DxP REWRITE - Mizumi
Meet Mizumi! She shares a lot of traits with her descendant, though is maybe even more optimistic & reckless lol. As this is set 2 years after Legends Arceus, she is indeed a girl from the modern era who saved the Hisui region together with the Creation Trio & Arceus as part of the Survey Corps. She is also the youngest & the smallest of the cast, standing at 4’8”.
She’s inspired by my IRL great-grandmother Hiyoko (who married my 6 foot something great-grandfather lol). Like me, Ansy only heard good things about her from older family members, though have never met her herself (except at the Crystal Pool).
PS: have a very uncle-niece photo of her with Ingo 😊
—
UPDATE: As you can see, I decided to update these character profiles with new art, & a cleaner design that allows for more info! If you want to compare / contrast, here’s the older version:

Wait. It says here on TV Tropes that Hiyoko has a disdain for modern pop idols. (This probably explains why I don't think I've ever seen Sayaka and Hiyoko talk) Tho this brings to question Ibuki cuz Hiyoko does like being around her.
No. I like Sayaka. We don't talk because we rarely have the time to. But the only reason I like her NOW and not before is because she's stopped pretending to be who she really is. And yeah, I know how ironic that sounds coming from me, but that's my problem with pop idols.
They don't act like who they really are, because their industry makes them pretend to be an over-moe'd version of themselves so that they'll appeal to a wide male audience. They can't be genuine with people because in order to keep their livlihoods and their fan base, they have to fake it to make it. They're not even allowed to have a romantic partner as part of their work because they need to let their fanboys dream of being in a relationship with them, and keep the wet dreams coming. Which I think is disgusting.
But...didn't you have a predominantly male fanbase back when you were dancing?
Exactly! I hated every second of it because they were all fawning over the Hiyoko that my family wanted me to be. A dainty, cute little dancer girl, which wasn't who I am at all.
I can only imagine what it's like for someone in the big leagues like Sayaka and her idol group, but as someone who's been through all of that, it must be exhausting, and I wish they'd just give it up. But Ibuki? She has NEVER been like that. The opposite actually.
Ibuki be's who she wants to be and screw anyone else who tells her to be something she's not. Yeah, her music as an...acquired taste, let's say, but she's never ever tried to change it.
And you know why? Because that's not who she is! Ibuki loves her music even if no one else does. She doesn't try to appeal to people by sacrificing who she is inside, or to do something more popular or mainstream just because everybody else is into that. She sticks to her guns no matter what, and never hides who she is from people. THAT'S why she's earned my respect.
W-Wow...Hiyoko, I never realized that...that you felt so strongly about this stuff. I...underestimated to.
This isn't easy for me to admit...In fact, it's all super embarrassing...
But for the sake of all that's good in the world Ibuki, I hope you never change.
Hah! Don't count on it!

What was your thought process for your post canon SDR2 designs for each character, if you’re able to divulge?
The thought process? No thoughts in this head, a perfect emptiness-
Okay, seriously, I'll try to describe it briefly, because there were a lot of thoughts in the process. But the post will still be long xd
1) Nagito and Mikan. I really wanted to make them simple and cozy outfits. They are just the usual calm (haha...) married couple, you know? Their designs have been around for more than a year, although I did redo Nagito's home clothes, I categorically did not like the original version. I can tell you in secret that Mikan's home clothes was inspired by Hitomi character from Ai Somnium Files.
2) Hajime is a pretty simple guy, even if he has experienced experimental surgeries from the academy. Therefore, I didn't think too much about his outfits, everything is simple, convenient, without bright accents.
3) Hiyoko. I really like the way her design turned out, I won't lie. I tried to leave Asian motifs in her everyday outfit as well, since in this story she is a teacher of traditional dance in her hometown outside Tokyo. And as soon as I came up with the idea to make her kimono monochrome, I immediately ran to do it, because the combination seemed very interesting to me!
4) Ibuki. I couldn't decide whether to reduce the degree of insanity in her image. She's a grown up woman, after all. As you can see, in the end, crazy colors and combinations in clothes won. It's Ibuki, damn it! Although it was difficult for me to find references, because I still did not understand the name of the Ibuki style. I mean, it's not really a scene kid or a similar direction... As a result, some kind of mixture of different options came out. The main thing is that there are massive cool shoes, yahooo!
5) Akane. I wanted to give her a comfortable sporty style, so I was looking for something appropriate. It's pretty simple. And in her work clothes, I couldn't resist putting on high-heeled shoes for her, even though it wasn't very comfortable... But it's convenient to step on someone- okay, I'm kidding.
6) NEKOMARU NIDAI. I suffered. I suffered a lot. I don't know how to draw pumped-up men. But that's half the trouble. I had no idea what to WEAR to PUMPED-UP MEN. That's why he wears a little sporty, a little plain, something like that. But it seems to me that Nekomaru would not dress too fashionably? So whatever.
7) Mahiru. The woman is strict, demanding, restrained in style, so she dresses appropriately. I don't know what else to say.
8) The Imposter. I really wanted him to look so cozy, so that you would want to fall into his arms and feel in them that all your problems were left somewhere far away... And glasses! I don't know, I just wanted an Imposter with glasses!! Well, he's such a comfortable guy((
9) Peko. I also wanted to dress her quite strictly and restrained, like Mahiru, but with a little more... What should I call it?.. Freedom of expression? Manicure, bright shoes, unusual jacket style. Peko is no longer an instrument, but a personality, so I wanted to show exactly that she expresses herself, albeit in her usual restrained manner. Something like that.
10) Kazuichi... Um, well, did I make him homeless?? And did people like it?? I felt so guilty while I was doing his design, it's a nightmare. But in general, yes, he looks a little wild, because he lives 24/7 in a workshop on the outskirts next to an uninhabited destroyed area. From there, he drags all sorts of funny things from a landfill, so that he can make and experiment with them later. Inspired by Phoenix Wright's design from the game Apollo Justice.
11) Gundam. I wanted to make him such a modern vampire Dracula. Gundam is still on his own mind, but just much more restrained and majestic, or something. And damn long hair, I love drawing long hair for men TOO much. And yes, he has work clothes for work at the research center. He's a bit of a scientist, a bit takes care of animals.
12) Sonia. I wanted to highlight her by the fact that she looks younger than the others. I don't know if it worked out, I still have difficulties with the transfer of age in art. I don't have any clear definition of what was in my head when I created it. She's just a fashionable, well-traveled (because of work) woman in the prime of her life.
