Little Grayson and his Talon Knights

Got a new idea cooking in my head.

Another DPxDC idea.

A reborn into DCverse Toddler!Danny but also Dad!Dick and Talons.

Danny is reborn into the DCverse (either he's a clone of Dick, a created test tube baby, OR a kid Dick unknowingly had during his amnesia year) and wakes up in the Court of Owls who finally have their Gray Son and will turn him into the greatest Talon ever.

Thing is, Danny still has his ghost powers (King Danny? Idk leaving it open, either that or just able to control clean ectoplasm) and knows whatever fruitloops have him, this will not be fun. So, when none of the Owls are watching him, he uses his abilities to influence a few Talons and they all book it out of the place.

Danny later finds himself walking the dirty Gotham streets with a few Talons, one holding his hand while the others hide in the shadows in case they need to protect the baby Talon they all care for.

Of course, the sighting of a Talon holding a toddler's hand catches the camera's and Oracles attention very very fast.

One of the Batboys is sent out, not Dick he's on a space mission right now, and whoever it is, is shocked to see a toddler that has a LOT of similarities to Dick.

Except there's a twist: Danny adopts Dick, Jason, and maybe Tim.

Danny moved to Gotham (not bad end, but Vlad gets killed, trying to help Danny escape Amity Park, after de aging Dan and Ellie. Fentons, in their confusion and anger, make it even more unsafe for Danny to live there. Fortunately, Vlad made Danny his heir awhile ago, and in leaving, Amity closed their portal and Vlads. Vlad is a full ghost now. So now Danny is a runaway pregnant genderfluid teen that moves to Gotham, whether it be before the wayne murders or after. Jordan isn't born until a year into living in Gotham.)

He sets up a bakery/cafe near crime alley with his apartment on top of it and lab in the basement. He also owns a warehouse that he uses as a storage and training zone. He never makes homeless people pay, and if you can, it's a dollar. Even ghosts show up. He gets to know batman starting out and even maybe starts to court him as bats. They don't officially date until after catwoman reject his proposal, and Damian is permanently with Bruce.

Danny, while not at the circus prior to Graysons' murder, sees an escaped juvie grayson and is able to calm him down, even gets him to speak with his parents again and Danny with the help of Gotham threatens/scares Zucco into fearing for his life. He doesn't bring him back to Juvie but manages to save Dick's things and important paperwork. They declare him missing despite being needed in witness protection. Bruce wants to care for Dick but he doesn't have the same connection to Dick and sees Danny as his own Alfred, when B parents died. Danny raises Dick with a little help from Bruce.

Cannon events also happen, so Two-face and Joker get ahold of Dick for being near Batman and get beaten and shot. Danny brings Dick to the Far frozen and they heal him and he ensures to Two face/Joker that he will feel the same pain as what he has dealt to Dick and almost kills Joker but gets left with a warning.

Court of Owls actually loses Talons to Danny and are his and his kids' bodyguards now while trying to learn how heal them. Unfortunately, Bruce pulls back from the relationship with Danny, and this hurts them both.

Then,when Jason is on the streets, he sticks to near Danny's place and eventually gets adopted, too. Eleanor is born after. Jason loves his new family and is surprised that Bruce is back to dating Danny again. (Which hurts Dick because Bruce only came back for Jason)

In this scenario, Shelia reaches out to Jason for bribery reasons, and when Joker shows up, Danny is having none of it. He kills Mr. J crushes his soul and brings Jason to the Yeti, where he flatlines and gets to become a halfa instantly. This time, Danny is the one that pulls from Bruce as he never found out where Danny took Dick and now Jason to heal. So in the 6 months Jason was in the Zone practicing, Bruce took the worst of it and thought he was dead, but in reality Jason in the zone training with his powers and Dick helps out with his enhanced liminality. What seems like a death to Bruce is a coma or a loss of mobility for Jason. Bruce just assumes he's dead.

Dick grows up to be either a gymnast instructor or a social worker. Jason would be studying for literature or social or justice reform. Dan is a mechanic or security guard. He works part-time at the cafe and helps with branding and making the sweets. Jason, Jordan, and Ellie also help in the shop. Stephanie is a part timer.

Tim, during one of his photoscapedes, gets caught, and Danny and/or the kids save him and bring him to Danny. Tim, while dealing with years of parental neglect, stays with them, or Danny notifies Bruce of this. Either Tim stays with Danny, and despite Drakes having more money and power, Danny's otherness freaks them out and they decide fuck this or similar to cannon, Bruce adopts Tim.

