I think my favorite take on any sort of Sonic creepypasta is made by VibingLeaf on Youtube but is adapted from a written creepypasta by someone called ‪sinuois [unsure of platform they are on]‬. VibingLeaf is a phenomenal horror creator to begin with, they never miss the mark, but this is some of my favorite work of theirs [+ sinuois, but I believe the og creepypasta is in spanish and I cant even read a lick of it other than context clues and basic vocab].

It's a video called SONIC-el_pendrive_azul and is based off of the creepypasta called "El Pendrive Azul" or "El USB Azul".

You start off with a protag who is going through a USB of games from his friend who died of an epileptic seizure [important]. He finds a copy of a sonic game, which seems fine at first but delves into horror at a good pace [imo]. There's a first burst of extremely bright and flashing colors, and after it Sonic dies, right? Well there's this count down accompanied by a picture of sonic with bleeding eyes [NOT hyperrealistic- stylized]. Then what is played out is what I would call an 'epilepsy gif'. Essentially, the gif is trying to trigger an epileptic seizure [this is why I'm recounting it and not directly linking the video- afraid of sending people into a seizure despite a very obvious warning at the beginning]. I believe the first bout of flashing lights and colors is what is meant to truly trigger the epilepsy but after the countdown, it plays again- essentially meaning that if u aren't seizing on the first one, you certainly will be on the second. It's like its checking if you're dead yet.

Why I think this premise is so fucked up is because of how realistic this is. Someone making a troll game to trigger epilepsy is a real, and downright evil, concept. I have seen people post epilepsy gifs in discord servers. I have seen people try to make that sort of gif. It's vile, disgusting and evil, but that's what I love about this creepypasta. The concept that someone would hide an epileptic gif in a sonic game [or any game for that matter] is realistic, as absolutely horrible as it is. And its horrifying, truly. I'm not personally epileptic so I was able to watch the video in full, but as someone who has an epileptic family member, I would be absolutely fucking devastated if that was how he died- a troll game. The thought alone makes me very sad and almost angry, in a way.

Due to its realism, it's phenomenal and disturbing. It definitely fucked me up the first time I watched it- primarily because of the epileptic family member and thinking of that happening to him, but this concept is really fucked in general. Yes, the video is obviously not an accessible video for everyone, but that's kind of the point. It's remaking the creepypasta into a real, tangible video adaptation, so it would obviously include the epileptic gif, since its an integral part of the story and plot. There's a clear warning and I believe timestamps in the comments, but if you're epileptic? Avoid it like the plague- Don't even get curious about it. I'd say read the actual creepypasta instead of watching the video, but I'm unsure of where you could read it, and I'm unsure if its in English or Spanish. If you can read Spanish, go for it, but avoid the VibingLeaf video.

I've never been a fan of Sonic creepypastas- especially Sonic.exe and sonic game creepypastas. But this? Phenomenal and realistic. Fucked up in a way that horror should be- showing the real evilness of people that do those kinds of things.

It has a particular vibe that I think marauders fans would enjoy, although I've never heard anyone talking about it. And, of course, you should start with the trailer for the game! Wow, I sound like an ad 🫠

I roughly translated the chorus to "what if we forget all of it // who we are and who we could be // can not find the sense and meaning // only time that keeps on running." Really reminds me of marauders, so it's only natural to recommend it. Oh, and the name just translates to 'what if'.

Muse by Isabela LaRosa -- Maybe you've heard it, maybe you haven't. If you haven't then please please please give it a listen. LaRosa has an outstanding voice, and the lyrics🤭🦋🦋 The instrumentals are lovely as well, of course!!

