♡ It's unlikely that Jiaoqiu is the first person to hear about your injury; however, he's the first one you see by your side once you open your eyes again. He sits there, stern-faced, ears twitching. His hand is holding yours almost a bit too tight, with some of his fingers resting on top of your pulse as if he's afraid you'll slip from his grasp. But you don't get the time to ask him why he looks so sullen because he jumps up and calls out to you the second he notices you waking up. Although he hovers over you when it becomes clear that you have regained your conscience, there is a certain distance between you two, and you can't really understand why. Even if you ask if something is the matter, he won't tell you, brushing you off and leaving if you insist on speaking about it. Not for long, just to cool off. After all, he still has to make sure you're fed and taken care of. Jiaoqiu won't allow anyone else to make your food, and he has to be in the room to review any medicine you receive.

♡ The reason why it feels that he's distant is because he is so angry. Angry at you, angry at the circumstances that put you in danger, and the most angry at anyone who hurt or allowed you to get hurt. Jiaoqiu is trying to keep his feelings in check in front of you, but he always knew things would play out like this. Countless times, he told you how reckless you were. That, no matter how good your heart was, you never thought twice before putting your life on the line. You find him flexing his fingers at the murderous thoughts in his mind or have him touch you just a tad too harshly when the feelings interfere with your treatment. He wants to throw all these accusations and emotions at you but refrains. You are a patient, and your recovery is more important to him than anything else.

♡ Especially when your recovery forms you into an adorable little mess for him to figure out. Vidyadhara are tricky organisms, and Jiaoqiu does everything he has to learn from Bailu how to treat you properly and then use the knowledge to the best of his abilities. He spends almost more time on research than actually treating you, but he won't allow a single mistake. Nobody is allowed to treat you except him, so you are also counting on him, only adding more pressure. It's all worth it, though, when he can observe you slowly regain your strength and liveliness, the bruises turning back into your skin color and your wounds closing up. No matter how much sleep he loses over it, he wouldn't miss the nights he spends with you for anything; protecting your sleep, slipping into your bed and cuddling with you when the nightmares act up, and getting to be with you when you wake up in the morning, feeling a little better every day.

♡ For a while, your conditions are a blessing as he gets to take care of you properly. Even just the mundane things, like brushing your hair or helping you wash up and dress yourself, thrill Jiaoqiu. It's almost a little sad that it has to end. He wants you to be healthy again, he really does! But won't you get yourself in trouble again once you don't need to be on bed rest? Won't you fight again, argue again? Are you going to keep coming back more beat-up than the last time for him to fix? Of course, someone as observant as he is notices your growing restlessness and desire to be up and of help. But this is not just about your self-preservation anymore, it is also about him. What will Jiaoqiu do if, one day, you just don't return at all?

♡ He can push these thoughts aside for a while since it takes time for you to be up and running again. But you begin slipping out of his grasp too quickly for his liking. And when you refuse to even be fed any more, telling him you are ready to go back to "normal" food, Jiaoqiu has to make a decision. "One last meal together," he tells you. One more, and he won't complain about you taking control of your own life again. He insists you take another spoon and another—enough so that the sleeping pill can really take effect.

♡ A patient who's still barely able to wake up can't be released from his care, right? You'll probably not feel so great the next few days, and he can't have you collapse in the street. Jiaoqiu has to at least find out the cause! He tells himself it's only for a few more days. Just one more week. He is merely prolonging the bedrest until you are fully healed—many would beg for a chance to get some good rest, and surely you will appreciate it, too. It's all in your best interest, but he certainly doesn't mind spending some extra cuddle time with you, doting on his favorite person.

♡ And while you are asleep, and he knows you are in a stable condition, he can finally take care of the actual problems that caused you so much harm. Because he still can't and refuses to forgive anyone who put their marks on you and made you suffer. They don't deserve his mercy, and he has feelings that he still needs to flush out of his system so he can give you the love and affection you deserve. Jiaoqiu will make things right, so they won't come to bite you in the butt once you are keeping yourself busy again. Even if it'll take a while longer for you to be back on your feet—that gives him enough time to prolong these wretched people's torture as long as they deserve.

