It's been more than two weeks and I am on my blog #04.

Maybe I don't feel to write anything these days. Is it the platform that matters to me while writing?? Idk.

Since I left Tumblr, it's not the same. There used to be a strong feeling to write something there, maybe because people had started reading them... But whatever it was, I think I was liking it

The fonts, format and the whole interface was just amazing.

I think when I will upload the blog here, it will look completely different from what I am looking right now...

But I think I will continue blogger only...

I also have decided to upload some of the Tumblr blogs on blogger, on the educational blog. The blogs about my B.Ed. internship would be there...

I will also share my journey to clear the IIT JAM exam in 2020... Although I didn't took admission in any institute on the basis of it, but it gave me a chance to build a career in online teaching through Unacademy... Will talk about it in detail in that blog....

It's not going so consistent...

But ya, I have joined the academy again, it's the first week and my body hurts so bad.... Get ready to study 2-3 hours after waking up. Don't know why I feel so lazy these days... I had analysed that using mobile phone just before sleeping might be a reason and I had decided to not do so again... But it's 12:03 now and I am writing a blog, that too after watching some YouTube videos..

Nothing, but it shows how consistent and how punctual I am... Maybe I need some more introspection...

Daily diary writing is a way to introspect yourself without a dear of being judged by someone else...

Will try to be more regular and said this hundreds of time earlier🥲😅

I had tried to be on a routine and had fixed a routine in my mind as well, but seems Little bit difficult until I work on a few habits of mine...

I just remembered about my decision of "almost" quitting the fast food, soft drinks, bcz these are enough to make someone feel lazy throughout the day...

These things decrease the productivity upto a great level...

So will try to stay away from them as much as possible...

Advancing Road Construction & Safety 2.0: Mr. Akhilesh Srivastava Led a Global Conference in 2022

India is building highways more quickly than ever. By setting a goal of building 100 km of roads each day over the next two years and taking actions to put road safety measures into place, the Government of India has given the highest priority to safe and sustainable infrastructure development with scale and speed.

The conference's goal was to identify and encourage new technologies that will hasten social and economic growth under the theme "Building Sustainable Infrastructure with New Age Technologies and Road Safety 2.0." At the Global Road Building & Safety Conference 2022 (GRC - 2022), which took place on November 30, the Taj Palace in New Delhi, Delhi, experienced the warmth of engaging discussions on breakthrough technologies that can alter the future of road safety, road construction, and financing in India and globally too.

As Chairman of the organising committee, Shri  Akhilesh Srivastava, a Global Technology leader, emphasised that modern technology is essential to enhancing road safety. The fact that fatalities on roads increased by 16% in 2021 compared to 2020 is evidence that the traditional approaches to road safety are not working as intended. This is true despite all efforts by MoRTH's and NHAI. With the use of AI, Telematics, and Data Analysis, the session discussed safety precautions. In addition to the sophisticated traffic management system on the highways for improved enforcement, Mr Akhilesh emphasises that we need technology to help drivers to keep them alert and make them safer. Similarly we need technology in vehicles like ADAS to make it intelligent to avoid collisions and accidents.

Sustainable Infrastructure & Building Green with Road Safety 2.0 and New Age Technologies was the conference's theme, which CRRI organized with assistance from Ease of Doing Business (EODB). As the chairman of the organizing committee for the "Road Construction & Safety Conference (GRC - 2022)," he started fascinating discussions on cutting-edge technology in the construction sector through a rare convergence of government, Business, and academia. As a result, how roads are built, financed, and safely maintained in India may be redefined.

More than 50 speakers from Government, IITs, Industry and Experts from various organisations participated in the GRC-2022 conference, which was spread over 11 sessions of talks and presentations over a long day without a tea or coffee break and a jam-packed agenda up till 9 PM. Over 400 participants from India and beyond attended the conference, including representatives from the equipment business, IoT experts, and drone operators. More than ten senior government officials from Niti Aayog, CPWD, MoRTH, NHAI, CRRI, RITES, and IRCON were among the speakers. There were also more than 20 speakers from leading companies in the industry, including Ashoka Buildcon, L&T, 3M, G R Infraprojects Ltd, Cube Highways, OSE, Keltron, Park+, Humasafer App, BITCOL, HP, Indian Oil, and more.

These five main themes were the subject of the stimulating discussions:

1. Innovative technologies for building roads that reduce costs and save time.

2. New environmentally friendly and sustainable building materials with the least amount of carbon emissions.

3. Modern technology for reducing traffic deaths.

4. New financial developments in the transportation sector, and

5. A step toward achieving Net Zero in road construction and lowering carbon emissions.

The budgetary allotment has grown from INR 33,414 crores (Financial Year 2015) to INR 1 83,101 crores (Financial Year 2022). But to create and maintain better and safer roads, we must develop new financial strategies since we can only rely on government assistance for a while. The government initiatives for new finance models through InvIT, TOT (Toll Operate & Transfer), and SPVs were highlighted by Mr Sajany Varma, General Manager (Fin) NHAI. The speaker emphasised that InvITs would soon be listed on the stock market so that retail investors could trade units, giving the average person a chance to invest in infrastructure projects.

