Rlly needing someone older and wiser and you're the universal parent so can I receive a pat in the back and the reassurance everything is going to turn out alright? Things are kind... Hard and there's this whole deep down dread feeling.

I feel like I should be doing more but can't do it

Oh kiddo, this sounds really rough!! Things are pretty grim at the moment in lots of ways, but remember - your most important job is looking after yourself. That means taking breaks, celebrating little wins, and doing the things that bring you joy without worrying that you could be doing "more".

I wish I could say everything is going to turn out alright. The fact is, it might not. "Everything" is really, really big! I think a more important thing to remember is that you aren't responsible for "everything".

You're not (as far as I know....!) a superhero, or a billionaire, or a world leader. You're a single soul with limited resources and limited reach. Concentrate on making the best impact you can within that reach, and trust that the world is full of people doing exactly that.

Also, remember - the world is better just for having you in it. You don't have to earn your place in the world. You deserve to be here, and you deserve love and kindness - from yourself, as much as from anyone else xxxx