"Look, look- they have a whole section on rocks! Kinda basic selection but it's still rocks!"

You never thought you'd be able to learn so much about rocks in one day, but it seemed like Venture had made it their personal mission to force as much information into your brain as possible. You didn't mind, really! It was always nice listening to them rant about all the cool stuff they found while walking around the museum you'd planned to bring them to, but it was a lot to take in at once.

"Augh, I love sedimentary rocks- they're my favorite! 'cuz sometimes they have like, little fossils in them and I'm like, "Woah! A cool thing in another cool thing!" and it's awesome! One time I found a trilobite fossil in a rock, it was so cool! I wonder if they have any here- that'd be so amazing! I wonder what they taste like-"

After spilling every single fact they could think of about the rocks on display, Venture drags you to a section of the museum dedicated to Egyptian history, though they mostly just seemed interested in the architecture of the pyramids. You really did try to listen, but you mostly just caught the gist of their long, long, long explanations- something about a Mastaba being like a sort of prototype to pyramids? You were just happy to see them so excited, even if you didn't quite understand what they were so hyped about.

"Oh, if only that British lady could go back to ancient Egypt and get the architects of their time to answer my questions! I'd give anything to be able to do that!" Sensing the slight disappointment creeping up on them, you decide to try and bring Venture elsewhere, not wanting them to spend any energy on being upset by what they can't do.

"Why don't we go look at the dinosaur fossils? I'm sure there's some mistakes in the descriptions that you can correct!" You take their hand, gently pulling them away from the long essay-like description of images of the pyramids that they were reading. Incising them with promises of being able to show off their intensive knowledge of dinosaur fossils, or fossils in general.

Venture perked up almost immediately, following behind you as they ready themselves to go on and on about their favorite dinosaur ever, the Deinocheirus! You tried to ask why it was their favorite ones, and all they said was something about it being "them fr fr" and having rocks in its stomach. You weren't too keen on questioning that one.

They take a large step so they're walking next to you, swinging your arms as you walk, "It's always been one of my biggest goals to find a dinosaur fossil! I really hope I do one day, if I did I could die happy!"

"Please don't die- I would be so sad if you died." You squeeze their hand, voice light as you joke with them.

"Aw but I wanna! I wanna be a fossil for future people like me to discover! When I do die I wanna be buried with a bunch of cool stuff! Maybe mess around with my bones a little, just to throw 'em off!" As you finally reach the fossil exhibits, they abandon you to run off and check over every. single. fossil. which while endearing, gave you a lot of running to do in an attempt to catch up.

"Finally! For once a museum that gets everything right! Well, everything as far as we know-" They stand next to one of the larger fossils, not anything you recognized as you take your place next to them, catching your breath.

"Wow, how impressive-" you wheeze, standing up straight and stretching out your legs as you link arms with Venture, trying to stop them from running off on you again.

They laugh, grabbing you by the shoulder and dragging you in the tightest hug you've ever received.

"Thank you, so, so, so much for planning this. And for listening to me talk about rocks so much, and for caring about me- and a million other things! I can't even remember everything you've done for me, but I know its a lot!" They let you go, still holding you by the shoulders, the biggest smile you've ever seen on a person splayed across their face.

"Of course-! I love spending time with you, you're well aware of that, silly." You laugh, grabbing their wrists and taking their hands off your shoulders, holding their hands as you admire the glow of excitement on their face.

"Welllll since you clearly don't mind, can we go to this other museum I found online next week?! I heard they have an area where you get to watch an hour long video on the story of Julius Caesar!"

sevika's hair is very low-maintenance. while she probably should be keeping better care of it, she just doesn't care enough to bother with anything beyond shampoo and conditioner, running a comb through it every morning, and putting it in her signature half ponytail. she trims it when it gets shaggy. that's the extent of her hair-care.

so when she meets you: you who alternates hairstyles like they're outfits, and takes a whole day to wash your hair, she's fascinated.

she absolutely adores your natural hair. when you guys first met, you were wearing two puffballs on top of your head, with two little braids framing your face, and it's still her favorite hairstyle to see you in. she thinks you're adorable.

she also loves when you just comb it out and rock an afro. she'll help you pick it out, carry a little pick in her back pocket in case you forget yours, and she'll always stop you to gently pick whenever lint or a little leaf gets caught in it.

when you guys move in together, she starts watching you do your hair. she just sits on her stomach, her feet kicking in the air behind her as she watches you braid your hair through the mirror, an adoring look on her face.

she's curious, too. you don't understand why for the longest time.

