As I said my fem asoryuri is havely inspired by a fanfic, and I really liked the kazuma crossdressing for the study tour... but then it let me to some conflicts on what would happen with kazuma "dying" on 1-2

On one part I think that ryuu in that case would also crossdress, at least during most part of the story, so the outfits wouldn't change much, if at all, unless something happened that caused ryuu to reveal she's actually a women but then have stronghart agreeing to her still acting as a defense lawyer

But on the other hand maybe she could get to that agreement from the start

On the other hand, kazuma it's supposed to have amnesia after the accident, so im left wondering if she would stop crossdressing since she doesn't even remember why she was doing so in the first place, or if she would keep it maybe to make it easier to get to London (I forgot the swords on the version with the dress u.u sorry)

We also see him completely missing Asuna's flirting at first (he tells her she could have just checked her friendlist to make sure he was alive, in response to her tracking him down to see him)

Bi coding: Dual wielding swords is literally a euphemism in Japan for bisexuality; and Kirito initially tries to hide the fact he can dual wield out of fear of how the people he's close to will view him (and once he reveals it to them and they accept it, he begins to be more open about it.) Also in the Underworld arc he becomes very close with Eugeo to the point of living with him (and sharing a bed on occasion), and there are several parallels between Eugeo and Asuna, and they're so gay for each other that despite the anime having only a toned down version of it, they're still very affectionate (Also of note is that Eugeo is the only guy in SAO canon to consistently have a 'laying in bed with Kirito' talk CG in the spinoff games) (There's more but it's spoilers and this is a shortened version)

Trans coding: Kirito is very trans coded in the light novel (which shows Kirito's thoughts in much greater detail than the anime) Aincrad arc reveals that Kirito explicitly Does Not Like his real face, and dislikes how feminine it looks (he mentions that its led to him and his cousin being mistaken for sisters) And in Phantom Bullet arc, he's visibly uncomfortable at being mistaken for a girl due to his avatar's appearance, and in response to being misgendered he briefly panics and checks to make sure his chest flat (at least in the anime adaptation) 🏳️‍⚧️"

"for other fans of this series, I know the more obvious representation here may be Luou, Junpei is So Good. his special interest is ballet and he has so many hangups involving how his family sees him and how other boys his age interpret him to the point that his idea of masculinity is extremely narrow and he enforces social rules on himself to mask and keep people from realizing that he loves something that Isn't Manly. he misinterprets social cues and takes things literally, like assuming that when Miyako asked him to dance with her she meant Right This Minute rather than as a pair in the studio. for some reason the point where he cuts his hair super short to prove his devotion to ballet is also sticking with me, I think maybe it's the combination of the way it's normal for boys/men in Japan to do that, yet Junpei didn't realize that kind of attitude/action didn't suit ballet at all? he wasn't aware that the context was completely different. Junpei also doesn't act or pretend very well, he's gotta put his whole entire ass into his roles, which he then proceeds to get TOO into and cause a lot of trouble, without giving too much away! he's really relatable to me as someone who's socially anxious but very skilled at masking, and seeing him become more comfortable with himself and start to show how he really feels is so inspiring to me."

Obsessed with the vibe that both Ryunosuke and Phoenix were built to be the most easily underestimated guys ever and they’re always set up against people who would eat them alive if given the opportunity. They’re also distinctly different flavors of visibly pathetic, Phoenix has more of the ‘ridiculous stupid reckless crybaby’ thing going on while Ryunosuke is a ‘tiny nervous woodland creature begging to be hunted for sport’ kinda vibe.

While there’s no way that it’s all a facade, it would be interesting if they were at least self aware. Phoenix does his puppy eyes in court at the judge and at Gumshoe to get into the crime scene and Ryunosuke just forgets to draw attention to the fact that he constantly has a sword on his person, while Kazuma uses it for intimidation Ryunosuke rests his hand on it for support and that’s it.

During the 7yg Phoenix tailors his persona specifically to double down on the idea that he’s shady and down on his luck and this feels like a choice that he’s made rather than him actually giving up and we know that he never gave up. That’s like… his whole deal.

Stronghart takes one look at Ryunosuke and immediately dismisses him, no one can turn this little runt into an assassin. He’s not a threat if he mutters all his thoughts to himself and is visibly anxious all the time.

