i need to talk about the utena game more . i don't at all consider it canon because that really just doesn't work, but between all the weird self insert fanfiction tropes there are some really interesting character moments and commentary about ohtori. like the fact that the protagonist's parents met when the mom was a student there and the dad was a teacher is so. ough.

Shouji Mezo X Reader Remember part 11
It was another week Y/n was forced to stay home from school. Alone to do her homework by herself. She was adjusting to the lack of social interaction from being home this much. Then she saw someone trying to sneak onto the property through the courtyard. They had climbed the fence and used the bushes to hide, but from what. Y/n watched through her window as the teen made his way to her porch. Instead of calling the cops, she wanted to know what was up before jumping to her own conclusions. Through the window she found him putting something in the mail basket. Bursting the window open she made her young self known.
“What type of mailman are you? Like a ninja?”
“Who the hell are you?” The teen asked rather nervously.
“The current head of this house.”
“No you’re not.” The teenager said.
“Who says I live here.” Y/n told him.
“You’re a kid.”
“I’m 18.” She was not.
“I don’t think you are.” He told her.
“I don’t have to be an adult for you to not tell me what you’re doing on my property.” She said climbing out of the windows in bright pink and blue pajamas.
Nervous the teenager broke down. Robert Dallas was the boys name. He worked with the local gang and shocker Dr(last name) has a thing for a special white powder. A shipment failed to get to her place of business and since it was too risky to deliver it correctly there, the plan was to have someone expendable deliver it to the house. He was told no one would be there. Though Y/n was young, she knew her mother had certain needs that she did not question. She was interested to see more of another human being, so she asked him to come back whenever he wanted to. And then the weirdest thing happened, her mother came home. They had dinner, they went shopping, it was a fun day. And then Dallas came back and kept coming back. He told her stories of what he did and she was utterly amazed. Not just about crimes, but the fact that he could just go anywhere he wanted to. He was her symbol of freedom. Bound to do hard tasks, but afterwards he got to go where he wanted, talk to whoever, and could just experience life.
An idea grew, what if he chaperoned her to the outside world? He took her to underground fights, which inspired her. She once saw someone just touch another human being and they exploded in blood. It did put a damper on the inspiration, but it was an important lesson. Their activities festered in becoming worse for their record. From watching to fights, so training her to accompany them on robberies. She didn’t commit them, but she helped with the escape route. Sometimes she would let a police officer or hero hurt her during the chase to be a distraction, or she would use her quirk for the side effect. Pushing someone and they cough up blood is big distraction. Once her skills were more honed and they knew she couldn’t appear at every robbery they trusted she could attack. Yeah she practiced with her little buddies, but her first real fight was Aizawa. She wasn’t sure if she would win her not.
Dallas didn’t even stop. He let Y/n get picked off. She never had romantic feelings, more like he her super cool celebrity. She already got so much in return, but a relationship with Dallas would be weird. She would have to admit she knew about her mom’s addiction if things ever got serious. He was also older than her. The whole relationship aspect would look terrible.
But why did she allow it? She knew it was all against the law. The first time it felt bad, but it got easier. She did it because that little group made her feel alive. When she lost school completely as a social outlet, she felt like she had completely disconnected from the outside world. They bought her lunch as they talked about silly things to how society has failed not only them but beyond. It felt amazing, but there was always doubt in her heart. It was too good to be true. Why not follow that feeling till it runs out. Why not run, and feel the rush of being chased a little while longer. The pavement against her shoes as she ran down allies, was the only feeling that brought her back from the dead she felt in her room.
Aizawa didn’t answer her. Y/n sighed out some pressure out of her lungs and sat back down. There wasn’t anything she needed to hear from her comment. Nothing he said was going to undo her father’s damage.
“Can I go to the grocery store. I need some things.”
“I’d take you, but I can’t. Not tonight, I have work.”
“You’re not worried I’m gonna starve after my work out?” She asked.
Aizawa sighed. If she was a student she would be expelled ten times over by now. This was as much his punishment as hers.
“Pick out some students to take you there then.”
“I could just leave?”
“With two of my students. I’ll let the school know.”
It was part of his plan.
“Two students, huh, where are the dorms?”
Aizawa took Y/n to where his students lived. Midoriya was training outside. Y/n waved at him and cheered him on. Aizawa explained the situation and told the students that pretend you're escorting a civilian around that needs protecting. The class felt awkward that Aizawa was there because they were hiding the fact they made ramen in a coffee pot.