13) Fuyuhiko. He is... Yakuza... And I do not know what else to say. I was just trying to make him look like a yakuza... And he has long hair... that's it, bye.
14) Teruteru. For some reason, I aggressively wanted to give him a stereotypically French image. I don't know how it turned out or didn't work out, I don't know why I decided to do it at all, but the man looks stylish. I also couldn't stop thinking about that one character from the third Phenix Write game, who was just a stereotypical Frenchman and owned his own restaurant.
A bonus. Kageshimo (son of Gundam and Sonya) is strongly associated with the Little Prince from the fairy tale by Antoine de Saint-Exupery

hopeymchope, this anon is confused about something. You’ve made it no secret that you detest characters like Kokichi and Hiyoko, and you’ve expressed noticeable (and very vocal) distaste for the bullying apologist attitude of modern fandom.
What confuses this anon is, why do you sometimes reblog fan art of those two characters? Most bloggers don’t give a “platform” to characters or worldviews they despise. Thanks in advance!
Hi! I think I can answer that in couple of different ways.
1) While I do hate the characters as people and also greatly dislike this attitude of woobifying highly problematic characters (y'know, the kind of crowd who would say something like "The Joker did nothing wrong"), I also don't mind having those characters in the narratives as a whole. In fact, I do think they add something to their stories/games! I view Kokichi as a really compelling antagonist. I think Hiyoko represents a personality type that is very believable and sadly very present in our world. in some people. I don't think it's wrong for them to be there. I just think it's wrong to like them for what they add. Kind of like Junko Enoshima: Great villian, great character, but I absolutely do not endorse her or her actions in any way, she is CLEARLY wrong.
To summarize: If I think someone is a good enemy/villain/antagonist, I might very well like some art of that character, but that doesn't mean I also endorse them as a person, y'know?
(Admittedly, some of these artists I'm reblogging might legitimately celebrate and adore and want to protect these characters, so maybe I'm furthering that attitude unintentionally... but I can't really know that from an art post, typically.)
2) At the same time, I sometimes share artwork of ships or situations I don't like just because I like the artwork itself that much. So sometimes, I get lured into posting artwork of something I don't necessarily support just because I wanted to share the art itself?

racher was like ‘I have thought about your office lady characters and their office lady fashion and I was like ‘yo I love outsourcing details’ so here are the notes I took from racher’s presentation
Shio:
Epitome of Japanese office worker; white collared button up, blazer, knee length skirts
High school loafers (lmao)
No makeup
Mob character
Hiyoko:
Starts out super femme, starts getting more masc through series
Apparently dressed exactly like racher’s coworker but less casual; can sometimes skirt the line of what’s considered professional wear
Openly stylish
Different color blazers; same outfit different palette
Heels instead of loafers
Subtle touches; nails painted (rare in Japan), wears jewelry (either earrings or necklace, not both at the same time, very simple)
Subtle makeup; no lipstick, just lightly tinted gloss; hint of eyeliner (matches nails), hint of mascara, not too bold (she has to meet clients); foundation & concealer (full face, woman in sales) (😔)
Dyes & perms hair—naturally black, dyed auburn
More standard professional when out making sales
Doesn’t shop at Aoyama because her standards are higher (more local shops)
Might wear GU casually, probably wears GU-styled clothes from nicer brands
When starting to dress more masc, starts switching from skirts to pants; blazers were from a set with a skirt and don’t always match the pants, but she makes it look fashionable
At end, still wears heels (more about being mega fashionable less about gender)
Yuki:
Hair clip gets her eliminated
Late graduation gets her eliminated
Pants get her eliminated
She buys all her clothes from GU instead of Aoyama because her standards are lower
Also shops at Uniqlo
Doesn’t wear sweatshirts at work—is trying to dress well, but doesn’t understand what dressing well means in a professional Japanese concept
Sneakers or socks/sandals
DRESSES HERSELF MORE LIKE A TOKUSATSU CHARACTER
No makeup (starts out with kind of bad eyeliner because she thinks wearing makeup is a professional adult thing to do, stops after getting a job because it’s too much effort) (also got her eliminated)
Meihui:
Vibe: established secretary, nobody cares what she wears (she can do whatever she wants)
Mimics xianxia fashion with modern clothes; layers, long cardigans, long skirts, dresses with belts, flow-y pants; reads as casual, cool, and stylish
Looks more fashionable than Yuki (this is so sad)
There are days where she looks like she’s stylish and days where she looks like a 40 year old mother because of what she wears
If she did her hair differently she would look more fashionable
Never wears makeup
I forget how much of this I actually put in the text but Yuki graduated late because of health reasons, which is why she is starting the job hunt late and is only getting her first job in the early-mid 20s range instead of the solidly early 20s range; on top of that, racher really outlined all the details that would get her eliminated in the interview process of more respectable companies. the thing is, shio, being the Epitome Of An Office Lady, would’ve been able to point out stuff like hair accessories being a turn off for interviewers and how wearing skirts to interviews is more preferred (😔) but yuki was determined to be independent and tried to do everything herself and ended up getting immediately eliminated from the more respectable companies which fed into her desperation and made her super vulnerable to working for a black company because they don’t actually care about the subtle cues for professionalism (lol). after yuki decided to quit she actually talks to shio and gets tips on how to get hired at an actual company (take off the hair clip and just keep it in your pocket if you want to take it with you, if they ask about graduation say you took a gap year, etc.) AND she also has meihui who knows a bunch of stuff from when she transmigrated and had to cram all of modern japanese office culture in her heard immediately

I think my biggest misgiving with your "Why I Don't Like Ibuki Mioda" post is simply that heavy metal =/= death metal. There are many subgenres of "heavy metal" that Ibuki could logically land in without landing in "death metal," and the few song titles of hers that we know of (aside from that one "I thought up a new song" moment) don't seem to align with the usual themes of death metal - those being the infamous "I Squeezed Out the Baby But Have No Idea Who the Father Is" and the less-funny "From Me to You Too." On the flip side, though, you've got two screenshots in there of quotes from her that sound "death metal"-ish, at least. So you do that have that on your side. But I've always taken Ibuki to be more of the general "heavy metal/metal" than "death metal." Because it's just like you say - the death metal genre simply doesn't fit her personality and vibes. It doesn't make sense to me for that to be her selected area of expertise. But let me step back to address the comment I made to that post earlier and your subsequent reply: If you want to know why/how Hope's Peak would let Ibuki just play whatever bizarre genre she likes instead of making her adhere to the genre that got her the "Ultimate Musician" distinction, I think we can easily answer that. Because throughout the canon games and official AUs (meaning "Ultimate Talent Development Program" and Danganronpa S), Hope's Peak never provides much direction OR discipline to their chosen students. They believe in allowing the students they scout to "develop their talent" however they damn well please... up to and including methods that actively interfere with the school's own campus and classes, apparently. So of course the board of Hope's Peak wouldn't care if she was over there doing *literally anything* as long as it was vaguely music-related. They don't even make these people attend classes, for god's sake. If Ibuki wanted to stand in a field and repeatedly bang a flute into her head, I doubt they'd object. Because they kinda suck? :P Ah, but you brought up Hiyoko, so of course I've gotta waste text on HER too. A least-fave character of mine, but a favorite topic of mine all the same. I've also long questioned whether Hiyoko's "bullies" even exist, given that A) Saionji is such an unreliable source of information in general and B) like, how? How would anyone "bully" someone who is so incredibly cruel and aggressive? Would they not be swiftly destroyed in response? How does anyone bully someone who is such a vicious bully herself? I guess I just haven't ever seen it done in RL, but that doesn't mean it's impossible - especially in fiction. (As to "Why would someone like Hiyoko like squishing ants?" I'd simply say "Based on all available evidence, she greatly enjoys tormenting anything and anyone weaker than her.")