I just think it would be funny if they weaponized it and are constantly pulling the ‘im a little birthday boy’ move.

He starts playing volleyball and hanging out with the jocks, he’s seen constantly in their group, and then when Kazuma starts coming around, you finally stop trying to get his attention because so many other people have it.

Raspberries blown at each other turn into subtle nods until they’re barely even that. Getting paired up in class means one person does the entire project, so there’s no awkward positions. Graduation is… normal. It’s bittersweet, and you want to extend your thoughts to the Yuuji you’d once known, but you dont get the chance because he’s off with volleyball friends.

And thus ends the tale.

…until your college roommate starts drowning on, and on, and fucking on about this guy they’re seeing, head over heels obsessed with his dick, his presence, how fun he is, and finally you’re like “oh my god, shut up.”

Then, they smirk, “he’s got a cute friiiieeend,” they sing, and you roll your eyes. And it takes them a minute to beg, but you finally agree to meet Mr Perfect and his cute friiiieeend.

So, imagine your absolute shock when, in the flesh, stands the one and only Terushima Yuuji, next to the guy your roommate had recently been enamored with, his jaw slacked to match yours, his piercing glimmering slightly.

And he looks… good. He looks so good, dear god he looks so good, why the fuck must he look so good, and you find yourself trying to look anywhere but up at him for fear of even more awkward interactions or staring. He’s bulkier now than he’s ever been, his hair longer and floppier than back then, but he’s still the Yuuji you’ve known forever- so why does seeing him look so good make you so uncomfortable?

It only brings you comfort to know that he, too, is trying so hard not to stare at you, but otherwise, it’s like someone died and you’re trying hard not to talk about them.

“You’ve..” he suddenly says, offering you one of his rare, more shy smile. “How… how have you been?”

“Good,” you admit, shrugging while your roommate and his friend go off. Then, you smirk happily at him, “better now that I don’t have to deal with your ass hogging the sandbox.”

“Oh har-har,” he shorts, nudging you with his elbow. “That sandbox was my territory and you know it.”

And from there it’s just… it’s so nice. He tells you about what drove him into volleyball, how he learned to be humbled by people he cared most about- not by those who shoved him off the top of the monkey bars- and how he’s doing great. He’s got his golden eyes fixated on you and you alone, and it makes it incredibly hard to tell him of your own successes under such a gaze.

He listens to you like you speak law, eyes only a little lidded and smile only a little more dopey than normal, they glaze over your frame possessively and it makes your chest brush in heat.

“Hey it’s a little stuffy in here,” he says as the music starts to get louder, after talking for god knows how long. More people have come, but you’ve been far too focused on him to even notice. “Do you wanna like… walk to the convenient store with me?”

And of course you nod. Why would you not? He’s nice enough, you’re both adults, you know that you can hang out without too much of a second thought- really you’re the only one who’s thinking anything of it, you assume- so, with your judgement laid out on the floor and a sure-fire plan to go to the convenience store in effect, you let him take you to the drug store, and sure, you let him pay for your snacks, and when he suggests you two walk around for a bit more before getting back to socializing at the party, you let him.

And it’s the worst mistake you’ve made since agreeing to meet your roommates’ hookup’s wingwan.

It’s wet, it’s stopped raining hours ago, and it smells warm and sweet, and your shoes squeak against the pavement while you both walk beside each other. You nudge him softly with your shoulder, and he snorts and does it back, and it’s like the same playfulness you had from childhood is back in the best way possible.

“I’m going to do something dumb,” he says suddenly, biting his lip in a dramatic, flirty way, and you chuckle and pop another corn chip in your mouth.

“Most things you do are,” you hum nonchalantly, swallowing the chip and grinning up at him.

His eyes glaze up and down your frame in mock-offense before quickly catching your waist around his arm, and planting a kiss to your lips, and the arm holding your snack slacks and you drop the entire bag.

And the kiss is just… magnificent. It’s marvelous, it’s everything you wish it could’ve been and even more. It’s juvenile and silly, but it melts your heart like chocolate and it feels like all will be fine.

Too fine.

Far too fine.

