𓆝 𓆟 Meet Na Ilseong 𓆝 𓆟
cw// mental abuse, mental health issues
Na Ilseong, born 14 April, 1996 in Yeosu-si, South Korea. Due to being raised in a small country-side town, he struggled to adjust to the hustle of Seoul when he was accepted to Sky High Entertainment in late 2015. Ilseong was the last of the debut lineup to join the company.
Ilseong had always had a love of idols and dancers, to the point where his father would drive him to another neighboring town to attend dance lessons. According to most of his instructors, he had a natural talent for dance.
Despite being the second oldest of the group, he is the youngest in his family and has a sort of naive air about him. He trusts easy and wears his heart on his sleeve. Often, he takes things to heart and can get discouraged easily.
The group's staff picked up on this very quickly and used it to their advantage. It was almost textbook love-bombing with how staff would continuously praise him only to turn around and degrade him for the smallest thing. He quickly developed a dependency on their praise and struggled mentally during the final few months the group was under Sky High Entertainment.
It was harder for him to speak up as his parents had risked everything for him to become an idol as they both worked in a fishmarket. Despite the mental abuse, he kept quiet even to the other members.
When the group had started discussing leaving the company, Ilseong defended the company and claimed that they were just trying to help them. The rest of the members were understandibly upset by Ilseong's statement and it caused a fight between the six of them.
In wake of the fight and group hiatus, there was a six week period in which Ilseong had moved back to his hometown with his parents who immediately noticed a difference in their youngest. He was more withdrawn and rarely spoke unless spoken to. It took a lot of time and gentle, parental pressure for him to finally break and tell his parents everything that had been happening since he'd moved away.
His parents were heartbroken to learn about the mistreatment their son had gone through and had immediately looked into finding him a therapist in order to work through everything that had transpired. During the sessions, his therapist had helped him realize that what he'd said to his group, while understandable due to how staff had treated him, was unfair to his members.
At the end of the six weeks he was home, he had been terrified to confront his group members. It had taken him nearly thirty minutes to work up the courage to ring the doorbell of the new apartment the five had been staying in. Insu had opened the door and nearly closed it again before Ilseong managed to say that he was there to apologize.
Ilseong's therapist had helped him figure out what to say in a way where he could explain his side of things without invalidating what the rest of them had gone through and in the end, the six of them were all in tears as they hugged. Ilseong had explained that his six weeks of self-imposed exile were awful and that not a day went by where he didn't miss the rest of them and regret what he said.
The six of them had come out of that event closer than ever especially now that the all understood each other's sides.
Fans have always adored Ilseong because of his naive nature and even though he has lost some of that, fans have never waivered in their affection towards him. Ilseong is the one who has hinted the least at what happened during the group's time under Sky High Entertainment and fans have accepted that he doesn't seem to want to talk about those years.

@dencesin, a closed starter
Stormy knew that Ilseong was busy today. He kept track of Ilseong’s schedules so that he knew where he would be, and so that he would be able to provide support when needed. The life of an idol was not an easy one, and Ilseong letting him in was not something Stormy was going to take lightly.
He checked the time before hitting the call button. Once the other end picked up, he felt his heart flutter in his chest. Sitting up, Stormy put on a smile. “Hi, hyung,” he greeted, voice soft and breathy. “How’s it going today? Are you at lunch, are you eating?”

THE DON OF HELL'S ANGELS - SUPERNATURAL AU
Age: 26 Occupation: Crime Lord Race: Nephilim Powers: Light Manipulation, hypnotism, strength, incredibly high endurance Favourite Hobby: Underground Combat Sports
Lore: A child of a fallen angel who mated with a mortal woman, Ilseong was born with the gifts of said angel and the fair visage of his mother, he was truly angelic in nature. With these gifts and innocent complexion one would assume he would become something of a beacon for others, but that is not the fate or destiny that was given to him. When he was born, his mother fell ill and not too soon after was incapable of caring for the young Nephilim. With no other options, and his father being absent never to be seen again, Ilseong's mother called on a favour from a mafia gang and so Ilseong's fate was forever changed as he was raised within the crime family as one of their own.
As Ilseong grew up and his abilities became more and more present in his life while learning at a private school, he would eventually reach an age where his ambitions became the forefront of his mind and this meant taking over the gang as his own. He wanted to be the centre of attention, wanted to bring this small and relatively tame gang into the very forefront of the Capital. So, turning on his adoptive father, the former leader of the gang and killing him honourably through combat, he takes on a new name: Eden. A spiteful name to throw back at his biological father.
Today, under a new name, Hell's Angels operates a tight and very well oiled crime underworld. Ilseong, or in this case Eden, now wears a mask with the visage of both a devil and an angel. None who joined post his ascension to the boss position know who is truly under that mask, with those within his inner circle knowing the youthful man that lay beneath. But the mask serves another purpose, allowing Eden ease with doing his own independent things away from the gang itself. Love, hobbies and more... At least until the gang requires a reminder of who the boss is.
"No need to talk. Your fists told me everything I need to know about you."

