Daniel Page, who accidentally messes up his potion from staring at you too hard—who, on the other hand, was too fixated and focused on trying to help him ferment the mixture with what he had teached you so far.

Daniel Page, who constantly, indirectly calls you pretty.

Lottie had asked for advice on who she should draw to practice anatomy on, adding that it should be someone who has relatively pretty features so it won't be too hard to captivate. On the spur of the moment, Daniel was the one who almost immediately responded with your name.

Daniel Page, who always offers to help you study for exams, of course without a remark on how you "always need him" first.

Daniel Page, who ironically always needs you, and goes to you for help even though everyone else is a 100% available and a lot more suitable for the situation.

Daniel Page, who's slowly getting used to sneaking out at night with you to explore Hogwarts even further. To the point he could almost feel a pang of disappointment when you decide not to go.

"Alright," he speaks through his usual accent, "It's better not to get hung up by Mr. Filch anyway." He wishes you a goodnight after you do and tries to ignore the way his shoulders slump and how his mood lightly drops.

Daniel Page, who randomly gets reminded of how pretty you are despite the light frown you have displayed on your face as a result of whatever he said.

Additionally, Daniel Page who can't help but halt his speech when he realises how pretty your pout looks and the way you sassily cross your arms at him, so out of patience yet ready to hear him out. Hence why he always ends up "reluctantly" complying with your plan instead of his.

Daniel Page who covers up the fact that he wants you to dance with him "as a favor."

Daniel Page who gives you a flower because it was an "extra herb" he didn't need (even though he could have kept it for the next potion that acquired it), and makes up an entire potion when you asked what it was used for.

Daniel Page who suddenly distances himself from you when you start hanging out with another male student—

Daniel Page who says it was he who was "your first" and who has been on adventures with you more than anyone else and asks what's so special about said male student once you worriedly ask him what's going on

Daniel Page who's stuttering, awful lying, and flushed face never fail to give him away every time the others question him about you

Daniel Page who looks like a beaten-up puppy whenever you choose someone else over him. Notwithstanding it might be the smallest matter as to accompanying you to go back to your dorm to pick up something you forgot ☠️

Daniel Page who starts to stammer and sweat when you ask his opinion on how a certain outfit, accessory, or makeup looks on you— His response either being "It-it looks fine" or "uhhh um 🧍🏻‍♂️"

Daniel Page who feels guilty about the lack of solid answer he had given you, not to mention the pout on your face once you back away.

So he apologises afterward and straight up tells you that you're always pretty, and that he doesn't understand why you need to be told that when you'll always be the same or even prettier in anything you wear 🤷🏻...

mutuals appreciation post! i've been feeling sentimental about the fact that i met so many wonderful skillfull artists and just great people here in such a short time so i want to tell each one of you a couple of nice words

@miaumiaoumao it amazes me how many art styles you can pull off. that's a very rare skill in my experience and you absolutely slay every time. your silly cartoony comics are always a joy to see, and the way you do lineart in the more realistic styles is asolutely wonderful. im staring at the "peer into the darkness" piece (the second one) while im writing this and i cant stop. the way how it's all pencil-y, grainy and textured scratches some deep itch of mine

@fanaroff i love how squishy and soft you draw your characters. your style is so interesting to me, you push the proportions yet it still looks balanced and right. also your characters often feel very grounded in their environment and space, they feel solid. like i know how they would feel if i could touch them yk? i guess that's what i mean as squishy and soft aha

@myballsitchaurghouchie my god where do i begin. your character designs? immaculate. so eccentric and bold and full of character, i love all of the wiskers-ear tufts-fly aways you give your narinder, and the way you stylise your lamb's wool and goat's hair looks insanely cool. you know how to pull off both extremely soft and gentle atmosphere and extremely dynamic one. i see your art quite infrequently but each time it's a joy to behold

Nesta sat on the floor of her room, going through the old journals that Elain had brought. Most of them were books of poetry, pouring her heart out on nights when the pain was unbearable. It contained songs of woe and suffering and a few love songs from when she and Cassian were intimate. She never got the chance or the opportunity to add any music to the lyrics. She could do that now that she was safe and free in Day. She wondered if Helion had a music room. 

Lucien had stepped into the room while she was distracted and she jumped when she caught him looking over her shoulder. 

“Lucien!” she exclaimed, slamming her poetry book shut, her cheeks flush with embarrassment.

