Requested: By @jinx-is-fire Do you still write for Bright? I really want an imagine of Kandomere x reader where he’s always looking after her in the workplace and one day she confronts him about it and ends in fluff? It’s okay if you don’t anymore but I miss Kandomere and no one seems to be writing anything for him anymore :/

Authors Note: yes i still write for bright so u can request since requests r open!!!! i luv kandomere and i wish peeps still wrote for him but i still do dearies! also this is kinda a jealous kandomere fic so if u dont like that then maybe this isnt the fic for u but if u do hey welcome and read to your titties desire!

It started with subtle movements. Since you confronted him about sometimes getting bullied in the workplace he would be there to protect you. Having his large hands on the tiny place of your back. Standing by you almost at all times. Speaking for you. At first it was a blessing but now things were starting to get out of hand. He treated you like you could not save yourself. That you were a child. You were done with the treatment! You know he means all well and good but it aggravated you to no end, you were his girlfriend not his daughter!

As you were pouring yourself coffee in the break room you spotted the half elf half human man that comes by to talk to you everyday. His name was Chris. To you all you wanted was a friendship but you were no dumb woman, you knew what Chris wanted and you would not give it to him. With his handsome smirk he strutted by you.

“Oh hey there y/n, hows your day?” He planted his feet close to yours, his arms leaning against the counter. With a roll of your eyes you put sugar in your coffee, “just fine Chris, thanks.”

“So I was thinking, I have this party commin up in a few days and I was wondering if you would like to join me?”

Mixing your hot drink you pretended to think about the offer, already though making up your mind to say no. “No its okay Chris, I’m good.”

“Oh c’mon y/n, theres gonna be drinks and we’ll have a blast, I promise its gonna be fun.” As Chris was blabbering on and on you could see in the distance Kandomere looking, jealous? You were already annoyed, knowing what Kandomere was going to do.

Kandomere walked to you two and placed his hands on his hips. His icy eyes staring deep into each persons soul. “Hello Chris, hello y/n. What are you guys discussing?”

Already everyone in the workplace knew about your relationship with Kandomere, so you were surprised to see Chris be so upfront knowing that you were with someone.

“Oh we’re just talking about a party I’m having. I was inviting her.” Chris looked at you only, not even giving Kandomere the attention. He acted as if you and him were the only ones in the room. Chris then winked at you and bit his lip. You looked down to the floor awkward at the situation.

“And what does y/n think about your offer?” Kandomere raised a brow in your direction.

Fiddling with your skirt you shrugged, “I don’t know maybe-”

“That would be a no, thanks for asking,” Kandomere again stood up for you with out even acknowledging what you wanted. You were gonna say no but having Kandomere speak for you made your blood boil. He then wrapped his hand on your arm and moved you out of the room. “In my office, now!”

As you sat in a chair in his office you wrapped your arms over your chest. “That was uncalled for, Kandomere.”

Kandomere, silent, sat in his chair by his desk and muttered in spanish as he rubbed his temple. “What the hel* was that about?”

You felt unheard in this situation. With a shocked expression you put your hand out in front of you, “what do you mean?”

“Y/n I don’t know if you realize but you’re with me! We are supposed to be together, boyfriend and girlfriend. But then you talk to Chris or rather you let him talk like that to you, you know he likes you in that other way and you still lead him on.”

Unfortunately he was sorta right but still the way he confronted about it was wrong in your eyes. “Yes fine I’m sorry I was going to say no, but if you would of let me talk on my own-”

Kandomere placed his head back against his chair and with a groan said, “here we go with that again, y/n I understand-”

You stood up and leaned against his window, looking out at the city, “no, no you don’t understand! You treat me like a child sometimes and I hate it! You push me around like a pet and you watch over me all the time. You’re always looking after me and I do appreciate it but sometimes its a little overbearing and its too much.”

“Y/n,” Kandomere cools down and walks to you, placing his hands on your waist and kissing where your neck meets your shoulders. “You know I do it to protect you, I hate seeing you hurt.”

Turning around you meet his eyes and kiss his lips, “I know babe, but still I am a grown up. I need to make mistakes and have confrontation to learn. I am a grown woman and I deserve respect of being treated like how I want to be treated. I thank you for looking out for me and you still can just not to this extent. Please.”

