choco... there's no way honey boy is fun and flirty concept because it played with my heart A LOT, like, i always cry when i read it, especially the part "i'm still learning about myself everyday" beacause it reassures me whenever i made choices that i regret. that's why i've been procrastinating to read her because i know her is heavier overall and just like you said, i need to be in a certain mood and condition to read it (or maybe i just can't handle too much emotions 😔)
anyways, i really love your works, i hope you keep writing and enjoy it 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
you don’t think it’s fun and flirty? 😭 it definitely has a lighter tone in comparison to her and the character dilemmas are pretty surface lvl (ie: i didn’t go into them too deeply but the message was still impactful!)
but maybe i’m also downplaying the quality/weight of my older work 😭 as one often does :p i’m glad you took something from the story such that u could be gentler to urself <3 honestslay that’s peachy enough for me!

apparently the statue head in the pompeii scene was also the same guy as octavius? funny how he got to meet himself lmao.
imagine if they helped him get around on a roomba
Ummm ☝️🤓 actually I think our Octavius is supposed to be Gaius Octavius and the statue head is Augustus Ceasar (aka his son which makes this 100 times funnier imo)

Here's a closeup photo from the movie (I couldn't find a better picture but you can kinda make out that it says 'Augustus Ceasar' and then something else I couldn't decipher).
Also here's a photo from Wikipedia

Heya, Im just confused so im gonna ask in hope u can clear this up for me, do you actually hate hate Jax or is it more of a hate-hate Jax in an affectionate way? I see you draw him being tortured a lot(which I love actually, he deserves it and its funny) but because ive seen many others artists saying they hate him and then actually loving him too(love-hate kind of situation lol) I was wondering if that would be your case or you just really hate him
Anyway, in any case, as an Jax stan, please torture him more /lh
I have mixed feelings about him tbh haha, it’s a “I love to hate him” type of deal, he isn’t a completely horrible person that I genuinely despise, but whenever he was on screen I was mostly like “WHAT AN ASSHOLE”
I appreciate his character greatly from a writing perspective cause it’s fun to have a character that is actually just that, an asshole, there’s no “he’s sarcastic”, “he doesn’t mean it”, this mf literally does not have a shred of empathy it seems and imo acts like a 14 year old edge lord who just read death note for the first time (“ouuu violence 😈🤓☝️”). He gives off the vibe of being the guy who says “look at this funny video I found” and it’s a live leak video, which makes me feel absolutely no guilt at all when I draw him trip down a flight of stairs
I do think some people romanticize his actions to a delusional degree which doesn’t personally bother me, you do you, but I just hope they keep his character in Tadc the way he is now and don’t change him up to seem sympathetic for audiences sake

