what exactly did luther and diego do this season. luther made some stripper jokes and diego was shoved to the sidelines until he needed to react to lila's affair? they were literally sent to the CIA to do nothing because thats how not-needed they were this season.

hell, even allison and klaus barely had anything to do this season. they threw together some lame ass klaus story so that viewers would feel nostalgic for season 1 klaus, and then absolutely nothing becomes of it. claire was finally grown and allison had someone to fight for and they barely even had time to establish the mother daughter relationship. ray left, apparently, but that was just used as an insult from klaus to allison.

the reginald arc was a copy and paste of season 3. he swore that he was a totally different reggie than the one you knew before, makes some insane deal with one of the kids, and then pulls some nonsense. this time, it was viktor who was the victim of reggie's bullshit.

years of developing lila and five's friendship to waste it all on a stupid love affair that doesnt even make sense for the characters. the multiple timelines thing was a great concept, and honestly the whole subway thing was cool but they had to ruin it by forcing a very unnatural love story between them...for...what?

we've all been waiting for the jennifer incident, and it was a single bullet through ben's head??? and then we spend the rest of season 4 watching ben and jennifer run away together, turn into horrific creatures, and then just. kill everyone else...?

and finally we meet abigail who just. wears other people's skin around?

it just feels like we were robbed of EVERYTHING this season

• We all saw how he reacted to Viktor’s coming out in season three. The human equivalent of ‘he’s a little confused, but he’s got the spirit.’

• This time, he’s got a bit more experience understanding these things than the first time around. Might still ask Viktor a few things if he’s too embarrassed to question you directly, to which he is reminded that Viktor doesn’t speak for every trans person

• He eventually just ends up asking you what he wanted to know with a considerably more nervous tone

• Coming out party when?? Convinced that this guy just wants to have a party before the world ends at this point. Won’t have one if you’re not comfortable with it just like his brother, but he’d be so pumped if you did

• You’d think that walking around hand in hand with a big guy like Luther would stop people from yelling stuff at you, but you’d be surprised. In any case, he always makes sure to defend your honor, even if you don’t need it. He’s chivalrous like that

• Luther would be able to relate with any body dysmorphia you have on some sort of level—and in turn knows ways to combat it. It wasn’t easy to nearly die and wake up to the upper body of a monkey, so he had to adapt somehow, both mentally and physically

• Oh, he’s so happy that you feel comfortable around him

• Klaus has always experimented with his gender and sexuality, never sweating the small stuff, so finding someone that he can share his experiences with on more than just a friendly level really excites him

• No matter what time period the two of you end up in, Klaus is always supportive of you, even if it gets him in some hot water with the locals and their opinions (i.e, your time spent in the sixties.)

• Probably steals your hormone boosters if you ever run out of them. Or buys them off a dealer or two. You don’t take drugs for so long without knowing a few people

• Please let him do your hair. Whether you’re looking to lengthen it or shorten it, or even just dye the thing, Klaus will clamor at the opportunity to play hairdresser. Only if you promise to do his own in return, of course

• “Fabulous! You look amazing!” He croons one day, pretending to swoon at the sight of you. Or maybe it was authentic. You could never tell with him. Either way it made you fight the urge to crack a smile

• “Klaus you literally just brushed my hair.” You snort

• “My point still stands. Fabulous I say!”

• In a similar note to that, Klaus would let you rummage through his closet for any sort of spare clothes or fashion inspiration if you run out of outfits/ideas for how to dress. He’s got a wide array of strange garments anyways; from multicolored skirts and dresses, to suits with sequins and eye catching patterns

• Be warned. He will want to matching couples outfits. And they will be atrocious

• On any of your bad days, Klaus makes sure to remind you of how brilliant you are. Most times he just describes you how he sees you through his eyes in an attempt to cheer you up, but sometimes he’ll simply slot himself next to you and hold you until you’re ready to talk about it

• For someone that’s infamous for not being able to stand silence, Klaus sure knows how to utilize it

• Contrary to popular belief, Five does actually give two shits about you—and then some. You are his partner after all (How you managed that no one’s quite sure. The running theory between Diego and Allison is that he’s holding you hostage or blackmailing you somehow)

• His love for you means that he’s more than willing to try and understand your point of view on both the world and yourself. When he’s not trying to stop the apocalypse from ending the world and everyone in it, of course

• Often times brings Delores into the serious conversations you’ll have, claiming that out of the two of them she’s better at understanding these things

• Would burn down a building for you, and probably has already, so when you get misgendered or scrutinized Five won’t hesitate to threaten the person bothering you

• “Unless you have an aversion to keeping both of your eyes in their sockets, I suggest you back away from them.” He had hissed at a passerby on the street one day, clenching his fist with a deadly smile. And while he might not look threatening enough with his smaller frame in school boy shorts, the look in Five’s eyes had the other person scrambling away without a retort

• “Thanks.” You chuckle breathily at him after, shaking your head. “You don’t always have to do that, you know. Scare those guys off.”

• “Yeah, well, Lila would kill me if I didn’t. You’re one of the only people she actually likes.” Five rolls his eyes, doing a poor job at concealing the red tips of his ears. But you got the message

• “Sure thing Fivey.” You knocked his shoulder against your own, and held your hands up with a laugh when he sent a scathing glare your way

Summary: Viktor finally introduces you to his siblings

“Guys,” Viktor cleared his throat, almost nervously, “I want you to meet my daughter, Y/n.”

All of his siblings froze, their eyes snapping over to where he stood in the doorway of the living room, watching as he gently beckoned to someone from off to the side.

Slowly, you shuffled into view with your head hung low, eyes flitting up to everyone in the room for a second before immediately skirting away again, “Hi,” You whispered shyly.

“D-daughter?” Diego stuttered out, unable to wrap his mind around the fact that his own brother had a child he never knew about.

“Not biologically!” Viktor immediately assured them, “But a few years ago she was left on my doorstep with a note talking about how her mother didn’t know anyone else that could take care of her.”

Allison raised an eyebrow, “Do you know her mother?”

Viktor shook his head lightly, “No, no, it’s not like that. It’s-“

“I’m like you guys,” You blurted out, face reddening at your own words.

Fives eyebrows shot up, “Like us in the way of having special abilities?”

“Exactly like that,” Viktor confirmed, reaching over and rubbing your back comfortingly, “I was going to tell you guys about her during dads funeral but then everything happened and I never got the chance.”

“Ooh!” Klaus squealed, bounding over and scooping you up in his arms, “I have another neice! Which isn’t saying much because I never met Claire, but-“

“Put her down, you moron,” Five hissed, sauntering over and slapping his brothers hands away, “You’re probably making her uncomfortable.”

You shook your head a little bit, “No, it’s alright.” You whispered.

“So, kid,” Diego said, bracing his arms on his knees as he leaned forward, “What is it that you can do?”

