starter for @ambroseserrett ; set in the red keep, amerie starts on a search for fresh air, and finds an unexpected friend in the process

a sea of semi-familiar faces fall upon a honeyed gaze as she passes through the pockets of nobles chatting about gods know what with one another. odds of her being here by choice are slim, but amongst the people celebrating are chances for amerie to bring more revenue to her families seat. there were always ships to sell and amerie would be making her way through the prospects once she could shake the uneasy feeling that came over her once her sisters had wandered in their own directions. 

perhaps a moment alone could bring her relief, she think, a breath of fresh air and so her pursuit of the nearest balcony or exit begins. a few nods of the head and polite hello's later, she's found herself chilled by the cool night air. it seems that only half of her wish would be fulfilled in that moment. recognizable features make themselves know as she approaches the figure, doing her best not to startle the unsuspecting lord. 

"pardon my intrusion, lord serrett. the noise, its" hands gesture to show the frustration she feels at the environment. "overwhelming at the moment. unless you'd prefer to be left to yourself, might i take up some space? it'll only be a moment."

goooorl! that has been sneaking on me for the past week finally kicked my ass for the past two days. good news is i had a job interview on wednesday for another store & i got it!!! it's a store nearby the one i currently work at. it's a temporary position, but if it all works out they could give me a permanent spot. i'm gonna try to keep both jobs at the same time but if the new one does offer a more permanent position i might leave my old one bc it's honestly the more promising option