As an honorary Shidou apologist, I am breaking my silence. I’ve finally decided to go on a rant on why I don't think Kirisaki Shidou is an organ harvester.
(fair warning I like absolutely suck ass at organizing my thoughts, so if some of this is incoherent or if it seems like i'm repeating myself my bad 😭 I mainly wrote this for fun)
So, I'm aware that this theory is the most popular consensus when it comes to Shidou (and tbh, I think part of it is because a lot of people kinda look over him? Like at least a tiny bit more than the others, considering a lot of people also don’t realize how his main victim was probably his son and not his wife, but I digress) (plus I think all milgram characters are looked over to a certain extent). While I do think parts of it are probably accurate in some way, I don't think he was a full-on organ harvester (as in he actively stole from patients through illegal means. emphasis on actively) and that the theory in and of itself is flimsy at best. He's morally questionable, yes, but it’s more in the sense that he’s a somewhat apathetic guy who lacked understanding on how his own set of morals and values (i.e. pushing for organ donation) could be seen as wrong. So if he were an organ harvester, wouldn’t he be aware that it’s illegal? That’s what confuses me whenever people bring it up. I don't actually doubt that he may have done something illegal for his family's sake, it’s just that I still highly doubt it was something he actively did. And that seems to be what a lot of people think when they refer to the theory. (if i’m wrong please forgive me, i just assume organ harvester shidou = people think he did it as a job)
Anyways, more under the cut for those interested (it's a bit lengthy my apologies)
It then kinda trickles down to how his guilt stems more from the consequences of his actions rather than the actual action of taking organs. The root of his guilt comes from the realization that basically asking families to pull the plug and use their loved ones' organs for donation is a very, very hard decision; one that he kept pressuring for. If he was an illegal organ harvester, and was aware that his actions were in fact illegal, why the hell would he feel so guilty to the point that he’d start having suicidal ideations? That’s the key difference between his profession and his possible criminal activities; one is a burden both emotionally and morally, the other is more or less a literal burden. And based off of Shidou's character, he seems to be much more emotionally affected. That's also why I think a lot of people jump to the conclusion that his guilt stems from his actual actions rather than their effects. (does that make sense oh lord i am going ☝️🤓 so hard rn)
I get that some parts of his MV or lyrics seem to be suggesting that, but also it’s important to note that Shidou has a very strong bias against himself and definitely painted himself in a negative light. I mean, that's why he thinks every single preceding patient before the final incident is a victim to him, why he shows himself staying professional in a professional setting as apathetic (minus the pressuring part), and why he literally equates his job to STEALING. Not only that but, imo, it's also a little too unrealistic and might not actually fit the criteria of Milgram. Milgram is for crimes that are in a morally grey area. So if it really was organ harvesting, is it really in a grey area? (though I guess you could say that doing it for family's sake would be, but that's only for his family. He'd have no reason to do it otherwise). Plus, it'd make more sense and fit the theme of touching upon social issues (i.e. abortion, bullying, societal standards, mental health, etc.) if shidou’s entire dilemma was in regards to (albeit questionably done) organ donation, a complicated ethical topic in Japan.
Throw Down actually gives a pretty good rough idea of Shidou's thoughts towards his crime and his feelings in regards to it. He felt like he was blinded by his own values, and that inadvertently caused him to be unaware of the suffering he caused through his job. It really does shock me that he somehow was able to pull-off getting a forgiven verdict in T1 because he certainly comes off as cold and uncaring in regards to his work.
I think the final bridge in Throw Down kinda summarizes his entire mindset, actually.
Now slowly close your eye, put your regret on display Wishing you for someone else's sake With the same expression no matter who comes I don’t feel scared because I don’t know
Shidou doesn't quite understand the feelings of his patient's families, and therefore he acts remorseful and sympathetic more than he actually feels. Why? Well, because he didn't know. Up until that point, he never understood the weight of his actions, and focused on his role as a doctor. "This is an upsetting subject, yes, but it's for the greater good, right?” A braindead person has little to no chances of living, so why not use this as an opportunity to donate their organs? Moreover, as a doctor I believe it’s typical to be "emotionally detached” (for lack of a better word) since I’d assume becoming emotionally connected with a patient would make things at least a bit messy.
His mindset comes crumbling down though, presumably because he experienced the same or a similar situation. This part remains muddy for me, since we don't know much about what the actual cause for Shidou's guilt is. There are several possibilities, with the most plausible ones being:
he lost his own family member and had to go through with the same decision,
he tried to save a family member using donated organs, but failed, making it seem like everything he has done as a doctor was in vain
(a secret third option would be him making someone he cares about make that decision but it's very unlikely and also requires too much mental gymnastics)
But no matter what exactly he did, it all trickles down to the validity of his morals. After realizing the pain of losing a loved one, the struggle of trying to save them, and the unfortunate failure which left all efforts practically pointless, Shidou would understand the actual weight of his actions and why all those families were so reluctant to let go of their own.
This is even more evident in his T2 voice drama, Asclepius.
"In order to save the life of someone you don't know, please let me kill your family," I told them. It doesn't even take much thinking to realize how cruel that is, but… I didn't realize it until the very end.
This is the gist of Shidou's crime, or at least part of it (considering he says "Well, about halfway" when Es asks if their judgment was right). Again, this tells us that Shidou's guilt comes from the act of the effects of organ donation rather than the literal action. And this also implies that his "murders" did in fact have to do with being in a medical situation, it's just the way he went about it was at the very least morally questionable.
I will also acknowledge that he says he killed for selfish reasons, which most likely relates to trying to save his own family member. Here he could possibly have actually done something illegal such as tampering with patients or illegally taking their organs (latter is a stretch imo). Plus, his distorted T2 voice trailer line is literally "You're in the way, hurry up and die" which would only make sense in the context of waiting for a patient to die. But it could also just be him continuing to pressure for organ donation, but now with his own selfish motives.
Going back to the "halfway" comment, while I personally believe it might have to do with how Shidou views his crime as more than just taking organs, it more likely implies that something else happened that Shidou would consider murder. That being the actual death of his family member. It's implied through Throw Down that he was trying to save someone but failed, which he was responsible for. Then from there it'd make sense to assume that he would feel some form of guilt for the rest of his patients, either for the reason of failing to actually utilize donated organs even with the opportunity of being able to save them, or for just realizing the what it actually feels like to have to give up on your loved one. (does. does that make any sense.)
So yeah, I don’t think he’s an organ harvester due to what’s known regarding his crime, the reasoning for his guilt, and with the way he is as a character. The most I’d personally believe is that he decided to harvest organs for the sake of his loved one, but even that seems like a stretch to me. Thus, that is why I believe Kirisaki Shidou is not an organ harvester.
Anyways I’ve rambled on long enough, thank you for reading if you did and remember to drink water and vote shidou innocent in trial 3 because i will shit my pants if he doesn't get inno

