Scenario: You were out on a mission with Nikolai, it should’ve been an easy “break in and grab important documents” type mission. But now, you two were squeezed together in a small closet, fearing that any small movement would get you two caught.

“Stay quiet...” Nikolai said as he listened closely, his face looked concentrated and serious, a change from his usual happy and calm face

You quietly nod, as you press against the wall behind you to try and get some more space in between you two

The closet is pretty small, hence why nikolai is leaning down, his hands are pressed firmly on each side of your head, inevitably pinning you in place

Nikolai thinks of a way for both of you to escape this situation without being spotted, “maybe I can teleport something”, he thought to himself

He reaches for his cape, unintentionally pressing against you

Your eyes widen as you feel something press against your area, you slowly look up to see if Nikolai noticed

His cheeks are flushed, hes frozen in place and there is an obvious smirk forming on his face

Yeah he definitely noticed.

You start to speak “Niko-… you’re so clo-“, he cuts you off as he places his hand over your lips

“Shh...” He says as he places a finger against his own lips with a small smirk

Moments later you hear the door of the office close, you two are now alone

“They’re gone now...” Nikolai says in a quiet gentle tone, he turns to you “But, i mean…we could just stay in here~” he says with a mischievous grin

Even after you two get out of that closet, he would keep on teasing and reminding you of the “incident”, he will make sure you never forget!~

Sigma

Scenario: You really don’t know how you got in this situation, one second you and Sigma were walking the streets of the city at night, after your wonderful date. The next, you were hiding in a small dark alley, your body pressed tightly against sigmas as you both hid from a certain jester.

“Damn it.” Sigma cursed under his breath as he kept his guard up, looking around frantically with a worried yet annoyed look

You looked up at Sigma, “Why are we hiding?” You whispered

Sigma looked down at you as he let out a sigh “I saw Nikolai roaming the streets, We can’t be seen together by anyone in the decay, if they were to find out about us...I’m sure horrible consequences would follow” he explained

You nod in agreement, “I understand..but um, why did we have to hide in such a...tight space.” You say as you look away, you can feel his body pressed tightly against yours, you can feel his every breath, his every shuffle and every slight movement

Sigma realizes this and blushes as his eyes widen, “I’m sorry, I didn’t even notice our position in the heat of the moment”

As he says this, you hear a slight noise come from the alley which causes you to slightly jump in a fright

Sigma let’s out a small grunt as he feels your crotch roughly brush against his, he grips your shoulders and holds you in place “Love please…try and stay still…at least for now” he pleads as his face flushes

Your eyes widen as you feel something slightly poke you “Sigm-“ you’re cut off as his hand covers your mouth, “Keep quiet..” he whispers as you hear footsteps around the corner

You feel him press more onto you, trying to hide your body from view as he lays his head against you shoulder, next to your ear

You slightly shuffle which causes sigma to groan in response, he quickly grips your hips with slight force

“Keep still..” he says in a low tone

Once you two finally get out of the alley way…let’s just say- his head was full of scenarios that caused him to blush profusely, as he practically dragged you to your apartment…

Fyodor

Scenario: Work has been so busy lately, new mission reports coming in everyday. Piles of finished and unfinished documents decorate your desk. All of this caused you to become stressed and overwhelmed, which caused you to become clumsy. So clumsy that you didn’t even seem to notice Fyodor turning the corner, not until it was too late.

**THUD**, is all that can be heard as your bodies crash together and fall to the floor

You feel extreme pain on your head as you let out a small groan of pain

You soothe your head and begin to slowly open your eyes, you try and comprehend what just happened as you hear a soft pained groan come from under you

You slowly begin to look down, your face flushes when you and Fyodor’s eyes meet

His eyes show slight shock as they quickly return to their neutral state, he just stares up at you…not uttering a word

You take a minute to process what is currently happening…and thats when you feel it, you feel something pressing against your area

You quickly get off Fyodor as you begin to apologize, “I’m so sorry! I should’ve been paying more attention!”, you ramble on apologies as you quickly stand up

He lets out a small chuckle as he stands up and brushes himself off , “No worries, more importantly…are you alright?” He asks with a bit of concern present in his tone

You nod as your face grows red, you begin to remember what you felt under you as you pray to god he didn’t notice

But, its like he can read you like a book, he smirks as he reaches for your chin, making you look at him “Yes,…I did notice and feel it” he says with a sly tone

You freeze in place as he says this, he then pulls away and softly smiles “Just be more careful and aware in the future, alright?”