When you two part, your hand comes up to cover your mouth in shock, and eagerly, he leans forwards to swallow your gasps in a kiss once more, assuming your surprise was also laced with approval, but this time you, duck away with tears glimmering in your eyes.

You don’t want to kiss him.

You never wanted to kiss him before.

And now, after years of being distant, he suddenly wants to make a move?

No wonder he’s been so sweet.

He wants something physical.

You refuse to give him that.

He ruined everything you’ve ever wanted from him, with just one kiss.

He didn’t want you like you’d always dreamed of being wanted.

You feel gross, and you stare up at him in betrayal, confusion dancing in his golden pools.

“I… I’m sorry Yuuji,” you whimper, hand still not moving from its cover of your lips. “I… I-I can’t give you what you want from me.”

With that, you drop the bag from the drugstore and leave hastily, leaving him watching without absolute sadness in his aching gaze. He drops his own bag onto the wet pavement, and he wipes his nose in an attempt to ward off the tears that start to brew in his golden eyes, merely watching you walk away.

You’re such an idiot. He can’t stand how dumb you are, from back then, to now.

Because all Yuuji’s ever wanted from you, from the first day you shoved him off the top of that damned slide, was a chance.

And he couldn’t even convince you to give him that.

i like him i like go a little crazy every time he and kyo are onscreen together like honestly they feel very similar to kyoko and tohru being like doting single parents who are like obsessed with their kids i literally just am so sad that kyoko and kazuma never got to meet it haunts me every day like how sweet that would be like me thinking about kyo and tohrus wedding if kyoko was still alive and they would get along so well... god like imagine them calling each other to gush about their grandkids... the possibilities..  i love how um kazumas assistant i forget his name calls them stupid parent stupid child and the like notes about exactly what he meant and how its usually considered kinda rude to compliment people as much as they do but theyre just stupid loving family ;w; i think that vibe comes across a lot more like later idk if ur anime only and i think he can seem a bit cold and weird to kyo pushing him like this when he forces him to go into his true form which i think was a pretty big betrayal of trust in that moment but they definitely have i think healed from that later and they really care so much about each other it also kinda feels like their relationship was revised a little bit like that hes kind of just referred to as kyos master and then like it becomes clear hes really kyos adoptive father ugh i loooove the confrontation between kazuma and kyos biological father where he says hes literally never been a real father to kyo and absolutely doesnt understand anything about parenting when hes just raging about kyo and that kazuma has ultimately been kyos real father and im like yeah ;w; genuinely like having that kind of support and love was so so important for kyo thats one of the big things yuki really envied about kyo that he could leave and that he had an actual parental figure who gave him unconditional love at some point in his life idk i think hes definitely a flawed parent like hes clearly made some mistakes but he really does love kyo and like after hiros mom is probably the best zodiac parent also like literally every scene thats like tohru kazuma and kyo together are soooo funny kyo just like is getting more and more flustered

• Your naivety is what caused Kiryu to be close and overprotective to you in the first place. 

• Kiryu REALLY REALLY loves it when you spend time with the orphanage kids especially when you're with Haruka. He will subconsciously smile whenever he sees you act like a parental figure to them, someone has to point it at his smiling or else his cheeks will start hurting. But this also makes his overprotectiveness increase more.

• Kiryu absolutely admires your patience around the kids he learns it is difficult to take care of children, so you around him helping make him feel like you're both together even if he knows that you're just helping him out and it's weird for someone to think like this.

• Kiryu in every scenario is very hesitant for anyone to see you with him, his paranoia gets stronger every second you're not with him, what happens if some yakuza or anyone attacks you at this moment? What if you're kidnapped and held ransom? Those kinds of "What if?" "What happened? ''questions just basically run his thoughts when you're not around.

• So most of the time he's just behind you literally scaring anyone who breathe a single atom in your direction. So in the crowd a random person might as well randomly see a sweet looking person who's smile and even compete with the most sunniest day and behind them is guy who's already glaring at the person.

• If you ever know how to cook and bake he would be now "falling much more". (harder again how is that possible)

• Kiryu will try to make you feel less shy so you can open up to him because he doesn't like it when you keep things to yourself.