I am disappointed with the way the show portrayed Blood and Cheese
[spoilers ahead for ep 2x01]
First of all, I fully understand the absence of Maelor and I’m not even mad about that. The choice between the two twins aka “which one is the boy” is good imo. Also, Phia is a great actress and I don’t blame her one bit for what happened to her character. She did the best she could’ve with what she was given. But the execution of all this? Meh.
1. Why did Helaena choose Jaehaerys, instead of Jaehaera? It would’ve made MUCH MORE SENSE for her to choose Jaehaera because she’s the girl. And then B&C would’ve killed the other twin, Jaehaerys, because they knew she would not give up the heir to the throne, king Aegon’s only son. Her choosing Jaehaerys takes away her guilt of living next to the child she named to die.
2. Why was the death of Jaehaerys so off screen? I’m not saying I wanted to see a six year old child be beheaded, in all it’s gory and graphic details, but I wish Helaena and Jaehaera were there to witness it. It was important for them to see it happening. It could’ve been just a silhouette, a shadow on the wall, or just Haleana’s expression of horror. Instead, she just runs away. It’s still sad, obviously, in its own way, that she wasn’t there for her son in his last moments, but again, that takes away from her guilt and eventual downfall into madness.
3. Why the fuck was this whole thing played off as a misunderstanding/accident? Of course the creators wanted to make Daemon look less evil, by making him tell B&C to kill Aemond instead. And I kinda liked the addition of one of them saying “what if we don’t find him?” and I expected Daemon to say something like “You can kill another son” or whatever, but then it just FUCKING CUTS AWAY? And now have to INTERPRET STUFF? So that no one can hold Daemon accountable because “technically we never saw him say that in the show!☝️🤓” Fuck this.
4. The Alicole sex scene fucking ruined the whole scene. I was hoping, praying even, that the leaks of Alicole having sex while Blood & Cheese happens was just a rumor, a theory. But no. The creators fucking decided to make them have sex while this horrible incident happens. Someone in that writing room said “You know what? Let’s have Alicent and Criston do the nasty as Aegon’s six year old child is brutally murdered and Helaena is being traumatized for life! That seems like a great idea!” AND THEY WENT WITH IT. That addition was just so fucking unnecessary. What was the fucking point of putting that in? Wouldn’t it be great if Jacaerys heard of the death of Lucerys first and then ran to Rhaenyra on Dragonstone to tell her that his brother was fucking murdered, only to find Rhaenyra having sex with Daemon? Like, why was Lucerys’ death so serious and tragic, and impactful, but then Jaehaerys’ death is overshadowed by Helaena running into her mother having sex with her lover? God, I’m so angry.
5. Helaena didn’t seem to be affected at all by the death of her son. “They killed the boy” and that’s IT? She didn’t cry her eyes out, didn’t scream, didn’t beg for B&C to kill her instead. She almost didn’t react at all. Her son, her baby, her six year old child, was just brutally fucking beheaded and the creators don’t even show her reacting to it? Rhaenyra showed more emotions when she found the clothes of her death son, and Helaena was like 🙁 when HER SON WAS BEING KILLED IN FRONT OF HER?? What the actual hell. And may I repeat, this is in NO WAY an attack on the actress, Phia. I think she still gave us an amazing performance, but it’s fucking obvious that the creators decided to go with the “oh well, she’s weird and distant, and cold and unemotional” narrative they made up. They won’t fucking allow her to grieve.
All those people writing that “Even GRRM was horrified by this scene!” or “This is gonna be like the Red Wedding!”… I was fucking lied to.
This whole sequence felt so short, and rushed, and unemotional… I am very disappointed, and sad. This was supposed to be one of the most important events of the entire Dance. They first actual innocent blood that was spilled. The event that led to Helaena going mad. The event that changed Aegon as a person and made him declare war on Rhaenyra and gave him motivation to repay Team Black for what they’ve done. It was supposed to be fucking important. And the show turned it into a four minute awfully paced scene with dumb additions and lots of unnecessary and easily avoidable changes.