I don't know how to best respond to your first paragraph, but I'll say this. I think it would've been better if Ibuki did try to make references to all sorts of rock bands, even the ones that aren't metal related, otherwise, I can only see her as the type that is only limited to a specific subgenre. I personally think Ibuki would fit perfectly with the Guilty Gear setting which has all sorts of classic rock and metal references. As a former fan of Guilty Gear, I probably could tolerate Ibuki just a little bit if she was canonically into the same kind of bands Guilty Gear has made reference to (e.g. Queen, Iron Maiden, Guns 'N' Roses). And from my experience, Guilty Gear hasn't made any references to modern rock (except maybe in the Xrd games) so back when I was a fan, I didn't have to worry about any of that screamo crap.
That second paragraph, I think I understand what you meant a little better. But Hope's Peak aside, I still think Ibuki is one of those characters that needs more character development. I've read that lots of fans were disappointed with the DR3 despair arc since it didn't really provide much depths for the backstories for Class 77-B. And compared to everyone else's free time events, Ibuki's FTEs don't have much details about her backstory since they were all about her trying to cheer Hajime up. Just saying that she got hit in the head with coconuts and going to a different country on an illegal fishing boat doesn't really provide anything related to her music career. And the fact that she went to Shiba Academy which is an all-girls school only gives me an idea as to why Ibuki is bisexual, if she went to an all-girls school, Ibuki grew up with less boys in her life and at some point found herself sexually into girls. I'm not complaining about that fact, it's a little interesting for other reasons.
As for Hiyoko, I've read that "her chosen bloodline was constantly targeted by conspiracies and assassinations due to jealous people. As a child, she constantly suffered cruel and even life-threatening pranks and threats, like having pins in her shoes, dead mice scattered all over her bed, and poisoned food." That's how I assumed Hiyoko grew up with a bullying problem. Meaning when she was very little, Hiyoko probably didn't have that spoiled brat personality, but because she was a target for assassins and bullies as the heiress of the Saoinji Clan, at some point in her life, she developed her own bullying as a self-defense to protect herself. And when she attended Golden Light Girl's Institute, "it's heavily implied that she never had any friends due to growing a mean and distrustful personality in order to defend herself in the past." Some of these are mentioned in her free time events.
This Amino post should include some info on Hiyoko's past.
This character analysis video by Weeby Newz should also help in a way.

Seed C1 Masterpost
Himiko/Hiyoko icon by severalsmallwizards
Hiroko/Chisa art by @etrosgate
Himiko/Hiyoko
I could drag out my old college papers on the history of texts codifying an obviously homoerotic relationship between women as "but its okay theyre Like Sisters (:" to get it past censorship and its impact on modern depictions of female relationships in media, and then connect that to their Summercamp scene where they treat Mahiru and each other like sisters. But that would take a while. So just trust me about this one
Hiroko/Chisa
THEY 👏 SHARE 👏 JACKETS 👏 WHATS 👏 BETTER 👏 THAN 👏 THIS!!
※To avoid spamming artists, I will only @ them the first time their work shows up unless told otherwise. If you want to check all the art I used, check here!

Updated Monster Girls List + Compiled All to One
DR1
Kyoko Kirigiri. Costume: Sherlock Holmes. (is it stereotypical? Yes. Is it practical if there is a case needed for her? Also yes.) Monster Girl: Reaper (her whole 'hearing Death' thing she kinda has? At least, I seem to remember her having?)
Sayaka Maizono. Costume - Psychic (had to given her whole esper thing~). Monster Girl: Siren (think the harpy-bird one, instead of the modern mermaid)
Aoi Asahina. Costume: A shark girl (a shark girl with fake teeth and gills drawn at the sides. of her neck) . Monster: Mermaid (if I said anything else I'd be lying to myself).
