i think it is nasty and disappointing that your response to black people and poc calling you out on your behaviour and attitude towards lewis is with a post littered with patronisation, saying you won’t pander (is if addressing your harmful behaviour is “pandering”) to anyone but yourself and essentially saying ~ if you don’t like me, fuck off ~

your posts don’t happen in a vacuum. you don’t have some innate right to pick apart and hypothesise with racist undertones on lewis’s personality, relationship to his family, and even his trauma free from criticism.

apologising is free. addressing your own thoughts and behaviours is free. turning it around on us and saying it’s our fault for giving you influence and we’re the problem? nasty.

I've been watching Doctor Who for awhile now I've started season 5... before it was like "wow these companions get to see all of time and space and have a purpose in life and get to do it all with a funny attractive man! they're so lucky" but with 11 it's like...