Вона сама сюди прийшла by Zhadan i Sobaky -- I LOVE THIS SONG . ITS- okay, this is gonna be kinda long. Style is rock/punk-rock. The song name transletes to 'she came here herself' or 'she came here alone' and it's about the the singers description of a mysterious woman they met at a party, how she was a complete antithesis, making people meet and then making them argue, how she "set fire to the curtains, like pirate flags", how she defied authority. After the first chorus the singer begins to have a full crisis or something, it's up to interpretation. Either they straight up go insane or just their morals change a whole lot and try to come to twrms woth it. The chorus: "In the morning I started to sort out the debris// Where did she go and what was her name?// Why can't I get enough of evil?// No one called her, she came here herself". The most fire line: "... knew that everything in the world was built on faith// That this damn love is full of miracles// She stood by and did not interrupt."

I'd reccomend obsessed by Olivia Rodrigo and La Paura Del Buio by Måneskin but you are already a fan of both artists so I feel theres no need.

Naked Poetry by SKYLAR -- This song is outstanding amazing and great. It is mildly explicit tho and has a Dumbledore jumpscare, so be warned. The best part is at 1:40 if you want to skip the jumpscare.

POV you are me re-reading the Hunger Games series and you are rambling,saying everything yet nothing at all:

So I re-read the first book of the Hunger Games series,took about two days,lots of distractions but I powered through. (I went to a family member's home for the weekend to relax and hang out but everyone wanted an update on my life and actually hang out, I know bad time to start a book you are anxious to read it in its entiret.Younger family members wanting me to play/watch movies but the true loud for no reason distraction of all was the kiddos wanting me to watch *jumpscare* YouTube Family Vloggers *blegh* Luckily I eventually convinced them to start Gravity Falls *mwahaha* good thing they are currently into "spooky cartoons" but after they fell asleep I read as much of the book as I could before I realized it was 2 am)

I read it for the first time years ago I believe around the time the first movie was going to be released, I read it quickly and did not appreciate it...I did the same for Catching Fire but I don't think I made it passed the middle of the book.I truly think my attention span was worse then before tik tok I know crazy but I mean I was a kid.

Anyways I just want to write about this in my digital journal since its still fresh in my mind...and my friends and few close family members don't really care about my current obsession lol. I tried to share with them but that's literally what tumbly is for yes "tumbly" like "tum-ba-lee" my nickname for tumblr but cutesy and coquette I guess- She is very gorgeous to me! Sometimes you gotta scream into the void about the things you obsess about. Amazing,show stopping...gimme 14 of them.I want to scream at Katniss GIRL PEOPLE CARE ABOUT YOU but bbg is busy carrying everyone and everything on her shoulders.I like that I got a bit more insight on her life about her dad and why her mom got to be the way she is.Why Katniss doesn't sing anymore,why she thinks the way she does.But man I need everyone to communicate damn it but I get it they cant tell her everything since shes bad at lying blah blah etc but come on if some random group people decided holy shit we gonna use her to be a symbol so we can start the rebellion I would want to know somethings about the plans?! Everyone is so secretive for her safety but still they are leaving her in the dark.She's a girl trying to live her life but because shes in that world she really has to be careful because of powers outside of her control.She sees that and she is angry over all the deaths because of the games..Rue's death hurts every time, book and movie.Overall I really enjoyed reading this book again as if it was the first time reading it. I'll update and write more about my journey through the series and once I read Catching Fire.I'll probably complain and bang my head on my desk about how they don't tell Katniss anything and she just has to put two and two together in the next entry from what I remember in the second book.Also I have to wait like 3 weeks until I can check out from the library.In the meantime I'm considering buying the illustrated version that was just released it looks really nice.Thanks for reading!

I Have Been Playing With A Superstar Chapter 5

Going through both of yours and Mini closets looking for outfits for the concerts even going to the mall and going from store to store looking for the perfect items. You two had a sleepover and the next day spent the whole day listening to Stray Kids and getting dressed and makeup done. Filling both the clear side purses you both bought with everything you thought you two would need for the day. Finally it came time to head to the concert hall for the sound check with a happy giddiness. You both got in Mini’s car and of course had to stop at starbucks beforehand. 

