actually, your whole bedroom is a mess. a blanket or two ended up discarded on the floor. there's an empty bottle of edible lube somewhere around here. your kitty lingerie set, still dirty, somehow ended up hanging in the closet. the first time you woke up you were both cuddling with a butt plug that you misplaced in the heat of the moment.
you don't think you've ever seen him like that. you can't even put it into words. you've never spanked him. he's never called you sir. you've never come in his mouth. he's never…begged for you like that before. you've never been so exhausted after coming that you both just, just fainted.
you feel lightheaded, and dead tired. you know you both must have gotten back up and gone at it at least a couple more times, but it's blurry, you can't remember. all you know is your vibrator's missing, and you feel…unusually empty, like you do the morning-after getting railed a little too hard.
last night…what the fuck happened last night?
you contemplate getting up, slipping your arm out of his embrace, pulling the covers back up around him, leaving to make breakfast. you're kind of disgusting, several hours after sex without cleaning up properly. you want to get yourselves some washcloths, maybe take shower together, or run him a bath. you know he's gotta be way more sore than you are.
you catch yourself staring, lost in thought; he just looks too cute when he's very clearly roughed up, but still sleeping soundly. and with the way he wanted…the way he needed you yesterday, you don't think he would want to wake up alone.
maybe it's okay if we sleep in a little longer.

hi im late but..... pokeyman huh
pokeau related legends thoughts
i think it’d be cool to incorporate legends into pkau somehow, but not quite sure how. maybe as semi-canon timeline weirdness? pokeau is rapidly approaching it’s endgame arc so i figure maybe thinking stuff that happens after that is a good idea
idk if i explained my pretense for legends in pokeau here tho, so i will
takes place ~2,500 years ago (like ~450 years after the formations of most regions), as explorers in the eastern continent figured out how to effectively cross the harsh mountain border that separates sinnoh/hisui from kanto and johto.
i’m kinda iffy on the whole ‘oh this land is totally unexplored’ trope, but given it’s relatively early in the timeline (which starts at roughly 3,000 YA) i might as well go with it? as it would be the first major migration to sinnoh in the world’s history. of course there’d likely be some who already crossed the mountains, but they’d be pretty scattered given the size of sinnoh/hisui and the difficulty of the mountain crossing
pokeau sinnoh kinda leans heavily into more russian inspo, but i can just say the fashion choices are because the majority of those who migrated to sinnoh/hisui are from johto/kanto (which was one region at the time, tojoh)
ANYWAYS. when legends was first revealed i was thinking earlier and im like ‘wait ridley can control time and was the protag of the modern sinnoh arc. hmm’
so tldr im thinking ridley gets really upset and wants to ‘turn things back’ i.e. redo their childhood but fucks it up and goes back too far. so they end up getting stuck in sinnoh/hisui.
im thinking that they cause a strange ripple though, causing doppelgangers of those they’ve met to also get sent back - just with no memory and a different identity (definitely seeing cylene probably caused them to majorly panic)
ridley didn’t actually fuck up the normal timeline though - just fractured it, so ridley is essentially stuck in a copy of history while the ‘normal’ world continues with them missing
i don’t wanna account for stuff before i know the plot, but i figure it’d be safe to say arceus plays a role. early assessment is, ridley blames it on arceus for giving them these powers in the first place and decides to kick their ass and demand them to take them back home.
it’s kinda funny tho bc if this is a post-endgame thing, arceus would have regained their emotions and personality, but still would’ve watched just kinda like 😬
i think time travel shenanigans would just fit, considering the player has a phone (as it would make sense for ridley’s phone to come with them if it was like, in their pocket)

Hmm..I kinda wanna know what you would like from S5 if it happens? In terms of who the main should be, what kind of storylines you would like to see from all the characters, what should improve etc.
when it happens, anon. we’re full-on delusional on this blog.
ok let’s start with general stuff:
- i want them to take their time. in season 4, things tended to feel a little rushed and while scheduling conflicts are fine and just happen sometimes, they had several scenes where so many characters were missing without an explanation at all.