And all at once, you seemed to crawl back into your shell and your eyes averted themselves to the ground once more where you were kicking your shoe back and forth slightly.

“She can talk to animals,” Viktor told them for you, “It’s okay,” He whispered just for you to hear, “They’ll understand.”

You looked up at him for a moment, reading his eyes, before shyly looking back at your aunt and uncles and whispering, “I can also sing.”

“What do you mean by that?” Luther asked out of pure curiosity.

“It’s like a Disney movie,” Your father offered helpfully, “She can’t control it, but it happens a lot where she randomly breaks into song.”

It’s silent for a moment, one that had you holding your breath and your heart hammering from not only anticipation for how they would react, but from sheer embarrassment of it all.

“That is so cool!” Klaus suddenly exclaimed, “Show me! Show me! Show me!” He was bouncing up and down like a child.

Relief flooded through you like a tsunami wave and you cracked a small smile at the fact that they weren’t weirded out or disgusted by what you could do.

“She can’t control it,” Five hissed before rolling his eyes at the man, “God, don’t you listen to anything?”

“That is so cool!” Allison agreed, walking over and crouching in front of you before embracing you gently, “And it’s very nice to meet you, Y/n.” A chorus of agreements sounded from the rest of the siblings.

Your grin widened as you made eye contact with your father, who grinned widely at you back. Not just you, but he too had been dreading and been so nervous for how today was going to go that when it actually went well, it felt like a giant weight was being lifted off of your shoulders.

i have this sort of weird 'true timeline' au for an alternate ending to the umbrella academy. feel free to ask about this i am open to yapping.

it's basically just taking the canon ending and this comic by @/twobraincells-art and sort of creating an au in the actual original timeline where everything was okay.

seeing as in the canon ending you see lila's family, claire, and diego and lila's kids, it makes me think that yes, the rest of the hargreeves all exist in this 'correct' timeline, but we don't see them on screen.

the best way i can explain this is with the cliche of 'oh it was all a dream', but in actuality i think it's more 'they woke up in the right timeline and everything was okay again'. they react pretty similarly to lila when she gets back home after spending seven years in the subway with five. just. unexplained sobbing/clinging to family.

luther has sloane again and they live in the academy building, except now it's properly renovated into a family home. they eventually have a daughter. her name is luna.

diego and lila find themselves happy with each other, happy with their children. grace is nearly ten now. the twins (noah and coco) are nearly seven. they're happy in their little family bubble.

allison's back with ray, and they're so in love it's like he never left. claire loves her stepdad as if he were her actual father. the three of them are happy. they desperately want a child together, but allison's hesitant. ray suggests they adopt. that's how they welcome damien into the family.

klaus gets sober. it's not like last time. he didn't need the harrowing experience of realising his mortality to push him to put in the effort. he's got a support system now. and he was so, so proud to get that one day chip. he struggles, obviously. but he's got good people, and he knew now he had a shoulder to cry on whenever he needed it. allison was there for him. claire watched movies with him in his (no longer bubble-wrapped) room, and damien asked a million questions. ray's practically his brother. and through a series of events he'd rather not actively think about, he finds happiness with them. and charlotte. god, he'd give that little girl the world and more.

five manages. he spends some time at viktor's, then luther's, and there's that period of time where he was ben's roommate until his brother moved out with jennifer. he gets by. finds work at a diner, then he works with a guy eerily similar to elliott. it's nice. he can finally relax.

nobody really knows where ben went. he was still with jennifer, but nobody's talked to either of them in years, and maybe that's for the best.

viktor goes back to his bar. he meets rosaline there. she moves in with him at his offering when he finds out she's being evicted. he meets her kid, frances. they're great. viktor propose to rosa on her birthday. she says yes.

they don't see each other much over the four years they've been apart since the cleanse disaster. the next celebration to bring them together is grace's tenth birthday and then christmas. but who knows how that'll go.

Thoughts on Allison, Luther & Five

Now I also have been moved to want to write something about the Hargreeves siblings and the importance or priority each of them give to their problems, what they're going through as opposed to everyone together.

Under the cut because ooops, it got a little bit out of hand here.

Look, I love Five dearly. He's snappy, smart and his wit's as sharp as a knife. He's a character I love very much. Not enough to say he doesn't have flaws. I know he does, and I've seen him make less than good decisions and I've seen him being somewhat insensitive, maybe a little abrasive. My point is, he's a flawed human being. So are the others.

That being said, I think it's really interesting to see over time (now that I'm almost done with Season 3, I've been able to see the progression of the characters and the way that each of them react to the things that happen to them) the way that Five and his siblings look at their situations. It just called my attention two particular instances.

1. Luther on the day of his wedding: I'll give it to him, it is his day and he doesn't want bad things to happen to ruin it. But (and maybe this just me), when he talked to Viktor and asked Viktor to make up with Allison, it didn't seem so much as 'Look, it would mean the world to me if I could see the two of you make up and not have this hostility between you' as it did 'This is my day, you should do this because I don't want you to be fighting. This is my day and this is what I want to ask for from you.' Also Viktor's 'Why should that be on my bucket list?' lends to that. It's just a little strange for me...And even later when Luther gets mad at Viktor and Allison and growls, "This is my day, behave for two hours. Don't ruin this for me" (paraphrasing ok). 2. Allison in...3x07? When she rumours Viktor: I understand that Allison has suffered and she's going through those painful things. But it did strike me when, in her upset, she looked at everyone and said something along the lines of that they aren't considering her pain, what she's going through. It seemed...it appeared to me, in my lowly opinion, that she's fixated on her hurts and the bad stuff going on in her life (which is natural, and it's just a thing that we do, when we hurt over things, we of all people feel it so much more because it's happening to us). I just don''t think she should have put that ABOVE all the other matters that they were discussing (might have been stopping Harlan, trying to stop the next fricking apocalypse because those poor people, they never get a break)

I could absolutely be wrong, and if I am, please folks, help a girl out and show me which episodes Five does do this. But I don't recall a moment where Five has vocalized painful shit that he's been through and asking or making a sort of comment as to why no one's paying any attention to this. It just came to my mind that when he landed back in the Academy after he set off those explosions...he had a shrapnel wound that he didn't breathe a word of to anybody. He actually ended up collapsing because he's losing too much blood when he, Diego and Allison are investigating Jenkins' house. He didn't speak a word about it. It just seems to me that the stuff that has happened to him, he definitely didn't make it a very big deal when speaking of it to his siblings (if he did at all).

For example, he snaps at someone about how he spent 45 years alone in the apocalypse. Now we suppose that really messed with his head and it wasn't an enjoyable experience for him. But he doesn't really talk to anyone about it. Okay, granted he avoids vulnerability like the plague and he'd rather die than do that. But then, there's another moment where he makes to Luther an offhand comment about the loneliness he felt. 'It does something to your head' or something like that. And also when he has his siblings gathered in Eliott's place and says 'You died, guys. I watched it. I want to forget it, but I can't.' There's some emotion there.