Sakura Ogami. A princess (Hina rec that she'd look good in it, though she was a bit shy until the end to put it on). Monster: Ogress (it's in her nickname after all~)
Toko Fukawa/Genocide Jack. A box (Byakuya said it as an insult, but she took it to heart) and Freddy Krueger respectively (Jill's choice) Monster: Kuchisake-Onna (her whole 'am I pretty' deal reminded me of Toko's inferiority complex and the fact one of her items that she uses to kill are a pair of scissors, it just seemed to fit
Celestia Ludenberg. Costume/Monster - Vampire Queen (look at her, she's practically living that image right then and there. She even wants vampire butlers. It writes itself~)
Mukuro Ikusaba. Costume: A cheap werewolf cosplay with the eras and tail...that's it (Junko put her on a strict budget). Monster Girl: Werewolf/Hellhound (Moonlights as the former while on Earth, and acts as a vicious Hellhound in the underworld)
Junko Enoshima. Costume: Sexy angel/Goddess (made from the finest clothing she could get). Monster Girl: Devil (I imagine her wings and white robes have been singed black due to her innumerable sins. Shows off her figure more and red skin. Very good at masking her true form and just skirting the line so Hell isn't guaranteed for her for long)
DR2
Chiaki Nanami. Costume: Erika from Pokemon (relates to her sleepiness on a spiritual level). Monster: Ms. Sandman (Giving everyone some good rest~)
Akane Owari. Costume: 'Superhero' (its really just her tying her shirt around her neck as a cape, too poor to afford a proper costume). Monster: Orc (Goes with Sakura being an Ogre and super fitting I feel)
Sonia Nevermind:. Jason Vorhees (her love of serial killers hadh er waiting for this moment) Monster: Fairy Queen (I think it help gives across her regal, enchanting nature...and the looming possibility of her being surprisingly spooky if you look between her layers)
Peko Pekoyama. Costume: Sailor Moon(Lost a bet to Tsumugi). Monster: Guardian Angel (Ironic given she's the guardian to a yakuza, but its fitting)
Mahiru Koizumi. Wendy's Mascot (Also lost a bet to Tsumugi) Monster: Gorgon (Turning people to stone in time is the same taking pictures, right?~)
Ibuki Mioda. Costume: Corpse (the type to lie down on the floor to pretend to be dead) Monster: Banshee (holds cries that shake the heavens and your eardrums)
Hiyoko Saionji. Costume: Demon (be it adorable or sexy if she's in her taller form - it gets her candy). Monster: Pixie (Thought it'd fit better than gremlin after some time passed. Also known for being jerks and dancing so extra points there)
Mikan Tsumiki. Costume/Monster: Mummy (One's a cheap costume that can't cover her thiccness and the other...also can't cover her thickness)
V3
Kaede: Costume: Phantom of the Opera (something I think just works out nicely for her) Monster: Phantom (a benevolent kind that loves playing pranks by haunting the piano she used to play. Or a certain emo. Whichever comes first)
Maki. Costume: Little Red Riding Hood (was running out of time and though to repurpose an old cloak of hers). Monster: Bloody Mary/Maki (call her name three times in that mirror, she doesn't fail to make an impression~)
Miu. Costume: Bunny Girl (she would get defensive and say its a legit costume, but, you know~). Monster: Succubus (not the most competent succubus, but a succubus nonetheless)
Angie. Costume: Nun (always appreciated their aesthetic) Monster: Dryad (Didn't want to outright make her a goddess either, though I do love that HC. Felt a nymph was a nice balance between her being a monster and her usual self of serving a higher power...allegedly~)
Tenko. Costume: Bruce Lee (One of those things that just feels natural) Monster: Amazon (very high potential for defeat by snu-snu)
Himiko. Costume/Monster: Witch (writes itself)
Kirumi. Costume: Undead Bride (another victim of Tsumugi's bets). Monster: Jorogumo (alternates between shapeshifting into forms of a human with minor spider traits to a half woman half spider. Fits well given her whole spider motif on her dress)
Tsumugi. Costume: Isabella from the Promised Neverland (shady host MILF that pretends to be benevolent and is operating a 'show' go brr). Monster: Kitsune (Shapeshifting fox spirit works pretty for her)
DR AE + DR3
Komaru. Costume: Cheap Ghost outfit (unoriginal, but she has a low budget). Monster: Zombie (cue Toko making jokes about her being brainless to the end of time)
Hiroko. Costume: Sexy Delinquent Girl (with a sarashi that barely is covering her chest). Monster; Alien (don't tell Hiro)
Kanon. Costume: Cheerleader (always ready to support her dear Leon and Hiro). Monster: Invisible Man/Girl (if her being a yandere wasn't scary enough~)
Fujiko Yamada (her beta form for this blog). Costume: Dominatrix (knows her reader base and knows them well~) Monster: Imp (has fun thinking of ways of tormenting 'sinners')
Chihaya Fujisaki. Costume: Ochaco Uraraka (matches her boy being Deku). Monster: Frankenstein's Monster (Re-animated and ready to love her cute son forever~)
Saki Maizono (name I gave to scrapped Sayaka Sis). Costume: Hastune Miku (poke fun of Sayaka). Monster: Harpy (Goes with Sayaka)
Older Monaca. Costume: Mage (think a more fancily dressed and taller Himiko). Monster: Lich (As if Pickle Satan needed extra ways to cause havoc)
Older Kotoko. Costume: Knight (pink colored as well to match her theme). Monster: Mimic (While payback entity was good, Mimic covers both her talent and personality too well to pass up)
Chisa. Costume: Fairy Godmother (Always down to make her girls night into the best ever) Monster: Wood Elf (wanted at least one Elf in the mix and Chisa was pretty much the best one that could fit)
Seiko. Costume: Victor Frankenstein (she really isn't used to dress up parties) Monster: Ghoul (inspired by her DR3 hulking out method)
Ruruka. Costume: Elaborate Macaron-themed outfit. Monster: Slime (a honey slime in this case~)
Miaya. Costume: Bunny Girl (...as in dressed in a rabbit onesie, not Miu bunny girl). Monster: Android (Based upon her robotic copy in DR3)
Misc
Kotone Naegi (what I've named Makoto and Komaru's Mom). Costume: Wonder Woman (even if its ill-fitting). Monster: Revenant (Fits with Komaru being a zombie girl)
Natsumi. Costume: Delinquent Girl (stereotypical, but she does admire the aesthetic). Monster: Frost Dragon (Mainly stays as a hybrid between girl and draconic traits.
Sato. Costume: Burger Queen (head about Mahiru being a Wendy's girl and wanted to help in the future teasing). Monster: Lamia (Immune to being petrified and is super close with her).
Ryoko. Costume: N/A (Schoolgirl? But that's her daily outfit. She just forgot it was Halloween). Monster: Fallen Angel (Would be a demon outright if her memory hadn't essentially made her forget she's supposed to be a villain)
Aiko Umesawa. Costume/Monster: Easter Bunny (three bunny girls making things awkward at the party, but at the very least she gets the bunny slot to herself as a monster).
Tsubasa Kami: Costume: Juliet (Fits her couple theme with Taro). Monster: Cupid (Responsible for putting people together~)
Karen Kisaragi: Office Secretary (only slightly different than being a regular one). Monster: Frog Girl (...admittedly more of a 'not quite sure why moment, but just think it fits')
Kotomi Ikuta. Costume: Ringmaster (she organized the party pretty much). Monster: Chimera (I think her being a mix and match monster like this one fits her fiery personality she showed off in the show)
Kiriko Nishizawa: Costume/Monster: Skeletal Girl (Can shift between being a full skeleton to being mostly human looking with some faint bony features, like a slightly sunken in face and hands. Still thicc as Hell in other places)
Suzuko Kashiki. Costume: Tennis Pro (she's probably a sporty girl so wouldn't put it pass her to use her uniform as a costume) Monster: Golem (rock solid in all the right places, and soft in the right areas too!)