Kandomere nodded and hugged you, kissing atop your head. “You think Chris still wants you at his party?”

You chuckled, “I don’t know, I think you scared him.”

Kandomere backed up and with a smile and looked at your face, “me scary? I don’t think so I think the word is intimidating.”

“You were all those things Kandomere,” you giggled as you placed your head on his chest.

jen’s doctor who s11 review

On the whole!

I really enjoyed series 11 for its nice change in pace and especially the relationship built up between Graham and Ryan. I really liked how many of the episodes were lighter and kinda more adventure-y in nature than in past, instead of constant “the world is gonna end” danger. Like I love those kinds of episodes, believe me, but the lighter tone is very welcomed after many series of heart wrenching angst ahahahah!

I loved how they handled the historical episodes this series, and really dug into the truth of human condition within those time periods, and took risks there. I actually learned a lot about the time periods they visited- for example, I never really heard much about the Pakistan partition in school.

Thirteen is precious and I want to hug her. She’s so full of hope and that makes me so happy! :DDD I love how she’s a sciency tinkerer and likes cobbling stuff together out of whatever loose ends she can find. I’m still waiting for her to snap, though- maybe that’s just me as an angst lord talking, but I want to see her super super angry. The scene in The Battle of Ranskoor Av Kolos with her sternly disagreeing with Graham was very good though. But anyways, I love her positivity and her quirky alien charm, and her character feels like a natural progression of where the Doctor left off at the end of Twice Upon a Time. The Doctor has gone through a lot of healing since the Time War, a lot of self reflection and forgiving themself, and Thirteen is absolutely a product of that and it shows. It’s so nice to see them back on their feet, unshackled by that guilt finally, just wandering about the universe like they always did.

Yasmin is so sweet and so loyal, and h o h boy if there’s anyone I can see sticking with the Doctor until the bitter end out of this crew it’s her. (*nervous laughter*) Out of all the crew she’s the one who’s had the least development though, so I’m looking forward to seeing where she goes as a character moving forward. Also, I hope we see her family more, I like them! Maybe in the New Years special, we’ll see. I’ve absolutely hit the “ADOPT KID” button on Ryan, the more I think about him the more I love him- just, all this time he’s been looking for belonging, for people who aren’t gonna leave him behind like his dad, and he had that with his nan Grace- but he didn’t know if Graham was gonna be the same or if he was only there for him bc of association with Grace. But now through all these adventures through space and time he has absolute proof that Graham will be there for him, and so he’s made the conscious decision to make Graham his family. And Graham, hhh... his grieving throughout the series, while not acting as a shadow on it, was always woven through and it’s nice to see both him and Ryan actually make peace with things through seeing Tim Shaw again and giving him his humble pie.

In the end when it comes to this series, I love the strong found family vibes it gives. Graham and Ryan and Yaz, they all knew each other in some way before, but they didn’t truly know each other. And through being thrown together with the Doctor, entering her wild adventurous life, they got to grow closer as friends, but more importantly, as a family. The whole series the Doctor was looking for a word to describe her little ragtag group, and she wasn’t exactly sure if “fam” was the right one, but in the end it’s what she settles on because this has become a family.

Now, what I’m hoping to see more of in the future!

1) I’d love to see more extended domestic-y TARDIS scenes! We’ve got a lot of pre/post endcap TARDIS scenes, but I’d love to see more small little convos between characters on the way to their destinations, in between, etc. For as long as these episodes were I feel like so much time was spent providing exposition and story for the plot, but I’d love to see more fun nonsense. More glimpses at what they get up to in between, if that makes any sense. (As an example of what I mean, we got a bit of this in The Tsuranga Conundrum, at the very beginning when they were just poking about a junkyard planet, and I quite liked that.)

2) As the characters keep developing I’d love to see more conflict arise between them to test their friendships. We saw some good moments of this with the Doctor telling Ryan to stay behind with Hanne in It Takes You Away after he made a kinda narrow-minded comment about her disability, and when the Doctor flat out told Graham that if he killed Tim Shaw he wouldn’t be traveling with her anymore in the finale. I’d love to see more of this.