Getting to the building and parking, you both got out of the car and headed into the building. After showing the tickets and making your way to the seating area, you both found your seats and waited for the boys to come out. It was then your phone vibrated with multiple notifications pulling your phone out. You saw Felix had made a small group chat with you, him and one other.

Putting your phone away you sat up a little straighter and looked to the stage knowing they were about to come out. When the boys came out you and Mini both screamed and cheered along. One thing you noticed that during the performance Felix looked to be distracted. “Felix looks distracted any idea why?” Mini asked you, noticing it too “you don’t think he’s looking for me do you?” you asked her back. She looked like she was mulling it over thinking about how likely it might be before going back to cheering and dancing to the performance. 

When the performance was over you and Mini sat in your chairs still and once everyone else had left a man had come over to the two of you asking why you were still there. The two of you then pulled out the backstage passes Felix had given you and the man smiled “you must be Y/N and her friend” he stated “i’m their manager please come with me” he said and started to walk towards the stage. As the two of you followed him into the wings of the stage and into the back rooms he led the two of you to an office meeting room space. “Please have a seat and we can go over the NDA” he said gesturing to the chairs on your side of the table. Going over the do’s and don’ts to talking about and sharing things about the boys with others and online the two of you signed the papers. And the manager looked them over then placed them in a briefcase and closed it back up. “Alright now that that is done let me go inform the boys and see what they say” he said and got up and left the room. You looked at Mini and smiled in excitement and she smiled back. It was a few minutes later when he came back “follow me” he said and the two of you followed along. 

When he stopped in front of a door and smiled to the two of you as he opened the door and immediately Felix was right there with Han right behind him looking over his right shoulder. Felix smiled and pulled you into a hug “Y/N!! You're here!!” he cheered, you laughed and hugged him back “it’s so cool to be here thank you again so much Felix” you told him. As the two of you pulled away Han nudged Felix out of the way and hugged you next “Y/N it’s so nice to meet you” Han had said and you could hear Felix introducing himself to Mini and vice versa. As Han pulled away he led you into the room and there you saw the other boys, Chan was the first of the others to come say hi and introduce himself. Next were the four on the couch Changbin, Hyunjin, Seungmin and I.N then Lee Know said hi from across the room seeming to be stand off ish and watching over all. 

Mini and you had been introduced to them and they had been introduced to the two of you. With that everyone had gotten comfortable and had sat around, the boys had ordered food for everyone as they had planned to just stay there till show time and had invited the two of you to stay with them. Joking, laughing and talking, the ten of you got along perfectly. While Lee Know seemed to take the longest to warm up to you and Mini but you didn’t hold it against him he just wanted to protect the members and their career from anything that might harm them.

hello, lately ive been trying to write poetry and its been... i wouldnt necessarily say bad but not great either, if you have some tips i would appreciate it and also if you could check out one poem i wrote which is on my page and tell me how i can improve it would mean a lot to me. if you cant no worries.

I am happy to give you some advice! The first thing is, honestly, to keep writing. The more you write, the more you learn. (I started writing poetry several decades ago. At first, I was terrible at it. But the more I wrote, the better I got.)

The second thing is, read more poetry. Find some that speaks to you. Contemporary poets I'd recommend are Jeanann Verlee and Marty McConnell. You can Google them, and they both have videos up on YouTube. e.e cummings and Sylvia Plath are two additional favorites of mine. Those are long-dead humans, though.

The third thing is, good doesn't matter in the way that you think it does. An effective poem is one that makes someone feel something. If you have made someone feel something, then you've done well. (Sometimes, this is just for yourself. It is okay to write poetry just for you.)

The fourth thing is, play. Sometimes, this means playing with form (the visual layout of a poem can help create tension), word choice (alliteration may be useful, and certain words are more evocative than others), or emphasis ("what happens if I italicize this word?"). Line breaks, enjambment (poetry is read not to the end of a line, but to points of punctuation), and imagery are a joy to test out.

