5. How do you like to take care of yourself?

I don't like to T_T it's a lot of tough love sometimes, and I'm pretty good at knowing what I need when my body's like (spongebob suffocating voice) I NEEEED IT. Usually I'll call my sister because being on the phone with someone feeds some part of me that just texting doesn't and she's the one person that doesn't mind when I call a lot. Otherwise I'll do a face mask and drink chocolate milk. It's quite luxurious lol. Also as long as it's warm I like walking in the yard barefoot just taking some fresh air in.

11. Do you have a comfort item? Tell us about it!

Might be weird but a necklace I bought a while back. I rub my thumb on it or play with it when I need to keep my hands busy or I'm nervous (which is often.) It's just a little silver circle but if I don't wear it I feel naked.

28. What are you proudest of?

My friends make me proud if I can say that? Anything they do I'm so for. The only reason I won't gush rn is because they'd be embarrassed from me saying anything. Gushing at them and internally when i think about them will have to do. If it's something more inward I'd say I'm making good steps towards being the person I'd like to be someday.
