Yep this is how i’m going to bring over all the anime and manga i’ve watched and posted about on the old blog. It’s not so detailed but it will have to do. Anything new I watch or read from this point on will have their own posts.

Ikoku Meiro no Croisée The Animation:

Genres: slice of life, historical, seinen

Synopsis:  The story takes place in the second half of the 19th century, as Japanese culture gains popularity in the West. A young Japanese girl, Yune, accompanies a French traveler, Oscar, on his journey back to France, and offers to help at the family's ironwork shop in Paris. Oscar's nephew and shop-owner Claude reluctantly accepts to take care of Yune, and we learn how those two, who have so little in common, get to understand each other and live together in the Paris of the 1800s.

My Rating: 8/10

Finished airing in 2011 with a total of 12 episodes. 

My Thoughts: A slice of life story with an adorable lead set in a rather unique setting, for anime that is. Honestly its been a very, very long time since I watched this so I can’t recall much about this one but I gave it a rather high rating so I mean it can’t be all that bad... right? Something soothing and something light are the thoughts I have when trying to recall this anime. 

Inari, Konkon, Koi Iroha.:

Genres: comedy, romance, school, seinen, supernatural

Synopsis:  Frazzle-haired middle schooler Inari Fushimi is less than average; she's painfully shy and horribly clumsy, but despite all this, she is undeniably kind. Running about the winding streets of her hometown, she takes a shortcut through the local shrine and stumbles upon a small fox pup in a river. After rescuing him, she continues on, but from this moment on, her life takes a drastic turn. Grateful for rescuing the pup, the shrine goddess Uka-no-Mitama-no-Kami, "Uka-sama," grants Inari a fragment of her power. Now, Inari has the ability to transform into anyone by shouting the magical phrase "Inari, konkon." Could this power also grant her the courage to convey her feelings to her crush, Kouji Tanbabashi? With her new heavenly ability and the fox spirit Kon, Inari forms a sincere friendship with Uka-sama, encounters more of the supernatural world, and learns that true love knows no bounds. My Thoughts: cute, bite sized feel good anime right here! If that’s what you’re looking for, this is one of the many anime for you! Also has an OVA! 

Inu x Boku SS:

Genres: comedy, supernatural. romance, shounen

Synopsis: Ririchiyo Shirakiin is the sheltered daughter of a renowned family. With her petite build and wealthy status, Ririchiyo has been a protected and dependent girl her entire life, but now she has decided to change all that. However, there is just one problem—the young girl has a sharp tongue she can't control, and terrible communication skills. With some help from a childhood friend, Ririchiyo takes up residence in Maison de Ayakashi, a secluded high-security apartment complex that, as the unsociable 15-year-old soon discovers, is home to a host of bizarre individuals. Furthermore, their quirky personalities are not the strangest things about them: each inhabitant of the Maison de Ayakashi, including Ririchiyo, is actually half-human, half-youkai. But Ririchiyo's troubles have only just begun. As a requirement of staying in her new home, she must be accompanied by a Secret Service agent. Ririchiyo's new partner, Soushi Miketsukami, is handsome, quiet... but ridiculously clingy and creepily submissive. My Thoughts: I do not remember this anime, like at all. Pretty lady with glasses though... Shrugging intensifies. Also has a special. 

Isshuukan Friends (One Week Friends):

Genres: slice of life, comedy, school, shounen

Synopsis: Sixteen-year-old Yuuki Hase finally finds the courage to speak to his crush and ask her if she wants to become friends. The object of his affection, Kaori Fujimiya, is a quiet and reserved girl who cuts herself off from everyone and does not spare him the same blunt rejection she gives everybody else.Some time after, Yuuki finds her eating lunch on the roof where she secludes herself during break. He decides to start meeting with Kaori every day in the hopes of beginning to understand her better. The more time they spend together, the more she begins to open up to him. However, nearing the end of the week, she starts to push him away once more. It is then revealed to him the reason for Kaori's cold front: at the end of the week, her memories of those close to her, excluding her family, are forgotten, as they are reset every Monday. The result of an accident in middle school, the once popular and kind Kaori is now unable to make friends in fear of hurting the people dear to her.Determined to become more than just one week friends, Yuuki asks her the exact same question each Monday: "Would you like to be friends?" Because he knows that deep down, Kaori wishes for that more than anything.