“I’ll get going, you can pick who you want. Pick two.” Aizawa said.
“I’m gonna change my clothes before I leave, why didn’t you let me do that first?”
“Bye.”
It wasn’t that he trusted her, but Aizawa knew his students could take her if she tried anything. The door shut and Y/n sighed.

@wizarmonfan asked: Can I please have #13 with trans!Katsuki and Izuku working out how to approach non-binary Shinsou at the start of the first year? (Mineta got expelled so Shinsou is in 1-A). They’re in a relationship with trans!Shoto, but their main concern is helping nonbinary Shinso settle down into 1-A.
As I’m posting this I’m really nervous - it’s the first ever oneshot/scenario I’ve done with trans!au, that’s why I took so long and I’m not sure if I got it all correctly, so due to the sensitive nature of the topic I’m sorry if I mess up in any way. Also, I wrote this from Deku’s POV, so it’d be slightly easier to write. I hope you like it ♥
The new kid of the class was quiet, sitting at the back of the room just staring out the window with sleepy eyes and a neutral expression. They all knew them already, but the fact that they now had to see them every day as a classmate was strange to everyone – having had someone expelled from the class was only just slightly hard, but this seemed to be the major challenge, especially when Hitoshi had such hard walls built around themself.
Izuku first noticed something was up when Mina tried to chat with them during break, telling him how cool she thought their Quirk was, and how she was excited to have another guy in the class, and that’s where it all went down. “Ashido,” Hitoshi said slowly, not breaking eye contact, “do you have to study for something?” The pink-skinned girl happily said yes only to stop midway through; her eyes blank and without saying another word, she retreated back to her seat to take out a notebook from her bag and start reading it, looking like she was still somewhere else, just not in her own body. Midoriya witnessed all of this, and the feeling that there was a bit more of backstory to all of that left him thinking for days.
It wasn’t until he got together with his boyfriends, Katsuki and Shouto at his house that he discovered the truth. “They're like us three in a way,” Shouto explained carefully to the two boys, one of which listened with all his attention while the other listened but still looked away, clearly uninterested. “I talked with Momo the other day, who also had talked with Itsuka from 1-B… they’re genderqueer. They probably got mad at Ashido the other day because she used the wrong pronouns and while I don’t feel like that’s an excuse to use the Quirk so carelessly…”
While Todoroki kept speaking and with his mouth opened like an ‘o’, Deku now partly understood the reason of Hitoshi’s anger, the reason why they had used their Quirk on Mina like that, and the anger that came along being misunderstood – the threesome had faced similar problems each on their own and together, as the three of them had come out as trans; they knew how much of a pain it was, how much they had to go through to get where they were today, and the sole thought of Hitoshi having to go through that alone just crushed his heart.
Looking at Katsuki, he remembered the struggles he’d had just to accept how he felt trapped in his own body and the confidence he’d gained after the transition, despite the many jokes thrown at him, and the way his Quirk became even more powerful once he was who he truly was meant to be.
Looking at Shouto, he recalled the many stories from childhood the boy in front of him had told him, from the way his father had lashed out at him when he told him how he really felt, the way he almost got kicked out of his own house when they found out he was researching about the treatment he needed, and how ashamed he was of himself the months that followed after the start of his transition.
Looking at himself, he could tell he’d grown so much since the start of the treatment, but the look of confusion and slight sadness that his mother had displayed back when he first told her and before she got informed about everything still appeared sometimes on his mind, yet it was all just a way to bring him up, to prove to everyone that he could become the number one hero no matter the background of a person.
Looking at Hitoshi the next day at school, he decided that they didn’t need all of that. They already seemed like they went through enough shit on their own, both with the unintentional fearsome nature of their Quirk, and with the many personal struggles they seemed to have – although, much to Izuku’s confusion, he understood that he knew almost nothing of his new classmate besides their Quirk and motivation, prompting him to approach them during lunch along with Katsuki for moral support.
The purple-haired person wasn’t eating that much, just a small fruit salad while listening to music. Swallowing a little bit, the couple approached them with Izuku re-thinking his every word; he wasn’t scared of their Quirk, so this made the exchange a lot easier already. “H-hey, Hitoshi,” he said nervously as the other turned around to face him, removing the earphones once they saw him.
“Hey,” they replied, eyeing Katsuki with annoyance.