"what's that for?" she asks as you pop the tub of your hair gel, a toothbrush in your free hand.

"my edges." you explain as you gel your baby hair down on your forehead.

it's only when you catch her watching hair tutorials that you finally start to understand why sevika's been keeping such a close eye on you each time she sees you doing your hair. she wants to help.

the thought makes you melt, and you have to keep yourself from squealing and pinching her cheeks at how cute she is.

so, you start asking her for help.

"sev, will you help me section my hair out for my braids?" you ask one night. the responding grin you get is worth the wonky sectioning on the left side of your head.

the longer you guys spend together, the better she gets at doing your hair. by the time you're married, she's better at doing it than you are.

it's theraputic for both of you, it's how you guys bond. between each step of whatever style she's doing, she's peppering kisses against your scalp and forehead. you end up falling asleep more times than not, so relaxed and in love that you can't help yourself. she's so gentle with you, so patient, she spends entire days diligently working if that's what it takes to do the style you've requested.

she absolutely adores putting beads or charms in your hair if you have it in braids or twists or locs. the more the better. sevika doesn't consider her decorating job done until she can hear the little 'click click click' of your beads bonking into one another as you shake your head.

(now i'm picturing her buying little 's' charms to push onto your braids, and her frowning, hands on her hips in the hair bead isle of the beauty store as she tries to 'pick out a color scheme for your fun summer hair, babe'-- her words.)

Laura Fell: Darla Aquista has a crush on Tim Drake in Robin 1993 before she is shot and killed then brought back to life by some dude named Warlock (after her dad pays him) and he makes her do crime for him .At some point she trains with enchantress after spending 1 year in magical jail. I don't have any story ideas for her but I think she should get to beat up Tim with her magic powers as a treat. Or a fight then team up. DC seems to like putting Tim and Bernard in anthology comics sometimes and she's friends with both of them so.

Lionmane: Lionmane is a hawkman and batwing villain (and possibly others) who looks like a lion sort of. his is technically cheating b/c he appeared in Luke Fox's Batwing comic, which is less than 20 years ago. But his motive in Hawkman seemed partially to be wanting to have money to hire women to hang out with him, I think his valentine day special would be about finding furries exist.

Eric Forrester: He gets into a relationship with Raven because he wants to have sex with her and steal his soul to prevent his body from becoming... IDK a robot? Can't remember. No story ideas for him.

Paul: a dude who has a crush on raven at college and stans azarath. he brought back brother blood who had a crush on raven and wanted to make her marry him 20 years ago we should bring back the original raven hanger on except. he was a civilian and not a supervillain so he just punched a guy who made her made in college and then she was like "Do u understand what pacifist means bitch?" He'd be like trying to contact her on superhero social media IDK. Maybe he and Eric can be in a Raven's regrettable exes/near misses flashback

Linda Page: she's a socialite turned nurse who wants t od osomething with her life and who dated bruce in teh 1940s. I think we should see flashback panels of her shaming him when they are dating and now that bruce is more actively involved in philanthropy in his public ID present day her can be like "My shaming worked <3"

Koryak and Kako: Kako is an Inupiaq woman who arthur has a one night stand with when they are both teenagers and he's living in her house. She eventually gives birth to Koryak, Arthur's biological son, and then dies and becomes a fire elemental and Koryak inherits some water powers despite aquaman not having water powers. Anyway I think Aquaman should hang out with his ex and his son and we should remember that Koryak and his mom exist. They can be fighting magical crime or whatever.

Lori Lemaris: I don't know much about her besides her being Superman's mermaid college sweetheart, but oh well it's a valentine's day issue.