“Videos, I work with one of the major news stations. So usually really depressing pieces,” Jeongyeol admitted, not feeling as though going into specifics would make either one of them feel all that good. It wasn’t a pleasant experience most of the time for him, even if he had gotten several raises and a few awards for the work that he did. Those were the types of things that only people in the industry would care about. Certainly not worth mentioning to someone that he had met about five seconds prior.
“I’m going to take a guess and say that you’re an idol. Since at this point, I am assuming that you aren’t actually being followed by a group of religious cult members,” he said, a faint smile appearing on his lips. He had met a few actors and Ilseong didn’t seem to have that vibe about him. He’d never really met an idol before, although he had been sent to a few trials involving them. He always did end up feeling bad for the ones that are suing their companies due to mismanagement. But at least he didn’t recognize Ilseong from something like that.
“I’m surprised to hear that you are fascinated by someone that is oblivious to the popular,” he laughed quietly, because he was certainly not paying attention to anything that most other people were. He liked to swaddle himself in quiet comfort.
It was rare for Eden to find someone that actually didn't recognise him, it was a breath of fresh air and mildly humbling in a way. He'd been in the limelight with his idol group for so long that getting a chance to be normal was rare and far between. With a small smile and chuckle, the idol puts his mask back up and nods, "Alright then, lead the way. If you want to, I can pay you back with some coffee or something once I recognise the way."
With those words, Il-seong shoots a cheeky wink at the other male before noticing the camera draped around his neck and raises a brow, walking with Jeongyeol now through the city and past ordinary citizens making their usual commute wherever it was they were going. "SO you're a photographer? What do you take photos of? Or videos of? Tell me about yourself!"
The idol was always curious about other people, and quite extroverted too, always making sure whoever it was he was talking or spending time with as comfortable. "It's rare nowadays meeting peeps who don't know me, so you interest me a lot before you ask why I'm so curious~"

i ask for Yandere ayano shimizu headcanon with a lazy and tired reader of course you can ignore and delete if your stuff is closing or for any other reason.
oc: Shimizu Family:-
Ayano Shimizu X Reader
✤ Summary: Ayano Shimizu finally has his darling, little sweetheart in his the palms of his hands and it appears that they're.....sleeping?
✤ Fluff|| headcanons|| blood, mentions of murder, invasion of privacy, noncon, dubcon?? since Reader does not care what he does to her as long as she gets to sleep, regular yandere stuff|| Yandere version of OCs
✤ Author's note: I loved writing this, it's been a while since I got back into writing!!! I love you all and thank you for reading!!
Yandere!Ayano X Lazy!S/O HCs
◊ Well, this was quite a surprise to Ayano when he realized how you did not even bother the kidnapping, only slept your way through the whole thing and kissed his forehead, thanking him for helping you escape your life and sleep all day. He was flattered and happy about it, but still surprised nonetheless.
◊ It took him a while to get used to it, he would honestly continuously in worry check your pulse and breathing to see if you're alive and well and sound, makes sure you're okay, thank god you are...It scares him and he gets spooked like a mama gets when her newborn sleeping for longer than usual...
◊ He is extremely concerned for you, so he makes sure EVERYTHING IS ABSOLUTELY OKAY! After he gets used to it, he takes his chances to smother you with his affection, kisses, hugs, snuggles, cuddles, anything that he wants, he'll give it to you with a bright smile.
◊ He has Xinyue cometimes check your head and memories to see if any of it is trauma related and how you think about him, if it's all okay, he's so relieved but still incredibly confused...don't you want to return home? Not that he's complaining, he loves that you're willing to be his little trophy doll.
◊ Sometimes he chases off his siblings when they try to see how deep you sleep by pulling pranks on you,he refuses to let them even do stupid shit near you, though he lets those siblings in who need to de-stress from the family shenanigans for self-care (Oshinyu, Oshinuza, Ilseong, Hyejun), he'll even let them apply skincare to you as long as you're not waking up, he wants you to be all freshen up even if you're asleep with drool out your mouth.
◊ Speaking of drool, he has those super absorbent and silk pillow covers for you, so drool dries easily and your hair is also not ruined..he's particular about things, okay?? He's a nepo baby! Leave him alone, by the end of a week you're becoming a nepo baby too, because you're basically family since you're so quiet.
◊ Ayano doesn't allow anyone in your room, fearing your sleep would be ruined, except his parents and some quiet siblings, so his parents sit there for hours. Both Kaiyo and Reo sit in your room with you to do their paperwork and other stuff otherwise they'll be constantly interrupted by servants, pets, the kids..
◊ Constant sleepwear shopping, he has SO MANY SLEEPWEARS FOR YOU!! Listen, poor boy never had a relationship and you're his first one and his parents always spoil each other, he thinks it's a sign of love and he loves you...Poor thing has no idea what else to do, because you're asleep half the time.
◊ He spends so much time snuggling you, de-stressing beside you, watching movies with earphones, doing homework or anything else where he wants quiet. He has a personal pool in his bedroom's large balcony, so he also spends time there, while watching you with lovesick eyes as you slept with drool, eye-crust or boogers, hair messed up and looking like a demon...Oh so gorgeous.
