You should definitely give Revenge another chance, it's my favorite album!! My favorite songs are The Ghost of You, Helena, Thank you for the Venom & Cemetery Drive (bonus Desert Song from Life on the murder scene)

Also I think you're gonna like their first album, I brought you my bullets, you brought me your love, it sounds like a mental breakdown (songs recs: Our Lady of Sorrows, Vampires will never Hurt you, Early Sunsets over Monroeville & Demolition Lovers)

Danger Days has a special place in my heart too, the lore behind it is just so good to get lost into (it reminds me a lot of the untouchable gang, but like. A LOT!! Song recs: Bulletproof heart, DESTROYA, Summertime)

Anddddd I don't know if you're ready for this lmao but you should check out Frank Iero's solo project Stomachaches, that album also sounds like a mental breakdown. It reminds me of 58 and Generation Swine in a weird way (please listen to it and tell me I'm not the only one shshhdhdj)

sorry it took me so long but i finally listened to most of what you recommended and i wanted to form an actual opinion about it!

sorry, most of revenge still doesn't slap for me :( it's an objectively good album but just not my thing i guess. BUT i really dig you know what they do to guys like us in prison (jesus thats a mouthful) and thank you for the venom! to the end has an incredible beginning. this jetset life is gonna kill you is also good.

i REALLY liked danger days!!! first, the lore. i ADORE that kind of shit. i love the elements of storytelling in songs. i'm more than interested in music video recommendations 👀 also thats famous gerard way red hair era right? all in all, i loved na na na, bulletproof heart, sing, planetary (go!), party poison, save yourself ill hold them back and vampire money!!

i actually checked out stomachaches before others because your description made me curious and. yeah. it's a hot mess 😂 it has its charm tho.