- i can forgive a lot of tiny mistakes, like david’s scarf changing positions or a haircut change but i really don’t want to see another mess like the season 4 finale. it looked like they had about 500 abdi’s on set fhkjfhfk i think with more time and care stuff like that wouldn’t happen, so I’m more than happy to wait for a season 5
- listening to feedback is one of druck’s greatest strengths and im very glad that they take our suggestions into account, but when they have sooo many people telling them how to do things, it’s probably really easy to lose their own vision and i don’t want that to happen
okay now the main of season 5…. it has to be sam. i always believed that we knew so little about sam, because we would dive into her story in her season and FINALLY get to know about all her motivations and fears. solve the mystery and all that. all of her sideplots always gave me a “SOMETHING is going on, but we don’t know what” vibe. now…i can see how that might’ve been a little too much good faith, but it still means that her season has a lot of potential. a problem that sam has is definitely that (as a cris character) she doesn’t take things seriously, she’s maybe a bit too easy-going and amicable and ends up avoiding conflicts because it’s too much drama for her.
i’m kind of tired of love stories being the main plot of the season, but i still wouldn’t mind something like cris’ season in skam es lol, especially because druck hasn’t used the mental health plotline yet. it would just be a bit difficult to not make it too similar to either cris’ or matteos season. i’m sorry i just haven’t let go of my “sam is a lesbian” headcanon ok.
i could also go for a platonic storyline where sam needs to stick up for a friend and in turn learns to stand up for herself as well (and no… i don’t mean a gal pal version of og s3, don’t even try it @druck).
and just to address the elephant in the room: i don’t particularly want a kiki season, because we already know so much about her and she has done a lot of growing in the past seasons. while it would be cool to see it from her perspective, sam is just my number one priority.
and the even bigger elephant in the room: david. i don’t want season five to be his because right now he’s happy and i want him to be happy for longer and really settle into his life with matteo and the combined squads. i do however, want season 6 for him (or any season… pls).
this is maybe an unpopular opinion, but i don’t want to see a drama-free season where david just happily goes about his life. i mean, i’d watch it and enjoy it but at the end of the day, i think it would be a bit of a disservice to his character to have every season-main change and grow through hardships and to leave him with a mostly uninteresting (to people who aren’t hopelessly obsessed with him like me and everyone else on here), unchallenging storyline. which is also why i want to wait for his season, because if he’s gonna go through some shit i want him to be happy first. i also think it makes sense, because i’m pretty sure david is someone who lets problems sort of… pile on until they’re almost too much to deal with. we already know he’s an escape artist when it comes to his problems (both literally and figuratively) and on top of that i believe he’s someone who likes to bury himself in his work (he’s competitive, ambitious and he studied for his goddamn math exam and passed it even though he was waiting for his soulmate to show some sort of reaction to his coming out… hello? who does that. i can’t even study under the best of conditions.).
i know we’ve been through the whole ‘running away as a coping mechanism’ thing and maybe some people would get bored with that but... well this is my ask and this is what i want to see lmao. in my eyes, david is stable and healthy enough not to literally make a run for it when things get bad, but i really want to get into the nitty gritty of it all, yknow. see how that sort of coping mechanism works in a less dramatic way in day to day life, because i don’t think he’s completely gotten rid of it. ignoring calls and text, excessive workouts, overworking in general, problems growing and growing until they knock at your door to take you out, those are all things that the skam format is made for. you don’t see them happening to people when you’re not in their head and if you are it’s all the more intense. so that’s what i think davids ~thing~ would be but he also needs an actual plot.
the absence of any kind of information about davids parents to me seems so obvious that i feel like it has to be purposeful. much like with sam, i think there is a deliberate gap of knowledge, because there is something significant to be found there. this is maybe also controversial, but i wouldn’t mind another story that revolves around queer-centric issues.
what i’m kind of envisioning is david exploring his relationship with his family. i have some thoughts on this but in general i think it would be interesting to explore what it’s like to have two families, your legal family and your found family, especially if you have both of them in your life. i’ve seen a lot of (not enough) stories about finding people who give you what your family refused to give you and i’ve seen a lot of stories about making peace with your family even if they wronged you and i would kind of like to see both? i think it’s a reality for many, many people that they have a family in their life that they love and keep around, but they also have to live with the fact that their trust as been irrevocably broken. to parallel that with a happy found family that gives you all the support and love you need is certainly a thing i would like to see.
anyway, those are all super rough ideas that have been floating around in my head and there are a hundred more ways the next seasons could go and i can’t wait for them either way.