◊ Let's be honest, he even has specially made mattress, blankets, pillows, pillow covers, bedsheets and other stuff...all for you..all custom made, all for you to sleep, drool and fart in anyways...Yeah, pretty sweet, I know.

Kalla | Choi San || Chapter 32
MASTERLIST Previous || Next
Pairings: CEO!San x fem!reader
Genre: smut, angst, fluff, strangers to lovers.
Warnings: dom!San, sub!reader, voyeourism, use of sex toys, bondage, dirty talk, BDSM, exhibitionism, rough sex.
Summary: She was surprised by how fast her life went from the perfect fairytale to the destructive mess it had turned into. Dealing with a cheater ex boyfriend, having to move out to a different place because the house she lived in belonged to that man she once dreamed of spending the rest of her life with, while continuously being underappreciated at work... It was as if life was telling her to stop dreaming big, to go back to her small town, Bibury, and help her parents run the small farm her family had owned for decades.
At least until she received a call from her friend.
A sudden vacancy as an assistant showed up on one of her friend's system, having her being encouraged to take that big step and apply for it. She had no hopes for it. Mainly because she didn't have any experience on the field, and she didn't comply with most of the requirements that were added on the offer -and which most of them sounded ridiculous and exaggerated for the position, making her wonder who was the freak who needed so many guidelines in order to hire someone to pick up the phone and schedule events.
Although that hotel she'd be working on was much more than anything she could've come up with.
Choi San wasn't someone easy to deal with. After his previous assistant presented his resignation letter on his desk, he felt forced to start the whole selection process again -after merely two months.
Sure that he was being way too strict, enough to find that anyone who applied for the position wasn't enough, he asked one of his friends to be in charge of the interviews and the selection of the most adequate candidate.
Little did he know Wooyoung would hire the imperfectly perfect candidate for him, sure that she'd help him in many ways other than just in dealing with the responsibilities of his position.
A new challenge will come their way as soon as she steps inside the hotel.
Y/n will have to learn how to mold onto him and deal with all his small habits and requirements, and San will find himself trying to open up and let out all those same things that turned him into the person he was.
The more she digs in Kalla and all of its secrets and exciting corners, the deeper she'll dive into San's heart and soul... Although, maybe, she won't be able to take it.
Kalla opens its doors to you, sharing the vast amount of filthy and erotic plans it offers, and that you can join with a partner... Or maybe just by yourself.
Hope you enjoy your stay.
Chapter duration: 16 minutes
San walked to the door, dropping his phone over his couch, poking his hands inside his pockets, ready to discuss whatever Hyori needed to discuss after they met in the supermarket.
Hyori was standing in the middle, her fingers intertwined in front of her while she waited for him. Her smile seemed friendly and sweet when she was finally aware of his presence, making her big doe eyes turn almost shut.
—You're early —San greeted her, stepping back to widen the gap so she could sneak inside—, not a surprise though. What surprises me is the fact that you're here —he commented, lifting his eyebrow while he walked behind her.
—Hey, why wouldn't I come to visit you? —she replied back, frowning at that statement— I thought we were friends.
—I didn't mean it that way —he chuckled—. You moved to Daegu and all, so it was a bit shocking when I saw you today.
—Ilseong and I are on a short trip to Seoul. You know, seeing some family —she rolled her eyes—. And the same way I'm wasting time seeing some family members, I wanted to pay a visit to some friends, too. I was going to call you, but it seems like fate wanted me to save up that call. I went to Kalla, but the receptionist told me you weren't around. Surprising coming from you.
He tried to go back in time, thinking of what day it could've been. The only day he left earlier was the day he bought the dress for Y/n and the day he picked up the collar to give it to her, even Y/n was surprised when he told her he'd be away for a few hours.
—How's the marriage life treating you? —he wanted to know, offering her a seat on the wide couch.
—Good. It's no different from just dating —she grimaced—. The only difference is that now we signed papers that certify we are indeed together, and that all of our belongings belong to each other. What about you? How's everything going?
—Everything's okay —his lips were pressed together in a gentle purse—. I'm trying to finally settle with someone.
—Y/n? —she guessed.
To his nod, Hyori's gasp took him by surprise, faking some offense by how she made it seem like the biggest miracle she would have witnessed in her life. And, in a way, it was. She met San when he was at his lowest, she was there for him when he needed someone to rely on, but she also saw how he made it difficult for others to get to him, always closed up in himself, always far apart from everybody to keep himself protected. Even with her he kept that safety distance that only allowed her to see from afar, unable to reach out a hand to him, forcing her to slowly move away from him as well and accept that whatever they had would never be as serious as she once hoped for before she met Ilseong.
—In the official sense, or in "your" sense? —she wanted to know.
Hyori was aware of the necklace around her neck when she saw her next to him, which gave away that she was in their world.
—It started in "my" sense —he giggled while using her expression—, but it's evolving too fast into the official sense.
—It makes sense. You told me about her last time we spoke on the phone, and you never speak about people you're seeing.