I mean maybe it's just not his personality to give any attention himself to the things that are hurting him (physically or emotionally) but I haven't seen him react to things the way that Luther and Allison have.

I'm not saying Five is a perfect, can-do-no-wrong character. Just what I've observed (and hah I miss things even in the simplest of settings so I could totally be wrong about all this, and in such a case, please ignore my nonsensical ramblings. XD)

It just caught my attention enough to write.

Summary: What if Five didn't travel forward to the apocalypse, but one of his siblings did? (This chapter is Luther's)

Characters: Luther Hargreeves, Five Hargreeves

It was just another mission. This time, their opponent wasn’t a person but a thing. It was an experiment gone wrong. Luther stared at the tall, writhing wormhole. It swirled and sparked, glowing a blinding shade of blue. They were lucky it was far enough away from town that people weren’t surrounding it. “Can we unplug it?” Klaus yelled over the hum of the machine.

Luther sent him a look. “It’s not a hair dryer.” Luther shook his head. It was moments like this that he was reminded why he was Number One and not any of them. “No, Luther. He’s on to something,” Five said. He took a step closer to the machine. “Five, step back,” Luther ordered. Seriously, if Luther wasn’t there, they’d all get themselves killed. Five ignored him and just walked closer to it. Well, they may die with him there. Luther sighed, and followed Five closer to it. He couldn’t stop Five, but he wasn’t going to let him be on his own either. Five circled it, getting too close for Luther’s comfort, and walked around behind it. If one of them got hurt, it was Luther’s fault, how did they keep missing this? “Five,” he snapped. “I can turn it off,” Five said, ignoring Luther’s complaints. His eyes scanned the machine. “But I need you to work with me.” He met Luther’s eye and Luther shook his head. “I’m Number One, Five. I give the orders.” “I don’t care. We don’t have time. Do you know what this is?” “A worm hole?” Five sighed. “It’s either a temporal anomaly or a miniature black hole. I don’t know what that scientist thought he was doing messing with this stuff. Point is, we need to shut it off before it becomes unstable.” Sparks flew from the machine and they both backed up. Five cast it a dark look. “Before it becomes more unstable. The only way to do this is to cut the power. Klaus was right on that, at least.” It sounded reasonable. “Okay.” Luther wanted to get away from it as soon as possible. “What do I need to do?” Five turned back to the machine. While the front was a mess of blue light, the back covered with intertwined cords and pipes that ran from it to the walls and into the ground. The thick metal seemed to conduct electricity to the front, creating the worm hole. “Grab this,” Five ordered, pointing to one of the pipes. He glanced around the machine at the others and yelled for them to back up. He turned back to Luther. “When I tell you, you need to take this off. You can’t hesitate. If we remove it at the wrong time, it’ll blow up, probably killing most of us.” Luther felt himself pale. No matter how smart he was, Five couldn’t be worse at making things sound like they’d turn out right. Short, angry, pessimist. “I don’t know how this thing is going to react to be shut down, so be ready to move in case it goes wrong. Got it?” Five asked. Luther didn’t trust himself to speak, so he nodded. “Alright.” Five watched the machine and seemed to be counting. “Now!” Luther jerked on the pipe and it broke free of the metal. “GO, GO, GO!” Five yelled, shoving Luther’s shoulder. They ran back to the others, as the machine creaked behind them. Strings of curse words ran through Luther’s mind. Allison’s eyes widened when she saw them and she yelled for Diego, Klaus and Ben to run. Five appeared in front of the group in a flash of blue. The exit was in sight. Diego, Allison, Klaus and Ben were running ahead, and Luther didn’t dare look back. Five did. Luther saw him mutter something, his eyes widening. He disappeared again. Luther felt something tug against him and for a moment he thought it was Five. Then he flew off his feet, pulled back to the machine. The last thing he saw was Five appearing too late then the wormhole swallowed Luther.  

Dust puffed up around him as he landed with a thud. Luther coughed, blinking the sand from his eyes. The machine was gone as was the warehouse and – Luther looked around – everything else. The world around him was on fire. Rubble and trash littered the ground and ash fell from the sky. Luther frowned. “Dad?” He yelled. His voice echoed across the broken buildings before fading out. He didn’t see his siblings anywhere. He spun. The area was recognizable – it was right down from the academy. Luther turned and ran. He jumped over the fallen concrete and shattered glass, his feet hitting the ground in loud smacks. The hot air burned in his lungs and the ash coated his mouth, but he ignored it. Dad could help him. Dad would know where he was and— Luther skidded to a stop in front of the Academy. Or rather, what used to be the Academy. It was reduced to ruins just like everything else. Fires and smoke covered everything. Luther’s heart stuttered. No. “Dad!” He yelled, voice cracking. “Allison!” He ran into the collapsed remnants of the building. Everything was gone. He saw a body buried in the rubble and stumbled toward it. Get yourself together, he thought. He couldn’t afford the luxury of panic. The thought didn’t help. The hand belonged to a young man, no older than thirty, crushed under the scraps of the Academy. He had a bloody eye clasped in a tight grip. He wore a dark suit and had dust-coated black hair. Something about him was familiar but wrong. Luther frantically tried to move the wreckage. It budged then lifted. Luther tossed it to the side and kneeled down beside the man. He wasn’t breathing and his skin was ashen. Luther looked up. A few yards away, another man with a scar across the side of his head was face down. Luther ran over and shook the man’s shoulders. “Please wake up. Please wake up.” When the man didn’t respond, Luther stood. the last post you reblogged about not being able to predict reader's reactions--how would you say shifting together has faired in terms of how you expected readers would react versus reality

My uncertainty with sharing Shifting Together was I did not know how they'd be received with how OC heavy it is. I was not expecting the Rob Love. Or Sarah love, but especially not the Rob love.

A thing that stopped me from sharing those fics for a long time was-- well, primarily that I needed to get orsumfenix's blessing to do so because they're very blatantly based on their fic. But after that was because they are OC heavy, especially JT. There's something much more vulnerable about sharing OCs rather than fic with just established characters. We already know we like the established characters - it's why we're reading fanfic in the first place, to get more of them and their dynamics and relationships. OC's throw homemade blorbos into the mix and they do have a bit of a stigma; an unfair one, I think, but a stigma nonetheless for being self-inserts and Mary Sues and generally disruptive to the characters and dynamics fic is being read for in the first place.

What I expected from readers was... a tolerance. An understanding of what I was doing with my OC's to use them as an outside POV for a specific lens with which to look at and explore our Hargreeves. I love outside POV for bringing attention to weird shit we've gotten used to, and then their step away from the Main Plot let us have a different angle on characters, what was happening, and the plot in general. I started with HIT specifically to minimize OC presence. We have our Hargreeves and we start in their (Allison's) POV, rather than diving straight in with Walters' POV, like JT does. I was hoping dipping readers toes into Rob and Sarah with HIT would get you guys to like them enough to be willing to read much more of them in JT to see what Number was doing the two and a half years prior to HIT.