• If there was a scenario when a random dude starting flirting and you're clearly uncomfortable but too shy to speak up to yourself, Kiryu's overprotectiveness just  he would try to intimidating them to make the buzz off but if they won't take the hint he might as well use much more physical means, of course if he was ever going to use that choice he will make sure you're far away from the scene and won't see how brutal it can be.

• There's a very high chance of Kiryu kidnapping you, he keeps on saying that this is for your own good but deep inside Kiryu knows that he kidnapped you for his selfish gains.

A couple of things before I start that cracked me up when I was reading your answers:

We had the same crush with Kyoya Tategami.

I have the same “problem” that you have with Spanish… But with French. But honestly, I’m glad to have Spanish as my first language or I would cry if I had to learn it now HAHAHAH.

This has nothing to do with your answers but you are a ray of sunshine. Period.

1. A dream that you still remember?

Oh my oh my, let me tell yoU about that dream where me and my friends were almost captured by the marines. Yes, One Piece related, what a surprise.

Sooo, I was in a convention or something like that of the marines minding my own business when, out of the blue, I blinked and I was with my friends on a speedboat in the middle of the ocean surrounded by four ships, proper marine ships with their soldiers and all.

Soldiers who chained us.

They were about to send us to G-5 for some reason bUT BUUUT my friends started yelling at me “SAY IT, RITA, SAAAY IT, YOU CLOWN!”

And… And HAHAHAHHAHAh I looked up at a woman who I think it was Tashigi (I don’t remember her face, but for the sake of the story im going to say that it was her) and said:

“I just… Wanted to know if… If. IfSmokerissingle.”

And Tashigi…

“OH, WHY DIDN’T YOU SAY IT EARLIER. GUYS, FREE THEM.”

And then I woke up.

But let me tell you, the best of the dream wasn’t the dream itself, was the reaction and explanation my friend Laura gave me when I told her what happened.

Laura: Well… I know what happened. You approached Smoker, confident, powerful, knowing what and how to say it. Then you saw him in front of you and… You just punch him in the stomach and started running.  And that’s why the Marines were chasing us.

What makes funnier what she said is that I DID that as a child. I was 10-12 years old, went to my crush at the moment, prepared to confess my feelings… Changed my mind at the end and just slapped him and started running.

I like to think that I had a date with Smoker after the incident and we laugh it off like it was nothing (?). And then he complimented my punch(?).

2. What job did you want to do when you were younger?

Uhm… I wanted to be a veterinarian, then a journalist, a poet…

 3. And now? Did it has changed?

Yes! Now I want to be a translator and I’m studying a degree at the University to do so. And I love it. And I’m so frickin’ happy... I cry everytime I think that I made it here.

4. A favorite game?

Of all times? Mass Effect.

It was the first videogame that I found and played without my brother, in fact, HE played it because of me when it usually went the other way around (and let me tell you, as the younger sibling, that felt GOOD).

And I just fell in love with the characters, the story and… Jane Shepard is my MOM AND I LOVE HER. And maybe the mother of my OC of One Piece was inspired by her.

And right now? Yakuza.

I started playing the series a couple of months ago. At first it was just because… I was bored, I won the game in a giveaway, they were two characters wearing suits and one of them had an eye patch (I KNOW, I KNOW, SUCH IMPORTANT REASONS HAHAHAHAAH im basic im so sorry).

But DAMN the game hooked me at the first chapter.

And now I’m obsessed. I know that some people when they hear Yakuza the first thing that comes to their minds are the memes (and yes, they are amazing) but there is so MUCH more in those games. If you have the opportunity, try to play some of them. I recommend start with Yakuza 0, it sets the story for the two characters that would be appearing in the rest of the games (Kazuma Kiryu and Goro Majima).

PS: Can I say how much I love Majima? And his story? I’m going to stop now before I start crying.

Yes! Was a gift from my brother when I was still a baby, his name is Señor Pana (Sir Corduroy) because the first pants that he had were made of corduroy. I know, an amazing name.

Omg, I have to choose ONE????!!!!!

Maybe Get Backers or Shamang King, for the same reason as Mass Effect, they were the first series that I started watching for myself without my brother.

Well well well well WEEEELLL, hell yes.

Don’t ask me about the laces on Smoker’s neck, or the lamp in Zoro’s hair, or the candy in Luffy’s strawhat. It just… Happened.

