Első tálkozásom a demokráciával és egyben első nagy csalódásom is 1990 tavaszán történt. Románia épp túl volt egy véres puccson, amit akkor forradalomnak hívtak, s a látszat miatt ki kellett írni egy szabad választást is. A választásra jogosultak 86%-a szavazott, de akkor számomra, egy kilenc éves gyerek számára nem is ez volt a lényeg.

Elmagyarázta édesanyám, hogy most fogják megválasztani az ország elnökét, szabadon. Akire többen szavaznak, az lesz az elnök.

Én meg voltam győződve, hogy édesapámnak reális esélyei vannak az államelnökségre, hisz a szomszédságban sokan ismerik s legalább a mi utcánkban BIZTOS, hogy rá szavaznának.

Felvilágosítottak, hogy az ország tele van ilyen utcákkal, s van amelyik hosszabb mint a miénk.

Amilyen gyorsan jött a remény, hogy apámból elnök lesz, úgy el is illant. Így történt, hogy a mi tágabb "utcánkban", Hargita megyében a parasztpárti Ion Rațiu kapta a szavazatok háromnegyedét, mert a templomban erre bátorították a népet, de mivel egyéb tágabb utcákban mást gondoltak az eltérő felekezetű templomokban, így Iliescu lett az elnök, s nem apám.

Bendis Novak of Clan Gangrel & her familiar Rez. (commission by Cássio Elsner, you can find him on fb or ig)

I don't even know what to say, I love this character with all of my heart & soul, and her familiar as well. She' s my oc that I played for a year in my first VtM v5 campaign.

Bendis Novak, a young and ambitious woman, grew up in a remote mountain village with a dream of owning a grand hotel.

- Managing a small inn( owned by her family) in her hometown, Bendis showcased her genuine talent for creating unforgettable experiences, catching the attention of the mysterious Mister Iliescu, an old and rich traveller.

- Intrigued by Bendis' way of thinking & management abilities, Mister Iliescu approached her and revealed his true vampiric nature, offering her the Embrace( in a very gangrel way ofc, they had a hell of a fight)

Bendis couldn't do much but accept the offer, becoming a vampire under Mister Iliescu's mentorship, and he ended up leaving all of his properties in her name, but there was a catch. His properties are funded by illegal activities & local rich loan sharks. After signing the documents, Mister Iliescu left Bendis to deal with all of it. She managed to make it work & even get richer.

*Mister Iliescu has all of his properties in Snagov and gave Bendis a mansion, as a token of appreciation for her work. When she moved in, she rescued a pup and called him Rez.

Touchstone (Dionisie)

-Bendis Novak comes from a mixed family of Romanian & Hungarian heritage, with two kids.

-Her younger brother is called Dionisie, he is 10 years younger than her.