3) This may just be because I’m really queer, but I want the Doctor to snap and yell and get really angry at something. That’s the ONE thing that felt entirely missing from this series. In the end I get the sense that this Doctor has a far greater reign on her emotions and self because she’s healed quite a bit, but I still know she’s capable of that righteous anger and I’d love to see Jodie show off her full range with a scene like that.

4) We’ll probably get this in the New Years special, but I’m super anticipating Thirteen facing the Daleks. This is a quintessential thing for every Doctor, in my opinion, and I can’t wait for when they (hopefully!) eventually do that.

5) More of a plot arc. I definitely know the lack of a tight plot arc was because they wanted it to be more accessible for people to just tune in and watch without context,, as they’re gaining some new fans, but I hope that there’s more of a return to an ongoing series plot arc with this next series since everything’s been established. I personally really like those, because I get to be a plot arc detective! I will say that I’m very pleased that Tim Shaw was brought back for the finale, though- that acted as a very nice bookend and helped tie up all the emotional threads.

6) Also not exactly anything I can fault this series for, because I can tell one of the points/themes of it was “not everything is what it seems on the surface” and “sometimes the real monsters,,, are humanity” and I very much respect that, but I do wanna see some more just... alien baddies who ARE baddies and not misunderstood. Listen,, I’m a simple minded person. Love me some monsters!

My rankings!

For context, I’m generally very easy with my ratings. I’m not rating them on how critically perfect they are as plots or anything, this is purely based on how much I enjoyed them. I’ve only actually rated nine episodes of Doctor Who 2005-present with scores of 6 or below.

10- Absolutely SUPERB 9- Excellent! 8- Great! 7- Good 6- Okay

1) Demons of the Punjab (10) This ep made me cry more than any episode of Doctor Who has in a very long time. Incredibly poignant, stunning music and cinematography. Taught me a whole lot I never knew about the partition and how it affected everyday people. I liked how the Doctor assumed the whole time that these aliens were A good Yaz centric ep, too. It ranks 7th in my list of all-time favorites.

2) It Takes You Away (9.5) Wowee, another very poignant one! Some FANTASTIC acting from Jodie in this ep, and a very trippy concept with the sentient universe. Loved getting to see each companion getting a good role to play. ALSO CAN WE JUST TALK ABOUT HOW MUCH I STAN THAT FROG??? AND THE DOCTOR SEDUCING AN ENTIRE UNIVERSE???? B R U H. Hanne’s actress did a wonderful job too!

3) Kerblam! (9) What a heckin fun episode! This one will definitely become one of my comfort eps, I can already tell. The secondary characters were all lovely, and the bots were delightfully unsettling too! I spent the whole thing going “wow I totally experienced this working at Amazon” and I thought that was pretty funny. Also, I might highlight all the wonderful Graham snark we got in this one.

4) Rosa (9) Gahhh this was a hard one to watch, but very truthful in its depiction of the time period, and a lovely tribute to an incredibly courageous woman. Shout out to how the ep forced Graham to recognize and accept his white privilege (and the Doctor too for that matter), the scene with Ryan and Yaz discussing racism they’ve had to endure, and also for the scene with the Doctor making jokes about Banksy. That made me laugh. “Banksy doesn’t have one of these! Or do I?”

5) The Battle of Ranskoor Av Kolos (9) I was VERY glad to see Tim Shaw return for some finished business, and how it allowed Graham and Ryan to finally get a bit of peace for what happened to Grace because of him. This was a solid ep, with some SOLID character moments between Graham and the Doctor and Graham and Ryan. The Ux were interesting, too.