Letifos: a shark mermaid (automatically makes her badass and hot) who never wears a shirt and is fed up with Garth but also concerned about him, and he mistakes her for being Tula, his dead ex GF. I think Letifos and Garth should get together. As a treat <3

Degaton and Mechanique: I only read the Young All Stars plot Mechanique showed up in once so the details are hazy. she might have been acting like she was in a relationship with Degaton? Anyway, Degaton is here because he's amusingly pathetic. Like in a JSA issue he was talking about how he got a victory over the JSA because he was using his time traveling powers to watch stargirl cry after being dumped by her boyfriend. I think he'd posting on incel boards about how women only want to use you for... whatever mechanique was getting out of the relationship I strongly feel she betrayed him but I can't remember the details well.

Trevor Barnes: He's Wonder Woman's boyfriend from Phil Jimenez's run I think people should remember he exists. He works for the U.N, and is insanely busy like she is. And I'm glad this escalated enough to the point even British media outlets are writing about this, because WE SHOULD ACKNOWLEDGE IT and people should deal with the consequences of their actions, though I feel for Jacob, Delainey, black fans in general and SPECIALLY NOLA natives will probably see or have already seen this shit. Specially the latter that have to deal with it on a daily basis, because even to this day the generational traumas of their ancestors and themselves are still exploited. The fact they may have WITNESSED IT IN PERSON themselves is disgusting and infuriating.

You wanna learn about racism and slavery in the U.S.? Turn to books and documentaries, if you can't afford them or find any in our country, if you can't ship international products to where you live because access to these things can be complicated sometimes, then read a blog or watch YouTube videos for free (just please check their credentials to know they're reliable and a professional, like an actual historian and check ACTUAL black sources and not white people who may undermine such topics).

You genuinely wanna honor and pay your respects to those people? I also think that he's not really used to big family reunions, I read a few comics but I didn't catch any hint of a big family tree, so maybe he'd be kinda disoriented if you have a really big family.

For all my northern lovelies (me included) he's gonna be surprised when he sees that we aren't the italian bubbly and cheerful stereotype, but kinda cold and grumpy.

Another thing for the northeners: he's gonna bitch abt the time we usually have lunch and dinner. Lunch at 12/13 and dinner at 19/20???? You must be joking (Yes, the average northener eats early, obviously it depends on the family. In my experience and the ones of my friends these are the usual eating times)

If you still go to school and (like me) go to school also on Saturday: he's shocked. That's it. Just shocked that you have only one day to rest. But this helps to remind him that taking breaks it's important, so you two hopefully spend some time relaxing together, taking a break from school and being spoderman/spiderwoman.

Again, for people who go to school: he listens to your meltdowns. Even if he's from the future and from another country he understands that the school system stopped evolution in the mid 20th century and it fucking sucks.

You paced back and forth in your room, your mind a swirling mix of emotions. Your heart ached as you replayed the scene in your mind – Sunghoon, the guy you had been spending so much time with, laughing and joking with another girl at the cafe. You clenched your fists, your jealousy burning like a fire inside you.

The next day, your phone chimed with a text from Sunghoon. "Hey, wanna hang out later?" he asked casually. You stared at the message, your heart racing. Were you really going to confront him about what you saw? Was that the right thing to do?

You met at the park, the sun casting long shadows as you both sat on a bench. You bit your lip, struggling to find the right words. "Sunghoon, can I ask you something?" He turned to you, raising an eyebrow. "Sure, what's up?"

You hesitated, your words catching in your throat. "I saw you with that girl at the cafe yesterday." Sunghoon's expression shifted, his gaze dropping to the ground. "Oh, that... Look, y/n, it's not what you think." Your frustration boiled over. "Then what is it, Sunghoon? We're not exclusive, I get that, but it still hurt to see you with someone else." you confronted.

He stepped closer, his voice gentle. "I was wrong to push you away. I was scared of ruining our relationship, but I don't want to lose you. Maybe we can give us a real chance?"

Tears filled your eyes, your heart thawing as the weight of his words sank in. you reached out, taking his hand. "I've missed you, Sunghoon. I was hurt, but I also realized I can't ignore my own feelings anymore." you admitted, yourself.