He narrows his eyes as his tone changes to a more stern one, “Next time I won’t be so forgiving…~” he says as he begins to walk off

You’re left standing there shocked and frozen in place

He definitely enjoyed it, especially your cute reaction when you thought he didn’t notice. But for your sake he won’t bring it up, but that doesn’t mean he wouldn’t think about it constantly…~

What's your opinion on the anime? I find it pretty funny, but I can't say that I am not disappointed to see so many scenes missing.

For exemple, I wanted to see Dazai cry laugh at Chuuya's young mistress act, show that it was a joke shared by both of them, rather than one made to us at the expense of Chuuya. They took a genuinely funny moment and made me cringe SO hard for no reason T^T

God i could go on for hours about how Bones ruined this series. I'm obviously thankful we have an anime adaptation but. Well just compare bsd anime to jjk one or smth and yeah.

I will be complaining more under the cut,,

First the overall writing choices:

-Deleting or changing skk scenes to the point im not even shocked when ppl think these two actually somehow hate each other.

-The way they portrayed Sigma. They deleted half of his personality and backstory. And just speedrunned the Sky Casino arc like if seeing that place was giving them nightmares. No wonder he gets mischaracterized now.

-Tachihara's internal conflict about belonging to either Port Mafia or The Hunting Dogs? Bones never heard about it. It's not like IT'S A VERY IMPORTANT PLOT POINT.

-Akutagawa's whole character in the anime is just 'edgy and angry and bad grr'. In the manga he had some 'kind' or even seelf-reflection moments that were ommited in the anime. Like where he realizes defeating Atsushi didn't satisfy him (ship fight, season 1). Or when he gives files about the orphanage Director to Atsushi and says he won't fight him today because he lost someone impirtant to him. Sskk vs Fukuchi fight?? No scene where Sskk r helping each other walk. Instead we get Akutagwa just pushing Atsushi away. Won't even start on that last smile that looked more like another angry expression.

-THE WAY THEY CHANGED "DAZAI'S ENTRANCE EXAM" INTO SOME CURRENT TIMELINE EPISODES. IT MAKES ME SO ANGRY LIKE. THIS NOVEL WAS SO GOOD. Showing both Dazai and Kunikida's characters and partnership so well. But no. Let's just??? Put Atsushi there. Let's delete the fact this thing happened 2 years ago. And let's delete everything that was actually important about it, too.

-also some changes in the Dark Era arc. Like. Lord. Dazai is so much more emotional in the novel. His expressions r described so well. But the anime either shows him from the back at those moments (him finding out Oda was almost killed by a sniper in Ango's room) or just deletes/changes the thing (Oda dying. This scene is so emotional in the novel. From the description u can tell Dazai was crying/on the verge of it as Odasaku died. But in the anime he looks calm and then we get a far aeay frame and he just. Gets up and that's it yeah.) They also deleted the scene of him visiting Oda's grave.

-The way they rushed seasons 4 and 5. Just to give us an episode that goes further than the manga and has the shittiest writing ever when it comes to skk's plan revelation (im so angry about this u guys have no idea. I sincerely believe that if this episode never came out, the manga would go differently bc there's no way that Asagiri who wrote things like Stormbringer suddenly thought that some dollar store vampire make up will fool a guy who's centuries old and literally lived next to vampires. But well!! Seems like these two speeches Dazai gave weren't important at all and now we can just forget about them yippiee)

I could definitely mention WAYY more examples of that but this is already long af. Like guys. I know u cant fit everything in an animated show. It takes time to make it and all but. Bro. The character's in the anime r so shallow compared to their original versions.

Now onto the artstyle of the anime.

Lord. U know? It was actually pretty in the first 2 seasons. The official arts at the time were also really nice to look at.