6) The Woman Who Fell to Earth (8.5) Solid, fun episode. It wastes no time in setting up who Thirteen will be. Still one of my favorite scenes in this whole series so far is when she builds her own sonic screwdriver- GOD the music there is so damn iconic. And gahhh I love Grace so much. How dare they make me love a character so much and then let her die? Rude. That’s homophobia. XD

7) The Witchfinders (8.5) The Doctor gets dunked in water and has soaked hair. Dare I say more? No, but I was glad to see an ep with an alien danger that actually IS an alien danger that seeks to destroy and conquer, I always love those- and this one, with weird sentient mud that can fill corpses, was delightfully grim. Willow was a great secondary character, too- loved her especially. 8) The Ghost Monument (8) Okay so I really loved how slice-of-life this episode was? We actually got to know our secondary characters Angstrom and Epzo and I appreciated that. The bit with the Doctor thinking the TARDIS was gone forever at the end... hhhhhhng... that was such a good scene. You could just see the hope drained from her face, and then to see it all rush back as she finally found her?? W o w I’m so emo, y’all ;D;

9) The Tsuranga Conundrum (7) So I enjoyed this one, but there were some kinda oddly phrased bits of dialogue in it that marks it down for me. The Pting is a delightfully weird and cursed creature, 10/10, would yeet out of a spacecraft. I already mentioned this, but I LOVE the scene in the junkyard and how slice-of-life it was. I also appreciate how someone called out the Doctor on being selfish during this. 10) Arachnids in the UK (6.5) So this episode was riding right on the edge of “ehh” for me, but it still has some great moments in it, with the Doctor awkwardly interacting with Yasmin’s family and all those heckin spiders bee-boppin down the hallways to the tune of rap music. XD I can’t exactly pick out why it was an “eh” for me, but it just didn’t click. Maybe I was just hoping it’d be an alien thing and was kinda left wanting with the way the episode felt kinda... unfinished. Like, there’s still a bunch of giant spiders? They didn’t solve that. They just- trapped them and left. I dunno I was left wanting with this ep.

also was the theft of his heart a slow or quick heist i feel like we need to Discuss this

slow!! pavot rly isnt the person to do anything fast so it seems only fair. i mean there was definitely some initial attraction (and the whole wTF WHY IS THIS GODLY PERSON TALKING TO ME) but, in good annie fashion throwing my own traits on my chars as always, he discovered new smol details he found intriguing and/or adorable every time and at som point that made his heart do a lil jump but i dont think he knew how bad things were until That One Scene u kno the one bc i feel like thats too much of a spoiler to put into a reply post xD

r/FanFiction does Camp NaNoWriMo July 2020!

Hi everyone! July is coming up quick (already? phew...) and that means Camp NaNoWriMo will be upon us very soon! This time around, I will be running a cabin for members of the subreddit (and depending on the numbers, we could possibly open a second).

For the month of July, we will also be introducing Camp Treefort in our Daily Discussions, where everyone is welcome to participate, even if you're not doing so officially on the NaNo website. Get excited!!

Wanna join? Here's what you need to know:

What is Camp NaNoWriMo?

Camp NaNoWriMo is the more flexible cousin of the NaNoWriMo challenge which occurs every November. In the main NaNo event, the goal is to write 50,000 words across the whole month. However, for Camp, you get to set your own goal!

This goal can be as little as 30 words, and you can set your target to be editing rather than simply writing new words, so it’s a perfect time to give yourself some motivation to pick up an old project, finish editing your latest piece, or start that new fic idea you’ve been pondering!

With the redesign of the NaNo site, you are able to set your goal in terms of total word count for the month with the option to either 'write' or 'edit'. (This is different from previous Camps, where you were able to set your goals in terms of chapters, pages, hours, etc (so, for example, you could set yourself a goal to spend 30 hours writing in the month, or to edit 6 chapters, or etc).

The other feature of Camp is the "writing groups" (formerly and still lovingly known as CABINS). Writing groupsCabins are cosy little groups for sharing snippets of your stories and cheering each other on. They can be groups of up to 20 writers, although you can join multiple groups! So, unlike previous Camps, if you already have a group of writing buddies you’re going to hang out with, feel free to come join us as well!

Sounds fun! So how do I join?

First, make sure you have an account on the main NaNo site here.

Create a new project (via “My NaNoWriMo” -> “Projects” -> “Announce new project”). You will be able to edit this later, so if you’re still not sure about what you’re doing, you can set up a placeholder title/goals for now.

Make sure to tick the “Associate with NaNoWriMo event” box and select July 2020’s Camp so that we’ll all be able to see what you’re working on!

***Once you have that squared away, please DM me both your NaNo site username & Reddit username.***

You should soon receive an invitation to join the cabin/writing group from me (NoctIsFishing on the NaNo site). Then all you need to do stretch your writing muscles in preparation for the event starting.