What I didn't expect was the pretty immediate love and thirst for Rob and the warming to Sarah that happened in HIT. I will say - I get the Rob love. I adore Rob, he's my special little Just A Guy. And he really gets more of a chance to shine in HIT than Sarah does because of his relationship he develops with Five. JT is Sarah's show. So, in retrospect, I Get It. But it's also just Very Special that you guys embraced Rob and Sarah, and Number to a lesser extent, so much that there are people who want to write fic with them, who have drawn fanart of them, who think about them on their own. Those are my guys! I made them up! And yet! They're off existing in your guys' heads! Wild!

In general, I wasn't expecting Shifting Together to be as big as it feels like it is. I didn't expect there to be a community around it. Hoped, obviously, as I've spent over two years writing it all, but didn't expect it. It felt too a little too niche, being an AU fic of an AU fic, and, with JT, too... unstructured? with it being slice-of-life.

It was strategic that I shared HIT first and JT became a prequel rather than the first in the series as I had originally written it. It was strategic that I shared the first three chapters of HIT within a week. I was desperate to hook you guys. See? Allison and Luther are here! See? Five is here and he has a big fight! I'm teasing that we'll get Other Five later! Just begging and hoping you guys would tolerate my OCs enough to hang around and see this story I'd written and was very proud of.

Over a year later and almost finished with JT, I see now I didn't have to be that nervous and desperate about it.

Do u think there is a problem with white favoritism in the fandom

Yes, the fandom does have a white favoritism problem.  All fandoms have a white favoritism problem.  The world has a white favoritism problem.  It’s kind of been a thing.  I mean, there’s a reason most comfort characters take the form of skinny white boys, and that’s pretty much it.

Regarding how this fandom in particular is, it's definitely not the worst fandom I've been in for this, but it still has its problems. I recently talked about how I wasn’t sure why Allison almost dying wasn’t enough of a reason for strong measures to be taken to keep people safe from Viktor.  I lied.  I’m pretty sure the reason it’s not enough of a reason is that Allison is a black woman.  If it had been Klaus in her place, people would have seen the complexity of the situation. That's not the only reason people reacted like that--there was a lot of skepticism that Luther would indeed be that protective if it had been anyone but Allison--but I definitely think that's part of it. There's this still-pervasive idea that black women are more pain-tolerant and trauma-resistant.

There’s also this: The world was saved by four people, three of whom were people of color.  The person most instrumental in saving the world was an East Asian man.  The person most credited by the fandom with saving the world is a skinny white boy who was not even present at the world-saving. 

And there’s a massive double standard for behavior.  Lila is reviled for doing pretty much the same shit Five and Klaus do.  See, when they do it, it’s either funny or heroic.  When Lila does it, it’s annoying and psychopathic.

Allison was rude once in s1 and it took some people until s2 to come around to her at all.

None of this is even getting to how the fandom applies racial stereotypes to some of these characters.  Ben being desexualized/feminized/infantilized is one I see all over the place.

That is not to say you are racist if your favorite character is white.  My favorite character is white, one of the aforementioned skinny white boys no less, so that would be pretty hypocritical. But if you find yourself judging characters of color more than their white counterparts for comparable issues, think about it.  Not in an “oh my god I am racist I should never have been born” way, but in a “we all have implicit biases and I’m going to be aware of mine” way.  That’s how you think before you speak or act.  It’s how you become better, and look at people (and characters) multiple times from multiple perspectives before deciding you know how you feel about them.

Ok, so many hopes and predictions for season 4 of tua. Many people (can't say I'm not one of them) wishing for Reginald to die, some prediciting they're all gonna die. Everyone basically wondering if they'll be once again facing some apocalypse.

And, thinking about it, another end of the world would seem sorta logical, right? Now, the question is, what is going to happen if that's the case again.

I personally hope they all (not Reginald, tho) get out of it alive, with or without powers.

I believe they'll get their powers back somehow, but maybe it won't be so bad if in the end they after all lose them forever? Especially if this time it's some conscious decision they make to get rid of them?

Bear with me for a second here. What if the season ends with either another apocalypse where they all die (please, please no)

OR

Them letting go of their powers and somehow saving the world doing so? Because, if you think about it, they are literally causing it every time because they do something with their powers. So, maybe them losing them is going to give them a chance of a normal life.

AND

That might be good for them??

Luther and Sloane (if they find her, I personally believe she's not gone forever) having a normal life, travelling the world together. Or, for Luther, in general, not being ashamed how people are going to react to his body and him being half a monkey and having to hide his body at all times, just having a normal life that he's in control of. Basically doing what he wants to do, not what his father says.

Diego and Lila having their family and living in peace with their child (let them have one!) , not having the shadow of their upbringing looming over them and threatening them all the time, making them question their ability of creating a normal family.

Allison... Idk, I think she was better and happier in season 2 when she was just trying to lead a normal life with Ray without using her powers. I personally think she's relying on her powers too much but would live better without them. I don't really know what's gonna happen with both Ray and Claire as they're from other timelines and don't make sense in the same one, but I hope she finds some peace.

Klaus!!! Klaus might need some getting used to not being immortal, even though he found out that pretty recently, he is still leading a pretty risky life so he basically never understood how many times he has died. BUT he doesn't like the ghosts! Losing his powers would mean he could have the chance to get clean, start a normal life!! He wouldn't have to get drunk or high in order to escape the ghosts constantly bothering him! I think that's gonna work for him well! He's smart, he's really smart, he'll find a good path for himself. I think it'll be great for him to get rid of his powers!

FIVE CAN FINALLY RETIRE, Y'ALL! Especially if somehow he gets to get his body back (I love the 58-year-old in a 13-year-old body but I believe he would hate to remain like this forever).

Ben... Idk, Brelly!Ben also wasn't a big fan of the Horror, now we have Sparrow!Ben who doesn't seem to mind it, but maybe when there are no Umbrella or Sparrow Academies anymore, he'll just wanna lead a normal life. It's confirmed it was Sparrow!Ben on that train, and he looked so peaceful and happy there. Maybe he'll like to have a normal life without being a superhero or having to prove himself in front of everyone.

And Viktor. Viktor... Really spent most of his life without powers. And, I believe he was actually doing pretty well. He had an apartment, a job. He was actually living better than some of his siblings. So, maybe if he ended on good terms with his siblings this time, and didn't feel like an outcast (AND GOT TO PLAY HIS VIOLIN, OMG, PLEASE. Let the boy get his violin and show his talent properly this time), he would actually live well without powers.

Anywayy, I got a bit carried away! I actually started this post wanting to say that, whatever happens, whoever gets to live or die, we'd better not end up with a dead Ben once again..