My Thoughts: The I’s are pretty well a bust, none of them were overly memorable and this title is no different. If you could see me right now, you’d see me frantically shrugging now. Artwork looks cute.

What are some of your favorite animes? (Not kdrama) and dramas?

Waah,favorite anime! I love almost everythig haha, but here are some of animes that are dear to my heart  (not in a specific order):

- Gunslinger girl

So melancholic and tragic work.This story will not leave you indifferent and will leave a deep mark on the soul that will not pass over the years.

- Onihei This is one of my favorite anime. Edo era.Samurai era. Different stories in every episode,like notes from daily of one person from this era, but every episode is full of real emotions,its own morality. Daily life, detective component, social drama, the concept of honor and duty, surrender, justice and simple human kindness. We are all beautiful beings born out of a dream. In this cycle of life. Onihei is truly masterpiece.

-Ikoku Meiro no Croisee 

Story about little Japanese girl in France,19th century.There are definitely special charm and atmosphere. Very-very kind and sad work. Absolutely amazing music. My heart still hurts because mangaka didn’t finish this work.

- Gundam:Tekketsu no Orphans A lot of tears and struggles, your heart will broke into million pieces. But it's worth it. ( I still can't with story of Shino and Yamagi).

- Gintama This is unique thing.Jokes,laugh, tears,happiness,sadness,SOUL. Must watch.

-Acca 13-ku Kansatsu-ka Unique and original anime of its kind. An excellent combination of style, good music, coziness, unusual characters and political intrigue.

-One Piece

There was never a day that I regretted wathing this anime,and it will never come. Huge universe,exciting adventure,hert-throbbing stories.

- Hellsing OVA TV series is classic, but original plot in OVAs is everythyng.

- Kino no tabi(2017) Incredible atmosphere of travels, really cool main heroine, nice picture and music. Every country that our heroine is visiting maintains its own foundations, but if look a little deeper... it all applies to our life. Every city reflects humans sides in society. We are shown a different temperament of people, actions and their consequences, the important role ,I suppose, was played by the names at the end of each city or episode, it can be said as a highlight on the cake that “sums up” this part. This anime is deeper that you might think. I really want to watch original ver, but don’t have time for now..

-Natsume Yuujinchou

Soft,sad,warm,kind. My dear classic. OSTs from Natsume are one of my favourite.. They always take me to other dimenisions.

- Genroku Rakigo Shinjuu

Drama of life of people. Strong work.

- Dantalian no Shoka

Entourage, this era/century/, little bit of mystic, magical music, unobtrusive detective. Love it. So pity that there is no continuation.

- Grisaia no Kajitsu (and other seasons/ovas)

After 10-12 episodes I was empty. This is not just another harem.

-Yuuri on Ice!

Wah.. It was a crazy love. Literally. I even skippen lectire once to come home and watch live broadcast to watch new episode. [my house is two hours from uni lol]

About dramas... I watch all BL. It would be very correct answer skjsksjksksks Literally... so I don’t have super recommendations here.. series “HIStory’ is good, but I hate History MODC, ending of this story. Where your eyes linger, I could love 2gether the series, but it was  ridiculous..everything that happened after ep8-9. TharnType, Love by Chance, Dairy Tootsies, WryRu,Water Boyy, The boy next door[MY LOVEEEE],Because of you,  The shipper[lol I really love this drama despite it seems like creators take us for clowns. btw im very very routing for WayKim ending. PLZ] etc etc etc...

Hoy compartimos una serie que sale de los estándares comunes del anime, aquí no veremos feroces batallas, deportistas exitosos, dramas espaciales o militares, simplemente veremos como es la interacción entre una joven japonesa llamada Yune que viaja a vivir a Francia, y las personas que trabajan en una herrería familiar que vende artesanías. Es una historia cotidiana, y esto es lo que la hace digna de verse y entretenida, el ser testigo de como transcurren todos los cambios de la protagonista y como las personas parisinas de mediados de siglo XIX interactuan con una cultura extranjera y extraña para ellos.