No idea what happened later. Why did Bones suddenly decide that those ugly turtle smiles r gonna become the main thing in the character design. Why so many fisheyes. Atp sometimes i look at the official art and i go oh lord even i could fix it. It really feels like they draw some characters ugly on purpose now (Chuuya being the main victim for unknown reasons).

Tho i must say they have their moments even now. Some last episodes of season 5 weren't really bad, especially the Meursault part (love them for animating Dazai and Sigma dancing so well. And for that 101 animation. And maybe for the heartattack they gave me with 109 and Chuuya shooting Dazai so many times.)

On some other things, i really like the music! Bsd openings and endings never miss,,,

yaaaay tuna time tuna time. ok so the manga is I Love Amy and its about a yandere girl making friends with the lesbian mc to get closer to her male crush but finds herself really enjoying spending time with her. very good stuff highly recommend. anyway I will be scalping this whole plot for my brainrot! as I'm basing this off a wlw manga please read yan and darling as being the same gender (ex: dazai with a male darling, higuchi with a female darling) thank u.

so, following the aforementioned plot, darling actually starts out as yans TARGET instead of yans crush, accidentally getting on their radar by being seen talking to yans current obsession one too many times during routine reconnaissance (stalking). obviously they need to get rid of them! theyre getting in the way! crush shouldn't ever talk to anyone else but them!!!! 

when local freak loner weirdo yan suddenly asks if you want to hang out with them, alone, it occurs to you that you should be a little more cautious- but, truth be told, you've had a crush on them for a while... and you know its probably impossible that they swing your way, but couldn't hurt to give it a shot, right?

with this in mind (and lowkey kinda entranced by how pretty they are up close), you agree. 

lucky for you theyre perceptive enough to sniff out that ur a fruit and thus a complete non-threat, so you live another day! and, to their surprise, they find themselves kind of enjoying hanging out with you. 

yadda yadda yadda, the two of you strike a deal to help them get in good with their crush, theyve had pretty bad luck with this so far, but they seem to like YOU, so you can get them some one-on-one time! you're pretty bummed you were right about the person you like not being interested, but hey! theyre still your friend! as long as they can be happy, you’ll be happy for them! on their end, theyre just using you (or so they think). sure, you’re ok to hang out with or whatever, but your companionship doesnt mean anything compared to their crush. once they get what they want, youre pretty much donezo. 

i wont go on for too much longer about this here but im sure you get the idea, over spending time with them as friends and dedicating so much of your time to trying to help them find their happiness, yan starts turning their attention on YOU instead. they find themself getting irritated when they catch you talking to other boys/girls, what did you suddenly get a s/o or something? are you gonna stop hanging out with them? you cant DO that youre their ONLY friend! or they’ll surprise themself by desperately wanting to pass up spending time with crush to go stay with you instead. or getting REALLY REALLY mad when they see people being rude to you when they used to not care. little things like that. i feel like this concept could be really good for soft yan stuff but you COULD make it darker if you wanna.

at the time, you couldn't come up with a single reason why ajax had approached you all those days ago, accompanied only by a menacing look. in fact, you could still recall how the malice in his eyes deepened once he caught sight of you stumbling your way over in his direction.

you had heard the rumors about him (like everyone else had), and while you didn't want to judge someone because of what others had to say, you couldn't deny the fear that consumed you when he stared at you with thinly veiled distaste—right after interrogating you about your relationship with the person you had just been conversing with. it occurred to you far too late that ajax had witnessed the conversation between you and X, and now you were about to be at the receiving end of the terrors you had only heard of in passing.

your brain went into overdrive thinking of an answer. childhood friends? what if he got jealous that you spent so much time with X, time he couldn't have? but if you lied about not knowing X, he'd come after you anyway if he found out the truth, right? so you tried to come up with a lukewarm answer, something to show that you weren't trying to meddle with his…potential relationship. whether you said the two of you were partners for a project, neighbors or family friends, whatever it was, it worked in convincing him that you weren't interested.