“Sorry.” He smiled remorsefully, “Your poetry is outstanding, Nesta. Are they songs?”

“Yes, though I’ve never been able to add music to them.” She sighed, “I don’t know if I ever will.” 

“You should. Music is very therapeutic.” He said, “We can work on that later. The healer is here for your check-up. We need to see if the baby has wings.”

That’s right. Nesta’s three-month checkup was today. Her hand rested over her restless heart and her stomach. If the baby had wings, she would be in the same situation as Feyre. But, she had been considering her options, if that were the case and she had some ideas. 

Lucien and Nesta walked to the infirmary, the same room she Helion had brought her to after her suicide attempt. The room drudged up bad memories and feelings, but she was able to push them down.

Nesta liked the healer female. Helion said she was the best healer in Dawn, a female named Delmarie, or just Del for short. But more importantly, she felt safe with the motherly healer.

Gwyn, Emerie, and Elain joined them in the examination room; Lucien hung back by the door. It had shocked her how much Lucien seemed to honestly care about her well-being. He was constantly checking in on her; he was just as much of a busybody as the three females at her bedside. “Helion is in a meeting. He’ll be joining us when he’s done.” Lucien soothed, seeing how nervous Nesta was. 

Nesta nodded as the healer put her hands on her small bump and closed her eyes. 

A long, tense minute passed as they all waited with baited breath.

“The baby has wings. It will be difficult to deliver with your current anatomy.” She announced, and the room seemed to deflate. “Otherwise, though, the baby is healthy.”

Nesta nodded numbly. She had feared this, and her heart sank, but it just meant she had to enact her plans.

“Lucien, I think the High Lord of Spring owes me a favor,” Nesta stated cryptically. 

Lucien, the clever boy he was, picked up on it immediately and nodded, winnowing out of the room. 

“What are you planning?” Elain asked, looking between Nesta and where Lucien once stood.

“My anatomy needs to be changed. Tamlin is the High Lord with that ability. And I figured, after he played such a large role in getting us thrown in the cauldron, the least he can do is change my anatomy to be more similar to an Illyrian.” she explained smugly.

The three females looked at her in awe, mouths slightly agape, before they broke into laughter and hugged Nesta in a strange group hug. 

“You’re brilliant, Nesta.” Gwyn complimented, “There’s no way he’ll say no.”

Helion joined them shortly after and was filled in on what had happened. 

It didn’t take long for Lucien and Tamlin to reappear hand in hand, though the contact was broken quickly. Tamlin looked regretful. He was eager to right some wrongs. 

“Lucien explained a bit of the situation to me. You need Illyrian anatomy to help deliver your baby safely.” He summarized, looking her over as if planning how he would help fix her. “You have my congratulations, by the way.”

“Thank you.” Nesta said, “That about sums it up. If you could help, I’d appreciate it.”

He thought about it momentarily before moving to her beside Helion, “I’ll need the healer's guidance so that I don't expand anything too much, but I can do it.” 

The room’s seemed to lighten, and relief settled over all of them. Helion and Gwyn held her hands as Tamlin’s hands settled just above her pelvis, not touching her. Tamlin and Del chatted for a moment about what exactly needed to be changed, and then the healer put her hands beside his as they worked. 

Eventually, Del spoke up, “That should be enough.”

Nesta breathed a breath of relief as the strange ache of her bones expanding finally ceased.

“Do you need anything else from me?” Tamlin asked Nesta, his frame seeming lighter already.

“Yes. I will consider your debt paid after you and Helion go and offer the same thing to Feyre,” Nesta declared.

Tamlin tensed at the mention of Feyre but reluctantly nodded, looking over to Helion, who grinned at Nesta. 

Helion kissed Nesta’s cheek, “You brilliant little thing.” he praised. He took Tamlin’s hand and winnowed away.

After learning of Nesta’s affinity for music, Helion arranged for her to meet with a male named Damian. He was a big name in music in the city of Rhodes and was happy to take up the High Lord’s request to help Nesta heal through music. 

So they both sat at a piano, Nesta’s diary open to a specific page. Damian looked at the page carefully, humming and playing specific notes to match. 

“Okay, we have a good melody worked out. Shall we try it in full?”

Nesta nodded, “Can I just sing harmony?” She asked

Damien smiled, “We’ll build you up to being the main event. Your voice is magnificent; It deserves to shine. But yes, for now, we can sing together.”