Bruce, by the end of this, officially only has one or three kids: Damian, Cass, and/or Tim.

[I don't know if I want the boys into vigilante. It seems hypocritical for Danny to say no to vigilantism,but in another reality to this one, Danny says yes to the boys being vigilantes]

Hilariously, Danny and his kids show up to a Gala as Masters Heirs.

Jazz moves to Gotham after College to either be a doctor or work in Arkham.

Sam, while trying to leave her parents grasp, goes to Gotham for personal reasons and her parents threaten to cut her off from her inheritance unless she shows up at important events or Galas to support the Manson name.

Tucker is a tech fan and also moves to Gotham, but it is a bit of a recluse, but he takes an interest in teaching Babs, Dick and Tim in Hacking. He is an IT guy for Wayne Industries and an app creator.

Danny: HOW DID I GET HERE!?

Tim: I will admit that I may have kidnapped you, but it was for a really good reason

Danny: YOU WHAT?! YOU'RE LIKE SEVEN!

Tim: I'm actually nine, but I am small for my age, so I'll let that slide. I took you because I want to make a deal. You need a place to hide until you're eighteen, and I need someone who can protect Robin until he's eighteen. We can help each other out. I provide lodging, meals, and education should you like it, by day and you become my hero's bodyguard by night

Danny: WHAT?!

Tim: Do you always yell when talking or that your normal voice?

Danny: I...look kid I just need time to process. I mean the last thing I remember I was eating a free burrito that somone....handed to me....*gasp* You tampered my free food!?

Tim: Yes. It was quite easy, actually. I normally wouldn't have done it, but I need someone to protect Robin. Last night, he got hurt in the field, and Batman yelled at him. I'm worried they'll break apart soon if it happens again. I will not survive the Dynamic Duo falling out.

Danny: I wont survive being thier protector either! Do you know what will happen to me once word gets around that Danny Fenton resurfaced to fight crime?

Tim: I suspect the parents you're running from will find you but not to fear. You'll be in disguise by night and by day. I can make you my Dad's illegitimate son with fake papertrail. Daniel Drake will have no connection to Danny Fenton or Poltergeist, the friendly ghost protector.

Danny: Oh, and your folks will be okay with that, I'm so sure. Every couple wants to find out the husband has an illegitimate son.

Tim: Yes, they are totally fine with it! I asked for permission from them last night. Mom is excited to dramatically welcome you into the house after she publicly confronts Dad about it. He wants to say he had you with a maid who he proposed to only to find out she had been stealing from the company and used him for his body and money. He said he always wanted to have a romantic scandal.

Danny: ......

Danny: You're an odd family

Tim: Thank you! So will you do it?

Danny: What the hell, why not. I'm tired of the streets anyway. People handed out drugged burritos there. It ain't safe.

Tim: *Squeal* Thank you, big brother! You're the bestest brother in the whole world.

Danny: Don't do that. It's creepy.

DpxDC Prompt: Danny Overshadows the Batmobile

... Danny while visiting Gotham saves Batman by possessing the batmobile- unfortunately he gets stuck.

Imma copy and paste my thoughts on how I would take this from discord LOL

Bruce knows there is something wrong with the batmobile and runs test to see if he got hack. But same time conflicted because whoever hacked his vehicle just saved his life.

Also can see Fenton driving skills put to use plus with Danny's ability to phase through. Definitely makes car chases easier if Bruce can jack the runaway vans from the inside.

But Danny freaking out- using the radio or gps to try and speak after he realizes he needs help to get out of the car… and that Batman wont be As upset as he thinks.

Oo meanwhile Fentons are all over Gotham looking for their missing son… having no idea Danny overshadowed a car.

Danny figuring out how to send tuck a message to send to jazz…ends up being tracked by the bats who go investigate thinking tuck's the hacker.

Tucker trying to cover for Danny

Ooo imagine if they try to chase down Fentons because of them driving crazy(and maybe they're attacking batmobile because they can detect a ghost) and its the only car Danny cant phase through and even getting damaged by.

So he tries to plead in the radio to batman.

And then Bruce wonders if it actually was the Fentons but things still dont make sense… until the team that investigating Tuck brings in more evidence and probably Tuck.

Then it clicks.. Danny isnt ai/bot used to hack the car but Danny Fenton the missing child.

Tuck still the key to figure out how Danny got stuck. Apparently a certain part is made from materials similar to the thermos.