hey man your comic stuff?? fucking amazing do you have any tips for a novice child artist such as myself
hmm!!! thats a good question if i have any advice at all…i dont really draw things in comic form that often because of how slow i am…its a whole project for me lol
also natch im just an amateur at all of this vs people who like…pay attention to how to do things really well and/or draw comics on a regular schedule &/or get paid for it and all. so seeing this i was immediately trying to think of like, advice ive seen from random professionals on twitter & stuff & i’ve tried to moreso shake it down to the stuff I’M actually doing when i draw a comic. which is a bit tricky because of my small sample size & the fact that i dont have any kind of consistent process or technique unifying all the comic-type stuff i draw
like sometimes its just a few floating sequential drawings and other times is definitely more like, really thinking of it in terms of how i’m going to structure it in Comic Form & use the format to adjust my presentation of whatever idea i have
like i know ppl whose Job (officially or just by their own standards) to do a bunch of comics pages will do a script of scenes to decide what goes on what page and sort dialogue / action into panels & describe how things will look etc…and then do like maybe really rough layout pre-sketches, then the first rough sketch for a page, an optional more cleaned up sketch layer on top of that, and then the final lineart
i sorrrt of do a version of that, in that i am generally sitting on a Comic Idea for a while before i even start getting into the business of thinking through how it’ll actually work. i have to make sure that im “committed” enough to the idea to wanna make more than one drawing for it, and that i think i have at least a vague notion of how i could put it into a comic. sometimes i DO end up just putting the notion into a single drawing or condensing it into like, 2-3 lil floating drawings or w/e. coz a lot of the times the idea starts out really vague, often with one “moment” that serves as the whole inspiration & that i then try to build a scene/sequence around….a lot of the details beyond that can be really vague in my mind, like the setting or dialogue or who’s involved or what happens or the pacing or extra events or etc…basically Everything is real amorphous for a while
so yea step 1 is me having this one idea and trying to decide if building a scene around it would be a better way to present it vs just having one drawing, & if i think i can actually effectively carry it out….which is in reality even less fancy than it sounds…i just sit on an idea for a while & never get around to actually focusing on it / putting down any of the thoughts abt it that im formulating. but the upshot of me putting it off for forever is that i do end up with a kind of mental script / layout for a comic before i start it…..but even the extensiveness / format of these unwritten scripts varies a lot for me
like, a few times when i have made something that’s maybe longer than just one page &/or something ive been mulling over for an extra long amt of time (which tends to be stuff that is starting out w/ heavier than usual ideas) i’ll like, actually write down what happens page by page, even plan out specific panels, maybe even put down a few rough sketches of certain parts. i’ll have the Main Moment which is the idea that started the whole thing in the first place, but what tends to happen is i’ll come up w other moments that i think could lead up to / frame / follow the main moment, and i pretty much just decide how they all fit into one cohesive piece. so what my “rough drafts” look like for these more extensively planned ones—still really not that exhaustive, i only put things to paper when im basically done enough w my ideas to be just about ready to start actually making them—can vary in their actual formats (e.g. simple chronological bullet points of events, a few drawings, a rough sketch of how the whole thing might look), the core of it is basically just me finding a way to nail down how i’m going to arrange the Moments i have and how i’m going to lead one into the other…….like for things with enough pages / panels, i’ll tend to focus on which Moment will end each page &/or each line of panels, then have an idea of which other Moments i’ll need to put on which of those pages, and kinda figure out how to pace things
again that all sounds like maybe i have a real process…..I Do Not
im kinda lucky in that i think i have a decent sense for composition without having to struggle over it too much. so a lot of times i can leave a lot of that up to be felt out as im actually doing the rough lineart for the first time. i also often don’t nail down panel arrangement that carefully & also make it up as i go along a bit, which is probably not something anyone should emulate. someone was saying something about how some certain page layout of like, 3-something-something panel rows looks best, i dont know. i’m guessing, as with all things, nobody can say “always do this / never do that,” but i think staggering odd/even numbers of panels in each row is always a good guess. just makes it easier for them to read more distinctly at least, surely