but it worked too well, as you soon came to realize, after noticing how ajax was attached to you constantly. at your response, he had lit up and quickly pulled you closer, declaring you would help him by gathering information and helping him plan for the perfect date (and of course, there was not a single moment of consideration for your say in the matter)

even though you insisted over and over again that you'd be no help, with no experience in dating or flirting with anyone, let alone someone as popular as X, and claiming you weren't close enough with them to ask such detailed questions, ajax was far from bothered. perhaps, in his eyes, you were the perfect sidekick—obedient enough to drag around like a sulking pet, but not so compliant that you weren't of some use, at the very least for entertainment. and maybe, just maybe, because he was starting to feel a little lonely.

what he didn't know at the time was that you, despite all the warnings and whispers, had a crush on him. you reasoned with yourself that most people would fall for him, if not for his fixation with X. and although you knew he was 100% infatuated with someone else, you had foolishly thought it wouldn't be the worst idea to be his friend. you had hoped that hanging out with him and being faced with the reality that he would never look twice at you would work as a bitter yet effective remedy to the flustered racing of your heart and the fluttering sensation that seized you.

surprisingly, ajax made for decent company, disregarding the pain of unrequited affection. all your time together was mostly spent talking about X, which you never complained about, but you also learned a little about him, like the fact that he had younger siblings and that he participated in a lot of archery competitions. it occurred to you for a moment, that given his track record, ajax being so well-versed with a weapon probably wouldn't end well, but you shut down that thought almost immediately. he may talk about wanting X all for himself and may have some concerning fantasies, but even he wouldn't go to such lengths, right?

the more time you spent with him, however, the fewer opportunities you actually had to talk to X. still, despite how little use he had for you, ajax still kept you by his side. maybe it was, in his eyes, a good thing that you were staying away from X. some part of you itched to tell him that you wouldn't betray him like that...not like it mattered to him. you knew he was only using you, either as an information source or a test subject, and even if it hurt to know he'd never care about you like he did X, you never once considered distancing yourself from him

you liked to think that he liked your company too, at least as an acquaintance. after all, since that first encounter, he hadn't threatened to snap your arm if you didn't tell him everything you were talking to X about. maybe that time he dragged you away mid-conversation with your friend should have been alarming, or maybe that other time when you woke up tied to a chair in his basement ("don't worry," he had brushed off your concerned look, "i only did this because you kept saying you were too busy to come over. anyways…") should have sent you running, but you justified it to yourself as his odd way of watching out for you.

or more likely, the warning signs just flew over your head because you couldn't imagine that he would be as creepy as the rumors said. you did idolize him to an extent that you tried to justify all his strange habits. it didn't matter much, anyway, since you were well aware this arrangement was temporary—you were only serving as replacement company until he finally got with X, and then your presence in his life would instantly be shut out.

because you were under the impression that it was all temporary, you didn't mind, even when he started overstepping into your personal matters. more than once you had to cancel meet-ups with friends in favor of spending time with him, and the few times you did manage to be away from him, ajax would interrogate you about every detail of your day without him, and at the very end would demand you tell him if you enjoyed being away from him, scowling until you placated him.

and then, the 'practice dates' started feeling a little too real. with him insisting on feeding you spoonfuls of dessert and latching onto your hand uncomfortably tight. but honestly, you couldn't complain, even if you knew something was wrong. going out with X didn't seem as much of a priority as it was a way to convince you that he desperately needed your help in 'practicing'.

all this while, you were under the impression your role was simply to be a good friend to ajax. naturally, when you had an opportunity to talk to X again after such a long time, you jumped to take it. what you didn't expect was for ajax to come up behind you, gently moving you aside to instead tower over X, glaring at the person he'd been pining over so desperately. the words that left him next were similar to the ones you heard all those months ago, except, these were the last words you expected him to say.

"you," he spat out, "what the hell were you talking to [name] about?"

bonus because i have too many thoughts about this :>

you getting an s/o. ajax is upset for many reasons. a) you never told him that you liked someone b) were you really going on weekly dates with your new partner?? you never even hung out with him that consistently! what, were you throwing away your friend just for this new guy? and c) how could you leave him behind like this?! suddenly, your new s/o is bombarded with the sensation that someone was constantly glaring at them, and then at every corner, ajax is standing there...just...watching. maybe he was just shy?

you manage to convince X to give him one chance. one date, so he can try to win them over. what you don't expect is for ajax to try stalling. he comes up with reasons for more practice dates, asks you for more 'tips', and if he absolutely has to go, he doesn't do anything that he was supposed to. the date is a fail, despite all the practicing he did. to you, he claims it was the nerves that got to him. come on, comrade! you gotta help him practice more now!