But catch is they need tools from Fentons to get him out so they have to bait them and have Tuck and another bat probably Tim help gather the materials.

Maybe batman confronts them, raising his arms as Fentons accuse batman being a filthy ghost that stole their child. While the others steal what they need.

When it looks like the Fentons are not going to cooperate and blast batman (batman ready to go on offensive ) Danny uses a shield to send blasts back at his parents beeping for batman to get back in.

They go on another chase where Danny drives the batmobile off a cliff and into water only to safely fly them back to the cave. Exhausted and powering down as soon as they're on land letting Bruce take the wheel again.

When Tim n Tuck finally get Danny free they all jump for joy then quickly reminded Danny is still in the batcave. And like oh right shit… they know what i am >>'

But Danny already impressed the bats so i can see them offering to help Danny out further.

Tim n tuck become friends and soon Danny gets a support of heroes. He goes back to his family whose so happy to see him safe… Danny putting in a good word about batman but it falls on deaf ears.

Pfft be funny this is the catalyst to have Fentons moving to Gotham to hunt down batman.

Bruce investing in the Fentons just so he can work on their tech and modify them to not work on Danny- and then Danny haunting the car every now and them for old time sake.

Thought this was just fun idea XD

WC: 1109 Masterpost CW: panic attack, dissociation, past imprisonment

Danny felt like he was on a roller coaster. One moment he would be feeling safe, embarrassingly falling asleep on Hood mid meal, and the next a stool would scrape across the floor. That screech of metal on linoleum was distinct enough that Danny could swear he was back in the lab. His newest wound stung. The collar pinched at his neck. The acidic bite of bleach stung his nose.

They were talking.

They were talking too close to him.

Danny wanted desperately to hide, but there was no hiding in the lab. There was no hiding in the Box. Acrylic walls on all six sides, electrified metal frame, coated in a ghost shield; the box was torture. Danny pressed himself into the corner and squeezed his eyes closed. He didn’t want to watch their faces. He didn’t want to see the cold cruelty in their eyes, not even one more time.

Had it always been there?

It must have.

It was never true, he was never their son.

How had he ever thought that they cared?

He was so stupid, stupid, stupid—

Something pressed into his hands. Something soft and warm. The smell of herbs burst around him, chasing away the scent of bleach. Danny clutched at the warmth, curled around it. It was never warm in the lab, not unless they were experimenting on him with heat. And that was never warm like this.

“There you are, Kid.”

Kid?

“That’s nice, isn’t it? You can kept it as long as you need. Just keep breathing for us.”

Who?

“You’re in the safe house. Your wounds are treated. The collar is off.”

Danny felt around his neck with shaking fingers. The skin was tender under the bandages, but there was no collar.

“It’s just me, Red Hood, and Nightwing. Nightwing is getting you a drink. Do you think you can drink something?”

No, no he didn’t. His throat felt tight.

“That’s okay, Kid. How about a suck’em candy?”

Warm fingers brushed against the back of his hand, actual skin touched his. Danny shuddered. He let his hand be turned for the candy to be placed in it.

“Pop that in your mouth.”

Danny listened to the warm voice. He wanted to bury himself in that warmth. Why was it so warm here?

Tart citrus bloomed over his tongue, chasing away the rotting taste of stale recycled air and bile. He moved the candy around his mouth. Each breathe filled his nose with the lemon scent mingled with the herbs. The tension went out of him so suddenly that he collapsed.

Those warm hands caught him. He was pressed against a whole band of warmth and Danny let out a sigh. The earthy scent of death joined the other smells. A liminal. Red hood. He was… safe. The safe house.

They took turns staying awake that night. While they likely would have anyways, what with it being the kid’s first night with them, the panic attack pretty much guaranteed they would sleep in shifts. Dick slept first and it was only training and a strong cup of coffee that had him alert and ready for his shift. He was glad for the second cup when he heard stirring from the bedroom.

It was early, early enough that the sun wasn’t up yet, but the kid was standing on slightly shaky looking legs, peering out of the door.

“Hey there,” Dick said softly and with a smile. He approached the door but left a good few feet between them. “Did you sleep well?”

The kid nodded. “Better… than in a long time, yeah.”

“That’s great! Are you hungry.”

He nodded again before glancing to the side. His hand flexed where it was holding onto the door jam.

“Is there something else you’d like before food?” Dick asked gently.

Another nod.

“It’s okay to ask. We want you to be comfortable.