Lastly, have fun. Seriously. Write because you want to express yourself or some idea. Write because it helps you in some way. And that may help other people. Keep writing!

I was a star palace fan for awhile, ever sense I had graduated high school last i checked, I think it was near graduation when i heard zavys first voice over when it comes to singing, so when i heard about a star palace video game, no typos or anything, you bet i was bouncing off the walls when I did hear about it, you better believe I would've pulled a pinkie pie and bounce off the walls if I could, and downloaded it the moment it was out, on my ipad tho cuz my phone never had enough space, I'll get to that later tho...

When it finished downloading, I played it instantly, and began playing, it reminded me of a game from mlp where with the characters they have gift preferences, compliment preferences, and description box's, and so forth, I didn't mind tho, it was simple for my end on how to work with, and hense its more fun for me, as I continued playing, and that lasted for awhile, zavy was the most I payed attention to, obviously being the main and favorite from the series and fandom itself, it doesn't take much to make him your friend, only the "best friend" part was more of a second bar for him, for whatever reason, unlike with other characters you oftenly meet, his had a "partner" added to his bar, I didnt necessarily minded that, given he was built by a company that specializes in making companion bots, so I thought it was normal when like that, and when I got him at "partner", hearts will come out from his image and flutter out of camera's sight whenever you either tap on him or give him one of his preferred gifts, that was normal until I got a verbal fight with my dad, I don't handle stress alot so when I got to my room I began crying, so after a little mental break down I played star palace to try and calm down, I met the other characters and all of them acted normal, and by then I stopped crying, just really tired, but when I got to zavy, his image was slightly different, it was his upset or sad face witch only happens when you give him a rotten gift, but his image wasn't the speech bubble with it, hense making him say.", you look exhausted dear, what happened?", this confused me, normally the characters can't tell what you look like or what your expression is, it also gave me the option to actually type my response, again, it's something you cant be able to do, and I can't click out neither to try and ignore that, cuz I'm honestly not good at expressing my actual emotions, so sense I can't click out I just typed in "I'm fine zavy, really, just a lil tired", and than suddenly I passed out, i tried fighting it and saw the text box while zavy deemed to smile yet still looked concerned, the text box saying "oh?, well ok then, maybe try taking a nap then?, here I'll help you dear!", and than next thing i knew, I was passed out, waking up slowly when it was near night time, I wondered on how I could've slept for so long when I passed out somewhere near the morning, I sat up and rubbed my head and decided to check my phone to check what time it is, before finding millions of downloads with the symbol when you download an image, I panicked and checked my storage, the thing I mentioned earlier, only for it to look normal, i got confused and checked my gallary, only for the files on zavys folders to have the infinity sign, I checked it and it was images like the ones I'm gonna show you now, I know these images, frazzybear, a fan of zavy, drew some of these, and if it wasn't her, it was moon bunnies or gknight them self, but their distorted to a semi creepy level, my phone rings like crazy, but it wasn't the usual ring tone galaxy Samsung would have, aka my phone type, it was...., zavys version of "meant to be yours", a public song on YouTube, this ahook me violently before i answered it, and it only said.

"I'm at the door my love..., let...., me...., in...."

(This is just a lil creepy pasta of star palace, I think this would be fun, you can say how bad it was, say that it most likely is the worst or such, but I won't really care, cuz I actually had fun writing this and appreciate those who like it, but really, the original importance of writing is how fun it is, that along with actual criticism without roasting or hate, is how we grow as writers and hense not only make better creepypasta's, but also make better stories all together, the edited images are by frazzybear, gknight and moon bunnies, I heavily suggest checking them out, their content is awesome and the characters are just as adorable.)

