Chapter One: a certain Two People who have to remain anonymous for lore reasons have a fight resulting in someone maybe or maybe not getting poisoned

Chapter Two: PEIP end up getting involved to stop the two people who may or may not have been poisoned. Max Jagerman and Melissa have both gone missing within six months of each other within two years forcing the HFPD to reopen a case regarding the murders of Ted Spankoffski, Emma Perkins, Paul Matthews, Charlotte and Bill Woodward.
