I had the most unforgettable moment in Baguio. The first time I visited Baguio in 2016, I did the whole tourist bit, I went to Burn ham Park where the place I met a new people. A place to relax, have fun and bond with friends. I also try to ride pink haired horse in the wright park and it was very fun place. I also went to Mines view the overlook park on the Northeastern. This place where you can see souvenirs and silver works stores, and have the chance to dress full cordillera regalia which means tapis for the ladies, vest and headdresses. I also visited the mansion and Strawberry in la Trinidad.
We all know that Baguio City is a cold place, you might end up feeling hungrier because our body needs to burn more energy to keeps temperature ups. So, we decided to try their Bulalo in Tatay Diaz Bulalohan located in Naguilian Road, Baguio. The soup is good, meat and fat were boiled till it was soft/tender. Lets talk about the price, for Php 100 pesos you will have a bowl of bulalo meat less bone, unlimited soap the most interesting for me, and a plate of rice. I am very satisfied with the service and foods.
This place is very relaxing and stress reliever! If I were you, I would save money to experience the beautiful place of Baguio City because I believe that happiness comes from experience. I’m so glad I had a great experience.

My experience in Baguio
* In my 4 days stay in Baguio, I have experience a once in a life time journey alone with myself. From my 5000 budget, I have visited all the famous tourist spots and bought a lot of worthy pasalubongs in Baguio. *
*A simple guide para sa mga nagbabalak mag-Baguio*
DAY 1: I stayed at Mila’s Baguio Transient House . Sa halagang 500 per head, I already experience the ‘Baguio-cold-season’. Very hospitable yung owner, they even let me cook FOR FREE and escort me sa nearest market with ate bunny’s motor FOR FREE tapos 24-HRS pa yung security guard kaya sobrang safe sa place! Sa 500 p/head per night, halos sobrang tipid kasi minsan they’re sharing their foods sa akin and may libre hatid pa sa sakayan ng taxi papuntang town. Sinulit ko yung stay ko muna sa mala palasyong bahay ni ate Mila for a day. Cabled T.V, Free Wi-Fi, Hot and Cold shower, queen-size beds and may balcony pa sa room na sobrang alluring ng view. DAY 1 EXPENSE : 500 (TRANSIENT HOUSE) + 512 (SEA FOOOOOODS AND GULAYSSSS GOOD FOR 4 DAYS! LIBRE NARIN USAGE NG REF BES!)
TOTAL OF = P1112!
DAY 2: I made my own itinerary, dahil 10 minutes drive lang ang session road and burnham from the transient house, I visited the burnham first, syempre i tried biking (the bikes are more like go-cart bikes) sa halagang P60 may 1 hour ride na ako. After biking dahil I’m alone, I tried the boating narin sa halagang P60 may 1 hour na rin! Oh diba, sulit. Dahil famous si Baguio sa strawberry taho, I tried na also their famous strawberry taho sa halagang P20 (talagang must try sya!). After burnham, I went straight to Baguio Museum (syempre as a tourist, gusto ko ring alamin kung anong culture meron sila sa Baguio) sa halagang P100 makakapasok kana bes!. I won’t spoil kung anong nasa loob ng Baguio Museum pero isa sya sa mga MUST VISIT MUSEUM WHILE IN BAGUIO. After my visit in Baguio Museum, dahil gutom na ako, I went straight home, sumakay ng taxi sa halagang P65.
DAY 2 EXPENSE : 60 + 60 + 20 + 65 + 500(ANOTHER DAY SA RENT) TOTAL OF = P705!
DAY 3: Got my usual routine, pahatid sa sakayan ng taxi at para mas tipid, I tried their jeep sa halagang P10 nasa TOWN kana! I went to Minesview’s paradahan, paid P7.00 yes bes! 7 Pesos lang nasa WHITE HOUSE kana! Picture picture, sa labas dahil close daw sya ngayong season, pero tuwing peak season, open sya sa public, not that creepy pero it amazes me kasi kahit luma, na-preserve parin! Mga 3 minutes walk, nasa TEACHERS CAMP kana, o diba, magkakalapit lang mga Tourist spots. Syempre picture picture then sumakay ulit ako ng jeep going to Botanical Garden sa halagang P7.00 (tipid tip : You can walk from teacher camp going to Botanical Garden, mga 10 minutes walk lang sya). Picture picture din, then went straight to Wright Park di ako sumakay ng horse kasi medyo scared ako, kaya yun, sumulyap ng kabayo, pumicture sa kung anong halaman binebenta then dumaan ako dun sa Pool Of Pines sya yung hagdan sa mismong Wright Park pataas sa Mansion House, at dahil close si Mansion House sa Public, sa labas lang ako naka picture. After sa Mansion House, I rode a jeep going to MINESVIEW PARK sa halagang P7.00 , most exciting part ng daaaaaaaaaay! Finally, when I arrived, I already took the chance para makapag pa picture sa huge dog na to or the St. Bernard breed sa halagaaaaaaang P20! After ng picture sa dog, I went to the View Deck of Minesview and the cold breeze of the air also the tanawin is amazing, and don’t you ever leave Minesview park hanggat di mo pa nattry ang INIHAW NA PUSIT sa halagang P25 and I bought 2! Super sulit guys! After sa Minesview, I went home rode a jeep from Minesview going to Town sa halagang P10 and Taxi from Town going to Suello Vilage for P65.
DAY 3 EXPENSE : 10 +7 +7 + 7 +25 + 10 +65 + 100(SA LUNCH at Mirienda bes!) + 50 + 500(RENT AGAIN!) TOTAL OF = 774
DAY 4: My Last day in Baguio, before I checked out, the owner suggested I should try to visit Bell House of Camp John Hay, so I went! From sakayan ng Taxi to Bell House, it cost me P75 and P120 na entrance sa Bell House! Guys super sulit ng 120 mo! Sobrang astig ng nasa loob ng Bell House! Then after sa Bell house, I went to Volante and ate my last meal sa Baguio w/c costs me P99 sulit yung pork bes! After mag lamyerda sa CJH Taxi na ako papuntang Transient house for P75 again. Before leaving baguio, naka bili ako ng different jams, and lenguas costing me around P800 at sobrang dami na nun ha.
TO SUM UP MY EXPENSES, ETO NA LAHAT SYA
DAY 1 = 1112 DAY 2 = 705 DAY 3 = 774 DAY 4 = 369 PASALUBONG = 800 PAMASAHE (GOING TO BAGUIO PABALIK NG PAMPANGA) = 1000
TOTAL OF =============== 4760
MAY 240 KA PANG NATIRA!
( --- 1,500 TRANSIENT HOUSE FOR 3 DAYS :) )
SO I SUGGEST KAPAG PUPUNTA KAYO NG BAGUIO, TRY TO RESERVE SA Mila’s Baguio Transient House SOBRANG BAIT NG MAY-ARI AND SOBRANG SULIT NG BAHAY.

Panagbenga Festival February | Baguio City
The word “Panagbenga” comes from the Kankanaey term that means “season of blooming.” With the numerous parades of floral floats and children dressed as flora and fauna, it definitely lives up to its name, making Baguio the perfect destination for those who still have a hangover from the huge festivals in January. Adding to the usual Baguio tourist sites to visit, the whole length of the Session Road during Panagbenga becomes a feast for the eyes. Called “Session Road in Bloom,” Baguio’s famous street is closed to vehicular traffic to make way for flower carts, street dancing, and outdoor cafes. Now that it’s a huge event bringing in thousands of tourists each year, it’s important to plan ahead (make early restaurant reservations, bring a map, etc.) if you are attending this Philippine festival.