—Well, that's right —he admitted, seeing no point in playing around with her or lying until she got the truth out of him—. She's that special, actually.
—You'll be breaking Misuk's heart —Hyori muttered, trying not to make it obvious how much joy she found in that.
The time San and her were together -if she could ever put it like that-, Misuk always sent death glares at her whenever they stepped in the Spadix together. She probably thought that being one of the biggest investors in the hotel would give her the advantage of moving forward with San faster than anyone else, but she didn't count on him being his own person and making his own choices outside of that professional side. It didn't matter how much money she kept investing, or how much she flew around him.
Hyori always knew it, and she was sure Misuk also knew it deep inside her. What made her worry was how she could possibly react at the appearance of that new girl.
San simply clicked his tongue, twisting his lips and his neck at the same time.
—She probably gave up on it after what happened last time. I doubt she'll care in the slightest.
It was more than obvious for him that she probably took the hint after he rejected her because he couldn't stop thinking about Y/n. Misuk would always try her shot, but he was convinced she was also sure there was nothing going forward for her. It was clear before there was never anything going on between them, but that night only made it clearer.
—Still... be careful with her —she advised, giving him a motherly look—. There's nothing worse than someone who's used to having everything being rejected of what they want the most.
San simply rolled his eyes at how Hyori could take some things out of proportion. Yeah, she probably had a little crush on him, but he doubted she would ever attempt against him or anything related to him only because of his private love life.
—I never thought I'd see the day you were serious with someone.
—We aren't serious —his smile backstabbed him, showing off the excitement he tried to hold back by playing it cool—, but we're getting there.
—I'm so happy for you —Hyori's hand rested on his upper arm—. You deserve to feel like that so much.
Did he though?
—By the way, I'm not here to talk about Y/n.
Hyori interrupted the short silence, moving in her seat to reach her hand inside her purse, taking out a piece of paper and handing it to him.
—You spent a lot of money on the wedding, and I'm returning it back to you as promised.
The disgust expression on his face made her aware of his moves before he was able to do anything at all, raising her hands in front of her to block him from returning the check back to her.
—Is this what was so important to discuss? —he lifted the paper.
They were friends, but Hyori also felt the obligation to close everything they had going on, and that also meant abusing his kindness and generosity when she didn't need it anymore.
—We're thankful for you to support us with the wedding expenses, but Ilseong and I also think it'd be too much to just go along without paying back anything you spent. It's your money after all.
—I never did it with the intention to turn it into a debt.
—We know —Hyori nodded—. But it's better this way.
He knew there would be no point in arguing with her. Even if he insisted, Hyori would manage to sneak that check inside his pocket or hand it to the people working in reception, it was a useless waste of energy.
—Hope you're really happy with all the new things coming —she genuinely hoped—. You deserve that more than anyone I know.
Hyori got up after he finally saved it inside the pocket of his pants, announcing she was done with what she planned to do there. San followed right after, sighing when he impulsed his body by the palm that rested on the table and waited for her to say a word. His friend just dedicated a squared smile at him, leading the way outside.
—It was nice to see you —she assured him, stopping when they reached the reception—. I'm happy to see you're doing great.
—I'm happy to see you're okay, too —San nodded, blinking slowly as he nodded.
Her hand laid on his arm, pressing it slightly with the tip of her digits, trying to reassure him that she actually meant her words and she was actually happy about how she didn't let anything that happened months back get to him.
San sat in his car, the engine idling softly as he stared at the entrance of Y/n's building. His right hand gripped the steering wheel a little tighter than usual while he rubbed the back of his neck, checking the time on his watch on his left wrist. A few more minutes passed before he finally saw her stepping out of the building, hugging herself to assure her coat was completely covering her.
She wasn't smiling like she usually did when they saw each other, she slipped inside without saying a word, and the tension started getting palpable the second she closed the door to her side of the car.
—Hey —he said softly, glancing at her.
—Hey —she replied, her voice quiet but polite, moving her head with a nod to complete the greeting.
As she adjusted herself in the seat, she buckled the seatbelt. Her usual ease around him was replaced with something more distant, and that distance gnawed at San. Although he wasn't planning on saying anything about it.
At least, not yet.
He shifted in his seat, starting the drive to his place. The silence in the car was heavier than usual, the air between them thick with unspoken thoughts. San wanted to address it, but something held him back. As much as he loved talking out things, he wasn't quite sure how to board that conversation, especially when it came to emotional matters.
The lights of the city flickered by as they drove, but the longer the silence stretched, the more it began to weigh on him. He could feel her tension from where he sat, her hands folded tightly in her lap, her gaze fixed out the window. Finally, after what felt like an eternity, he cleared his throat.
—What's wrong?
—Nothing —she mumbled.
—I know you well enough to know there's something wrong —he insisted—. You seem upset —he said, his voice low but steady.
—Upset? —Y/n blinked, turning her head slightly towards him— I'm not upset —she let out a small, humorless laugh.
—You're not? —San shot her a sidelong glance, his brow furrowing—. Because it sure feels like something's bothering you.