The kid’s mouth worked for a moment before he managed to ask, “A shower? It’s just that… Hood mentioned one and…”

“Of course! I bet you’d like to be clean,” Dick said. “I’d like you to use the shower chair we have and to leave the door open, in case you slip or something, but I wont look in unless I hear something concerning.”

“Okay,” the kid agreed quickly; quickly like he was afraid Dick would take away the offer. They had a lot of work to do.

Dick stopped at the closet and grabbed a bath towels, two wash cloths, and the med kit. He set the towels down on the closed toilet seat and the med kit on the small sink counter. “We’ll put a water proof bandage on your new stitches and get you wrapped back up after the shower. Be gentle around it and your neck, but you should be good to clean up well!”

“I will be. I won’t make you redo your work.”

“Hey, no, that’s not what it’s about,” Dick said quickly. “We just don’t want you to hurt yourself, okay?”

“I… okay?”

Holding back a sigh, Dick instead turned with a smile and bandage. It was good to see the stitches didn’t look too bad and they were soon covered up with the temporary covering. Dick explained how the shower worked, pointed out the shampoos, conditioners, and body wash, and then left the kid alone. He took up watch just outside the door. If the kid slipped, he wanted to be able to be there at a moments notice.

“Kid already awake?” Jason rasped from the couch after the sound of running water filled the apartment.

“Yeah. He’s in the shower now. The wounds look good.”

“Credit goes to Tim, he did the stitching.” Jason stood and stretched with a pop.

He had taken off most of his uniform, as armored as it was, to be able to sleep. Still, he looked stiff and rubbed uneasily at his arms. Dick would have to make sure the other took some pain meds once they were at the new safe house and that he got some more sleep.

“I’ll be sure to pass it along,” Dick said instead of voicing any of his current thoughts. He was sure they wouldn’t be welcome right then. “I figured we’d do breakfast here?”

“Yeah, I want to get some food in the kid since we didn’t really get another chance yesterday,” Jason agreed as he made his way to the pitiful kitchen.

Dick closed his eyes and listened to the running water and Jason clanking about.

They could manage this. They were through the first night. They just had to handle it an hour at a time.

Day 3: AU Kiss

Fantasy AU

Danny stepped out of the carriage and tried to swallow the lump in his throat. The castle in front of him was massive and made of a dark, green gray stone. It almost looked abandoned, but servants still appeared to lead Danny from the driveway to the entry hall, and further to the throne room.

Danny knelt when we was brought in front of King Vlad, the man who ruled their small kingdom. He was a count that should have been no where near the title of king, but his great uncle had suddenly named Vlad heir and crowned prince not long before dying of a mysterious illness. He shouldn't have been king, but he was, the ruler of Danny's world, and he had asked for one thing.

"My servants tell me you claim to be the son of Jack Fenton and Madeline." King Vlad asked from his throne.

"I am, your majesty." Danny said while staring at the floor, too scared to look up.

"I take it you're here to plead for your mother?"

"I am, your majesty."

"Plead then."

Danny swallowed again and took a deep breath. “If I may ask, why my mother? I understand she’s beautiful, but she’s disliked by everyone who isn’t my father.”

“Did she tell you how she knows me?”

“My father told me, you majesty.” Danny said. “The three of you went to the magic academy together before you inherited your title.”

“Did he tell you why I left the academy?”

“I – Father said there was an accident, your majesty.”

“Did he say who’s fault it was?” Danny didn’t want to answer, so King Vlad answered for him. “It was your father’s fault. He ruined my life, sent me to a hospital for years, married the woman he knew we both loved, abandoned me to the sickness his mistake cost me!”

Danny had to hide his shaking, he had a feeling that was what this had been about, more revenge against his dad than any desire for his mom, and knew it would be hard to convince the king of anything. He forced himself to speak, his voice soft and trembling, “Does it have to be her?”

“What was that?”

Danny took a deep breath and repeated himself, “Does it have to be my mother? Can it be me?”

King Vlad was quiet for a moment. “You? Instead of her?”

“My parents – they aren’t worth much." Danny stated, his words tumbling from his mouth desperate to make the king believe them. "They’re anti-necromancers, even though they use their knowledge to fight against the undead, they’re still considered abhorrent. I haven’t studied the dark arts at all, I don’t have their negative reputation, not outside of being their son.”

Vlad gave a slightly disbelieving hum. “You do realize I want Madeline as a wife.”

Danny nodded hard, “I understand that, but I don’t care. Wife, son, slave – take me in whatever way you want, just please leave the rest of my family alone.”