• He wouldn’t even have anything to wake up for, he just does it to piss you off.

• Like if he wakes up early and then can’t get back to sleep, he’s on your ass next.

• He’ll make it your problem as it’s his.

• He wouldn’t do anything dramatic - but he sure as hell will act extravagant about it.

• He’d wake you up in the most cutest way though, kissing you all over your face until you wake up to be met with his cheeky grin plastered all over his face.

“Mm..” You mumble mindlessly in your sleep, struggling to open your eyes and adjust to the sight of the tall lanky man leaning over you with a toothy grin.

“Morning, bella~” He coos with a pouty face, leaning downwards so he can reach your lips, attempting to kiss you in which you reject, turning your squinting and tired face away from his own.

“What..time is it..?” You grumble in a hoarse voice, turning over fully to your side and slapping your hand on the alarm clock to identify where it currently was on your dresser. When found, you open and squint your eyes just a little more to be able to read the time and—

“Osamu what the fuck?!” You exclaim, eyes immediately opening and picking up the clock that was in your grasp, attempting to throw it at him but to no avail, you fail miserably due to how dark it currently was in your shared bedroom. Dazai moves to the other side of the bed and puts his arms up as if he were to turn himself in when getting arrested.

“Hey, come now..let’s not resort to such violence!” He tells you, coming closer to now brush a strand of hair off your face comfortingly, although to you nothing felt comforting about that damn snarky grin on his face looking like he was enjoying himself at this.

“Osamu it’s 3am.. Please..” You plead, no longer wanting to fight as you don’t have the goddamn strength to put up with this nonsense at such a rough time.

Dazai is about to poke at your patience further until he feels a tinge of sympathy for you as he sees your annoyed and tired expression, eyes now slowly shutting as you begin to doze off once again. His smile fades, forming into a guilty frown as he plops down next to you and begins rubbing your arm in gentle up and down motions.

“Hey..m’ sorry..” He says quietly in a comforting manner, but this time you do begin to feel comforted. You rub your eyes tiredly as Dazai presses a kiss on the crown of your head, guiding you down gently to lay down on the bed you two share as he crawls in beside you, practically babying you as he cradles you to his chest.

“Just wanted to poke some fun at you..” He whispers into your ear.

“You’re mean..” You mumble, the tiredness evident in your voice as you curl up to his chest, slowly falling asleep to the rhythm of his slow breathing.

“Yeah..” He replies, a slight smile adorning his lips. “But god, doesn’t it draw out such a precious reaction out of you, bella..”

• I can imagine him having to always wake up early himself or even pull all nighters.

• But he wouldn’t ever want to wake you up early

• If it was for a work related cause or if he accidentally wakes you up, sure, he understands that much but god he hates it because he never wants to interrupt your time to catch some zees

• Not only that but he enjoys just looking at you. Although, he’ll never admit that to anyone but himself <3

The time read 5:06am. A normal time for Chuuya to get up and start his day as a mafioso executive - but not so much for his darling s/o who was currently sleeping ever so peacefully right beside him.

He was staring at your precious face that looked so calm and relaxed within the moonlight that peeked through the gaps of the curtains that adorned your guys’ bedroom window. He couldn’t help but huff out a little laugh as he watches your mouth slightly hang open as you sleep. You would claim it was your worst trait but Chuuya thought it was absolutely adorable, he just thinks you’re absolutely adorable.

Soon enough, a brush to your face had you waking up with fluttering eyes and a pout.

“Hey pretty face..” He whispers gently, unable to hide the smile that cracks past his lips as he watches your expression light up tiredly, a sleepy smile appearing.

“Morning..” You mumble as he brushes the last few stray hairs off your face.

“How’d ya sleep?” He asks just as quietly.

“Mm..good..”