sometimes i DO think about certain panels when i wanna frame a certain “shot” in a very specific way. but im just kind of doing whatever. i know vague rules like that wide shots / negative space slows down the pace, vs tightly cropped / small panels / packed w a lot of visual info tends to read as a faster pace, more chaotic. i dont quite go too wild about that sort of thing tho, because for me as a reader, a lot of times really tight shots that are like cutting between 5000 different angles rly fast all in a row, sometimes it is absolutely unreadable to me, as in i do not understand the visual info at all. it feels like the equivalent of how action movie editing keeps hanging on to the “incoherency = intensity” vs just me tuning out until the scene is over & missing details b/c i just am not getting anything out of it
thats not much of a factor for me coz i dont really ever do things with extended sequences of movement / action or whatever. i’ll keep things in one place. i’ll like to do smaller, “quicker” panels moreso to like, show simultaneousish details / to extend one moment…..occasionally i do Big Panels for a moment of higher intensity / impact too. btw putting a High Intensity moment in a super tiny panel is always really funny for the contrast of it all. i dont think ive ever done it, but it is
ummm…….also planning where your speech bubbles will go is good. i dont do that enough, but i should. most of the reason i dont have a more proper, organized process to anything i draw is that i just dont have the focus / patience to slow down for More Planning vs just going ahead and drawing it. jokes on me, since some quick vague planning can make it a lot easier on yourself vs just diving in and struggling w something for ages
uhhh also since im not that fantastic or mindful of panel layout? sometimes i’ll make a point of just having uniform rectangle panels of the same size/shape, so i only have to really worry about the layout within the frame. this is mostly good obv for things with not that much shift in pacing throughout it or action or whatever…you lose the advantage of how panel sizes can affect the tone of a shot or something & probably cant get that detailed in ur drawings but that is often Fine By Me
when i do use the uniform rectangle structure though, i kinda have to focus more on each individual panel, vs like, knowing ok, these three moments are going on this page, i have a vague idea of what’ll connect them, just make up the individual panels as you go along. this does mean that i have to kinda think more about what justifies each panel….how its different from the ones before & after it or how i might want it to be similar to “hold” a shot for a beat or w/e or draw focus to a small movement, what’s actually going into each panel, if i can/should condense two panels into one, etc. its still a lot of playing it by ear, i dont have solid rules of how i think i should do it each time
even when i do have a like whole plan for something im drawing i’ll often make more changes as im actually making it. sometimes its deciding something would be more effective, sometimes it’s just “hey this would work too & be easier,” and thats definitely fine. nobody knows the change you made, and Easier isn’t necessarily Worse anyways. convenience is good where you can get it
ive also definitely had specific comic artists formatting/framing styles in mind when i specifically wanted to use that while drawing my own stuff. like the way i’ll draw maybe a kind of horror vibe (more diagonal lines / “fractured” panels than i’d normally use, quick tiny shots of different smaller details, that kinda stuff) is gonna be different from when its a calm & quiet tone. where i dont really get too creative with the panels really & keep them pretty steady
and then that one time i did a largely nonsequential sort of panel collage b/c the marge simpson anime gave me great inspiration for how to combine & present a bunch of vague notions i had floating around all into one page. it was a good accomplishment & thats unsurprising because the inspiration i was using was That Good. thank god we can all benefit from each others good ideas and knowledge & work & all that. it does help to jump on a feeling of “wow what a cool comic i wish i could make something like that.” just go ahead and make something like that…