Misaki Asano. Costume: Batgirl (don't tease too much for it~). Monster: Neko Girl (...also don't know it just fits her)
Ikue Dogami. Costume. Spy (a dork for those kinds of movies). Monster: Futakuchi-onna (Beware her hair and if it spits out knives)
Mekuru Katsuragi. Costume: Sleeping Beauty (it writes itself). Monster: Baku (pretty much the cutest dream eater you'll ever meet)

She felt a sick sense of relief when Yaguchi revealed it had been Hiyoko who had killed her best friend, and not Sonia herself. She was allowed, she thought, to feel a bit at ease knowing that art in some form was returning to the world: for all of the lives lost during The Tragedy, art and creativity were two that stuck out. But Sonia squirmed beneath her fluffy comforter, guilt gnawing at her stomach that she was relieved she could blame someone else for the death of someone close to Yaguchi.
After all, if it had been her she would've wondered why she even bothered staying with Sonia: she'd been sent to the island as some sort of punishment, or so she'd gathered from both Togami and Yaguchi herself, but she still had freedom to move about as she liked. No cabin curfew hours, no contraband, as far as Sonia knew anyway.
"I am sorry," She said, repeating her apology like a broken record. Something she'd do for the rest of her life, but it seemed important that Yaguchi hear it again, in this moment, from her. "She seems like she was a warmhearted person. But I am astounded that you have forgiven all of us, including Hiyoko. Truthfully, I am not sure I could forgive the likes of Junko Enoshima: for everything relating to The Tragedy of course, but also for murdering my best friend. She meant it, she wanted to kill her."
Hardly the sort of conversation for a funny, romantic teen movie, and yet now The Tragedy and those they'd lost, those she couldn't remember, was all that held Sonia's attention. She swallowed a fresh batch of tears, pulling the knee of her uninjured foot to her chest before setting her chin upon it. Yaguchi deserved that much, she believed, to be kept away from Hiyoko once she was awake. "Mention that to Hajime, that you will not tolerate being around Hiyoko for the reasons you have said. He will be able to enforce it and I believe he would understand," She mumbled, focusing her gaze on the pale green bedding that kept her warm in the breezy, chilly atmosphere in the cabin. It didn't seem fair that Yaguchi was sent to live on Jabberwock Island with the former Remnants, including Hiyoko, despite the claim of forgiving her.
A pained glance in her direction though, and Sonia noticed that she too was shivering. Extending her leg again and leaning forward a bit, she could reach the folded fleece blanket at the end of her bed, grabbing it and holding it out towards Shinobu. "Here, you should take this," She insisted, "I worry that the film will be an unpleasant experience due to the temperature here." That was one thing that Novoselic Castle had going for it, at least: an abundance of fireplaces and, hopefully, staff to help keep them stocked and lit. It had its moments, especially in the winter, where even the modern heating system didn't feel adequate, but curling up in front of a fireplace did the trick.
Curling up seemed like the complete opposite of what Yaguchi wanted to do, or would tolerate. Sonia glanced at her from her spot in the bed, the pre-recorded previews for a film that debuted nearly twenty years ago playing through their rotation on the screen. She tried to remember what she could of anything kabuki: elaborate traditional costumes, masks, the sort of definition of kabuki that came out of an encyclopedia because her brain failed her on recalling any sort of memory. Sonia sighed: it still did, even after trying to force it to the forefront of her mind.
"I am sorry, I do not remember," She replied, "I cannot even recall what her face looked like, or what she liked to wear if we were shopping together. I imagine I would have enjoyed cafes, especially if there was tea, sweet desserts, and books to be read, but I only remember attending them with-"
A pause, as the little light she had in her eyes was extinguished. Most of her classmates didn't care for long afternoons in a cafe, but Gundham had enjoyed it. Reading, or updating the blog he'd once kept about animal care and welfare, or peering over Sonia's shoulder as she'd been entranced by some dark, passionate romance. A fictional version, in any case: the real thing had, once upon a time, been hers as well until her family's demands kept them apart.
It was no use. She was now without Gundham by choice, and without this Anzu she'd apparently been so close to. And despite having so many missing pieces of her memories, Sonia's head and heart felt heavy. "Thank you," She said to Yaguchi as she returned with a tray: popcorn, dried fruit, a few other things. But she wasn't hungry, she hardly ever was beyond the necessary mealtimes of porridge or grilled fish or a similar bland meal just for the sake of calories. Something as exciting as dried fruit and nuts, comparatively, made her stomach do somersaults. She set the tray on her nightstand instead.
She'd assumed Yaguchi would simply want to settle in, now equipped with a blanket, and watch the movie, not mentioning a friend she so dearly loved and that Sonia, forever disappointing, could not remember. But as the blonde cheerleader's nightmare ended, Sonia's still persisted, despite the other woman assuring her she enjoyed her company.
"I admit I do not understand why," She replied gently, her focus now torn between Yaguchi's face and a perfect girl living a perfect life in America decades ago. "I find it strange, but it is not my place to tell you how to feel. I am fond of your company as well: would that make me strange too?"
"Who's to say? The manga industry has already begun releasing new works back in Japan." Tasteless though some of them were. Some web novels had already used the Tragedy as starting points for an isekai story, or some sort of alternate history. It was the purview of the 14th division, and the 10th, to make sure those stories were swiftly removed. "People crave entertainment even in harsh circumstances, I suppose." They were both sitting here, after all. "I wouldn't be surprised if film production returns sooner than one would think, though, given the attempt to appeal to as many as possible as a sort of universal balm, I should imagine the situation regarding queer leads to remain more-or-less the same."
Then again, Shinobu wasn't sure she could see it mattering much either way. It would take time before the public would feel safe walking to a movie theater, and perhaps longer still before something new capture the collective attention, rather than most simply returning to old, pre-tragedy favorites in the name of comfort and nostalgia. As far as it related to Shinobu, perhaps it had even less relevance. Their time of casual dating and sex was long over. More likely than not, they'd never be intimate with someone again, so what did it matter if a film represented them or not?
"Don't tell her anything about me." Anzu was there, trying to hold Shinobu's face in her hands, pleading and wrathful in equal measures. "I'm serious, Shinobu-chan. Don't say a single word about me to her. She doesn't deserve to remember me, and if you ever cared about me, you'd respect my wishes and leave right now." It hurt to listen to her, and it hurt to think about her. More than anything, Shinobu wished she could hold Anzu close to her and tell her how she missed her, and how she wished things had been the other way around, but there was no sense in any of that now. This Anzu was only a symptom of her broken, diseased brain.