Be aware that the r/FanFiction Discord will not be running cabins but will have some special events in the #camp-nanowrimo channel - feel free to pay our Discord friends a visit!

I wish someone could send that to J so he’d watch it again. Not only to remind him of what he said and how all that has changed to complete BS, but to listen to what the others say because they have some great advice and would make it really easy to solve the problem they have with SM right now. (Which is that they are obviously not using their SM accounts themselves but the messages are written by the Bzzzz in a way that is pretending to be them to give people the impression it’s J or S. T’s accounts excluded. We know those are him. So kudos to him and he gets a pass. And most of the time it’s J on his SC I’d say. But the other accounts are useless.) Like J said, it’s impossible for them to personally keep up with all the accounts, and nothing wrong with that. I think everyone understands that. But having the Bzzz write posts on their behalf AS THEM is when it becomes very problematic, unauthentic and most of all UNINTERESTING. I unfollowed all of their accounts because what’s the point? If I wanna talk to D, I can send a message to her account. I have no desire to read her posts as J or as S or as the band. And I don’t care if she likes my posts or not. I’m a fan of the BAND, not their staff. Like I said, if I wanted to share something with the band’s staff, I would send it directly to their accounts. And if they post something on ig, why bother commenting? And why follow? Again, I’m not interested in what pics D wants to share, especially while she is pretending to be J. I also lost interest in Vy because the “chats” became completely useless. You can’t call them “chats”. It’s J or “someone” writing post after post about whatever they wanna sell over 20 minutes and then they leave. It seems they don’t even read the chat, there are no replies, no interaction. So what’s the point? They might as well just post it on an ig message and save everyone’s time. And ever since RB posted from J’s account once (she probably forgot to log out from J’s account after posting as him and post as herself), I only believe it’s J on Vy if it’s a vv. Other than that I’m pretty sure it’s D or RB or EL or someone else from the Bzzz who “chats as J”. (Not like it’s hard to pretend to be him on Vy. “Boo. I’m early/late. Where r u? Miss u. I’m in LA. Who is coming to camp? Get your packages only a few left! The album is about 80% done. #MarsIsComing. Soon. Who’s excited? See you at camp! xo. ”) So is it any wonder that fans don’t treat the band on SM anymore like they used to? At some point people see through the BS and get fed up. And the problem is that there is no way to communicate with them anymore. They don’t read their own SM, so the only way to give feedback is through D. But we’ve seen how that goes. Only ass kissing is welcomed. If you disagree wih anything or criticize in any way, no matter how politely, you’ll get blacklisted and blocked. So no wonder it’s all just going down hill and people are losing interest. Why even bother if they don’t? Every other company welcomes feedback because that’s the only way to know what is working and what is not and the only way to improve both the product and customer service. But with the Bzz or with Mars it’s just “my way or the highway”. “Don’t like it, leave.” It would be nice if they’d be able to see that people would actually just like to help and see them succeed. But I guess to them anyone who isn’t agreeing with them or isn’t happy with everything just as they offer it, is just a hater. I’m glad that J at least still uses SC himself most of the time. And it would be so easy to clean the rest of the SM mess if they’d just change the way they post. If J posts himself, add J in the end. If the Bzz posts, then they should use their initials. Like they often do on the adventure twitter page. They sign with their own initials, so you know who you were talking to. That way we would know when it’s the band themselves posting and it would be more authentic and meaningful. Right now their accounts are completely useless. And it’s just irritating, annoying and ridicilous to read posts written by D “as J” or “as S”. At least I can’t be bothered to follow anymore.

Okay, so I haven't actually gotten to reading this comic yet-- just started like... right now. But OMG. XDDDDDD I'm loving how they're breaking the fourth wall and poking fun at stuff. My favorite scene so far is this one:

I really like the guard so far, though I have absolutely no idea if he'll ever appear again seeing as I'm still in the first chapter. ;v;

The fact that he makes fourth wall breaking remarks is what sort of sold me. If he doesn't appear again, hopefully someone else along with the main character will make better jokes that will sell me good.