This has only been sitting in my askbox for a million years now, but better late than never~

I'm only gonna be doing the main cast (with the exception that I'll do both Bens), because that's all I really have headcannons for.

Before you ask, yes they are in order of their numbers because I think I'm funny.

Luther:

A lot of people, including him, feel like he's more ticklish than he is in actuality because he tends to react explosively to being tickled.

Definitely the type to start giggling and nervously backing away when threatened, but he's actually pretty chill about it if you catch him by surprise. The anticipation more than anything else is what gets to him.

Worst spots would be under his arms, his ribs, and his feet, though most people don't know about that last one as they're not often on display.

I saw a headcannon from @ssnicker-doodless that said that due to his monkey form he'd be less ticklish, and once it's removed at the end of season 3 he's far more sensitive, and I 100% agree with that.

Doesn't directly hate or enjoy being tickled, he's just kind of neutral about the whole thing. Probably prefers being on the giving side a little more.

Diego

Very fucking ticklish but he's grown good at resisting it in the beginning to deter people from trying. He'll scrunch up his face into this almost pained grimace while tensing every muscle in his body and holding his breath. Bro looks like he's dying lol. If you get at it for more than a minute or so however, the giggles will start to slip through, and from then on the whole dam breaks and he's a flailing mess.

Does and doesn't like being tickled. Most of the people he was "close" with throughout his life were his siblings, and he's not on the greatest terms with them. When he met Eudora he became more okay with it, and then immediatelly lost all of that growth when he met Lila.

The two are super competitive at first, and their entire love language is being dicks to each other, so he's a bit hesitant about letting himself be that vulnerable with her. But once she finds out that he is, all she does is tease him a bit, but doesn't try to initiate anything. I think ultimately that bit of respect is what lead him to eventually ask her to try tickling him.

Worst spots would be his neck, sides, and ribs, with ribs definitely coming highest on that list. Has a very growly laugh, deep, but desperate, and he'll squirm a lot when being tickled.

Doesn't genuinely tickle people a lot, but he'll do that annoying poke in the side thing with his siblings all the time, and he'll sometimes do it to Klaus if he knows the other has been craving it lately.

He tickles Lila a lot though and usually receives revenge for it, but once he admitted he liked it to her, he's found that this provocation method of seeking tickles is far easier than forcing himself to ask for it up front.

Allison:

Does not take kindly to being tickled, and she will let you know it. There are a few notable exceptions, such as Raymond and probably Luther in canon but I'm trying to block out that part of the show.

She's definitely more okay with being on the giving end however. Little pokes and squeezes from behind show up a lot in her day to day with her siblings, with Viktor or Klaus ending up on the receiving end of it more often than the others.

She'll sometimes tickle Five, if she wants to risk it, but it usually results in him not talking to her for days and the consequences outweigh the rewards.

Most ticklish on her thighs, stomach, and ribs (ALL the Hargreeves got the ticklish ribs genes, and they all hate it because it makes them easy to get too).

Has a very airy laugh that tends to go silent after a while, and snorts if you get a good spot.

Knows everyone's spots in her family; no one is sure how, she just knows.

Used to use her rumor power to restrain people when she was younger a lot, but as she grew older she stopped as she felt it gave her too much of an unfair advantage.

Klaus:

Not the most ticklish, but the most likely to react to it in a genuine way, so most people assume he is.

Loves being tickled and isn't ashamed to admit it. He doesn't bug people about it too often, unless it's in a teasing way to a Diego or an Allison, joking about how if they're so annoyed with him they should just tickle him. It works about 50% of the time, so usually he'll resort to being annoying, or splaying himself out to and waiting for the inevitable.

He tends to admit it more when he's high/inebriated, and will fall, giggling and swaying slightly on his feet, into people's laps, with slurred requests to get wrecked. This is how he met more than a few of his lovers in high-school and his early twenties.

Curls up into a ball when tickled, and doesn't actually squirm that much, but he'll squeal like he's being murdered, and protest just as much too, only to stare at them in confusion when they stop because "those were fun screams, what are you talking about??"

Loves being on the receiving end by a long shot, but certainly isn't opposed to dishing it out as well.

He's one of the few people who will risk tickling Five and, strangely enough, one of the few people who survive the process, which Klaus always boasts about, insisting he's his favorite.

Very verbal when teasing, pointing out which spots appear to be worse and about how funny it is that they can be taken down by something so innocent. Doesn't directly use baby talk, but his own thing that's kind of adjacent to that. Big fan of the "I'm not touching you" shtick.

Five:

Is actually pretty open about the fact that he's ticklish and won't deny it if asked. Usually scoffs out some version of, "Everyone is, what kind of stupid question is that?"

However, if anyone attempts to test that information he immediatelly goes on the defensive and teleports out of reach until he's sure they're not going to do anything.

Hates the image of being tickled more than he hates the act itself. He knows that people underestimate his skill and knowledge already because he's in a younger, smaller body, and he doesn't want to add such a vulnerable weakness into the mix as well.

He actually kind of likes the helplessness of tickling, how he gets to let go of the control he's constantly holding onto and have an excuse to laugh just to laugh. He doesn't mind the feeling either; a couple times in the apocalypse he tried to replicate the sensation, brushing fingers shyly over his knees or scratching at the normally sensitive spot on his palm, but it was never the same.

That being said, he hates how childish it makes him look and he has a hard time giving up that control and trust to someone else. Klaus is one of the few people he'll allow it with, mostly because he never brings it up. He'll tease him during, sure, but afterwards he'll move on like nothing happened. Five enjoys that their dynamic doesn't have to change after it, and he can still keep up his annoyed not-technically-older-brother act around him. So he'll let him do it more than the others, and has gotten stupidly close to being obvious about it a couple times, but luckily Klaus seems to get that he doesn't want to admit it, so he doesn't pry.

Won't ask to get tickled, as I said, but if he's drunk he'll be more touchy-feely with people, tickling them and brushing up against shoulders, falling into laps, giggling over nothing, all of which usually result in him getting his shit wrecked. Five has a love/hate relationship with his knowledge, because on one hand it gets him what he wants, but on the other hand he feels like he's getting too close to showing his hand, so to speak.

Doesn't tickle others a lot, unless he wants to be annoying. When he was younger he did it more, and absolutely used his teleportation powers to manifest on top of people and dig his fingers under their arms, or appear behind people and taser their ribs.

He uses teasing sparingly, but when it is employed, it usually consists of short, devastating comments that make everything a thousand times worse than they already are, especially when accompanied by that annoyingly smug smirk that he's always sporting.

Worst spots would be his neck, stomach, sides, and knees, which, as everyone has collectively agreed lol, is a death spot and will take him out instantly. His hands are also ticklish, though not nearly as bad as the rest of him. Just enough to get him squirming and fidgeting and letting out giggly huffs.