"It was Miss Saionji." Sonia hadn't asked, but the unspoken question was understood regardless. "She and Anzu were quite antagonistic from time to time, at school." That was why Miss Saionji had gone for her, rather than the more obvious physical threat in Shinobu. It would have been a mistake, if only Anzu had allowed her to take her shot. "But even after everything, Anzu wished to help. She was very convinced, before the world knew the specifics of what had happened, that something had happened. That you were victims of Junko Enoshima as much as anyone else." Whether it was her natural optimism, or her emotional intelligence, she'd known, even as Shinobu herself had been willing to write them all off. It was important to remember that about Anzu, and the most important thing to carry forward.
For a few moments, Shinobu was silent, still, as Anzu screeched and berated her. It was hard to ignore her rage, Shinobu thought, but for Sonia's sake, she'd need to do her best. "I do forgive her, though. Miss Saionji." On the archer's tongue, they couldn't tell if the sentiment was true or not. Part of her forgave the dancer, perhaps. The kinder part, the gentler part, the part more touched by people like Anzu, Seiko, and Sonia herself. "I do. I know that your actions, individually and as a group, were not your fault. I wouldn't be here - on this island, or in your cabin - if I hadn't already forgiven all of you."
The cabin was a bit cold in the evening, with the storm out, and Shinobu lacked any sort of blanket to cover herself with. She shivered. "Although, for Miss Saionji's sake, and her safety, I think that we should be kept apart, and that I not be permitted to be alone with her. When she wakes up, that is." Hands as quick to violence as Shinobu Yaguchi's couldn't be trusted. With how roughly she'd brutalized Byakuya Togami, and how far she'd nearly gone, all for his minor crime of being extremely unpleasant, Shinobu couldn't say with any certainty that she wouldn't outright kill Miss Saionji before someone (herself, or otherwise) stopped her.
The conversation had made them restless, with Anzu's interjections not helping matters. She alternated between obscenities and vulgarities, neither of which were easy for the archer to stomach. They'd made a deal, hadn't they? It had been intended to quiet that loud, angry, bitter piece of her mind, but perhaps ever assuming anything to be so easy or simple was a mistake. Knowing that Anzu would surely follow after her, Shinobu rose from the chair, pulling her bag into the kitchen. Sometime to eat might help, and if not, to stand and shift her weight from one leg to the other kept her occupied.
"Mm, I believe so," she murmured, setting a bag of popcorn inside the microwave and pulling out a pair of collapsible trays from inside her backpack. "When time and availability allowed, of course. She was exceptional. I wouldn't claim to be an expert, but my understanding is that theater is often rather specialized when it comes to the roles one plays, but Anzu had a versatile kind of mastery." She was sitting on the counter beside the microwave, glaring at Shinobu silently. Perhaps even the cognition of Anzu Tachibana was vain enough not to speak over someone singing her praises.
"Whether it was a soft, tragic girl, or a brash, hot-headed hero, or a villainous monster, she was impossible to look away from on stage. Anzu never let obstacles slow her down, either, despite her gender and modern sensibilities presenting an issue for the theatrical establishment." It was nice to talk about her. Her unique personality, her many accomplishments. They'd already made their peace with the fact that they'd never see her smile again, not truly, but speaking at length about Anzu was enough to remember how radiant she was when her smile caught her off-guard, too quick or too strong to be restrained by her performative instinct.
There were snacks in the backpack, laid out on the counter and then distributed in the wells of the tray. What Sonia liked to eat these days, Shinobu still wasn't entirely sure, but hopefully there'd be something to suit her tastes. "Although, that's hardly everything. She loved being out and about, and I believe you went shopping together, or ate together at cafes and trendy eateries, things like that." Almost, they mentioned the time when all three of them ate ramen together on a cold night in February, before thinking better of it. What reason was there to insert herself into a story that should be able Anzu?
Returning to the main room, Shinobu set down two cups of water upon coasters at Sonia's nightstand, then held out a tray for her - a small bowl set in it filled with popcorn, while the other sections had an array of nuts, dried fruit, potato snacks, non-chocolate sweets, and the like. Her own tray wasn't dissimilar, and Shinobu moved her chair closer to the bed for her water to be more easily within reach, before turning back to the movie. "Embarrassing indeed," she murmured, not quite sure how to respond to Sonia's claim of being hideous. It wasn't true, of course, but she had no idea how to say it without coming across as a particular way.
"By the way, Miss Nevermind," Shinobu started, looking over to her rather than focus on the film. "As it relates to bonding over books, or watching movies together, or things like that..." It was too personal. Even if they'd once been friends for a short while, Shinobu had ruined it. Entirely, it was her own fault. If anything, what Shinobu Yaguchi should have wanted was complete depersonalization - to become a helpful spirit without need or want for acknowledgment. But, the rain wouldn't let up until morning at the earliest, and the comfort of Sonia Nevermind's presence balanced out the discomfort of everything else, and perhaps it wasn't entirely inappropriate to desire with her some degree of personal friendship. "Though you may find it strange, or think that I'm crazy, or simply disbelieve me altogether, I enjoy your company."

Akane: "Everytime I hear someone talking about updog, I'm torn between not wanting to fall for it and wanting to help them complete their joke."
Sonia: "Okay, but what's updog?"
Impostor: "Updog is a long sausage in a bun, often served with ketchup, mustard, onions, and/or relish."
Teruteru: "Not, that's a hot dog. An updog is when a new version or patch of an application is released."
Kazuichi: "You're thinking of an update. Updog is when you end a sentence with a rising intonation."
Mahiru: "No, that's uptalk. You're thinking of the fourth largest city in Sweden."
Peko: "Surely, that’s Uppsala, whereas updog is the giant spider in Harry Potter."
Mikan: "Th-That's Aragog. U-Updog is a symbol conventionally u-used for an arbitrarily small number i-in analysis proofs."
Nekomaru: "You're thinking of epsilon. Updog is an upward-moving air current."
Hiyoko: "No, that's an updraft. Updog isn't a noun at all. It's a verb. It basically means to chew someone out or harshly lecture them."
Fuyuhiko: "No, that's upbraid. An updog is a small dog that likes cuddling on people's laps."
Gundham: "No, that’s a puppy dog. An updog is when the Mets win."
Nagito: "No, that's an upset. An updog is the modern version of a henway."
Hajime: "What's a henway?"
Nagito: "Oh, about five pounds."

THIS IS A ROBBERY PUT YOUR HANDS UP!! I NEED TO KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR OCS OR I WILL PERISH
Omg haiiii * staring straight into the gun * wale Yui Reo is like the main one, he's easily removable from Danganronpa but he started out as a dangan OC for an rp in 2019.