QUESTION 5. Who exactly are/were the Galaxy Knights? How did they come to be, and what goals did they have? Do you think we’ll see more former or current members? Also, what are your theories about their involvement in the story given they’re in the title?

1) it's still the end fight of book 1. which i wont go into too much detail cause i dont want to spoil for those just starting up. but i still love the entire choreography of that fight. seeing mizuki solve everything in the most unconvenentional ways possible is so immensely fulfilling. 2) cahe's mustache. i cant wait till it gets fed up with cahe, rips itself off his face, and joins mizuki to fight the good fight. (but also probably electric zebra because he believes in the power of love) 3) there's too many jokes to name. theres a lot of great ones. although one of my favorite more recent ones has actually been a callback to the fact that cahe never names his village. and lo and behold his village is revealed to be unnamed village. i was slain by the joke. 4) i think eventually mizuki will discover her own thing. but at the same time i dont think thatll stop her from using others' abilities cause i think she turns what others view as a weakness into a strength. so basically mizuki will just have more ammo for her mind magic arsenal. 5) i mean the obvious answer is that they were protectors of ppl and that mizuki is gonna join them. but idk. i def think were gonna see more former and current members though given the title. and mizuki will thrash them all with the power of stealing their abilities and stubbornness. in the end, there is only one super galaxy knight deluxe and that person is mizuki. lets not ask what the r stands for.

7) I think we'll see Gynu and Suzigu probably. Although I feel Mizuki might be at a disadvantage since they already lost to her. so now they know what he game is or something like that. and i dont think theyre gonna just give her the gem given the whole food fiasco and i kind of get this sense they want to test her? as for other characters, i hope we get to see our favorite immortal captain again. and electric zebra. electric zebra needs to come and sing about the power of love and all that. or at least be on tour and give mizuki a signed cd. 8) i feel hes not doing the evil, but i feel whatever the king is up to probably is dumb at least. maybe this is an elaborate prank from the wizard guy who is mad about having to put all the food back. he gave the king the wrong prophecy and now the king is trying to undoom the world. at the end mizuki will win, but winning might not matter. i think shell lose the talent competition tho. shell make it back in time but get disqualified over something trivial. like misspelling something on the contest form.

something worth pointing out about both those answers - in book 1, nobody knew what zebugu was up to except for the people in the castle (and the ancestral tree, cause of the omniscience). people like gynu and suzigu wouldn't have agreed with zebugu if they had known what he was doing. in book 2, zebugu has roped other people into his plan by giving them a gem to protect. zaxaty knew what her brother did, and so did the ancestral tree (being specifically instructed by the king to guard the gem and not tell mizuki the reason why). even taci ramino knew that the portal had been turned off, and zebugu didn't even give him a gem! so if gynu and suzigu do have a gem, what did king zebugu say to them to get them on board? and was he truthful to them, or is this all an elaborate ruse?

Okay, so, obviously the baby isn't theirs, unless gestational periods are really short or there was time travel hijinks. My money is on them looking after Zebra's kid, in exchange for him performing at the wedding. That's why they got him on short notice, for free. Though adoption's also possible.

Clever plot twist in the most recent pages. I did not see that coming. I actually thought Taci had lied about getting one of the gems because he was embarrassed that the Swordsman had already stolen it.

Also, magic can be used to change dialogue into cursive, or something.

-Scene-wise is tough, I don't even recall what I said last time. ^_^; The fight against the king was pretty epic though. Character-wise, I like Pejiba. Just something about her I guess, helpful, first major magic user, that kind of thing.

-Like Rebel, I'm not sure about grabbing any particular comedic moments. The stuff with the tree is pretty good though. Even more recently with the 'I am a jerk but that's not the reason' sort of thing. Also, used firewood...? O.o

-I dunno, stealing the powers of others can be a power itself, see Rogue from X-Men. Plus I think Mizuki'd be worried that once she finds her own, she'll lose the ability to copy everyone else.

-The Galaxy Knights are actually a bunch of mathematicians, that's why the King's advisor is one (if memory serves). Seriously though, I like how they were just randomly brought up recently. It's kind of like they're their own story running in parallel somewhere else. (Which isn't too far off, Gynu and them were in a guest comic series elsewhere, I think.)

