For programs I use Procreate and Krita! (I used to use paint tool sai for a really long time too) I have some of the brushes I use the most on procreate here! (If you want any of them I can try sending them to you via dms), I’m still figuring Krita out so I can do the same for Krita brushes later!

Tho to be really honest the best thing you can do is to practice line work a lot and play around with brushes to see what you like using!