He's the ultimate digital artist (idk if that's cringe or not but it's been three years so. Too late to change it LOL) and I like to insert him into sdr2 a lot especially in the Enoshima au. Which means he was also an ultimate despair where he drew really horrific and uncanny shit and y'know displayed it on image boards across the city and he's like chained his monitor to him and shit. He's Le Transgender but pretty GNC, he likes to wear skirts sometimes if they go with his outfit but he usually sticks to shorts (he used to wear pants but that was when I was one of those trans men who had The Dysphoria when I dont anymore and haven't for. About two years?). He always wears his bandana as it lets him cover his face easily. He has autism and adhd and anxiety and he used to have depression but he like. Bullied it out of his system idk hes never gone to therapy so he's just dealt w it in his own ways. Also with his personality, he's a dick, like a massive cunt. He will go out of his way to pick on people for holier-than-thou attitudes and won't hesitate to shit all over them. He doesn't single out people like Mikan though bc he's like . Well that's a bit much. * Beats the shit out of hiyoko though *. Like he HAS a moral compass but he's really (for lack of better term) tsundere about all of his emotions and refuses to open up unless the person displays physical touch bc emotions have always been hard for him
Ermm the other boy is Zyo, he's Yui's big brother. He went to Hope's peak for a year then dropped out, so he decided to stay home and try to help Yui through hashtag PROBLEMS. Hes the ultimate paranormal investigator. He was originally supposed to look like a poltergeist but over time he just became a lot more shark-like and tbh I fully embrace it. Nobody knows why his skin is literally blue or why he Looks Like That, but he loves it. Originally while he was growing up, kids would call him a ghost and be afraid of him so he picked up looking into ghosts and paranormal shit and eventually became an expert investigator to the point that hopes peak was interested. When he comes back from Hope's peak, he's strongly against Yui even going there once he gets the acceptance letter, bc he knows Reo wouldn't be able to handle the crowded and uptight environment created by rich young adults but their parents make him go anyway. And that's when sdr2 happens lalalaalalala. I would describe Zyo as kindof stupid. Like. CLASSIC fat himbo who only wants the best for others and is honestly scared to death of the uncanny valley. He tries to care for Yui but Yui is a little shit and doesn't want him around until it's Too Late and he's gone to Hope's peak and the world is like. Time 4 apocalypse! But I can't decide between Zyo dying or surviving and he's helped by the future foundation so . Yea
The only other oc I have is a pokemon oc whos the fourth of the Forces Of Nature in modern times (bc that weird fucking . Anamorous? Erm. Idk ruined it). He's a grass flying type and he's pink and green. Im pretty sure I made his therian form a lizard? I really can't remember I'll have to dig it up this was back in........ Uhh 2017?but that's it that's all my ocs

Listen up, I GNC Ibuki anon is asking about your hcs for Hiyo and Kiyo hcs! (remember me? yeah I'm back.)
EHEHEHEHEEHE REMEMBER HOW IN THAT POST I SAID I WOULD ELABORATE BUT IT WOULD JUST TAKE ME LIKE TEN THOUSAND YEARS
WELL-
But okay I have a few reasons actually!!!
To begin with, Hiyoko’s love of traditional Japanese culture would vibe really well with Korekiyo’s appreciation of culture in general! They would have a lot to talk about!!! It’s also probably really exciting for Hiyoko to have someone who’s willing to listen to her say things like “traditional things are better than modern things” and not have them argue with her about it, but instead actually fully appreciate what she’s trying to convey!!!
They’re both catty queers with a cool fashion sense. Like they’ll insult you, but they’ll do it accurately. Absolutely scathing. They’re a good pair ❤️
Haha welcome to club “a member of my family took over all of my autonomy as an individual at an impressionable age and I’m still recovering from the effects their presence in my life had on me.”
Korekiyo’s not phased by her insults! He knows enough about human behavior to basically clock that it’s essentially a defense mechanism for her, and he’s used to comments on his physical appearance/personality being referred to as “creepy” and the like, so there’s basically no risk of her scaring them away.
On the flip side, Hiyoko TOTALLY thought it was creepy that Shinguji’s favorite pastime is people watching (and she likely called him names for it/insulted them/etc.), but as soon as they had their first conversation she immediately realized “oh wait the things they’re talking about are super interesting actually”
Almost everyone that knows Hiyoko will look at Shinguji and go “hey how are you dealing with her without wanting to rip your hair out” and he’s just “her and kokichi seem to be cut from the same cloth. The only difference between them is the fact that she, quite surprisingly, is not almost causing someone’s death 24/7”
And Hiyoko gets very protective. Like the way she refers to Mahiru as “big sis mahiru” in canon is basically what happens here - she begins to view them as someone important to her (because it’s really hard for her to make friends!!! So when Korekiyo is willing to show her kindness and compassion in light of her own lack of those two things, it means a hell of a lot to her!!!) So whenever she hears someone commenting about how Kiyo is “weird” or “creepy,” she gets pissy about it and makes a scene!! She gets defensive! They’re the only person other than Mahiru that she’s willing to do this for!
OUGH,,,,,SORRY I JUST HAD THE THOUGHT OF SOMEONE BEING LIKE “but Hiyoko has such an ugly personality….” AND KIYO RESPONDING WITH THEIR WHOLE “but even the ugliest parts of humanity are beautiful.” THING. BECAUSE THEY UNDERSTAND THE COMPLEXITY OF HUMAN FEELING, TRAUMA, AND EXTERNAL BEHAVIOR AND I’M JUST,,,,,,AGSHDBSNDBNNM

Hello! Forgive me if you already did this and I accidentally skipped it on the masterlist haha. May I request some of the SDR2 cast (I would love if you included Hajime and Akane in it but you don't need to ofc!) with a gender-neutral SHSL Plague Doctor S/O and maybe they surprise them with a Plague Doctor plushie and the Plague Doctor S/O ADORES it? Sorry if I'm being super specific fahhfsi
Wait woah I LOVE PLAGUE DOCTORS. Also I figured that some can give a plushie, while others can give an item that resembles a plague doc in some way!
.........
Hajime
During his free time with you, he was intrigued (tho at the same time grossed out) by all the things plague doctors did to treat their patients.
Even so, you found your way into his heart--despite him being a mere Reserve Course student.
He sees just how scary you are when defending him (especially when Nagito mocked him for being talentless during the Killing School Trip).
He feels like he owed you for standing up for him.
So he commissioned Kazuichi to make you a mechanical bird with the likeness of a plague doctor.