The information that the archon should be Maori is si shocking. I didnt read into the new genshin stuff because im also bored by it (nation of war looks different in my mind) and i didnt always understand people criticen her design apart from the obvious 'it just doesnt look like a archon'.
Shockingly i saw a lot of "ItS a fAntasY gaME aNd doeSnt neED to Rep YOUR couBTry 🤓☝️", i dont know if the algorythm is just spamming me with stupid people or if Genshin fans just got more insufferable.
Anyway thanks for the info. I really hope Hoyo listens especially if even Chinese playerbase acts up.

right?? i was unhappy bc she didnt look like i guessed at all and so out of place. seeing now that shes maori inspired and how theres nothing resembling since ppl affected are speaking up, i would have never guessed w her current look. ororon/olorun rlly takes the cake, this ones really really bad (misspelling and taking the name of the supreme yoruba deity to a white guy)
i dont wanna go further into it since im rlly not that deep in gnshn nor playing anymore for several updates now (like, you can ask me abt sumeru but i have no idea abt anything else anymore) but seeing all that, its hard to not at least mention the current situation considering that most of my followers are playing gnshn.
"its a fantasy game" is no excuse imo. if you dont wanna be respectful, dont take from irl cultures. i would be unhappy too if my culture got butchered or misrepresented or smth, i can absolutely understand the unhappiness and disappointment and its the affected ppls right to be, not others to tell them how to feel about it.

I mean if you want to use the label, and you use it respectfully, then you’re alright imo! I’m sure some people wouldn’t like it but that just means you know who to steer clear of lol!

Your honor, Portia lovers DO exist 🤓☝️
I saw one of your posts finally someone talks about how overlooked Portia is. It's because no one is ever interested in a simple maid when you have options like the fugitive doctor, your master magician, an ex gladiator and a royal count/countess?
It makes it hard to draw fans into reading her story
HELL YEAAHHH PORTIA LOVERS UNITE!!!
I do agree that at first glance she might seem too plain for a lot of players. I admit, i didn't like her too much at first either! But her character and her backstory get soooo overlooked! Truly the most underrated character, I'd even say some side characters have more of a fanbase then her 💀
It's such a shame tho, cause even if we don't focus on her character, her tale was soooo good!! Like it had flaws, but for how rushed it was it ended up being very good imo