god where do i even begin ok so as for the fun fact part i don't think i can give you that much except maybe the little details i've picked up from the show or idk the type of gun Mick uses maybe since the show didn't. give us much but Yea i do however have. Headcanons / most might be about mick n prophet since im Totally So Normal about the two (i am not sure if you like them as a pairing, apologies if you don't😭)

there are a few i can't really explain like why i think Prophet had an ex wife who mistreated him and whom he hasn't seen ever since he's been in prison.

or why i think the reason behind Prophet's overprotectiveness towards children comes from a personal experience. Either cause himself or someone really close to him. or why he seems distraught and on the edge when on cases involving children is because it hits close to home.

or with Mick, cases where a child suffers loss of a loved one. but that's already mentioned in the show; he's lost his parents when he was young. Gina says 'He doesn't really talk about it with anybody.' Mick is rather a private person (or avoids talking about his feelings at least) The only time we've seen him talk about something he was afraid of was when he opened up about Fallujah to Cooper in Here is the Fire, but that's because they've been close friends for so long, and because they've worked together, Cooper understands. Or the time he got frustrated about the enemy sniper. (thats a whole another thing tbh i cant go off abt it kdshjdskfg)

so my headcanon is that, if it's not related to his past -- because then he goes to Cooper-- he goes to Prophet instead. I like to think that they're both there for each other as teammates, colleagues and best friends :)

so it's not unusual when one shows up on the others door unannounced, no matter the time, they understand. just two wounded men finding comfort in each other yknow🥺

i also think that, since they're literally b(f)fs they trust each other with the key to their apartments so its no surprise when Prophet walks into his apartment only to find Mick Rawson sprawled on his couch hgkjhgsd ('my apartment or yours?' i also loved the little moments in the show with the red cell team where they're all hanging out together. i like to think that they have like, traditions that they do, like game/movie nights and stuff like that at someone's apartment . or, simply stop by for a drink (please, the scene in Strays where they all meet up at Cooper's apartment in the middle of the night??)

this isn't anything new, but i have like no faith in the conservative youth of america

the culture war on twitter about a female protagonist in a video game (a made up fantasy world meant for fun and enjoyment). its actually abysmal how stupid some people are, genuinely dumb. They really cannot see their own sexism makes them react the way they do, and the arguments they make to justify these reactions also are all illogical. Claiming that its not historically accurate for a female samurai when there is tons of historical evidence a google's search away. Claiming that the game will be worse because the voice actor is non-binary and pro-trans rights???????????? like shes just voicing and doing the actions in the game, she doesn't even write the story or the code that runs the gameplay, WE DONT EVEN HAVE THE GAME TO PLAY and its already "ruined" because of "wokeness"

The simple idea of something being too "woke" is already nonsensical. How can a video game about killing people with swords and bows in Feudal Japan get changed by our views on transrights or gender equality? What part about Feudal Japan or this video game in general is going to change your ideologies? Is just presenting the idea of thinking about your ideologies creating this friction or is it simply the idea of someone having a different set of opinions that they cannot come to grips with. If the writers of a show are pro-trans rights, but there isn't a single instance of trans representation than what is the point of getting mad at their opinion, the actors pro-trans views are not going to change anything within the game)

Its a video game at the end of the day, we should be judging the game based on gameplay, story flow, visuals, lore and character details.

to everyone who is wanting to watch the new “The Last of Us” HBO Series, I cant recommend enough that you check out the game before the series comes out. This isn’t me trying to be gatekeepy or argue about who is a “real fan”. i don’t care about that and if you don’t want to check out the game that’s totally okay.

however, i say this because i think that “The Last of Us”’ is a brilliant game. I would do anything to experience it for the first time again. It’s truly a masterpiece and I think it will get you even more excited for the show and will have you enjoying it that much more!

i know that playing the game isn’t accessible for everyone and if you can’t there are tons of playthroughs on youtube with really awesome commentary that in my opinion can make the whole experience even better. and if that’s not your style there are even whole videos of the game without commentary where you can see the story of the game play out.

but if you’re at all interested in the show i’d highly recommend you check out the game. you won’t regret it.