Of course she was upset.
He canceled their plans last minute, but that wasn't even what bothered her. The reason was what felt off. He didn't give any explanations, he didn't tell her who was the woman who needed to discuss something so important with him. And clearly it wasn't related to Kalla, because she knew he'd have mentioned it -and that woman would've waited until Monday for it to be addressed. The complicity in her tone and gaze... Everything about her body language screamed she knew San on a deeper level than the hotel businesses, even his body language gave that out.
Yes, she was awfully upset at being kept in the dark, especially coming from someone who preached communication at the smallest inconvenience.
Y/n shifted in her seat, her fingers tapping lightly against her thigh. She took a deep breath before responding.
—It's not that I'm upset. I just... —she regretted ever admitting it, so she just shook her head— Forget it.
They weren't that far from his place, he could've waited for her to address her thoughts in his house, but he moved his car to the side, parking it somewhere so it wouldn't bother the traffic.
—What's wrong?
—It's not serious.
—Y/n, your whole attitude changed because of it, so obviously it's serious. What is it?
—It's about the woman we saw today —she finally said—. You left me completely in the dark about her. You canceled our plans, which is fine, but you just did it. You didn't give me any explanations, you didn't tell me who she was. You just left me at home, knowing you'd be meeting someone else, and it's not like you have to report everything to me, but I'd have appreciated to know something more than the things I overheard after you included me in a conversation I wasn't supposed to be in. I don't know, it just felt...
—Wrong? —San finished for her, his tone a bit sharper than intended.
—I didn't say that —her eyes flicked toward him, slightly surprised by his tone.
—No, but you're thinking it —he muttered, gripping the wheel a little tighter.
He was so used to coming and going without giving any explanations, that he didn't realize how much it could affect Y/n being unknown of all that information.
—I'm sorry —he softly said, taking Y/n by surprise—. It was just a conversation.
—A conversation —Y/n echoed, her voice barely above a whisper.
San exhaled, his jaw clenching slightly. He could sense the frustration in her words, and while he understood why she felt that way, it still stung.
—I'll explain everything to you —he reached out to squeeze her knee—, but once we're comfortable at home.
He studied her face, the hurt in her eyes not missed by him. It wasn't the first time they'd skirted around that kind of issue -him being distant, keeping her at arm's length emotionally- but this time, it felt more personal.
—Can we do that?
Y/n looked at him, her expression softening, though the tension was still there. She slowly nodded, giving him a wave of calm before he went back to the road.
San drove forward, his thoughts racing as he processed her words. She was right. He was still keeping her at a distance, and it wasn't fair. Especially not after everything they'd shared, after everything they'd become to each other.
They pulled up to his building, the car coming to a slow stop in the parking lot. San killed the engine, but neither of them moved to get out right away. The silence lingered, more contemplative this time, as San turned to her again.
They sat in the car for a moment longer, the weight of the conversation beginning to lift as they both allowed themselves a moment to breathe. San reached over, brushing a strand of hair from her face, his touch gentle. He could see the tension easing from her shoulders, and for the first time that night, she offered him a small smile.
—Come on —he said softly, opening his door—. Let's go inside.
They got out of the car, walking up to his apartment together. And as they stepped into his home, the tension of the evening started to melt away, replaced by the comfort of knowing they were slowly but surely finding their way back to each other.
—Hyori —he started, when she saw her without her shoes on and looking at him—, I told you about her, but you didn't know her face yet. She was the sub I told you about.
Her eyes widened in realization, feeling a bit guilty for blaming him for not telling her everything, when it was clear that he did. He did tell her about Hyori, and he even told her how their dynamics were different, how their connection went further than the sub-dom relationship compared to the ones she had with that woman.
Was she meeting him because she wanted him back?
—And before you overthink —he continued, stepping closer to her when he realized the way her eyes reflected some dark and worrying thoughts—, she came here for this.
He handed her the check, not scared of letting all that information at her reach. The weight of his shoulders became lighter the more he explained.
—I paid some expenses for her wedding, because neither her family nor her husband's could afford it. And she wanted to see me because she wanted to return the money.
Y/n stayed in silence for a few seconds, looking at the small sheet of paper.
—Now I feel a bit like an idiot —she admitted.
—Well, you couldn't know if I didn't tell you —he finally pointed out—. I didn't realize how you'd feel. I assumed it was okay, because it wasn't something deep for me, but I didn't put myself in your place. And if the tables had turned, I'm sure I wouldn't have reacted as calmly as you did. So, yes, it was serious. And no, you aren't an idiot for being upset about this.
Her lower lip was trapped under her upper teeth, and hidden under her upper lip, while she tried to let his words settle in her brain.
—I'm so used to being by myself that I forget you're part of me, and that even the smallest details need to be shared. But I'll do better, I want this to work out.
She knew her words would lack the reassurance he needed, so she advanced for a kiss, cupping his cheeks with delicacy before linking their lips together. Her back curled at the feeling of his tongue on her palate, moving sensually until the back of her upper teeth, moving under them to lick her lip.
His hands moved down her spine, finding comfort on the spot right over her ass.
