this one is best listened to with good headphones if you have 'em, as it's a bit bassy. but! Adam Tell!! omg!! I feel like fans of Imogen Heap would really like Adam Tell, or at least this album (Scenes from a Window). something about his melodies and chord structure and textures here really remind me of her music. and his lyricism. basically everything lmao. I've listened to this album so much. highly recommend.

You can also look into breathing awareness exercises. Not Catholic, but not other religions either.

yeah a lot of the sleep meditations i like have that kind of guided breathing aspect to it --honestly most meditations aren't really religious at all (some mention of the third eye occasionally which i still can't figure out what that is maybe beyond like...the frontal lobe but i refuse to research more)-- i jsut get weird about words like hypnosis and then like....what if they're saying things while i'm asleep that I don't Like and are Dangerous lmao

when was your last 3am conversation with someone, and who were they to you? Last Friday and they are everything to me.

are you a very forgiving person? do you like being this way? Actually yes. Or maybe no. Perhaps it is not forgiveness, but I do reach a point of indifference of what that person may have done to me. Could take a day, could take years. I don’t know if I like being this way, never gave it much thought.

do you have a desk/workspace and how is it organized/not organized? I don’t, not really. And what I do have is organized, but in a way that makes sense to me.

what’s your Starbucks order, and who would you trust to order for you, if anyone? I mean I only drink coffee at CBTL because it’s better and Sil is a barista there. She is who I would trust my order with or Trav if he knew it. But Sil often knows exactly what I want with out asking.

Lavender and Poetry!

Lavender: Name something that relaxes you. Tea is a relaxing ritual of mine, and putting on an old movie. 

Poetry: If you have one, name a favorite book or poem. Interestingly (because I hated the majority of the books/poems I was forced to read at school) both my favorite book and poem were required reading for school that I fell in love with. My favorite book (not series, that would be Harry Potter) is The Hiding Place by Corrie Ten Boom, and my favorite poem is “The Highwayman” by Alfred Noyes.

What's your favorite tea?

First of all this is the best ask I’ve ever received thank you for letting me gush about how much I love tea second, my go to Starbucks order is usually an iced chai, but if I’m making my own cup at home I gravitate towards black teas with a little bit of milk and sugar (twinings is a go to and I also like this Kroger brand loose leaf lavender earl grey).Right now my favorite herbal tea (which technically isn’t real tea but that’s for a different post lol) is this orange apricot tea my mom’s friend brought me from Germany, I’m pretty sure the brand is meßmer?? SO GOOD especially with some honey. Then I also just like tea for whatever ailments I’m trying to cure, spearmint for skin issues, ginger for tummy troubles, throat coat for I’m sure you can guess. Also shoutout to matcha for being great for everything. that’s my tea on tea.