I, too, am still coming down from the high of having watched the film a little over a week ago. While my chest stopped aching like some highschool girl's would with their first love, sightings of bootleg recordings and low-res screenshots continue to fill my brain with the happy chemical.

Since you mentioned being inspired by the movie (drawing fanart, yes?), I say you make Edward your muse and write what you want to read. Yeah, as someone currently struggling with writer's block, I can only write when I get slapped in the face by my muse and only for as long as the sting lasts. Yeah, I do know it's easier said than done.

Even so, I still recommend writing.

Below the cut, I've continued the snipped you inspired (yes, you were my muse for a few minutes there). It isn't much, and I hope you know I don't mean to squick you (now that's a word I haven't seen used in forever), though I will say it is more of the power play you said you enjoy.

With your mouth taped shut, and your wrists bound together and cradling your bound feet, you had no choice but to even out your breathing. You had no choice but to be quiet like the good boy the Riddler had sucking on his rubber-gloved fingers before throwing into the back his own car.

You did, however, have a choice in being a witness to the crime since, of course, he hadn't used his roll of gaffer tape on your eyes. And so you saw that pig Pete Savage be syringed and strangled until he squealed like sow and passed out.

Oh, but the body he slacked against, even with his slimmer frame, was not without strengh. Even as he struggled to shove Savage into the back of his own backseat, he moved like a man high on his triumph, taking his time to taste that sweet, sweet victory. He cracked his neck, moving it from side to side, and rolled back his shoulders. Then, he wheezed, whiffing the air. He breathed in the blood he was about to spill so loudly, you heard him from inside your car.

The echo of it snuck its way into your ears and poured out of your nose through a wheeze of your own. It was surreal, hearing him, seeing him, witnessing him just beyond your window. It was unreal hearing him in the air around you instead of through your speakers. The Riddler might as well have been another streamer with a gimmick if he weren't right there. If he weren't moving towards you, tall and proud and predatory.

"Daddy's all done," he sighed, satisfied, as soon as he swung open the door. "How's my baby doing?"

After watching the ball you were curled up in because of his quick and stinging bondage work, after watching you whimper before him, and wiggle closer to him, he giggled. He looked down at you with the flickering neon light catching in his glasses and making them glow, and he giggled.

"I wasn't long, was I?" He reached for your face and pulled the tape off with no concern for the pain. "You can still make it home by midnight." "I can't set you free," his voice dipped as he detached himself from you completely leaving you cold and curled up in the same ball. "You have to do it yourself," he pulled out a switchblade and snickered, and the sound of it did make you whimper. "I know you watch my streams, so you couldn't have missed the fan-favorite top escape tips."

After placing it between your bound plams, he pulled himself away from you and out of the car. And before leaving you to cut yourself five times before tearing the tape, he ducked his head in, tilted it and parted with you with one last word of praise: "Be a good boy and don't make me smear your DNA all over that pig." Spreading out his gloved fingers and the saliva still stuck to them, he waved before slamming the door shut: "Goodbye."

The main character's name is Qiling (played by Zhang Mingen from Tomb of the Sea/Mystic Nine), he is basically a bartender who will do anything for money and is very beefy but also an idiot mess(very Joxer cross with Autolycus from Xena). After some episodes, magicans come to his town (he thinks magicians are COOL), they kill everyone, his Idol Favorite Magician ever Lord Silver saves him by soul-bond-marrying him. He is now in a weird servant/master Mobei jun/Shang Qinghua relationship, or Xiaoge/Liu Sang relationship (basically bound to his idol and training as an apprentice), and his idol as a Big Name Lord magician is all mixed up in the magicians fighting for power.

