Thinking about how the lyrics change for Unshaken (Arthur returning to shady belle from guarma) and Crash of Worlds (Arthur's farewell)

Coming back from guarma, Arthur is having multiple realisations and coming to his own conclusions. His world is truly crashing down after seeing how much his gang is falling apart, and seeing how much he had been used to get there. He's having regrets and doubts, thinking of what life could have been if he hadn't had been blinded by loyalty.

"May I stand unshaken, amidst, amidst a crash of worlds"

His final moments, his world of loyalty to the gang and the new world he had opened his eyes to after his diagnosis have crashed together. He could see things clearly for what they were, and the pain that came with it, and he had the opportunity to save John amongst the chaos. It could also be seen as the crash being his transition to the afterlife, the worlds of the living and the dead, whatever Arthur believed in.

As gen-AI becomes more normalized (Chappell Roan encouraging it, grifters on the rise, young artists using it), I wanna express how I will never turn to it because it fundamentally bores me to my core. There is no reason for me to want to use gen-AI because I will never want to give up my autonomy in creating art. I never want to become reliant on an inhuman object for expression, least of all if that object is created and controlled by tech companies. I draw not because I want a drawing but because I love the process of drawing. So even in a future where everyone’s accepted it, I’m never gonna sway on this.

the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?????????? and thus was verbal again