He smiled, a mixture of relief and affection in his eyes. "So, does this mean you're willing to give us a shot?" he smiled.

You nodded, a shy smile forming on your lips. "Yeah, maybe it's time we moved beyond being just a 'situationship'." you chuckled.

As the sun set behind you, you and Sunghoon stood on the balcony, your hands intertwined – two hearts that had been through confusion, finally finding your way to each other.

Under the cut because of length

They see their boyfriends are thoroughly overworked in a way their boss doesn't. The dark circles under their eyes are only growing darker and now neither of them has any time to spend together. So naturally they decide it's time to take matters into their hands.

They carefully collect a list of tasks both Gregor and Meursault were supposed to tackle for the day and cross out a few from the list, writing those down so they can do it for them. It sounded like a simple enough task.

But they only realize their huge mistake after blacking out by the copy machine.

"... ?" A familiar voice calls their name and they jolt awake.

"Huh?"

"Are you okay?" Meursault's face is close to theirs, enough so they can't help but blush.

"Ah? Wh- what happened?" They ask.

"You were asleep by the copy machine." He eyes the list of tasks still in their grasp, and suddenly realization dawns on his face, "So this is where half my work went."

"I- I can explain..." They smile awkwardly.

"Hey, Meursault. Have you seen- oh, what's going on?" Gregor walks in on them.

"I've found the source of our missing work." Meursault sighs.

"Ah. Don't tell me...?" Gregor raises an eyebrow at their partner.

"I can explain!" They raise their hands, "Both of you are so exhausted all the time, and the boss doesn't care a single bit! So I thought that maybe I could help..."

"Ahhhhhh!" Gregor scratches his head, "I get it, but you didn't have to do that, bud. That's too much work for one person alone." He chastises them.

"But neither of you ever have time to spend together..." They reply.

"I see," Meursault begins, "so this is the core of the issue."

He grabs both his and their employee cards and tosses them to Gregor, who catches them in the air.

"Clock us all out, Gregor."

"Yeah, got it." Gregor walks away with the cards.

"Wait, wait! Is that okay? The boss will be furious!" They protest.

"We can always be more productive after a full day of rest." Meursault counters, "Come, let's wait outside."

He holds their hand and helps them stand up. It's not exactly what they had in mind, but their plan ended up working somehow.

HI just wanted to comment on something i see frequently in your writing! A recurring motif ive noticed you like to use is like... xue yang waiting for something to hurt- expecting pain (usually physical) and either enduring it when it happens or being surprised when it doesnt. And i think that is just so chef kiss- i think xue yang as a character is on some level always waiting for the other shoe to drop, waiting for things to start hurting, ready to cut and run or lash out when they do, and i think that recurring motif of yours is just Extremely him and its always stuck with me when i reread your work. 10/10 thank u for giving me xue yang brain worms

you're welcome for the xue yang brain worms, just sharing my own when I don't have any more room for them in my own head. it's how I cope

anyway though I love when people like...specifically mention recurring Motifs they notice me playing with with a character, because I both worry that it's too obvious and also unclear at all times. but yeah!! this is definitely one of those where...I've talked before about how I think Xue Yang is very used to existing in a constantly precarious state.

Nothing is certain, nothing is stable, and his expectations of the people around him are in the basement. He pretty much lives by the expectation that he can't trust anybody else to look out for him except for him, and when they do it's always contingent and going to end eventually. I don't think Xue Yang was surprised to get kicked out of Jinlintai, however it happened; there was always an expiration date on that arrangement, from his perspective, and it was just going to be a matter of how and when it happened, and how well he could land when it did. He is very much always waiting for the other shoe to drop, because it's just a matter of time and he has to be ready when it happens.

(He wasn't ready when he was a kid, he didn't see it coming, but he's never making that mistake again. He will, in fact, bite first if it looks like there's something anywhere nearby that might possibly hurt him. Caught off guard once, death on the entire Chang Clan, caught off guard twice, that's just embarrassing.)

I also think a lot about how Xue Yang simultaneously spends all the time in anticipation of his own imminent death and carries himself with a certain attitude of invincibility and total indifference toward consequences. Bad shit's going to happen and eventually it will kill him but in the meantime he's going to live life like it won't.