—Shall we cook that ramen and prepare the snacks?
He patted one of her ass cheeks before he moved away to the kitchen, making her giggle with how happy he seemed with the idea.
He started rummaging through his cupboards, pulling out a few instant ramen packs and setting them on the counter. Y/N joined him, leaning against the kitchen island as she watched him work. Despite the earlier tension, the domesticity of the moment settled between them like a balm. The soft clatter of pots and utensils filled the room, punctuated by the quiet hum of the kettle.
—I'll do that —she said, pushing herself away from the counter and moving to his side. She nudged him gently, reaching for the pack of ramen.
San let her take over, stepping aside with a bemused expression.
—All yours.
—I'll have you know I'm a ramen expert —she shot him a playful glare—. Hwa doesn't let me cook anything else, because I always make a mess in the kitchen... —she added in a lower tone.
As she set about boiling the water and prepping the ramen, San hovered nearby, sneaking glances at her while pretending to check the pantry for snacks. He couldn't help but appreciate how easily she fit into his space, into his life -even with the bumps they had to work through.
By the time the ramen was finished and steaming in their bowls, San had pulled out an assortment of snacks they'd bought -chips, cookies, and a variety of sweets. Y/n eyed the spread with a grin as they carried everything over to the living room, plopping down on the couch.
—Good —San sighed, sitting next to her, his shoulder brushing hers as he reached for the remote—. Now, what are we watching?
Y/n thought for a moment, tapping her chin.
—Something light. We've had enough drama for the night.
—Fair —San agreed, scrolling through the options—. How about a comedy?
Y/n nodded, snuggling into the couch as San settled on a movie. They ate in comfortable silence, occasionally commenting on the ridiculous scenes playing out on the screen. The warmth of the ramen paired with the snacks made for a surprisingly cozy night, and before long, the earlier tension between them was all but forgotten.
As the first movie ended, Y/n stretched out her legs, sighing contentedly.
—I hate the ending of that movie... I always hate when the couple don't end up together —she huffed—. What's next?
San glanced at her, noticing the way her eyes had softened, her posture more relaxed than it had been when she first stepped into his car. He could feel something shifting between them -a quiet understanding, a deeper comfort. Without saying a word, he clicked on another movie and leaned back, his arm resting casually on the back of the couch.
Halfway through the second movie, Y/n shifted, her head finding its way to San's shoulder. He stiffened for a second, surprised by the sudden contact, but when he looked down at her, all he could see was the peaceful expression on her face. She looked so at ease, as if the weight of the world had lifted off her shoulders, and for a moment, San just watched her, his heart doing an unfamiliar flip in his chest.
—Comfortable? —he asked, his voice quieter than usual.
—Very —she murmured, her eyes still glued to the screen. But then she added, in a softer tone—. I like this... just hanging out with you.
San didn't respond immediately, but a small smile tugged at the corner of his lips. He was used to control, to planning every move carefully, but with Y/n, moments like that one -unscripted and simple- felt right. For once, he allowed himself to just be.
They spent the rest of the night like that -eating, laughing, watching movies- and as the hours ticked by, neither seemed to care much about the time. The comfort of being in each other's presence filled the room, leaving no space for lingering doubts or worries.
By the time he realized it was late, Y/n had already started to doze off, her head still resting on his shoulder. San, not wanting to disturb her, shifted carefully, ready to pick her up and take her to his room. She was already wearing comfortable clothes, but it still made him feel uneasy to see her sleeping like that.
Once he was back to the kitchen, he glanced at the empty ramen bowls and snack wrappers littering the table and smiled to himself.
It wasn't a grand gesture or an extravagant night, but in its own way, it was perfect. A quiet moment between them, a step closer to something more -whatever that might be.

hey y'all! this is peyton [sh/th, 21+, cst—also the mun of selena, dylan, hyeon & dabin] and i'm stoked to be introducing you guys to one of my most pathetic characters yet, ma ilseong; or, as he'll introduce himself, mouse. you can view his stats here, his pinterest here & read all about him under the cut. ps pleassse add me on discord @ #seamonkeydefender for plotting!
born october 4, 1998 in indianapolis, indiana, usa... yippee! (/sarcastic)
the entire universe is evidently against ma ilseong from birth. he spends the first ten years of his life in fucking indiana of all places, he lives on a military base, he's 100% korean but his parents are like "nooooo we don't need to teach him korean or expose him to korean culture" so he sure as fuck doesn't feel korean, he's the only asian kid in his class though so he doesn't really feel like he belongs there either, his dad is a victim of racism so he comes home and treats everyone else like shit just 'cause he feels bad about himself like... Be Real. this gotta be a nightmare.