Actually really likes having his stomach tickled, though he'll never admit it, as it makes his insides swoop in a way that's almost pleasant, and feels vulnerable in a way that's not panic-inducing? If that makes sense? Also likes having his knees tickled, but can only take that for so long before has to tap out.

Doesn't laugh right away when tickled. Instead, he'll let out grunts and huffs of breath, with a lot of stuttered sentences and protests. When he finally does crack, his laugh is very giggly occasionally turning into a shriek if a spot gets bad. For the most part it stays at a giggle though, no matter how ticklish the spot is (though he'll snort on occasion if you grip his knees, a fact he vehemently denies).

Ben (normal):

The actual most ticklish out of all of the siblings, a fact he is unfortunately very aware of.

Worst spots would be ribs (which you can assume for basically all of them, with varying levels of sensitivity), calves, that spot where you back connects to your sides, and his stomach, which is his worst spot because it's connected to his powers.

ALSO his tentacles are absolutely ticklish and y'all can fight me on this. I don't think even he was aware of that at first, but once Klaus experimented with it in a sparring match and he nearly hurt them both with how fast he tried to pull them back.

Tickling obviously faded out of his life once his life faded out of his life, but once Klaus began to grow more adept at manifesting him, it started showing up in new and interesting ways.

At first it just began with Klaus realizing that he could tickle Ben now, much to Ben's chagrin, and spent forever teasing him with that, especially as Ben was unable to un-manifest himself to get away. After a while however, Ben realized that if Klaus could touch him, he could do the same, and the tables quickly got flipped.

Once they figured out how to let Ben possess him, they discovered something incredibly interesting. If Ben lets the connection flicker just slightly, Klaus can feel what he does, as they're stuck in this weird limbo area, and he takes advantage of that to tickle Klaus while possessing him. It's a dangerous game, however, as spending too long with a cracked connection can allow Klaus to slip back through and do the same to him.

Kind of likes being tickled, but he's also hella fucking ticklish and cannot stand it for very long. Definitely prefers being on the giving end more than the receiving one.

Sometimes Klaus will manifest Ben just enough so that he can touch to play pranks on his siblings by having an invisible Ben wreck the shit out of them.

Ben (Sparrow):

All the stuff about worst spots, tentacles, and the fact that he is by far the most ticklish still remains true about this Ben.

Tickling almost never came up with him as a kid, and if it did, he shut it down almost immediatelly. I don't think even he was aware of whether or not he liked it as a kid; all he knew was that it made him vulnerable, and weakness wasn't something he could afford to show to the others.

When he meets The Umbrella Academy, things change just slightly. Klaus is the most affectionate with him, and the only one willing to give him a chance, and so it's only natural that it would come up with him.

During the night they all got drunk together, Klaus was listing off things that were similar about the two of them, trying to see if there were any key differences with the whole time travel weirdness. Eventually he got to tickling, and Ben, in a moment of stupid drunkenness induced honesty, admitted that he didn't even know if he was ticklish or not. Klaus, of course, had to test that.

The situation was made far worse in that Klaus knew all of his Ben's worst spots and which techniques worked best, and therefore knew immediatelly where to target. Ben of course fell to hysterics and pleading quickly, his body overloaded by all the new, and horribly intense, sensations. There's nothing more disorientating than someone else knowing your body better than even you do. Klaus backed off pretty quickly, only for Ben, still drunk, still being stupid (at least from his perspective), asked if Klaus could do it again, only this time lighter. Klaus, who had never received this permission from his Ben, was happy to oblige~

Enjoys being tickled more than the other Ben, if only because he was deprived of it for so long, but he will violently deny it if anyone brings it up because he is Repressed TM.

Viktor:

Wasn't tickled much as a kid, always the one left out of most of their activities or play. He would sometimes sneak downstairs and watch them from cracks in doors or from a distance when they would have tickle fights. He was never brave enough to engage, though he definitely thought about it often.

As he was closest with Five, at least as a child, he would sometimes approach him and ask about the subject, such as why they always struggled so hard to get away if it was something that was making them laugh. Five would usually respond with a blush and a stutter as he tried to think of a way to respond that didn't give him away. In the end, he usually gave a brief explanation of what it was and simply ended on "It's embarrassing" and left it at that.

Even as he got older, the subject of tickling didn't come up often in Viktor's life, though it happened a couple times with Leonard, all brief, haphazard interactions that usually left him confused and vaguely wanting more.

It came up even more once Sissy came into the picture, and it was then that Viktor discovered just how ticklish he really was, and also why his siblings had always seemed so desperate whenever it was happening.

Does enjoy tickling others, in theory, but gets super shy about it and doesn't engage unless the other person has made it explicitly clear that they like it.

When he was younger, he asked both Five and Klaus on seperate occasions if he could tickle them, and both agreed with varying levels of reluctance.

Worst spots would probably be his thighs, feet, and under arms. His back is also ticklish, mostly on the shoulder blades area, and it's one of the few spots that he can actually relax into the tickling with.

Seeing some Allison related takes on s3 are really an illustration of how people think black women should just take shit and don’t get to act out viktor slit Allison’s throat in s1 and she just had to move on and like obviously the rumoring Luther shit UNACCEPTABLE but all the viktor shit is fair and not a bad representation of how black women are expected to shoulder pain for white comfort like the events of the show are traumatic for Allison in a way the others didn’t experience losing a child a husband and living in the 60’s as a black woman that shit is not easy and it was all for nothing so think about how you view How Allison is supposed to react to her tragedies and think about if your centering white feelings over black pain

A funky little post about Allison’s villain (?) arc and unconscious transphobia

So, I’ve seen a lot of posts about how Allison hates Viktor this season but still respects his name and pronouns, and as much as I enjoy these posts, I don’t feel like they’re strictly true. Especially with my transmasculine reading of Allison’s emotions.

To clarify, I’m not calling Allison transphobic and I do understand that the Doylist explanation of this season is that they didn’t plan for Viktor to be trans with this plot, and they didn’t want Elliot Page’s first (?) role after coming out to be rife with transphobia.

However, as a transmasc person, I felt like how Allison felt this season included some unintentional transphobia.

So, one of my favorite things about this arc (as much as I hated Allison during it and was so glad for her redemption) was how easy it was to track how she got there. She had lost the two people she loved most, she needs control, she felt unsupported and abandoned.

And abandonment what this is based on. More under cut so this isn’t annoying.

One of the most common threads I see in “supportive” cis women is that past the support, they feel betrayed and abandoned. Even if they think they support everything, quite a few unconsciously feel like they’ve been abandoned by someone who was supposed to be their sister in arms.

Allison and Viktor had always been the two “girls” on the team. Despite Viktor’s removal from the Academy, they’ve obviously bonded over this and are one of the closest sibling relationships on the show (backing up my odds and evens band together claim). See the “sisters? sisters” moment from season one.