If you were in the world of blue lock and you could kill one character and save a character from dying, who would those 2 characters be ?
HMMMMMMMM this is kinda hard JWJEJSJSI i'll answer this in a metaphorical and a quite literal sense (bruh i sound so 🤓☝️ rn 😭😭😭😭) OKAY SO FIIIRSSSTTTT
metaphorical:
kill: baro shoei
- in a metaphorical sense, i would kill baro (like destroy his mentality of being a king [his superiority complex]). i mean don't get me wrong his character development was probably THE BEST like im not kidding his development DESTROYYYEEDDDD me but like also resurrected (?) smth inside me. his realization that isagi was the king of the field in that match and how he slowly broke down was so dear to me (we like 🤞🤞 fr we're gang). but also the way he made his "defeat" into motivation and buried it into his ego was 🔥🔥🔥🔥 but srs i would kill him just to see him like that again LMAOOOOO
save: michael kaiser
- now in my eyes, michael is someone who's currently dying like he has this terminal and uncurable illness that not even soccer can heal. but like saving someone is a process; it's not done quickly. in a span of (n) years, i would want to show him the world (more than what he's already seen HWHWHSHSI). i'd take this man on drives by the coasts to aee the sun, give him flowers and spoil him and let him do wtv to me. i'd show him all the books and genres im into and all that and love him like he's my last. tbh i dont think this makes any sense (i am so tired 😭😭😭) but yeah 😓😓
literal:
kill: gurimu igarashi
- literally no explanation idc if he's a monk i want to kill him so bad. I HAAAAATE HIM FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART (im so sorry to the igarashi girlies)
save: chigiri hyoma
- listen. this man. has my heart. if we were in an apocalypse or smth, i'd save him even if it meant me getting bit by a zombie. if i do save him unscathed tho, i'd protect him with my whole heart. im in a silly sad mood so like: if i were to spend my last moments with someone from blue lock when the world is in chaos, it would be chigiri. i know my response doesnt really answer the question, but it's kinda related to it HISHDSIJD (IM SORRY 😭😭😭😭😭) BUT ANYWAYS YEA. to me, chigiri is translucent. he's something you can see through, yet below, deep under his skin, he hides something---he's someone i want to change. if i were to be with someone translucent, i'd work my ass of just to make him transparent (gets? HWUASUDAD IM LIKE IDK losing my mind rn 😓😓😓). i consider myself to be quite lazy and definitely an egoist (im so sorry gang). he's someone who can fix the emo shit (oops) inside me, tell me whatever he wants to tell me, yet someone who loves like you're his last love. he gafs about your shit but he does this to keep you safe (he's also gets very sassy the longer you are tgt imo)
IM SORRY THIS IS LIKE VERY . MESSY .. 😭😭 I DONT THINK I WAS ABLE TO EXPLAIN PROPERLY BUT STILL I HOPE IT'S AT LEAST A LITTLE UNDERSTANDABLE 😭😭😭😭 THANK YOU FOR THIS ASK >:)) i had fun answering this ueueue <3

My understanding is that roier was just doing a bit as a pedantic lore nerd and ☝️🤓 actually'ing cellbit's ass about the timeline??? Like "sorry you can't be bobby's dad he was dead very much dead when we married 😔 stick to the timeline".
It's very usual for roier to conceal his feelings with a silly act, and as I was not watching from his pov it's harder to tell how much he meant by that comment, but the moment felt so silly to me I don't know why my dash is like this kk
yes lol everyone is taking it way more seriously than it needs to be which is what always happens
yeah i just rewatched the clip and like. my guy is not that pressed i think he does just view it as a matter of timeline and the fact that cellbit didn't have the chance to be bobby's dad, if that's how bobby and cellbit felt about each other. so no one knows, and no one can know, if that would've been their relationship. and also roier has called richas his son before plenty of times so, again, it's really just more a matter of the timeline for him and also making it clear that jaiden will always be bobby's other parent and was there the whole time with him.
also the fact that bc bobby is dead, he can't really decide for himself what that relationship is, so roier is speaking for him in this case and saying that's not something cellbit gets to determine. which he's right about! cellbit can consider bobby his son in that way, because to him, regardless of bobby's death, he means a lot to him and being married to his dad makes him his kid. but that doesn't mean bobby would have felt that way, so roier wants to make sure that decision wouldve stayed with bobby.
idk i think some people are being like "bobby's ORIGINAL two parents were jaiden and roier, so cellbit wasn't a part of that dynamic" and it's like. families are not all little math problems and stepparents and extended families and shit exist. like i think people get way too nuclear about it, but that's maybe just my opinion and how it works in my family. roier seemed, imo, to be talking about the timing. he literally says it's because bobby died before they got married, and cellbit didn't know him long enough for that to be their relationship. its not about the actual logistics of their relationship had bobby lived. i do not think he would've had an issue with cellbit saying that at all had bobby lived; again, he has called richas son many times. but since bobby's dead, that's not really on the table to him, and i think that's fair. people making it about anything beyond that are kind of being stupid, i think, and i think anyone saying he was mean or whatever to say that to cellbit are also stupid. yes, cellbit was probably hurt by it, but he's a grown ass man and he knows how to take a boundary and stick to it. he'll live. it was not even an argument, and he understands why roier feels that way.
idk it's not worth talking about anymore beyond this i think everyone is blowing it out of proportion and it's just making me tired