And with that, Damien began playing and singing:

Nesta wiped her eyes free of tears, her voice beginning to waver.

There was a long silence, then clapping could be heard from across the room. Helion clapped as he made his way over to Nesta.

“That was beautiful. How do you feel?” Helion asked, his hands on her shoulders, rubbing the muscles there gently. 

“It hurts. But in a good way, I think.” Nesta said, rubbing her chest just above her heart. Thinking of Cassian and what they could have had still hurt her, especially now with the baby. They could have been a happy family. And now the family was split. A new fear formed in her mind. Would the baby resent her later in life for keeping them from their father?

Helion hugged her from behind, “It will hurt for a while. Hell, it may never stop hurting, Nesta. But you’ll be okay. You have people here who love you and want you to be happy. And you have a baby that needs you.”

She nodded, still wiping at her eyes. 

“I think that’s good for today, don’t you think?” Damien said, “I'll be back in a few days. Think of what song you want to work on next.” With that Damien, took his bag and left the two of them alone. 

“Do you feel any better since you’ve come to the Day Court? Do you feel like you’ve healed at all?” Helion asked.

“Yes. The pain isn’t so all-consuming.” She explained, “I feel like I can finally breathe a bit easier. But separating from the Night Court comes with its own fears and worries.”

“Like what?” 

She hesitated a moment. “Well, I’m having a baby with Cassian. He doesn’t know about it. He thinks we’re dead. The guilt of that can be suffocating at times. I feel like I’m robbing him of a family. I should tell him about it, but I’m also afraid to. I can’t go back to the way things were before. It wasn’t healthy.”

Helion nodded in understanding, “I see. But Nes, first and foremost, you and your baby’s safety comes first. If Cassian’s presence in your life jeopardizes that, then it's a small price to pay. He lost the right to be in your life after all they’ve said and done to you.”

Nesta nodded but didn't seem convinced, and she was sure her worries would follow her into her nightmares.

“Promise me something, Nesta.” Helion requested, sitting on the piano bench, “When you’re hurting or feel depressed, you come to me for whatever reason. So we can talk through it. Hell, you don’t even have to come to me. I’m sure your sisters would be equally happy to talk you through your pain. But talk to someone. Can you promise me that?” 

“Okay,” she said, leaning against his shoulder, “I promise.”

-Goblins: Life Through Their Eyes + Tempts Fate - By Ellipsis "Elli" Stephens and Danielle Stephens

A webcomic about a bunch of goblins who decide to form up their own rpg hero adventuring party. while another goblin has their own reluctant adventure as a b-plot. Arts seems fine, but then you notice stuff how the goblin main characters look like chewed gum people. It also kinda chucks the characters into their dangerous situations REALLY fast and fequently, relying on a lot of ass-pulling to get the main characters out of them. I've also heard someone from fellow Bad Webcomic Entry "Girl Genius" worked on this too. Lots of time wasting mook battles and skipped updates for advert shilling.

As if that weren't enough the other comic, "Tempt's Fate" is on the same site and is more or less just a donation drive where people paying keeps the titular goblin from getting killed by death traps.

- NIHILGUNZ - By Exzeedvelocity

Possibly the most tryhard edgy thing you will ever see in an ongoing webcomic. About an anthro cat named Malice(?) Wh9 helps a mouse dispose of bodies, it feelscomic equivalent of what is basically the video game "Cruelty Squad" in that is over-the-top mean and crazy, but lacks the involvement of bein a game and is less self-aware. Or maybe it is and its just kinda missing its own point? Im not sure? The style is very stylistic and angular and leads to some weird sequences and anatomy, and the writing in AND out of the comic is juvenile constant swearing.

-Realm of Kaerwyn- by Long Tom and then ZenForce

A fantasy comic that started as different webcomic, which became a roleplay, which became this. The world was once ruled mainly by dragonpeople and is now lived in by humans who were teleported in from another universe, though there are still dragon people around. The world is also overridden by werewolves that spread like a zombie disease through scratching and biting, with only one city left. Honestly don't know too much else aside from the art looking amateurish and the fact that the character who was the protagonist of the original comic and the role play (a half-wolf girl adventurer) is not the real main character of this comic.

Oh god, is the first one THAT Goblins? I've heard it's extremely infamous and the author does not take criticism well As for the other two, NIHILGUNZ does sound genuinely awful. even if the art style is kinda neat. And the third one, I am just confused, but I don't see why I shouldn't give this a chance.