So Allison, who has been the only public girl on the team and has suffered for it, feels like she’s lost her one ally on this subject in the family. I don’t like this train of thought and I don’t support it. But I can see where it’s coming from. Keep that in mind when I explain this.

Plus, Allison’s obviously suffering from other abandonment this season. She’s lost her husband and child, her ex-husband doesn’t even recognize her, her father doesn’t think of her as his child, and notably her ex has a new girlfriend/is getting married. All of these are things that hurt her, whether she reacts to them well or not (see the creepy scene where she rumors Luther).

So when you add Viktor to this, it’s easy to see how she feels abandoned. I don’t think she knows she feels abandoned, similarly to the Patrick and Reginald points I made above. But she still feels hurt.

Thus, part of her anger towards Viktor is unconsciously that she feels like he’s left her to become just another white man. And I could write a separate post on how both men and white people and white men have hurt Allison. So as much as she supports her brother, it isn’t just that she views Harlan as killing her mother (leading to Claire’s nonexistence) and Viktor as keeping it a secret. It’s also that Viktor has left their bond as “sisters” (which was enforced earlier in the season when they were the two sharing a room genderwise).

Also, there have been a few moments this season that I think back this up. One of the notable ones for me is when she makes fun of Viktor’s presentation at Luther’s wedding, saying “an oversized button up? how original” sarcastically. I felt like it was more of a dig at Viktor’s presentation than his clothing, specifically his own masculine presentation. Similarly, she blames him for things she forgave him for before. I think this plays into the feeling of men not being her allies while women are: now that Viktor’s a man he doesn’t have the right to do these things to her.

Obviously, Allison shouldn’t feel this way, and her feelings of abandonment don’t justify anything this arc. Hell, I’m just glad she did respect Viktor and his pronouns all season. But I don’t think that she’s “fine with Viktor being trans but not with Viktor doing [insert said action here]”. Instead, I think she’s unconsciously adding his newfound identiy to a list of ways he’s wronged her. And she doesn’t even realize it.

'So where are these so-called friends that you have, Y/N?' Five asked impatiently, bothering me for the last five minutes.

'Shut up, they're coming. We just got here like two minutes ago.'

Allison smiled, 'Someone is eager to go in.'

Five glared at her, shaking his head. 'Ha, you're funny. I'm just tired of wai-'

'They're here!' I waved at my friends and ran to them, hugging them and greeting them. Getting the wristbands that they've promised me, I got back to my family and gave them one of each.

'How's Five going to get in?' Luther asked, but by the time we looked over at our not so younger brother, he was gone.

Assuming Five just zapped himself into the club, we lined up and got ourselves into the building.

Smiles formed on everyone's face, making me smile even more. I was happy that everyone was excited, my siblings deserved happiness and more.

Klaus clapped, 'I'm starting to sober up and that's a big fat no. Drinks on me, who wants some?'

Ben and Klaus went to the back towards the bar, buying everyone rounds of drinks to bring back. While the rest of us stayed, still no sign of Five, I looked at them and smiled.

'What's with the goofy smile?' Diego asked, I rolled my eyes and hit him. 'What? You're really happy tonight.'

'Of course I am, dummy. I'm out with you guys, what's not to be smiling about?' I pulled on his arm, 'Come on. Let's go to the dance floor.'

'Ha, I'm not dancing. Take others with you instead.'

'Luther is busy with those girls that's surrounding him, Allison and Vanya has been gone and you're the only one looking like a lost, sad puppy.'

'You don't think Luther needs our help?'

I looked over at him and laughed, 'He seems like he's enjoying the attention he's getting from them. He'll be alright. Now let's go.'

Diego rolled his eyes, 'I'll just watch.'

'Don't be a butt, come on.' I pulled on him again, this time he walked with me as he groaned.

We walked down to the dance floor, shoving ourselves through the sweaty crowd as we found Allison, Vanya and Five squeezed together.

'Exactly why is this fun?' Five said as he was sandwiched between two giant guys that were jumping up and down.

Allison turned around, dancing to the music the DJ was playing. 'Get drunk, dance your stress away. We're out the freaking house, Five.'

'Huh?' Five shouted, not being able to hear what Allison had said to him. She ignored him and continued to dance as she grabbed Vanya's hands.

I started to dance with my sisters, singing along and jumping up and down. Diego and Five just stood awkwardly, watching us drunk girls dancing.

'Excuse me, sorry. Ah, my fault.' Ben screamed from behind as he came with three drinks in his hand, followed by Klaus who was sipping from one of the cups.

Klaus handed us our drinks, 'Damn. It took us forever to look for you guys. I saw Luther's big ass but he's with those girls.'

'Our boy is busy.' I grinned as I pulled the straw into my mouth, sipping on my drink to get myself more drunk.

Five started groaning, I looked to see two girls talking to him and wondering how he ended up here. 'Aw, little kid are you lost? Poor thing.'

'No, I'm with them.' He replied angrily, arms crossed as he scooted himself towards Ben.

'Ah, you brought a boy to a club? What is wrong with you guys!' The girl said, given how bad it looked I never consider how it'll look from other perspective.

'Wait, no. It's- let me explain!' Ben stumbled with words, stuttering as he tried to reason with them. 'He- he's just a really really late bloomer. We're all actually in our 20s okay.'

'I'm just stuck in this body as an adult. Don't lie to them!' Five tried to defend himself, although it wouldn't really help with the confusing situation.

Klaus frowned and leaned towards the girls. 'Yeah, he's in denial. Very sensitive subject that we like to avoid.'

The girls nodded, awed as they were sympathize of our "situation" that we'd explained to them. 'So sorry, you guys have fun.'

'I hate you guys.' Five mumbled, snatching the cup from Allison's hand and drinking from it.

'Hey, I wasn't fini-'

'Y/N, this is the best night ever!' Luther came into the dance floor, cheerful as ever. 'Thank you for bringing me here because this is amazing.'

Diego chuckled, 'Of course. You were practically having a foursome with those girls over there.'

'You're just jealous.' Luther stuck his tongue out like a seven year old boy. Klaus, Ben and I laughed hysterically; it was even funnier because we were drunk, and Luther, our "daddy's boy" brother was enjoying sneaking out of the mansion.

'One of my friends are single, if you want me to set you-'

'Y/N, drop it.' Diego turned away, 'I need to take a leak. You guys better stay here.'

As Diego walked away with Five to the bathroom, we continued to dance and drink. Vanya was giggling, swaying back and forth as Ben and Allison had a dance-off seeing who can bring out the best moves. Klaus and I were downing the rest of our drinks, practically singing our face off as the DJ played such good music.

'Ah, we need more drin-' Klaus paused mid-sentence, looking back and forth between me and the stage. 'So you are whoring around, you whore.'

'Don't know what you're talking about.' I denied, not understand how Klaus came to this conclusion. 'I don't get it.'

He hit me on my side, 'Don't play dumb with me! I see you and that DJ eye humping each other.'

