Theory's: Illuminati Fish

This'll be a long post but basically I have a friend who something he's known for is making really random illuminati theory's and a few days ago  we were texting and I said that I smelt fish fingers, casually. Here's his theory. Also by the way one of his nicknames is fish, for certain reasons that i don't even know.