blah blah blah... after about 10 years, ilseong's dad is deployed to an american military base in south korea and it's a fucked up experience for ilseong to say the least because up until this point, he had had consistency if nothing else—the move was extremely hard for him, and it was especially hard being around a bunch of people he evidently shared a heritage with but couldn't communicate with beyond basic greetings and apologies (really setting the scene for the rest of his life)
starts being called by his english name (isaiah ma) while in korea, thinks it's stupid as hell 'cause how's he gonna be isaiah in korea and ilseong in america? / ultimately though he doesn't fully identify with either name, so it's around this time that he starts telling everyone to call him mouse, a nickname he was given when he was quite young 'cause he wouldn't fully enunciate his (korean) name and it ended up sounding like... well, mouse but i digress
stayed in korea for a year and a half, then was moved elsewhere: thus begins the beautiful adventure (/sarcastic) of never having a "real" home, never belonging, never being able to communicate with the people around him, never being able to get comfortable enough to do shit 'cause ilseong knew whatever life he was living was temporary; he did still half-ass try to learn basics of the native language of whatever country his family was staying in @ the time, tried to make friends, etc etc but let's be real... he was a kid. so he spent most of his time in his room, playing games and hoping to GOD that his parents would just leave him alone
was given a lot of slack as he grew up 'cause he was always "the new kid", had his assignments graded too kindly, didn't really get in much trouble even when he was doing "bad" things, was basically taught that if he just acts like he's trying and apologizes when he needs to, he doesn't actually have to put real effort in: yes he blames the kindness that was extended to him for turning him into the good-for-nothing failure he is now
anyway i'm not trying to ramble too much so tl;dr: continues to move roughly every two years and ends up back in south korea as he's finishing out high school / after he graduates, his parents move back to indiana—mouse really doesn't give a shit about indiana or being with his parents so he chooses to stay / spends his first year couch-surfing and flashing his pathetic "please help me <3 please forgive me <3 please don't be mad at me <3" face to survive / flies through jobs like CRAZY but ultimately decides his dream job is to act, has since starred in a variety of stupid ass cheap commercials and had a few background roles or very minor roles in dramas / acting doesn't pay his bills tho so atm he's really just chasing a pipe dream while working at a gas station AT NIGHT and hoping no one tries to rob him, god bless / will accept any odd job as long as the pay is enough to buy a meal or more.
other info: occasionally fills in for a good friend of his at their shop in changsin-dong toy market, you already know he's in there with his feet kicked up on the counter and bumping up prices when customers try to haggle 'cause "he knows what he's got" / at a very low, depressed point in his life he chose to adopt a dog and it's the biggest mistake he's made to this day 'cause he asked which one had the least chance of getting adopted, didn't ask many questions and now he has a dog who won't cuddle with him and scares the hoes away / in a perfect world, he would be an olympic swimmer but he never felt like pursuing the sport was something feasible for him as he moved so much throughout his adolescence; regardless, he does still love to swim / a parasite, not afraid to ask for handouts / type of guy who will sink his teeth into you until he's drained you of all that you have, and it's not always easy to tell what he's taking until it's gone. blame it on the loneliness and the laziness.
plot ideas
the good friend who allowed mouse to stay with them (and probably overstay his welcome) when his parents moved back to indiana and he had nowhere else to go. being friends with mouse (really being friends with him) is not something that's easy so their friendship is probably kind complicated but </3 we can discuss that!
surface-level/fake friends: people mouse has no real interest in, but he knows that they're rich/successful in an industry that he needs connections in/have something else to offer that he would like to keep around. maybe they know his intentions are self-serving and they don't give a fuck, maybe they don't know and drama is around the corner, etc etc.
night owls who come into the gas station late as hell... he's been listening to a true crime podcast and your character comes in acting weird as hell so he's contemplating calling the cops. shaking in fear as they're just trying to decide which energy drink will help them pull the all-nighter they're shooting for...
regular customers! mouse is a customer service flirt, so: people he's hit on a outrageous amount but he's all talk and no follow through / random ass people who mouse has gotten to know over the course of their 3minute convos and now they've gotten into a habit of hanging out outside the store / someone particularly lonely who comes in just to vent to him NJHBDJH
long-shot, but: a friend he met during his time in another country, potentially the reason why he decided to stay in south korea (assuming they were in korea before him) as they're one of the best friends he's ever had
someone mouse owes money to??!?!? wyd when you see him buying rounds for a pretty girl at the club as if he doesn't owe you 2,000,000won...
past coworkers in all of their forms: friends of circumstance, hating each other 'cause No Way Mouse Got The Promotion And He Doesn't Even Do Shit (re: they hate mouse in business settings, but can admit he's a great friend - just useless as hell), getting fired together 'cause they both skipped out on work to do something stupid as hell and their excuses didn't add up, etc etc etc, a current coworker could be fun too!
a neighbor who lives in the same cheap ass apartments as him. they share their food with him, he does minor repairs for them when the landlord can't be reached, everybody wins...
who's gonna take one for the team and get bit by his crazy ass dog. a one-night-stand gone awry 'cause she (obviously) didn't recognize your muse's scent, assumed they were an intruder and bit their leg?!?!? not super gruesome or anything but mouse is still in the process of making up for it (please don't report his dog to animal control </3)
open to anything <333 i wanna put him in the stupidest situations possible
#jongno:hello#i'mma be real i didn't think that queue was ever gonna end#this is a sideblog / i dm from impulsetheories!