If the laws of Toy Story did apply in our world… They would hate me. Maybe not Luffy, but Smoker and Zoro? HAHAHAHAHAHimawfulbutguysiloveyouiswear.

And Stampede? I watched that movie like… 5-6 times? In Japanese, in Spanish, in Portuguese. With friends, alone, EVEN with my mom. What can I say? That movie is my happy place right now.

10. How was your day?

It was really nice and productive!

I draw a little, play some Yakuza obvs (and thought about how much I love Majima), and write about my OC of One Piece, who was born thanks to this amazing ask that Julie answered. Thanks to her hcs I felt the need to create her, to draw her, to make her story, her mom’s… The problem is that I need to catch up with the manga/anime before finishing her background :,) even if I planned to base her ongoing story after the events that Oda decides to left at the end of manga (?). And I’m CRYING ‘cause I really really want to write things for her but I feel like I won’t make it justice if I’m not aware of everything (ಥ﹏ಥ).

And that was my day HAHAHAHAHA.

• Sweet like dango and a smile that can beat the Amaterasu shine itself, soul pure like Aphrodite’s white clothes, and many more words that Ryunosuke can’t even describe you.

• Ryunosuke is known for having a sweet tooth, and ironically he met you at his favorite mango street vendor that he always visited since he was a kid. There was something about you that he couldn’t pull away his gaze from when you ordered your dango with your last yen but gave it to a young girl peeking behind you. Instead of being sad about it, you felt rather happy for you made a little girl’s day a bit better.

• Ryunosuke would then visit daily and would even eat his food slowly so he could just see a glimpse of you. This happened for many weeks until Kazuma or Susato had to step up and introduce him to you since he’s always just gawking at you and even if he even tries to muster up a word to say, he immediately aborts his plan.

• Ryunosuke would feel so giddy when you accepted to be his friend, he would talk about his passion for archery or what happened today, and he gets scared that you might find him annoying but he didn’t even need to say anything as you cupped his hands and tell him to tell you more stories.

• Ryunosuke would subconsciously gush about you to anyone nearby, people think he’s crazy because he keeps on talking to himself.

• Ryunosuke remembers the first time you made him food not only that but British cuisine, through heaven and earth Ryunosuke savors every bite for each bite he thinks about the love and dedication you spent on it. Now he would make hints of maybe..just maybe..you make him more food and he will prepare some decent meal for you. .like friends normally do!

• Ryunosuke admires your sweet and positive outlook in life, even if it’s a major issue you would always try to solve it by first calming everyone down thus taking the leader role in some sort.

• If you guys were in a relationship, you had to help Ryunosuke gather his thoughts and when you kissed him, he could taste sweet berries. Ryunosuke is a sucker for all your compliments, he shows off his lawyering or archery skills whenever you’re around just to get a compliment from you (he’s so downright bad for you). The first time you complimented him was the time you baked a cake for him because he won an easy test, he even told it that it was pretty easy and your response was “Even if it was easy to you, to me you were incredible out there and you truly deserve the cake Mister Naruhodo/Naruhodo-san” you respond with a sweet smile he wanted to confess his love to you at that time, he used every power he had to not do it at that moment, so every since he always looks forward to your compliments scratch that—he always looks forward at you. One time he found you taking care of a child and ever since he had an image of both of you being married and having kids that are the mix of you and him so that caused his obsession to grow.

• The whole negative experience he has during Great Britain and the blatant xenophobia towards his fellow countrymen, he would look forward to your letters and he would firstly smell it before carefully opening it (insane goober). He has to contain his pounding heart whenever he imagines your voice saying each line of the letter. Quick Iris! Ryunosuke hasn’t breathed in 5 minutes!!

• Ryunosuke would take days to even start his letter not because he doesn’t know what to say (okay..maybe that’s also part), but because he has to rationalize what he’s going to say because every stroke of a letter already got him acting like a hyper child.

• When Ryunosuke came back he immediately hugged you so tight because you were a shining hope for him after Kazuma’s “death”, and like I said the xenophobia downed his character so when he finally felt your sweet kindness again, he just couldn’t let go like a bee to a sweet nectar for how addicting it is.