ummm this is all on the technical side-ish still but i dont really know what to say abt the kind of stuff that makes me wanna draw a comic in the first place vs just putting the idea into a regular single drawing…usually it Is kind of a more nuanced moment that i think would be better presented within some amount of context and buildup and all that. i basically exclusively draw emotions….and sometimes theyre better shown with some amount of action/dialogue, or at least a few different shots or something. i dont know if this area is helpful information or anything anyone would benefit from knowing about, or even if i have anything to say about it…is it all self evident maybe? idk! i do think i communicate emotions best through comics…not that each one is “here is my mood!” or talking about me at all, but i was for example trying to communicate about an abstract emotion, i think i can draw about it better than talk or write about it or anything. i DO sometimes draw more directly from my own specific feelings/experiences for things, but mostly when i think it can be relevant…i cant really do anything all that directly autobiographical, even casual diary comics or whatever. thats what my text posts are for… but i have been interested in how to convert these huge emotional issues that i’ve been v familiar with into a few pages or panels and how to present its impact in the simplest, straightforward ways i can manage…sometimes i think its worked for sure…..i feel like i gave a more Relatable sense to a certain experience by putting it in comic form than any of the times ive discussed it as a personal thing at length via text. like i said i communicate best via comics probably, despite not drawing them all that much coz im too damn slow lmao
speaking of, i’ve kind of been like “what a waste” abt the fact that i dont have like, a proper approach or regular strategy to thinking up comics before i draw them, but i think theres something actually okay to be taken from that lol……just that i know if i got too caught up in trying to plan it all out perfectly before getting into actually drawing it, i’d be making it into a bigger project and slowing myself down even more & i’d risk dropping it partway through or just never getting started at all. so if i have a less than perfect end result, at least i have an end result, and ive finally got that one idea out of my head in some way. and i feel like some of my comics do work out decently enough….a good handful of times ive been surprised w how well some ppl receive them
so i think it is good to just go ahead and dive in. i did that once w an idea i’d been sitting on for like half a year, and i think it turned out good enough. i just knew i could easily spend months and months more turning over all the details, which might make it Better, but would also mean that yknow, i’d never actually get around to making it b/c of feeling like it had to be ideal. so i simplified it a bit, used a uniform panel layout, did little drawings, and just got it drawn out in an afternoon or two. and now at least it exists lol. and ive sort of come back to the same idea in a way…if i feel like it turns out i wanna elaborate on something more, i can just make another pic/comic built on the same theme, who’s gonna care or stop me
i also try to focus on what lines are/aren’t necessary to avoid things being confusing or just pointlessly cluttery….this isnt a big issue b/c i dont often bother w bgs. dont emulate that either lol…….but im not doing any Serious art so its no big deal to me if im not “good” or not progressing as spectacularly as i might. i dont need my drawing abilities to be that amazing here. but bgs still serve a purpose beyond being a “skill” or whatever so im trying to include them more, aka occasionally, at all. still hardly ever. but sometimes you at least need like one halfassed establishing shot yknow. anyways
mmm this has all been kinda vague and i’m trying to think if there’s anything more specific i could/should talk about!! i dont know. i dont have a good perspective on what its like to look at my art while not being me lol & what ppl might think or what stands out to them or whatever. rip

“tldr; i dont really know what im doing, but go ahead and jump into actually making them as opposed to feeling like youre ready / you know the best way to make a page, because nobodys ever ready or can say This Is The Best Possible Version so just go ahead and use whatever process feels like it makes your life easier, while still actually making the damn comic” is my whole thing, i guess

the gel thing really happened to me.
i was stage managing the college’s dance concert. and if you’ve ever done a light design for a dance concert, you know its not about lighting your face, it’s about lighting the body.
well the local college didnt have a huge budget so no fancy instruments will gels already in them. between each dance, there’d have to be gel changes--but in order to do gel changes you need to have all the gels that are going to be used--organized and in frames and be aware of which dances use the same gels and which gels need to be framed (bc you dont have enough frames bc no money).