Basically: pain and suffering is not just a fact of life but the rule; anything else is the exception.

And this is what kills me about two specific moments in the Yi City arc. The first is the one where Song Lan first calls Xue Yang's name, and the second is during the argument with Xiao Xingchen where Xue Yang tips from trying to get Xiao Xingchen to understand to on the attack. They're moments where I think it shows how much Xue Yang did relax during that period of time, and how much he at least...stopped being quite so ready for the flip side, and that's part of why it hits so hard when it does arrive, and part of why he goes after Xiao Xingchen as viciously as he does.

(Like I said, caught off guard twice...stupid, stupid mistake, and look what happened. Nobody's supposed to be able to hurt Xue Yang anymore but somehow Xiao Xingchen is doing it, and he should have known this was coming, when did he forget to watch for it?)

There's something too, though maybe this is also me reading forward in the MXTX extended universe, that looks at the way Xue Yang treats Xiao Xingchen in particular and wonders if he is, at least in some way, testing his hypothesis. I definitely think the way he goes after Xiao Xingchen isn't just about personal revenge; the way it's tailored is very specifically making a point about how Xue Yang's worldview is right and Xiao Xingchen's is wrong. Xiao Xingchen thinks he can alleviate suffering and make the world better; Xue Yang is here saying that there's no such thing.

I was wondering how your writing goes, like how do you edit? What do you struggle with the most? I know you said it's not your native language either, and I just wanted to know what slows you down the most? Because for me personally it's grammar, structure of the sentences and its punctionation. I always wonder if my commas are in the right place and if I used right marks, obviously the placement of it differs in every language. And do you have any tips for me? hi darling!! i'm okay, doing some writing!! and my holiday is going great <3 i've been at the beach all week, swimming and reading and eating delicious food. i missed my parents and my sisters like crazy, so it's been very fun to get to spend so much time with them <333

oh, yes!! i remember you!! i hope that fic is going well, and that you'll decide to post it someday. i feel like i already told u this, but i'm sure it's lovely, and if deep down u wanna share it, u should be able to do so, fear be damned (im aware it's not that easy but . u get what i mean)

and my editing process is . very boring and very long . i usually just write the whole chapter out, exactly how i have it planned in my mind, without stopping to check for mistakes, or letting myself get distracted by . a paragraph or a line i don't like, all that can be fixed during the actual editing. once it's done, i try to give it a day?? to let it breathe a lil. and then i reread it all!! i go scene by scene, and sometimes it means just fixing the grammar of some sentences and deleting a random line here and there, and other times it means deleting a whole conversation, or rewriting an entire scene bc it's not working how it's supposed to. editing can take me from a couple of hours to actual days, so it's not a process i really enjoy </3 writing can be a pain, but it's when i get to be messier and have fun and not worry about the end result. editing means polishing and rereading until you grow sick of the story. it's necessary but it's not my fav part of the process, that's for sure

i don't think i'm that bothered by grammar, but it's mostly bc this is just fanfiction and i kinda just . have fun with the language?? sometimes i'm aware i'm not structuring a sentence the Proper way but it looks more beautiful my way, and it sounds nicer, so why would i change it?? not a single one of my uni profs is gonna be reading it anyway. but as someone who isn't an english native speaker either, i totally get u, bc i used to be very insecure about this, and i still am a bit sometimes. i had this fear that ppl were gonna be able to tell english isnt my first language at a first glance. but so what if they do?? theres nothing wrong with that, and bc im bilingual, i speak and write in english in a manner native speakers cant replicate, bc i see and understand their language differently. and i think thats lovely!!!