“Good, that’s good..” He chuckles, rubbing his thumb against the furrowed line between your brows.

“What..time is it..?” You mumble again, reaching for his hand, in which he takes gently, pressing it up to his lips and kissing it like it was a delicate precious thing.

“Just 5..time f’ me to get up to get ready for work..” He tells you, stroking your hand with his thumb.

“Ah..” You acknowledge, sighing softly as you yawn, turning away from him. “Just..five more minutes..?” You ask. He grins as he reaches over and takes your chin, turning it back towards him.

“You asking me to sleep in, doll?”

“Nooo!” You get defensive, although it just sounds like you’re whining like a child from how tired you were. “Just..wanna lay here with you..” You furrow your eyebrows with a pout, in which again he reaches and rubs the furrowed line away.

“Stop looking at me like that, doll face, it’s intimidating me just a little..”

“Shhhh..” You giggle. He wraps his arms around your waist and smiles.

“Sure.”

You seem a little taken back, knowing how incredibly loyal he was with showing up early or atleast on time to his work.

“..Really..? You wouldn’t mind?” You ask, placing your hands on his cheeks, in which he responds with a kiss on your nose before replying.

“Yeah, I would never mind spending just five more minutes with you.”

• He would be as tired as you to be honest.

• After long nights spent at the casino, all he wants is a long lie-in.

• And what better way to spend that is with you?

• It’s a shame you both have to get up though.

His arms firmly wrapped around your waist had you feeling comforted in the dark aura that surrounded your bedroom of the casino. Unfortunately, it was another long day and night of working until your last muscle in your body, but atleast you had your boyfriend to help you through it.

You enjoyed working at the casino, it was just the fact of how many hours of sleep determined wherever or not you were gonna have a good day.

And with the way the clock read 4:30am, you were not going to have a good day.

You turned over to see Sigma still sleeping peacefully basically like a newborn as he had his arms wrapped around your waist so tightly as if you were something that could be ripped from him within seconds. You take his hand on the front of your waist and gently give it a faint squeeze - a signal for ‘it’s time to wake up’ in your love language.

He lets out a little ‘mmm’ before opening his eyes, burying his face into your hair from behind as he takes a deep breath in.

“Morning, sunshine.” You speak quietly, stroking his hair.

“Morning dear..” He murmurs, rubbing your arm up and down as he breathes in your shampoo.

“We gotta get up..” You tell him, in which he whines in response.

“Just one more day sunshine, it’s Friday.” You encourage

“Mhm..” He replies, looking up into your eyes as he smiles at your enthusiasm.

“Want to make cupcakes after today?” You ask, in which he nods with a laugh, drawing shapes into your shape.

“Yeah..yeah I’d love that, angel..”

“And then, we can order takeout and watch silly romcoms that you haven’t watched yet!” You continue, tapping his nose once with a sweet smile on your face.

He can only grin at your adorable rants about movies he hasn’t seen yet. He finds you so endearing with the fact that you wanna show him new things he wasn’t familiar with.

You notice him staring a bit too much, tilting your head to the side as you now fully turn to him, facing him fully.

“What?”

His cheeks turn a little pink as he finally replies.

“You’re just so adorable..I can’t believe you’re mine..”

• Like Chuuya, he’ll never admit it to anyone but himself but he likes to see you in such a way.

• He really does find you adorable.

• Only the difference is is that he thinks you don’t know about his little soft spot, but you indeed do.

He’s currently sitting on the edge of the bed, taking in your relaxed figure. He’d never admit it, but he just finds it so mesmerising to watch you in such a peaceful state. He leans closer, now laying on his stomach as he reaches out and gently brushes his cold hand against your warm skin, being cautious so he doesn’t wake you and so he doesn’t get caught.

‘In a world full of horrors, you really are a true beauty.’ He thought to himself.

That was until— you opened your eyes within and instant and that caught him off guard just a little bit. Now that was a horror and a half. He backs away slightly and clears his throat awkwardly, turning his face to the side to avoid eye contact with you, expression as stoic as ever though.

“..Good morning, dear.” He says, pretending to act as if nothing happened but he knows he’s soooo fucked.