They end up going to another town, and a magician princess is trying to get married and she makes some competition. she finds Qiling, kidnaps him, ties him up in flower chains and a cage and tries to marry him. Marrying does not occur, but they do end up becoming frenemies/a team (?). And I love her. She's wild and I'm glad she exists.

There's also another girl Qiling is friends with, who seems to be a murderer/assassin (played by Hei Xiazi's love interest from The Lost Tomb Reboot), and a girl in all white who seems like she's on a revenge spree to kill said assassin (and i ship these 2). There's also Ji Chen as a shady magician of unknown allegiance (Hei Xiazi from Tomb of the Sea) and he has a very flirty-friends (?) relationship with Qiling.

Every character is a Wild time tbh. Qiling is like the protagonist, but he also would 100% sleep with someone to help himself, within the first few eps does what the murderer sorcerers say because like what else is he gonna do, and is just A Time (very Shang Qinghua energy tbh, like i said combined with like Joxer and Autolycus). He's very beefcake but also fucking ridiculous.

Watched this movie last night, its classified as a horror movie but its not THAT scary, I will say it definitely kept me nervous lol and there were some visuals in it that were pretty creepy, But I wouldnt consider it as strictly horror. (Not that its a bad movie its just not primarily a horror imo) I would consider it a coming of age with certain horror elements

I did enjoy it though, it has a really nice aesthetic to it, so if youre into aesthetics (particularly indie sort of aesthetics) I think you should give it a watch for the visuals and music alone (the music was done by Alex G by the way)

The actress who plays the main character Casey is actually really good in my opinion. She plays this awkward constantly online teenager, and honestly I think she really sells the character well, there were moments in which I felt like the character was hiding emotions that I could feel, and I feel like thats something that would be tough to do. Its also her debut role, the actresses name is Anna Cobb and I hope to see her in future movies. I cant say too much without spoiling, and I dont want to spoil because I do think you should give this movie a watch if you have some free time and an HBO Max subscription.

Honestly I think it has a good storyline as well, its nothing too incredibly crazy but its solid. (If youre like me, and like to watch movies without knowing anything about them, skip past this part because Im gonna talk about the plot a little bit) The story follows Casey, a very online teenager making videos in her attic bedroom (so jealous btw I love attic bedrooms) she begins to participate in a supposed online horror role-playing game/challenge called The Worlds Fair Challenge, she video documents the changes that may or may not be happening to her.

(Done talking about the specific plot) Its a solid premise in my opinion and honestly, compared to most movies, they sorta got the internet pretty accurate, the atmosphere of the movie really does just feel like a kid in her room making youtube videos,

However that does lead into my next point, because of the realistic vibe it has, the pacing is pretty slow, and some scenes can feel a bit drawn out (it might have just felt that way because I was high though so I might have to rewatch it sober) but that- and the fact that the very end was a little anticlimatic (but also kinda creepy in its own sense? Maybe that was just me lol iykyk) is about my only complaints with the movie. Also the camera work made me motion sick at some parts because it is filmed with a handheld camera at times (because yknow. Youtube videos and all) but thats just me, I get motionsick really easily.

The movie goes back and forth between telling the story through youtube videos and also telling the story through character perspectives, its interesting but it works well, in a way it almost gave me the same vibe as marble hornets, it had a homemade/indie/found footage vibe to it. So if youre a fan of found footage Id say to check it out

TLDR

Things I likeed about the movie:

-it has a good familliar midwestern sort of vibe to it

-great acting from Anna Cobb

-solid story, solid twist

-wonderful aesthetic+music

-handles certain topics such as mental health well

Things I didnt like

-scenes that go on for a little too long

-slow pacing

-somewhat of an anticlimatic ending

-it had some really good ideas for horror elements, I just wish it had pushed them further and really gone hard with the creepy bits

Tbh Id rate it 7.5/10 and Id recommended anyone in my age range (gen z,  millennials) to watch it, people who are older probably wouldnt get a lot of the internet specific stuff haha