the thing i struggle the most with is descriptions?? i feel like im not detailed or accurate enough, and like i lack a lot of vocabulary. i do my best to fix it during editing but it never quite works i fear.. i also write ridiculously long sentences, bc i use way too many commas when i should be using periods. and i think that my dialogues are pretty good, but at the same time im always . concerned about characters sounding real enough yk?? since, again, english isn't my first language

and i don't know about tips darling. i keep saying this, but i feel like i'm not the best person to ask about this At All, bc i'm not that knowledgeable, or talented, or skillful. i can tell you to remember that at the end of the day this is fanfiction, and we're supposed to be having fun and being self-indulgent. try not to worry so much about grammar and proper sentence structure or putting commas in the right place. bend the language until it sounds pretty enough for you and a sentence rolls off the tongue the right way. who cares if it's not Correct or Proper. it's not meant to!!! also, don't edit right away, let the story or the chapter breathe for a bit, otherwise you're gonna hate the whole thing and believe it's a Mess. it's usually not!! you just need a break and to put some healthy distance so u can edit more honestly, less unbiased

Tragic Love On Ice

Park Sunghoon was an experienced and skilled figure skater, known for his impressive leaps and graceful pirouettes.

He always had your support as his best friend who accompanied him to all competitions.

One day, Sunghoon found himself thinking about you, and how important your presence was to him, how happy he was just to be able to see you, and how he loved skating or doing anything with you. It was on that day that he realized he was falling in love with you.

Since then, days passed... months... years...

And he was absolutely sure that he loved you and that he wanted to spend the rest of his days by your side. But you were not aware of his true feelings, because he was afraid that it would change the relationship between you two.

And his biggest fear was losing you.

So he kept it as his most deepest secret.

But then, in a winter day, overcome by an overwhelming feeling of courage, he decided it was time to let you know how he really felt.

He wanted to do something special, so he invited you to go ice skating on the frozen lake next to the park, you've been doing it together since you were little, it would be just perfect.

"Y/n, I need to tell you something... I know it might sound weird, but you know, we've known each other for a long time.. and I've admired you for a long time and I think ... I think that I'm in love with you," he confessed as you skated side by side.

You suddenly stopped skating, causing him to stop too. "What? Park Sunghoon, are you serious?", you asked, surprised by the statement.

"Yes, I'm serious. I know it may sound cliché, but I can't hide my feelings anymore. I wanted to do something special to tell you that, and ice skating seemed perfect," he said, smiling.

"Hoon, I... I don't know what to say," you confessed, still trying to process the news. "I always thought you were amazing, but I never thought you could be interested in me."

He smiled awkwardly "I understand. I just wanted to tell you this, no need to push yourself if you don't have an answer. What matters is that now you know how I feel. And now, let's go skating together", he added, taking your hand.

You skated together for a long time, enjoying each other's company, talking and laughing as you always did.

But then, without a warning, the ice began to crack.

"Sunghoon, what's going on? The ice is breaking!", you shouted, scared.

"Don't worry, I'll get you out of here," he said, trying to remain calm.

Unfortunately, saying that was easier than doing, with the speed at which the ice was breaking, it was extremely difficult not to worry.

He even managed to pull you close, but the ice continued to crack under your feet.

Sunghoon struggled to stay above water, but you, on the other hand, weren't so lucky.

"Y/n, hold my hand!" he yelled, holding out his arm.

He hoped that he would feel the delicate touch of your hand in his one more time, he hoped that he could see you again...

But it was too late

You had already sunk into the cold, dark water.

Sunghoon desperately tried to find you, diving several times, but to no avail.

Ultimately, he had to admit defeat and let the rescuers handle the situation.

When he emerged from the water, he was shivering with cold and shock. He blamed himself for your death and the grief he had caused your family and friends.

      What was supposed to be a romantic and happy day had.  ended tragically and painfully, leaving him with a life full of regrets.

After the sad incident, Sunghoon never wanted to skate again as the memory of that day was too strong for him.

He sank into a deep sea of guilt for not being able to save the person he loved the most. You.

