Will we ever be able to just exist online without facing antisemitism at every mention of our culture?

There was a shitpost I commented on on Pinterest about salad being related to the Illuminati, I just corrected them that the star of David (called it a hexagram) is a different shape than the devil star.
And maybe there was part of the discussion that got deleted but suddenly I get a bunch of antisemitic and political comments and like dude tf I didn't even call it a Star of David??? I called it a hexagram for the exact purpose of not bringing Judaism into the discussion because it was unrelated??? Also why does every time something Jewish is mentioned people bring up i/p like it's not relevant to every single Jewish discussion??? Stop???

Dull, dull , dull, everything is boring and its 2:30am and I just had a Bad Day™ and all I know is that 1) my eyes burn like heck when I get ultra tired, and 2) I'm bored out of my mind with my life, how do I become reinvigorated?? Thank
ooooooh my gosh good question bc the last two days i have slept for 10 hours and spent the entire day too heavy and tired to move and taken 3 hour naps in the middle of the day. 0/10 recommend. i hate it. so this is actually really on my mind right now.
also im a bit incoherent rn so sorry

push urself i know ur super tired n ur body feels like shit n ur mind is fairly positive u cannot move a muscle but guess what u probably can. u can moan if u want but get up!! take a shower. if that’s all ur up for, congrats u took a shower. go for a walk around the block. start small, work up throughout the day. tbh just going to the kitchen and stretching and doing fun yoga poses (i like being upside down, haha) while my tea water boils helps.
enjoy ur skincare. pay attention to the way it smells and feels. lov it.
drink water. a lot of water. get one of big 32+ oz bottles and drink 2+ a day. just not more than 2 litres in 2 hours, pro tip.
music. curate your playlist wisely.
makeout/fuck someone idk
get a dating app to boost ur ego even if u ghost everyone
workout. energy breeds energy / endorphins. listen even if u just do like 4 x 12 of bicep curls. do tiny workouts if that’s what u need rn.
to go with that, have some goals in mind. have some physical goals and spend a lot of your down, tired time researching. for me, this means i spend a lot of time watching youtube videos about lifting and gym workouts. it’s motivating, educational, and productive, even if im just lying paralyzed on my mattress. but not all these goals need to be physical!! set a lot of small, achievable goals so you’ll see results. make them around what you like to do or want to get done. ex, crochet a cowl for fall with really chunky yarn and a big hook. finish a book. write and edit a song/poem/blogpost a week. start a new bible study, or an online class or whatever. teach yourself norwegian.
eat carrots. carrots are great. lol.
listen to podcasts they’re great idk
get out of the house. idk why, but i’m always more productive if i set aside an afternoon week to go to a coffee shop. i try to plan what to do and pack for accordingly. go to a park, lake, library, store, cafe, whatever floats your boat.
play tourist in your city. plan out where you’d take a long distance friend, and then go.
try something new. go rock climbing. go thrifting. pick up the trombone. i dunno. look at clubs at your school? now is a good time bc it gets you like… like when dog perk their ears. but you dont have to actually try them, but you can trick yourself into thinking that you actually have so many opportunities. a new fandom. get excited. make a new fanblog.
make a list of realistic things you want to do with your life. mine includes gym+yoga 4x a week, do an open mic, get my yoga teaching training and start teaching, take my mom to paris and rome, publish a book of poetry, get a dog, in no particular order.
