i kinda wanna shift this blog away from lotf related stuff because im losing touch w everyone here and my passion has weaned a little,, i just don't know how since it was made for my lotf hyperfixation:') i would probably miss some aspects of being here but ive started to have sm problems with the people and it makes it difficult to wanna post

i kinda told myself if i had all sorts of falling outs with the fandom id just leave and since i left the castle rock server after being literally sexually harassed, i just don't feel the urge to start "making friends" here

one time I was on call with some of my lotf friends looking at lotf fanart and low and behold, i saw YOUR blog. It was like an autism crossover event. Like, woah... my favorite hetalia fanartist.... was a lord of the flies fan.....

first of all IM YOUR FAVORITE HETALIA FAN ARTIST... WAOW THANK YEWW TF THATS CRAZY 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 second. Im going to be so fr i was a lotf fan when I was 13 and it was bc i was obsessed with that roger x maurice yaoi. and it was rogice i was making up random shit for and just hoping other people would accept. one of my biggest inspirations was the only person on fanfiction dot net who wrote rogice but not weirdly gay and had this series where maurice forced roger to celebrate a different national holiday every day and one chapter was world aids day and maurice was like "erm.... im not sure if we should celebrate this 😅 heh gomennnnnnn!". and all their fics were funny as shit like this except their one fic that was insanely serious and insanely long. and in it roger was a serial killer who stole peoples eyes and maurice was like yknow what yeah lets go along with this and then when maurice died roger put his eyes in a special bag. and this long ass homer poem was just randomly between ten thousand normal short one shots. anyways yeah i guess you could say i used to like lord of the flies im normal about it now and tbh im more crazy about the great gatsby bc i yumeship with gatsby on the downlow but thats a whole nother thing. and i am much more serious about yumeshipping with boo radley from to kill a mocking bird but i lowkey didnt care for the book even through i had to analyze it for class twice and the only thing that got me through it was lusting over boo radley so i wouldn't lose focus...... stockholm syndrome?

ig i haven’t posted in exactly a year?!? 😟 i started this account in my freshman year of high school and now im about to be a second year in college.

i’ve kinda been back and fourth on being active in the last 5 years. I think I want to return to this account steadily. I loved writing fun and silly HCs and also writing longer form darker content inspired by this book I actually really appreciate the writing of.

It helps that I’ve watched a lot of you guys be consistently active over the past 5 years and never give up on your blogs. it gives me the motivation to come back and write some smaller things every now and then.

i definitely want to purge this account a little bit and get rid of stuff i’m not proud of or didn’t want to write in the first place. I think the characters in this book have such solid and different personalities and that’s what makes them fun to write about. I kinda saw a lot of the LOTF inspired writing I did as good practice for how to write with my own original stories in the future.

Also, I am still trying to work on a darker version of LOTF, I just need to figure out how to go about it. My copy of the book has been sitting on my desk completely highlighted and annotated for forever now.

At the end of the day, you guys are all very talented and gave me a place to share my creativity as I grew up, so thanks for that! Hopefully I’ll get to continue that in the future. thank you for the last 5 years :)