This will be a lot harder than expected.
“I was wondering, can we take a seat?” Deku’s hands were sweating, and when they sat down he almost hit his knee with the chair. He wondered, how could he start the conversation? Did he need to prepare himself or something? All the earlier preparation had just vanished from his mind, and the only thing he could do was look at Bakugou in embarrassment while he looked at him with anger – why had he thought that speaking with them about that in a public space would be a good idea?
“Hey,” they said, their voice bringing Izuku back down to the ground as he quickly looked at them, “I’m no mind reader but I can tell there’s something bothering you. Want to talk?”
The fact that they were a nice yet misunderstood person did not leave Midoriya’s mind as he gathered enough courage to speak up. Breathing in and holding Katsuki’s hand, he said, “I know this is going to sound weird or that it might annoy you a little, but we talked with Kendo about how to make you feel more comfortable and… she told us about you, and what you want to be called.”
“If this is going to be something about that, I don’t want to hear it,” they said while gathering their stuff, but before they could get up and leave Deku placed a hand softly on their shoulder, making them freeze in place.
“No, don’t leave just yet,” he pleaded, “we’re not all that different, that’s why we wanted to talk to you about it.” He thought about it for a second while looking at his boyfriend for reassurance, to which Katsuki just gave him a little pissed-off nod. “Here,” he added while unbuttoning his shirt just enough so that the bandages that covered his chest below were exposed. Hitoshi just stared wide-eyed, and Izuku wished he could read minds. “It’s the three of us here, Kacchan, Shouto, and me; we all know what it’s like to feel left out. We know what it’s like to feel different, and we don’t want you to go through all of that anymore, at least not alone.”
Blinking a few times, it seemed to go slowly through Hitoshi’s head as they understood what they were trying to say, to which they just scoffed and turned around once more, looking out the windows with what Izuku  recognized as sadness. “No matter how much you guys say you can relate to me it’ll always be the same, it’s just one more excuse for people to leave – I won’t blame you, that’s for sure, but thanks for the advice anyways.”
And just like that, Deku was just fed up. Getting up, he slammed one fist on the table, making surrounding students turn around to look at him in shock; Hitoshi just stared with a blank expression before the words Izuku let out next melted it into a tired yet content one. “I’m – we’re not going to leave you. You’re never going to have to suffer by yourself again, I promise.”

The Raven Boys Section Three
Chapters 22-31
1. What is the group looking for from the helicopter? What do they find? They're looking for evidence of the ley line. Gansey explains that sometimes there are markings carved into the ground that you can only see from the air. When you're on the ground, standing next to them, they just looking like scraped footpaths. But when you're in the air, they form images. In the UK, he says the ley lines are marked by carvings of horses. In Peru, they're animals, such as birds or monkeys, or men or imaginary creatures. In Henrietta, however, they find a raven.
2. What weird things happen when the group goes into the woods? Well first, their electronics stop working. Gansey pulls out his phone and discovers that he doesn't have signal. His watch has also stopped working, as has the clock on his phone. He asks if anyone else is wearing a watch and only Adam is. His has stopped working as well. So then they discover this pond that's full of fish which is weird because the stream they followed in isn't big enough for fish and the water source seems to come from rainwater. Well, fish don't come from the sky so where did they come from? Gansey then reasons that the first are there because he thinks they should be there. And when Blue doesn't agree with this, he asks what color they were when they first saw them. They were black and silver, no red. Well, Gansey then says that he was thinking about where the fish came from and remembered a type of trout that could've possibly lived in these conditions. He says that the trout have red on them. So then he shows the fish to Blue again and they are all red. They changed colors because Gansey thought they should. And finally, they find this hollowed out tree and Adam, Gansey and Blue all go into it, one at a time. They apparently each have different "visions" though if they're visions of the future, they don't know yet. Whatever Adam sees, he feels guilty about because he tries to reassure Blue that he would never do that to him (Gansey). Blue sees herself in love with Gansey and Gansey holding her face and then saying that he's ready for Blue to kiss him now, knowing what a kiss from her will mean. And Gansey sees Glendower.
3. What, does Gansey feel, was truly the missing piece in his search for Glendower? At first he thought the ley line was the missing piece, but now he thinks that it was Blue. Adding her to the group just felt right. The same way that when Ronan joined him and Adam joined him and Noah joined him, it all just felt right. Like each of them were a missing piece of the puzzle and now that they're all assembled, the search for Glendower can truly begin. He says that when he realized that it was her voice on the recorder, he felt a rush of relief. Like everything was finally right.
