ohhh my god tori clone... shes gone! goodbye. u cannot contain her. shes like 'well tori prime can't get out of her obligations but i can haha'
she's technically a kage bunshin so everyone is like "well, how long could she really last" but in giving her free will, tori cut off the memory transfer when popped. who knows where clone tori went or how long she goes for???

i hope im not bothering you, but i know that you’re one of the staff for the hq writers net and i was thinking to do something similar for another fandom (if you don’t mind! i think it’s a great idea and since the fandom doesn’t have anything of the sort, i was hoping to start one up so more writers could get more exposure). is it worth the time and energy? i understand it must be exhausting for you and iolite to take care of so much at once, but do you find this time well spent? ty!
Hi there! We definitely aren't the first network out there, so there's no need to get our blessing to do your own!
There's a lot more work going on behind the scenes than a lot of people may realize (especially if you add the discord server on top of it). To be honest, I only became part of the network to help @writeiolite out; she was the one who wanted to build a community and bring people together. The work (especially since we've gotten more members) does sometimes get to a point where I debate throwing in the towel and stepping away from Haikyuu for a bit, but I'm not doing it alone, so it's easier to get through.
So basically, the community that has resulted from the net and the friends I've made along the way definitely make me feel like the work is worth it, only because Io and I have the schedule to manage it and uphold the promises we've made to said community.
I meant for this to be all uplifting and "chase your dreams"-y but it really is a lot of work, and I don't want you to get in over your head and let yourself and those writers down! So as long as you can say for yourself that you can manage it, and you'll only promise them things you can realistically deliver I'd say go for it. If I was just one person reblogging posts and setting up events without talking to the writers, I probably wouldn't have lasted a week. But, being able to work with Iolite and becoming friends with some of the sweetest and funniest people in the community was probably the best outcome in this scenario. So if you can get some mods/admins to help you out when the going gets tough, I highly recommend it.
If you do decide to start your own network, I wish you luck! I complain a lot, but idk what I'd be doing without them.

#im debating the funniest outcome#like do they have to retrace the clone's steps in a mystery style adventure#does someone discover years later that clone tori has taken over a small city#what if she's married and has a family#the possibilities are endless
consider further: minato has immediate hokage-like interest in free will clones because they're completely cut off from their originator. this seems less traceable that other types of clones and would be super useful for certain types of missions. he's having visions of clones going into high security areas, accomplishing a task, and then popping themselves. then the person doing the mission doesn't retain classified knowledge!
the drawback here is of course that the clone he's talking to isn't a good little obedient "i am a tool" ninja; it's tori. how dare he suggest she just go off and kill herself? is her life worth less just because she's a clone?! she's running away and you can't stop her. clone rights