“Were you just staring at me, Fedya?~” You teasingly ask as you hold the covers up to your nose. However, his expression does not budge.

“And now why would you think that..?” He says lowly.

“Hmm..just had a hunch!” You smile through the covers, although his eyebrows narrow and he turns his head at the fact that there was no sleep evident within your voice..

“..You deceived me didn’t you..?”

You stay there in silence for a moment before letting out an awkward laugh.

“Ha, well..uhm- you know, I was just sleeping..-“

“No you weren’t.”

His sharp voice catches you off guard as you begin to sweat from the heat of the covers but also his piercing glare.

“..Yes, I was?” Now you didn’t know who you were trying to fool..

He now leans closer, before grabbing your ear and pulling it.

“Oww!!” You yelp, grabbing his wrist whilst wincing.

“Do you take me for an idiot?”

He does let go, giving you another glare before jabbing at your forehead with his finger.

“Really..?”

“Mhm! It’s right-“ He pauses, looking in his hand and then looking back at you.

“..It appears I have left said breakfast in the microwave..”

“Hold on- microwa-“

Turns out Nikolai had not only burned your food, but also ended up breaking the microwave and setting it on fire in the process.

He thought metal and electricity worked together.

You guys just went out for breakfast instead.

• He’s so cute :(, I can imagine him being a really clingy guy when it comes to being alone with you and especially in the early hours of the morning.

• He’d be awake, just as hyper as Nikolai but he’d never wake you up, he’d just wait for you to get up.

• He’d probably scroll on his phone or play guitar silently (i hc him playing guitar and playing instruments too hehe)

Albatross was currently sitting on the floor, strumming away quietly on his guitar when he suddenly hears the bed creak just a little bit. He tilts his head and looks to see you looking at him with a cute little smile on your face, tired eyes drowsily staring at him.

“Heya darling!” He beams happily as he stands up and walks over to you, cupping your cheeks gently and kissing your lips.

“How’d ya sleep?”

“Good.” You reply, your voice all hoarse from just waking up.

“That’s good to hear doll!” He smiles, showing off his adorable signature grin to you before patting your cheeks twice and turning around to grab his guitar.

You tilt your head to the side and ask him. “Why didn’t you just wake me up? You must’ve been awake for hours waiting..”

He turns around to you with a puzzled look, and then grins once again.

“I don’t mind waiting for ya, you know that right?”

“Yeah! I know! It’s just- you don’t care when Chuuyas woken up with your loud music..”

At this Albatross snorts out a laugh, before placing his hands on his knees.

“That’s because that’s Chuuya, doll face. I like annoying him! However at times I enjoy the look on your precious face when I annoy you. I can’t stand to break the peaceful slumber you were in just a few moments ago!”

At this your heart melts as you giggle, opening your arms out for him to hug you, in which he practically tackles you to the bed, peppering your face in kisses all over and making you break out into a giggle fit as he tickles you all over.

It’s all giggles in Albatross’ apartment. You wouldn’t have it any other way <3

He chuckles at your cute question before nodding “Yes..it is..” He answers as he presses a kiss to your shoulder.

“Mm..” you turn around to your side now facing him as you bury your face into his chest. “Don’t wanna wake up..”

“Awh..” He says quietly, playing with your hair. “Is my sleeping beauty all tired..?”

You hum and nod. “Very.”

“Well, may I suggest we make our way to the kitchen and I’ll prepare you some breakfast? That way you can get some food in your belly and you’ll feel less..drowsy.” He suggests. You smile into his chest and can’t help but blush as you nod again, looking up and resting your chin onto his chest.

“..Yeah, I’d love that, darling..”

He smiles as he cups your cheek and leans down to kiss your lips, stroking your cheek as he pulls away and begins to get out of bed, holding his hand out to you for you to take. You take his hand as he guides your tired form out of the room, wrapping his arm around your waist as you stay glued to him for practically the entire morning.