Mr Akhilesh Srivastava launched an innovative "School Zone Road Safety Portal" created by IRF in partnership with 3M and Proactive Foundation. The portal is going to be a real game changer to road safety around schools In India. One out of every ten RTI-related fatalities of children between 0 and 14 occurred. Only 17% of schools had speed limits posted on the road, and only 11.5% had school zone signage. How safe are our schools if kids are the most susceptible to road accidents near schools? The portal will record and highlight the discrepancy between road safety features required per the IRC and the road safety features available in the school by displaying it on a single dashboard. This will allow everyone to see the road safety vulnerability near the schools where their children are studying and to exert pressure on schools and the administrative and engineering authorities to make school zones safer for the children and address the shortcomings.

The portal's primary characteristics will be:

1. Schools are ranked according to ratings determined based on the presence of road safety features in the vicinity of the schools and presented on the IRF website.

2. Parents and residents can view information about school traffic safety.

3. For schools, road safety auditors, and engineering authorities & district administration, there are unique role-based login options.

4. Road safety features are scored and submitted quickly, making it simple for regular people to grasp.

5. If any action is not taken promptly, an escalation matrix will be used to scale the issues with the relevant top administrative authorities.

Dr Ambika Behl, who presided over the most critical session on How to minimise carbon emission in building a road- a step towards Net Zero emission in road construction, emphasised the necessity of using greener building materials and methods. However, because of the more significant expenses, Ms Atasi Das, Asst. The Vice President of G R Infra project Ltd. emphasised the industry's reservations about using these technologies. However, she emphasised that projects should be encouraged to adopt these by providing enough incentives and subsidies. In response, Senior Environmental Specialist of World Bank, Ms Neha Vyas, described the numerous programmes encouraging eco-friendly products and technology.

Conclusions

Shri Akhilesh Srivastava announced that the GRC-2022's crucial recommendations would be forwarded to the Ease of Doing Business for consideration by various Ministries to obtain policies that could help the construction industry and that the IITs and academia would be given the industry's needs to carry out research that is in line with the needs of the sector to realise the Prime Minister of Atma-Nirbhar Bharat's vision. But to create and maintain better and safer roads, we must develop new financial strategies too.

NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur has released the final answer key of Joint Admission Test for M.Sc. (JAM) 2020 on its official portal today i.e. March 16, 2020.

The candidates who have appeared for the IIT JAM 2020 can visit the official website JAM — jam.iitk.ac.in — to check and download the JAM final answer key. IIT Kanpur, the organising institute of JAM 2020 released the provisional answer keys on February 20, 2020.

Candidates were given time till February 24 to raise objections against JAM 2020 answer key.

IIT Kanpur is conducting JAM 2020 for admission to M.Sc. (Two Year), Joint M.Sc.- Ph.D., M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual Degree and other Post-Bachelor’s Degree Programmes.

What is IIT JAM exam? Get Scopes after M.Sc. from IITs

IIT JAM, is a Joint Admission Test for M.Sc. which is conducted by IITs and IISC for Integrated PhD Degree Programs at IISc Bangalore and M.Sc. ✦ Athletic Skills: Eden is proven to be a skilled freerunner and skilled in aerobatics. Between wanting to do anything for her acting career and being bored, she ended up being skilled in both areas. She is seen from moving from place to place gracefully, smoothly, and with no effort. She is seen using her surroundings to aid her in combat.

✦ Combat Skills: Additionally, Eden is seen to be a skilled fighter. Being bored while she was growing up, she decided to self-teach herself how to fight, which came as a great help when she was falsely accused of killing a gang member and had to fight her way through. She continued to learn and improve afterwards, especially when she had to fight her way through certain areas to hack her way in. She is extraordinarily stealthy, strong, and agile. One minute she can be there and the next she can be gone, which she uses - once again - her surroundings to aid her when it comes to sneaking upon her enemies or getting away. Iit has been discovered that she used to do track and field when she was younger, wanting to follow in her brother’s footsteps. 

      ━ Escape Artist: Hating to be captured and tied up, she has become pretty good at escaping. Although in some extreme cases, she may not be able to escape, but that doesn’t mean she will try. 

✦ Hacking skills: Eden is seen as an excellent hacker. Any trial leading up to her or her as Cha0tic is almost nonexistent. She can hack her way through any system, especially if she tries hard enough.  After upgrading, she is seen to be able to jam communications as well as cause ear-piercing sounds from any devices to cause distraction. She can also create black-outs, which she can upload a virus to go along with it. There are other numerous hacking skills she can do. 