I had ASM’d a dance concert before but it had been awhile and i forgot how i did my gels last time. So i spent an afternoon collecting the frames and the gels and borrowing other gels fm the theater dept. but i was kind of stressed in figuring out how to best organize everything. my own ASM was in class and couldn’t help me at all. I had late afternoon class and it a night off, so the most i did was divide the gels and frames and set the other side of the stage’s gel table. and then i went to class, followed by home.
the next day, i show up at noon to face my work. and what do i find? my gel table is organized. not perfect. but organized. the gels are in frames. the table is set up for Act 1, with the exception a few stacks which were set up for the final Act 2 dance. but it looked similar to my handiwork. i was so happy, i thought it was my ASM who did it.
I saw her an hour later, and i asked her if she done it . She said no.
Well then who? I asked around, all the dance techs said no. I even asked the theater dept. tech director and he said no.
A general rule in theater is that you dont touch other people’s work.
I thought i was being pranked on. Who would do such a nice for me? Who?
What was even weirder tho, was that my ASM’s gel table was exactly as I left it the night before. Why would my ASM fix my table not hers? (that was her argument)
Okay. Whatever. Let it go right? NO.
We had a full run rehearsal that night. With gels and everything. It was 5 to 10pm and we have to leave at 10, thats the rule. There’s no time to reorganize the gels for Act1, so the tables stay in Act 2 order.
I show up the next day morning and my table is Act 1 Gel order. And its perfect.
My ASM’s isnt.
Do I let it go? No. I talk about it incessantly the entire time. I ask around. ‘Did you touch my gel table?’ ‘No Alma, why would I do that??’ Why would anyone? Again, the rule is enforced that you’re not supposed to touch anybody’s work. And who would voluntarily organize the gel table??? why??
We have rehearsal again and we open the next night. The tables are left in Act 2 order. Call is 5:30 for dancers but for higher ups and myself, its like 4:30pm.
I show up at the same time as my ASM, the light designer (who’s also running the lights and has keys to the building) and one other tech. It’s just the four of us showing up together.
the LD unlocks the scene shop and we have turn on all the main lights bc its dim. And then we have to turn on the stage’s main lights...the four of us go to the main stage, I turn on the main light and my gel table is in Act 1 order.
And ive had it. I tell the three of them--’look this shit is weird. srsly who’s doing it???’ And the thing is, no one could have. Us entering the theater is the first time its been opened since the night before.
They all deny it. And the next thing we hear are sounds coming fm the catwalk--like wooden creaking. Like someone’s up there but NO ONE’S THERE.
I can’t deny it anymore--the three of us are in agreement this is it---this is the theater ghost. My ASM is like ‘No. it’s not’. A non believer. And at that point i was adamant that it had to be. There was no other explanation. It’s 3 against 4 and there’s not time to argue. We do the show, we leave again. The gels table are in Act 2 again. I’ve already forgotten about the ghost. Im tired and i wanna go to bed.
Before I continue with the exciting conclusion---I believe in God and I also believe in ghosts. I think there are spirits and things alike that are never truly gone. I dont think you can believe in one and not the other. But thats just me. I also believe we have the power to unintentionally move the spirits--awake them--without us knowing.
There two Act 1 dances that went one after the other that maybe shouldnt have been in that order. And its not something i thought about until later. One student dance was dark, they wore black clothes. and a couple wore white clothes. the theme--you can guess--was angels being corrupted in some way. the light design for that used reds and ambers. the make up was dark. the music had certain lyrics about fighting and darkness.
The dance that was after this one---used soft ambers--they wanted white light. big bright light. (Very easy gel change). the costumes were an orangey red. the music was a song that sounded kind of tribal--lots drum sounds, lots of rhythm--the song was about fighting back, it was about love and belief, and the choreography matched the lyrics--very organized, very clean. everybody was very in sync in their movements. it was one my favorite dances. (like i wish i had a copy to show you)
So anyway, (I think you can see where this is going)--It’s our second show. We all show up at the same time (minus my ASM, so three of us). Me, the LD, and a tech.
We get to my side of the stage. And yet again, My gel table is not how i left it the night before. It’s in perfect Act 1 order.
I continue to be flabbergasted, I insist that this is weird. I insist that its the ghost. The feeling of a ghost doing my work---I dont like it. Im suspicious. Ghosts dont do things for free. Dont ask me how I know that. Its just a feeling. Nothing is ever free. What does this ghost even want??? Why? Why anything???