And so, he lived the rest of his life with a broken heart, always remembering the day he lost you on the frozen lake.

one aspect about them i love Yuri - She is a great friend. Everyone needs such a friend as Yuri. Nise - That's very personal. But she actually shows typical borderliner behavior and that hits me right in the heart❤ Kuon - She's the Goddess. Her duality actually. So lovely cute and tender girl who is very likely the most coldhearted and cruel person among all the participants❤ Sniper - His entire personality❤ I can elaborate but it's not the time, so in a short... He is so cool and reliable... and at the same time pathetic mess and a Loser. Yes with capital "L". In other words I love that same thing ppl usually hate him for. Rika - That thing... how he hates Sniper and at the same time looks at him like at some kind of an Idol and even forget sometimes that his brother also a living human. Yes, seriously, I do love it. Senya - Little cutie doesn't understand how traumatized he is. Shika - The fact that Shintarou was right. She resembles Kuon. In some ways x)))

one aspect i wish more people understood about them Yuri - She is the most attentive person among all the characters. Nise - She is 16yo old already traumatized by REAL WORLD girl who used to adapt to any situations to survive. Kuon - When she used the railgun for the first time... She didn't forget to think about other ppl who could be in that building. She DID NOT CARE about them in a first place. Like you know she doesn't give a fuck and have no idea why should she. *the list continues* Sniper - I just want to ask ppl to stop throw away that parts of his personality that don't fit their vision of him. Like most of the simps see him just as a kind of sexy-shmexy doll and haters only point at his mistakes. Non of them thinks about his character, non of them sees his traumas and suffering because of his own mistakes, non of them ever tried to understand his actions. The fandom's most popular character? Yes. But also the most misinterpreted one. He deserves better. Rika - He deserves more attention. That is all I can say 'cause... You know, I've never seen any bad word about him. Nor the good one actually. Ppl literally forget about him, some even skip his parts while rereading (yep, I know a few). Senya - That's normal!!!!! I don't want to elaborate. Just this phrase. Shika - That would be nice.. if ppl start talk about her first, so I could tell them that they are wrong 😏😏😏

one (or more) headcanon(s) i have about this character Yuri - can't cook well, but sews really good. Nise - She gives names to stuffed toys... as well as her knives. Kuon - She doesn't want to return home. I can elaborate about that, but not now - to much to say. Sniper - I can't choose so. Vegetarian (but not vegan), gloves are not just part of the image, also he spends all of his free money to support animal shelters. And will be afraid of the grenades for the rest of his life. Rika - He keeps a secret diary. Don't ask. Senya - everyone already knows my fav headcanon that he will choose astrophysics in the future instead of becoming an astronaut. Shika - I'm shamed but I don't have any headcanons for her. Maybe if I would reread TSA more often something could born... But we know the problem with TSA rereadings for me =')))

one character i love seeing them interact with Yuri - surprisingly - with Rika. Nise - with Sniper. Yeah, best BroTP I've ever seen (after Shin and Noi from Dororhedoro), Dumb & Dumber. Kuon - what do you expect here? Sniper. I'm damn shipper XDDD But well besides him - Yuri. Sniper - besides Kuon... I can't choose between Nise and Rika. Rika - with Sniper... As you can see I'm not immune to any siblings interactions. Senya - with Sniper that's obvious. Shika - haaaard one. Don't know really. Need to reread.

one character i wish they would interact with/interact with more Yuri - with Sniper about non-surviving themes. Nise - with Kuon... as helping her to catch a man. Kuon - with alien-kun is you understand me they have what to talk about 😏😏😏 Sniper - it will never happen but I'd really like to see him dealing with The Third Stage. Obviously they would hate each other and this would be really FUNNY. Rika - I need more siblings interactions! Guess yourself about which sibling of him I'm talking about XDDDD Senya - with anyone else from TS main crew besides Sniper. Shika - also anyone from TS main crew.

one (or more) headcanon(s) i have that involve them and one other character I will combine some characters here. Sorry not sorry. Main5 - Yuri and Sniper is a deadly combination of idiots and the worst Rika's fear is that these two could get along. But they never really will... for various reasons. So Yuri can't get why Rika becomes so anxious about her and Sniper interactions. Nise sees Rika as a rival 'cause he takes a lot of attention (too much attention in Nise's eyes!!!) of her favorite person a.k.a Yuri. Every time Sniper needs to use bathroom or take a shower he's struggling with asking Kuon to go "for a little walk". Also Kuon can manage his dreams a bit. Senya - also I mentioned that.. long ago. He would overgrow his attraction to Oribe, like yes first love, but there's a lot of more interesting things in the world. Shika - As I said nothing here =(