✦ Night Vision: She has the ability to see somewhat in the dark. More than an average person can. Having to navigate her way around in the darkness caused her to improve at seeing better in the darkness. A skill that helps her a lot when she wants to be stealthy through the night. 

『𝖯𝖾𝗋𝗌𝗈𝗇𝖺𝗅𝗂𝗍𝗒:』

   Eden is described to be a cheerful and energetic woman, who, once close to someone, can become affectionate towards them. Even going as far as becoming annoying with her affections. Although she isn’t always about hugging or being touchy with another right off the bat, she can and will say how much she cares and loves the person. She will back it up with actions. After all, she seems to lean more on actions louder than words. Being raised as she is, she looks for actions to prove one’s point. Despite her being pretty friendly, affectionate, and cheerful, she doesn’t trust others easily. She may laugh with them, but that doesn’t mean she is comfortable around them or able to trust them. It might take a while for one to get close to her, even getting the title of being a close friend. Probably why she doesn’t seem to have a lot of friends. 

She may be a little too cheerful from time to time, but she can and will be serious when the situation requires it. There are times that she may end up not being serious in the most serious situations. Otherwise, she can be seen acting a little out of character to freak people out and mess with them, especially if she doesn’t like the person. 

As Cha0tic, Eden is described to be ruthless, cold, and stoic. Any cheerful or affectionate sides she shows are nonexistent. A way to keep people from trying to connect the two people. She doesn’t want anyone to find out who she is. Sometimes she can act a little unstable. As stated, it’s all an act. Thanks to having a small acting career she had for a little while, she has some experience in acting.

   Eden was born in a small town in Virginia. With both of her parents constantly working and trying to live by each paycheck, Benjamin and Annie - the older siblings to Eden - had to take care of both themselves and Eden. It didn’t help that her father’s mental walls were failing as the time went by, getting ruined by stress. Problem after problem keeps rising up, which threatens the Bane family. They kept moving from place to place, looking for an affordable home to live. There were times that they had to book a room in a hotel for a while. 

Around the age of ten, Eden couldn’t do much, but watched quietly from her spot on the couch as her sister decided to sneak out. Annie was never to be seen or heard again after that, which made everyone being driven up the wall with worry. They later learned that she sneaked away to run away with a guy she met in high school. Driven by both curiosity and worry, Eden decided to try to do everything she can to know what exactly happened to her sister and where she is. She grew to learn to teach herself how to hack, which she later ran into a group of hackers who was kind enough to teach her the ways. 

At age thirteen, she found where her sister was. Apparently, Annie ended up getting married to the guy she ran away with in a whole different state. Eager to share the news to her family, Eden told her family. Unfortunately, her father didn’t take it too well, especially after discovering that she can now hack. Ignoring the protest from his wife and his son, he kicked his daughter out. He went as far as threatening her if she tried to approach him or anyone else in the family. Having no choice, but to live on the streets for the time being, Eden tried to use her hacking skills to help her out, which aided her in a way. Not enough to get her off the streets. 

An elderly couple took pity on the thirteen year old girl and took her in. Something she will be forever grateful for, even when she has moved out. She did her best to return the debt, especially keeping tabs on them as well as her family. Over the years with the help of the small group of hackers, she grew skilled in being a hacker. Eden first used her hacking skills to the next level when she discovered that Annie was kidnapped and her husband was killed while trying to protect his wife. Angered by what happened, Eden decided to go after her sister. 

From that moment on, she took on the name and appearance as Cha0tic. Although she started off to get her sister back and messed with the people who kidnapped Annie, Eden decided to do a little more and hit big companies. Big companies that were committing illegal acts. But to work herself to that level, she started off small before adventuring out. Eden realized how much power she got in her hands and decided to use that to cause chaos.

✦ As Cha0tic, Eden is dressed from head to toe in all black. She does wear a hoodie and a mask. Sometimes she can and will throw people off by wearing a wig. Since her clothes can help her hide her gender, many are left in the dark on Cha0tic’s gender. A lot about Cha0tic is a mystery, though that doesn’t keep people from becoming fans of the hacker. They even go as far as dressing up as Cha0tic to cause more chaos. 

✦ Eden is usually found to create chaos among people, especially those doing illegal acts or messing with big companies that have dark secrets needing to be exposed. Will she expose these dirty secrets? If she gets pushed to do so. Otherwise, she loves to mess with them by threatening that they need to keep in line before their secrets are exposed. Sometimes she can and will be serious and take matters in her own things. 

✦  She does own a small apartment, where she owns a snake. The current location is unknown, which is something she will keep as a mystery to many. Depending on her verse, she may actually live in that state.

✦ At one point of her life, Eden did have some kind of acting career. Not a big one, but it helped her a lot. She ended up quitting for some reason.