Who and why are they doing this?? Is a thing I verbally said. And have been saying the past 3 days.
And then we hear it.
It happened within maybe 30 seconds. But it felt longer bc I think we stopped breathing.
There’s only 3 of us there.
And we all hear it.
The sound chains rattling from the ground floor.
And then the sound of what i can only describe of two deep BOOMS clapping against each other from above--literally above. The main house lights weren’t on yet, so the catwalk and the house and stage are still dark. You couldnt see where the sound was coming from.
The chains rattled back. And sound of BOOMS clapped back immediately (and louder).
And then nothing.
But three people looking up and freaked the fuck out.
And my ASM arrived like a minute later.
She didnt believe us.
We did the show and we leave again, for the night. I left the table the same. In Act 2 gel formation. I show up the next day, last day of the show. And guess what?
The table was the same as I left it.
Do I think the good and evil spirits were fighting over my soul? Well, it doesn’t help that my name is ‘Alma’ which literally translates to ‘Soul’ in english. And you may question why didnt i take a photograph after each night? i did. But it was after the BOOM sound incident. I did it too late. And it was always my table. Never my ASM’s--who happened to be the only skeptic. The one who didn’t believe. Hmm convenient.
Anyway, that is my theater ghost story. It was my last show at the college. I have not been there since.

alright so tomorrroowww. tomorrow evening we’re checking the essay specifically, thats pencilled in, basically check the doc at arooound 8pm or so to see whats up. in the earlier parts of the day, we’ve got a lot of fun tasks. could read my lang textbook (might leave that till saturday), could start lining my Pluralism piece, could start properly compiling my 1989 curatorial in a format i can properly show off to others (still trying to decide b/w two venues, i think ill need to ask her how strict we need to be about size restrictions, could ‘finish’ the 1989 thing i worked on today at uni by overlaying the flag and doing the hair and doing some general brush tip touch ups. there’s a lot i could do. knowing me, i might not do any. im joking. i WILL do something. i speak that into existence. i sow that seed.
1989 might be good so i can get it pretty much entirely out the way until class on wednesday, because it bores me to tears and i dont wanna have to think about it if i dont have to :Pc. Plus I’m scared as shit to start lining the pluralism one. I’ll have to do a lot of thumbnail tests for which line colours to use for whic spots and which colours i wanna use where, which will take a while. the colours i did for the patch test were alright but very flat, natch, since they weren’t shaded at all. so ill need to get the numerous bits selected and probably have an entire swatch page in my notebook where i assign colours to areas. the dress is obvious, grey lines and my various greys used as necessary. ooohhh i still need that navy blue. i dont have a navy blue yet. hmmmmm. HMMMM. i shoulda gone to bayswater today, god dammit. b29 does work on some level but the suit is so dark and i feel like i cant shade that colour with anything that conveys the fact i was convinced it was a black suit. hmm. that might be a swatch test thing i need to do to figure out the best way to go for that. im totally down for buying a new copic or two (not toooo many, i have way too many already) but i need to KNOW so i can plan around it. i might see what my mum thinks.
i think its a toss between pluralism or 1989. pluralism is gonna be so intensive for the swatches bc its a big piece and i wanna do it justice due to the like, content (im not gonna do a shitty rendition of my parents goddamn wedding photo, except by accident. i do not set out with failure in mind). at the same time the swatches wouldnt take too long. i could like, swatch in the early arvo, then after dinner due the 1989 touch ups... no thatd require a restart. what if i do the 1989 in the early arvo so my tablet is working, so like 1pm or so, then after i finish that (it should take that long, drawing swoopy homestuck looking ass hair is 90% of what i do artistically, and the stuff i did today was pretty good already) i can start swatching, then depending on time and energy i can start compiling the curatorial, and THEN at 8pm or so i swap to checking the essay doc and commence freaking the fuck out. if im still awake at like 2am tomorrow (so 2am on sunday) you know exactly why
i think that a good plan actually! ill get a lot of small things done tomorrow :D