You find it in your mailbox one morning and immediately rush to his cottage to hug him.
Teruteru
“You know if you’re feeling hot and sweaty under all that garb..you can always take it off. I won’t judge~”
Of course he finds you flattering even though you’re always cloaked, complimenting your body.
If he goes too far though, you’ll be sure to jab him with your cane as a warning.
When that first happened, he felt really bad about making you uncomfortable.
So he decided to make you a bento box, with the rice and other ingredients being in the shape of a plague doctor mask.
It’s probably the best bento box you’ve ever eaten in your entire life.
You forgive your chef bf with a kiss, and he’s right back on cloud nine.
Gundham
You’ve become closer to Gundham more than anyone.
Probably bc he sees you’re protected from the “poison” that he apparently had in his flesh.
So he didn’t mind holding hands with you when you two started dating.
You’re both just a perfect match: dark aesthetics, interest in the supernatural, and animal lovers.
You teach him about your old ways of curing illnesses, and he listens with awe and fascination.
He wanted to give you something as a symbol of his eternal gratitude.
So when he came across a plague doctor plushie online, he believed it was the perfect offering for you.
And he was right.
It sits on your shoulder all the time now, just like how one of his Dark Devas do.
Mikan
Despite you two having vastly different ways of treating patients (with her methods more modern and yours more traditional), she still loves you a lot.
She's grateful that you easily scare Hiyoko away whenever she bullies her. All you gotta do is wear your mask and she runs away crying.
Mikan herself finds it scary, too, but..also cute???
She's conflicted.
Though she’s scared of you mentioning any leeches, so you stopped doing that and only threatened to throw some at Hiyoko.
One day Mikan tries surprising you with a plague doctor plushie, just a small token of her endless appreciation for you.
Only to, of course, trip and fall into your arms while the plush ended up in a puddle.
She’s understandably upset and starts crying, but you soothe her and pick up the soaked plushie with a smile.
You let her know you appreciate the gift...then it's happy tears from the timid nurse that follow.
Nagito
"Oh, I understand why you still wear that attire....I'm surprised more people don't when they're around someone as disgusting as me-"
You’re a little irritated he always says that, as you know it’s far from true. But you have a lot of patience.
One day you roll up to class without your mask, and Nagito stares at you like you’re a whole new person.
But he compliments you, though you stop him before he compares your appearance to himself.
You’re always so kind and patient with him--and you’ve had your fair share of people dying around you.
He doesn’t quite know how to thank you for just..being there for him.
So he buys you a plague doctor plush. Even though he keeps doubting you’ll actually want it.
After a series of unfortunate incidences, he finally manages to give it to you.
Seeing the smile on your face was worth all the bad luck he endured.
Impostor
Like them, you never reveal your face often.
They understand why, but one day they decide to make a deal with you: they'll reveal their true self if you do the same.
So you agree.
And wow...you're absolutely stunning beneath the mask. They love you even more now!
Though if you ever need to put it back on, they won’t judge. They’re just happy you were comfortable with them.
However they had another reason they wanted to see your face...and it was so they could surprise you with a small plague doctor plushie they ordered online.
Seeing your smile made them chuckle.
Adorable indeed.
Kazuichi
Has a panic attack every time he sees you wearing the mask.
Even though he knows it’s you he just freaks out.
You reluctantly leave it off around him.
And of course he’s gonna compliment you every chance he gets.
On your one month anniversary of dating, he makes you a wind-up toy of a plague doctor.
It’s even got a cane that moves up and down, as well as a lavender-scented air freshener built into the beak!
You love it to death and call it adorable.
Though Kaz only replies,“well not as adorable as the real deal~"
"......w-was that a good line? Please tell me it was-”

Remastering My Goodbye Despair Girls Redesigns
Chiaki Nanami
Chubby Chiaki with an ahoge, braces, acne, and glasses? Yes please.
She wears a Princess Peach tank top, Pikachu headband, Pacman hoodie with several pins about gaming and a transfem flag on it, lilac shorts with MLP, rainbows, and flowers on it, kitty socks, and pastel Crocs. They wear a Pokeball backpack.
Sonia Nevermind
I wanted her to look casual because of this. I imagine she’d dress like an alt girl bc she saw them on Tiktok and thought that the girls her age were into that kind of style so she cut her hair and dyed it a rainbow to seem easier on the eyes. I also imagine she’d be into the pastel goth and lolta.
She wears a black turtleneck, sleeveless purple lolita dress with coffins and bats and crosses, a few chains on one side, and black platform boots with red bat wings on it. She carries a skull shaped purse around.
Akane Owari
I decided to give her dyed pink hair and put it up in two curly puffs.
She wears a red headband, half white half red leotard, red gym shorts, and black sneakers with red accents. She also has fangs bc I say so and she has bandages around her hands and wrists.
Mikan Tsumiki
I took inspiration from the yami kawaii style which seeks to end the stigma around mental health in Japan and raise awareness.
Fae wears faer hair buns and a pair of round glasses. Fae wears a pastel checkered sweatshirt, a Menhera shirt over it, the light blue skirt from canon, and white tights with cuts and bruises. Fae has red under faer eyes. Fae also wears a cute nurse hat.
Ibuki Mioda
I decided to combine both scene and cyber goth and nyas beta design with the gas mask so bear with me.
Nya wears a black fishnet shirt, a shirt of nyas favorite band from nyas middle school years, a chunky belt, frilly rainbow skirt, rainbow fishnets, rainbow leg warmers, and holographic demonias. Nya also wears a pair of glittery bat wings on her back and neon striped arm warmers with lots of kandi. She also wears chains on her belt with charms.
Hiyoko Saionji
I decided to give her a Hikizuri kimono since they were worn by wealthy women of a high rank in ancient Japan and by traditional dancers in modern times, which fits Hiyoko perfectly.
She wears an orange Hikizuri kimono with floral patterns, long obi sash, and the headpiece from her despair design. She also wears socks with sandals and wears her hair in an updo.
Mahiru Koizumi
I wanted to give her that cottagecore but butch look so I did.
She wears a white dress shirt with a pocket over her chest, baby pink pants with floral patterns, yellow suspenders with gummy bear designs (her gf gave them to her) and a trans and lesbian pin, dark greenish brown cropped jacket, and a sunhat with a pink ribbon to top it all off.
Honestly I’d like to hold hands with Mahiru in a field with this redesign
Peko Pekoyama
She deserves to look like the badass warrior lady we deserved. This is inspired by an instagram user’s Peko redesign.