"I mean! Captain says that dates are alright as long as they're not with other members of the group... and that you should always keep who you see and where you go under wraps! Better to be safe than sorry." Eden says gently with a giggle as the idol noms on a nigiri right after as well.
He was quite excited for this, for the longest time he thought he'd never have the chance to date, but with Jeong Jimin, his captain filming 'Legends' a new season of trainee idols trying to find their fame through competition, Eden finally had a lot of time on his hands. Arvin being incredibly handsome and attractive was also a big plus to his excitement.
"Sure, you can take me somewhere private. I think that'll be a lot better too, since we're both famous and all. You'd be surprised at how intense our groupies are... I just want to be able to appreciate you, Arvin without the worries of fighting crowds of people or having bodyguards."
@united-as-one liked for a random muse starter
"I mean, I am totally excited we finally managed to meet up for that sushi date, I feel pretty extra in this whole private area.. it's cool. But is that really necessary? Are your groupies really... that intense?" Arvin popped some salmon nigiri into his mouth, sharp eyes focused on the other. "That idol life.. it's insane. Are you even allowed to be going on sushi dates?" Maybe he would never understand this whole famous person life but then, being a professional archer just was something else than a famous idol. "And even more important, am I allowed to take you somewhere even more private after that sushi date?"
#FenIX; EDEN (IC)#rainyearning#rainyearning (Arvin)#/hehehe i decided i'd give you ilseong <3#/this was great btw <3 im excited eeeee

[Parents / Single Mother – Moon (Sophie) Soo-yeon & Kim Il-seong]
Moon’s mother Moon Sooyeon was born in 1969 in Sydney, Australia. She grew up with her korean father and australian-korean mother. She was an office worker and singer-songwriter in her free-time.
Kim Il-seong, Moon’s father, was born 1968 in Daegu, South Korea. He grew up with his mother and a very alcoholic father. His mother left him with his father after years of physical abuse and never came back. As soon as he turned 18 he moved out of his father’s home and left South Korea. He moved to Sydney, Australia, in hopes of opening his own garage here.
In 1988 the two met at his newly opened garage, because Sooyeon’s car had broken down. They started dating and in 1990 they moved together. They got married in 1992 and in the same year their first daughter, Moon Jane, was born. Six years later, in 1998, their second daughter was born, Moon Ari.
Tragically, in 2008, their older daughter Jane died when a drunken driver swerved and hit her on the sidewalk. This caused Ilseong to fall into his father’s drinking habits. He had to give up his garage and eventually became abusive to his wife.
However, when he physically attacked their daughter in 2011, Sooyeon had enough. She reported him to the police and luckily had enough proof to get him arrested. He was charged with domestic assault and battery in the presence of a minor and physical assault of a minor. He was sentenced to 12 years in prison.
Sooyeon divorced him and in 2012 she moved to her parents, who had since moved to South Korea. Here Sooyeon tried to rebuild her life with a new job and new friends, but with the amount of trauma from the abuse, she had to undergo therapy and was eventually put in a psychiatric hospital.
In this time her parents take care of Moon, although Sooyeon is still in her life. Her daughter becomes a trainee in 2014 and this is also when Sooyeon is released from the hospital. She reconnects with her daughter, and they grow back together.
And as if her life hadn’t been hard enough, she gets diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019 and has to undergo treatment. It is not yet clear how high her chance of survival is.
🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍
{Sister – Moon Jane}
Moon Jane was born in 1992 in Sydney, Australia. She was an amazing student in school and was incredibly athletic. She had a scholarship in track for college and played in a teenage basketball league on their way to fame.
Tragically, in 2008, when Jane was only 16 years old she died from getting hit by a car. She had basketball training and was on her way home at night. A drunk driver swerved, lost control over his car and crashed into her. She died at the scene and the driver was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
Moon had a strong connection to her sister and to this day she grieves the loss of her older sister. Jane’s death caused the family to break apart and Moon still wishes it would’ve turned out differently. She has talked about her sister in interviews and livestreams before and wrote a song for her as well. It did impact Moon’s view upon driving when drunk and drinking overall. Moon isn’t the biggest fan of getting drunk and she despises people who drive after drinking. Overall, Moon’s life has been strongly impacted by her sister and although she was only 10 years old when Jane died, she still has her in her memory very clearly.
🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤
[Maternal Grandparents – Kate Moon-Young & Moon Mal-Chin]
Kate Young, Moon’s grandmother, was born 1952. In the same year Moon Malchin was born. These two would end up marrying and having a child, named Moon Sooyeon.
After fleeing an abusive relationship their daughter moved to live with them and they started to take care of their granddaughter, Moon Ari. While Sooyeon was getting therapy and medication, the two raised their granddaughter with lots of love and care.
They originally were against the idea of her becoming an idol and after Moon had decided to do it anyway, they had lost contact for a while. Moon was hurt by their unsupportive mindset, and they were hurt that she wouldn’t listen to them. But after Moon rekindled her relationship to her mom, they also got back in contact, slowly rebuilding the close bond they used to have with their granddaughter.