Actually, it's impressive the number of guest comics and literary tie-ins that exist.

-Since only, like, a week passed between Books, idk. Maybe Cahe was given bad information, or their messages were cut off. Though the whole wedding seems like a rush job because honeymoon in an all female hotel what now? I feel like they'll still have cameos.

-Hoping we'll see Zaxaty again. That blush had to mean something. (Also, back to comedy, "Get out of my house", hah.)

-The King's probably doing this as some sort of test, like to see if Mizuki can be a new governor or something. After all, he seemed okay with how she spared him. Alternatively, the Galaxy Knights wanted him to do this, so that they could test for new recruits.

-Related to that answer is the possible answer to snuffy asking about what Gynu might have been told if he has a gem. All in a day's work. (Though a photo would be amusing.)

-Sword Warrior will be useful in terms of giving Mizuki many more magic ideas to steal. (Also, since he can make his own swords, I don't think Mizuki will win that way. Maybe she can get him to zip off the edge of a building.) I think Taci just has a thing for vigilantes.

to respond to some of your things specifically - - the advisor is a statistician, which... i guess is a mathematician? usually when i think "mathematician" i think of people who write proofs for really difficult problems and not, like, nate silver. also, the wizard is a magic researcher, so he does a lot of math for his work. i guess the active galaxy knights are pretty math-y, except for that third as-of-yet-unnamed active galaxy knight that's shown up. -yeah the wedding was very much a rush job. zuzu was already a member of the family by the time cahe and pejiba were on their honeymoon. -we'll see zaxaty again sooner than you expect. and yeah, there's something there. blushes don't lie. (fun fact: the fight against zaxaty was originally going to be the first time in the comic it's implied that mizuki is into women. when drawing book 1 chapter 6, i changed my mind and worked a love triangle plot into the story. that's the main reason why mizuki never says anything to pejiba about being interested - because it's not in the script. that's also part of the reason why zaxaty's island is "lesbos 2: sappho harder". the timeline for making the comic gay got moved way up, so zaxaty had to be a bit over the top) -won't say much else here, but i like that people's impressions seem to be that zebugu's plot might be morally dubious, but maybe not exactly evil. we'll see how that pans out. -if he had the chance, taci would absolutely start dating sword warrior. he's totally into the tall, slender, vigilante crime-fighter type. (which may lead to some butting of heads down the line...)(edited)

That's very cool... both about having Zaxaty in mind so early on, and for managing to foreshadow Mizuki's interests. Also, I don't know that Zaxaty was necessarily over the top (I didn't see a harem), though she does seem to like putting her interests (frustrations?) into her artwork.

As to Zebugu's plot not being evil, it allows for a scene where Mizuki goes off on him and him having some sort of retort. Even if it is to defer to the wizard or something. (Hey, maybe the wizard wanted all magic off so that no one would know that he was on sabbatical.)

it would be nice if zebugu gave his wizard a vacation, considering that he was kind of a jerk to the guy in the first book

QUESTION 10. What are you most looking forward to in the comic? Also, do you have any final thoughts to share overall?

one thing i'm really looking forward to as the author is creating book 3. i think it'll answer a lot of your questions about the series, and there will be a bunch of character interactions that I know people will want to see

What I'm looking forward to is seeing the creator update all the pages into the 3d model style! <333 Although, I gotta say I really do enjoy seeing the hand drawn pages too. ;V; I'm still behind in reading, but hopefully when I have time, Imma try to get through more pages. But what I've seen, I've liked and enjoyed immensely!

But can I just say, I love how crazy and silly everything has been so far? XDDD Thanks to this discussion, I found this gem and ended up sharing it with a friend of mine. And they loved the golden comedy too! (Not to mention they're favorite scene was the tree saying they were a jerk as well. O v Obbb)

And I'd also like to commend the fact that the creator has been able to power through and draw so much content (not to mention reworking those pages into new ones. OMG!) OAO!!! As an artist myself, I know how much work it is to get to the number of pages I am now. @mathtans i originally planned on one of the galaxy knights being a giant cyclops (in a future book), but i ended up writing him out.

"marries a killer cyborg" is definitely in there for one of the zuzus, but i'm not sure about being a galaxy knight