4. What does the group discover when they return to the strange woods? Everything is different. The stream that they followed in before is smaller and there's no sign of the fish or the hallucination tree. They walk through the woods, this time their watches working, for around an hour and manage to go through two seasons. The leaves begin to change into fall foliage, not the Spring leaves they'd just been seeing which matched with the current season. And then they find a rock with Latin on it. Ronan translates and says that it's a joke. And Adam tries to translate but something feels off about the way the words look. When Gansey asks why there's a joke written in the woods, they find out why they look off. Ronan says there's a joke in case he didn't recognize his own handwriting. The rest of the message says that the trees speak Latin and to call it by its name: Cabeswater.
5. What do they learn from the trees? Where do the trees lead them? The trees start out by saying that they're happy to see the psychic's daughter (Blue) and the Greywaren (Ronan). They ask the trees a few questions and Gansey asks the obvious, if they know where to find Glendower, and they don't. Then they ask for the way out and the trees tell them they need to back through the year (through all the different seasons they passed to get here: winter) and if they follow the creek and turn left at a big sycamore, then they'll find something the trees think they want to find. Then they'll be able to walk out of the woods and find their way back to their day. So they do this and it leads them to an abandoned red Mustang. They find an Aglionby sticker on the bumper, right next to a blink-182 sticker. And in the trunk they find a dowsing rod. But this definitely confirms their suspicions: someone else is looking for the ley line.
6. Why is Gansey looking for Glendower? He tells Blue that he is very, very allergic to bees. He says he was stung when he was 4 and the reactions have just gotten worse since then. He has an EpiPen but he says even that probably wouldn't help him. The doctors have said that if he's only stung once, it might help. But that's a big maybe. Well, Gansey tells Blue this story that happened seven years ago. His family was at this dinner party and the party was dull so he went outside exploring. Well, he ended up stepping on this nest and all the hornets started stinging him and he died. He felt his heart stop but the hornets kept stinging him, even though he was dead. And then he heard this voice say "You will live because of Glendower. Someone else on the ley line is dying when they should not, and so you will live when you should not." He told Helen about it and she said the voice was a hallucination. But Gansey knows it wasn't so he's been looking for Glendower ever since.
7. What do Gansey and Blue find in the woods? They find a body. It's very badly decomposed and it's mostly just bones. All of the flesh has rotted off but some of the clothing remains. Blue points out the raven and says that it was an Aglionby boy. And then Gansey finds the wallet and pulls out the driver's license. The picture is Noah. Or, as Whelk called him, Czerny. Noah Czerny. Who has been dead for seven years, which he told them, but none of them realized or believed. Until now.
8. Why does Declan visit Monmouth Manufacturing? What does Gansey do about the situation? He comes to yell at Gansey because Ronan is being expelled from Aglionby. But Gansey isn't there so he gets Adam instead. He gives Adam the letter from Aglionby and says that Ronan is to move back in with him. No Aglionby, no Monmouth. So Adam calls Gansey and Gansey calls, um, someone in charge at Aglionby and basically threatens that Aglionby will lose money from the Ganseys if Ronan is expelled. But if Ronan is allowed to stay, Gansey's father will donate $30,000 to the library for nautical books. So Ronan is allowed to stay. But he has to have a B average on all of his finals and toe the line until the end of the school year. So. This basically just means more work for Gansey. But he got Ronan through midterms, he can get him through his finals too.

  Section Three Reading Journal
Ahhhh. I love this section so much!! Cabeswater is endlessly fascinating and I love all of the bits there. And if I remember correctly, Cabeswater is different every time they go back. So it’s always a whole new experience??? And everything about it is fascating. I love it!!!
Also. Noah. So I really love Noah. But I also realized from the beginning that he’s dead. And every time they all figure it out, I’m like “but how did you not know??????” Because he literally told them. He told them a lot. And there were lots of signs. But also forever sad that Noah is dead. I love Noah so much.
Oh and I love that we see the start of the Gansey/Blue relationship. Because I love it so much and they are one of my all-time favorite literary couples.
So yeah. I loved this section!!!! And I can’t wait to read the last section. I am loving rereading this!! There are so many things that you pick up when you ~know what happens, haha. Love this series so much <33
