IBS and the migraines and kidney disease and the general trash heap-ness of it all. Also there's a variety of cancers in my family history so I'm just kinda waiting for that too. If I could choose I would take the kidney disease any day, if I could just not have such bad IBS.
