Uno dei pochi modi che conosco, forse l’unico, per stare un po’ meglio in questi momenti è scrivere. In momenti come questo all’inizio non so mai bene cosa scrivere, come esprimere l’inespressività del mio volto. Cerco di dare un motivo a questo malessere, di motivi me ne vengono in mente ma non sono mai sicura che siano loro i responsabili. Forse funziono in questo modo, sto bene per una o due settimane di fila, passeggio serena per la mia vita finchè a un tratto inciampo e cado per terra. Mi ci vuole un po’ per rialzarmi, e cosa saranno un paio di giorni alla fine... Cerco intanto di ascoltare le mie sensazioni e dare un nome a ciascuna di loro. Riconosco la Rassegnazione, il mio inclinare la testa su un lato o lasciarla cadere sulla parete alla quale mi sto appoggiando. Chiudere un attimo gli occhi per allontanare per un attimo la realtà in cui mi trovo. Il Silenzio, ora per fortuna sono sola e sono in pace col mio silenzio, ma so che se venisse disturbato da pacifico diventerebbe aggressivo. Un Silenzio aggressivo… come se dentro alle mie labbra sigillate i miei denti si stessero stringendo sempre di più, i miei occhi all’apparenza vacui se incontrassero lo sguardo di qualcun altro si accenderebbero in quello che chiamerei un fuoco, anche se forse di fuoco ha ben poco… Perché non vuole fare del male a nessuno, forse non vuole neanche essere evitato. Si chiama Tenerezza. Si nasconde dentro a quel Silenzio aggressivo, vuole che io la protegga, vuole essere scoperta ma portata subito al sicuro. Vorrei odiarla ma sto imparando a volerle bene.

You Know that feeling when you look at him and think, wow i love him, but we’re just friends, or maybe when he looks at her it hurts so much sometimes. When your in love with him and hes in love with her. you love everything about him and he loves everything about her. you wasted all you 11:11 wishes on him you kept it in for so long, no one knows how confused you are. do you tell him how much you like him. or do you keep it in as usual. Its confustin or “its complicated” is your answer when someone asks you whats wrong. when you look at them toghether, your eyes fill up with tears. because you love him. you love him so much and sometimes you wish he knew.

February Photo Challenge. Day 12. Favorite verse. Now verse can mean Bible verse, song, verse, verse from a book of poetry. I came across this today and figured it fit the definition of verse quite well. @pierrejeanty has quite the way with words that ring true every time. I felt this one today. Deeply. I suffer from anxiety and depression and it's not a good place to be💔😢. People don't believe me when I tell them because I'm always happy and laughing around them and I try to make others laugh. Sometimes I struggle; It can be hard to live with that or to be around when I get like this and I know it. I try my best to control it and most of the time I succeed. I manage to get strong and control things but sometimes I break. So if you see me and I'm calm or not talking, I'm not mad at you or you're bothering me, I don't want to be rude, I may just need a minute to myself or a hug. It's okay to not be okay, tell someone you're not okay. (It's okay). Everyone says, ′′ If you need something, don't hesitate, I'll be there for you" So I'm going to make a bet, without being pessimistic, I wish my friends to put this on their wall.