He wasn't making things up when he had said that; I did have my eyes on the DJ. 'We are not eye humping each other. He doesn't even know me.'

'Well, he knows you now because he's staring at you and I swear your clothes will burn off soon because he won't stop.' Ben chuckled, guessing that he noticed it as well.

'You're crazy.' I didn't think he noticed me at all, I mean he was the DJ. He was overlooking everyone on the dance floor, it'd be dumb to assume he had his eyes on me.

Allison joined in on the conversation, 'I noticed that too! I thought you guys fucked before or something.'

'No! What do you guys think I am?'

'A girl with needs.' Klaus smiled.

'Just because I sneak out does not mean I'm going around sleeping with random people.'

Vanya laughed, 'Okay well, you can with him. There he goes, looking at you. Don't look.'

'You guys lost your minds.'

'Says the girl that sneaks behind dad and her siblings.' Luther joked.

'Okay, Luther don't get me started with you and those girls.'

Luther grunted, 'Ugh. I-'

'Hey, big fella over there.' The DJ got on the mic as he pointed at Luther. 'Why don't you come on the stage, get the crowd going!'

'Go, go!' Ben and Klaus shoved Luther towards the stage, even with him being hesitant and shy. 'Go show what the Hargreeves are all about!'

'I-I can't!' Luther hesitated, planted on the floor even when all of us tried to encourage him to go up there.

The DJ smiled at Luther, then looked at me. 'Dude, bring your friends up here too. We're going to turn this dance floor around for a bit.'

'Come on, he's calling for you!' Allison cheered as she pulled me and Klaus' hand, running up the stage.

Luther, Ben and Vanya trailed from behind, standing next to us while we danced to the DJ's new song he was playing.

Pulling Luther towards me, I gave him the last few sips I had in my cup before I threw it away. 'Here, you are probably starting to sober up. You need more.'

'Ah, Y/N. What makes you think I'm not drunk right now?'

'Because I remember when you were the night-'

'Okay, okay. You and Klaus never let that night go.'

The DJ leaned in as he kept playing music, 'Hey. If you and your boyfriend want more drinks, it's on the house.'

'Ha, she's not my girlfriend.' Luther chuckled.

'Ah, I stand corrected.' The DJ then turned to me and smiled sweetly. 'Would you mind if I buy you a drink?'

I couldn't tell if it was the alcohol or him, but I felt my cheeks getting warmer as the cute guy spoke to me. 'No, I wouldn't mind.'

The DJ bit his lip, taking his headphones off and walking downstairs. 'Alright, I'll be right back.'

Allison tapped on my sides repeatedly as he walked away. 'You lucky! He's so cute.'

'Maybe he has a brother. I call dibs though.' Klaus stared at him, eyeing him as he went up to the bar to get some drinks.

While Allison and Vanya continued to dance on the stage, Luther was once again being surrounded by a bunch of girls from the dance floor.

'Y/N is scoring some tonight and Luther is getting all these attention again.' Klaus shrugged his shoulders, looking around. 'What in the hell did Luther do to have these girls crawling around like crazy?'

'Wait, wait. Scoring some? I barely said a word to this dude.'

'Whatever, man. I need to go back down and look for someone now.'

Ben chuckled, patting Klaus on his shoulder. 'I got your back, bro. Come on I'll be your wingman.'

As soon as Klaus heard those words come out of Ben's mouth, they both left the stage so quick I couldn't even speak to them back. Trailing them down the dance floor, I see the DJ coming back on stage with drinks in his hands.

'Here you go, I didn't know which drinks you like so I hope you like this one.' He was sweet, it could've been an act to try to talk to me but I didn't mind for one night. 'I'm Luke by the way.'

'Y/N. And this is perfect, thank you.' I gave him a flirty smile but then was interrupted when I saw something in the corner of my eye.

I looked through the crowd and saw Diego and Five, glaring at me and my siblings that were on the stage. They seemed like how Reginald would react in this situation; catching his children sneaking out at night and hanging out at a club.

Except it wasn't dad, it was my weird brothers that couldn't grasp what fun was. Watching us as if they were disappointed fathers that just saw their crazy teenager kids discovering drinking and partying for the first time.

'Oops.' It came out of my mouth naturally as I stared at Diego and Five, followed by a giggle that I couldn't help. It was funny watching them being weirdly upset with us, especially when it felt like the club was spinning round and round.

'You guys are screwed.' Five mouthed back, shaking his head as he watched us from down the dance floor.

My eyes shot open, not knowing where I was at for a moment until I realized I was in my room. I then see Diego sitting on my bed side chair, watching me as if he was guarding me.

'Rise and shine, zombie.' Diego chuckled, seeing how crazy I looked with messed up makeup and a bed head.

'Ho-how did I get here last night.' I turned around and looked around, noticed that the cute DJ guy wasn't in my bed. 'I don't remember anything.'

Diego grinned, 'You're curious huh.'

'Where is Luke-Oh no... Did I do something stupid?' I was confused, so confused because I thought everything was going good last night. But now that I didn't remember anything after I said hi to him, I got scared. 'Oh my- Did I do something embarrassing? Fuck.'

'Well, I don't know what you define "embarrassing" but yeah. You definitely made the crowd go wild last night.' Diego started laughing, his loud voice ringing in my ear from my hangover.

Covering my ears, I shook my head. 'Diego... shh. My head hurts okay.'

'This is why I don't drink.'

I shook my head, 'Is everyone back safely?'

'Oh, don't even worry about everyone else, they're perfectly fine. It was you that we had a hard time bringing home, Y/N.'

'So can you tell me what happened?'

'Sure, after you acknowledge that I'm the best brother ever.' Diego raised his eyebrows, adjusting his positioning on the chair.

A light laugh just escaped my mouth, keeping my mouth closed so I wouldn't start burst out laughing. 'You're kidding me right? Really?'

'Yes really. I had to carry you home, tuck you into bed after you kicked and screamed, help you get up so you can throw up. I didn't even know humans were physically able to throw up so much.'

When Diego put it like that, I felt bad that he had to take care of me throughout the night. 'Okay Diego, you're the best brother in the world. Also I'm sorry you had to do all that for me.'

'Aha, no worries. That was probably the most entertaining night ever.' He laughed, 'You were fucking crazy.'

I smiled, I bet Diego really enjoyed me making a fool of myself or whatever I did last night that got him giggling nonstop. 'So are you going to tell me?'

'Hmm, nope. Thanks for the compliment though.'

'Ugh, I hate you.'

'Not according to yesterday you don't.' Diego smirked.

Do you have any stories where Renee’s or Nicky’s mask falls apart?

They have both had traumatic pasts and Nicky’s struggled with suicide and depression while Renee’s had her own fair share of violence and, while she’s trying to be a better person now, there’s no way she can be perfect all the time. Any days where Nicky or Renee just fall apart? Preferable Canon-compliant but either way.