But he doesn’t mind that, and as long as he’s alive and you’re still glued his side, he never will <3

atsushi appreciation post

hello i swear ill be back with actual analysis eventually. school is rough rn and ive been sick :( 

however, i only remembered earlier today that bsd raws are out. and i didnt emotionally prepare myself. so now im here to cry and appreciate atsushi (and also theorizing/analysis on the decay of angels below)

BSD CHAPTER 76 SPOILERS BELOW THE CUT (i reblogged the raws before this post if u need to find them)

okay i’ll start out with saying that i am biased as hell. i fucking adore sigma. i’d die for him even though he’s only existed for like 5 chapters?? anyway. i would’ve appreciated atsushi for doing this to anyone, BUT i got especially emotional bc it was sigma. im gonna try to not go on a tangent abt how much i love sigma, that’s for a different post. 

okay well this made me cry cause i was already really upset about sigma getting pushed off and i was so worried for him. but then comes atsushi, a literal fucking angel, he’s so underappreciated (even by me i think)

now i wanna say, atsushi didn’t have to do this. not at all. it was a risky move jumping out of a floating casino to catch his ENEMY from falling to death. it ended up alright because plot armor i mean, they landed and didn’t die. i’m pretty sure atsushi has a fear of dying, or not doing enough to save people, but i swear to god he was so brave in this scene. 

im probably missing a lot bc i can’t fucking read anything so idk he probably was following dazai’s plan of capturing an angel to hold them hostage (i forgot about that till i was writing this) but 😭 i don’t care he still saved sigma. which i appreciate. so fucking much oh my lord,, atsushi is a baby and he deserves the world and i’m SO HAPPY gjksfhkk

now, even if atsushi was doing this because of dazai’s plan, i’d like to think that he went beyond their goal of capturing him? again, i can’t read shit, and i haven’t read a summary either. but beyond the first time sigma fell, after he was shot and fell again, atsushi still reached to grab him, which got him shot in the process. its clear that someone was trying to eliminate sigma, and that would make atsushi an obvious target too,, but instead of trying to escape, atsushi still tried to help sigma??

after atsushi was shot, he also fell, but used his tail to grab something again. he could’ve tried to just support himself, he was very close to dying and probably should have been focusing on keeping himself alive in that situation. But No. he reached for sigma again and was visibly upset when sigma fell (so im gonna assume that he really wanted to save sigma, beyond capturing him for dazai’s plan) i love u atsushi!! so much!!!

now actually im gonna derail the atsushi post and be a theorist now 🤔 sorry ignore this if u dont wanna see me rambling abt decay of angels stuff!! 

i was confused at first when i read this, cause i wasn’t sure why nathaniel (who works under fyodor) was attacking sigma, another angel. why tf is the organization attacking itself,,, till i realized this has happened before? i believe that likely, whenever there’s a chance that an angel could be captured or interrogated, another angel kills them before anything could happen. 

mainly this came to mind in that sigma has only existed a few chapters, why is he about to die already? but the same thing happened with gogol. he existed for a few chapters and then died. thinking about it now, both situations involved an angel at risk of being captured, and both involved other angels doing something. 

in gogol’s case, he could be considered “trapped” by the ADA as he was in a room with them, and was at risk of screwing up the plan. the goal was to frame the ADA, but if he was left alive, that would create some questions and confusion regarding whether or not the ADA really did it. now, one of the angels was using the book to orchestrate that entire scene (i also have analysis on if gogol was killed against his will here if u wanna read). i discussed the possibility of gogol being killed against his will- there were some indicators that he didn’t actually want to die, and another angel was controlling everything, including his death.

somewhat similarly, sigma was at risk of being captured or screwing up the plan. things would have gone wrong if one of the angels was captured alive, as he could then tell the ADA about other member’s identities or their plans. the only person who would stand to gain from killing sigma was,, the other angels. it explains why nathaniel suddenly showed up, likely fyodor’s order, to attempt to kill sigma.

both times it seems that these people didn’t really want to die- rather, another member of their organization set them up to die so that their plan would succeed without an issue. now im really fuckin praying that sigma is okay bc i love him and he’s my favorite in the decay of angels. but um yeah i think since this has happened twice now in a similar fashion, i can at least offer up that it seems likely that angels are being murdered by other angels (not as a part of their plan, but as a safety measure. both gogol and sigma seemed surprised and/or unwilling to die in the moment).