“Are you sure?” He still didn't believe Danny.

“Yes.”

“Even if you never see your family again?”

Danny choked down a sob at just the thought of it. “Yes.”

“How do I know you wont run away?”

Danny took a risk and glanced up. King Vlad was seriously questioning him, staring at him with such an intense look it sent a shiver down Danny's spine. Danny didn’t know how to prove his commitment, to this plan and his family if not the king himself.

Then Danny remembered an old custom. Some people still did it, but it was an odd, intimate custom that was often uncomfortable to both parties, and considered humiliation to the offering side. That’s both why it’s fallen out of fashion, and why it’s taken so seriously when someone does do it.

“M- may I approach you?” Danny asked.

Vlad quirked an eyebrow but nodded.

Danny slowly made his way up the throne’s dais and up to King Vlad himself. Danny knelt again and began to untie the king’s shoes. King Vlad caught on on immediately to what he was doing and lifted his foot to make it easier. Danny pulled off the shoe and sock and kissed King Vlad’s foot. The toe for loyalty and obedience, the ankle for fidelity and allegiance, and the calf for fealty and devotion. A simple but intimate custom that pledged Danny’s mind, body, and soul to the king.

“Very well.” King Vlad said as Danny redressed his foot. “I’ll send a messenger to your parents, they can come visit you, but you will never leave my side.”

“Thank you, your majesty.” Danny bowed low. He did it. He really believes he saved his family from being torn apart.

ever since i started watching this show, the blue to green eyes phantom trasnition in the intro has bugged me. right as the line “when he first woke up he realized he has snow white hair, and glowing green eyes” plays, he looks in the mirror, as phantom (white hair) and blue eyes, but his eyes turn green shortly after. Why??? his hair was already white, which was the other primary change noted in the song, but his eyes stayed blue until he blinked! which, i was thinking maybe he just needed to blink fo rit to take effect? but in that case, why wouldnt they have changed while he was lying with his eyes closed, dead? why were his eyes closed when he was dead? child sensoring obvi but it just doesnt make any sense? why would it take that long to reach his eyes??? maybe the electrical ghost shock acted as bleach somehow?? idk???? it still makes zero sense to me. idk. someone help

“Well you see my brother is actually graduating end of the semester and I saw you had a max five extra tickets for graduate and I’m wondering if I could buy more than the extra five, the two that he got already went to his husband and child.”

“Well you see, if I let you get an exception everyone else will want one.”

“I usually don’t do this but I’m not dealing with 7 angry parents all fighting for the tickets and that doesn’t include the siblings or grandparents. So I’ll try this again.”

“What do I need to do to be able to buy extra tickets. If it’s money I have plenty, information more than you ever will, hand to hand combat I will win.”

The Dean now frightened, “Sir please do not make anymore threats or I will call the police.”

“I don’t think you understand, I can and will use my royal protections. Now what do I need to do for these tickets.”

“If it gets you out of my office fine, a sizable donation will suffice.”

“Wait really, cool. Then I’m donating 2.5 million dollars to upgrade the library and I know it’s not named please have it named the Catherine Todd Library.”

“Wait your brother is Jason Todd?” The Dean looked afraid.

“Yeah, he’s my dad’s adopted son and he’s been an uncle to my kids for years. Now can I get 25 tickets total.”

five times danny's english class learned that he was phantom (and one time he had to reveal it)

danny always tried to hide his secret. was he good at hiding it? he would like to believe so. but with the fenton luck he knew it was only a matter of time he has to reveal it. one way or the other.

it started as a good day. he was late to class because he overslept but managed to get in the class before the teacher, in his math class the homeworks that he didnt make, werent checked. he hung out with this friends during the breaks, everything was normal. everything was good. everything was smooth going. too smooth for danny.

it was the last english class of the day. danny was getting anxious as that normalcy was the abnormality for them.

"okay so i dont wanna jinx it but didnt today feel so.. normal?" tucker said as if he read danny's mind.

"shut up, youre gonna jinx it. but yeah it was smooth." sam agreed and danny just nodded. he didnt want to break the perfect illusion of having a normal day by speaking of it.

they entered the class and settled into their seats. they still had a few minutes before mr. lancer would start the class. danny tried to distract himself. a normal day was possible for him. it was okay. it would be okay. maybe it was a gift from the ancients. a normal day for the ghost boy.

he started to relax as mr lancer started his lesson. it was about some other boring book. it would be fine. everything was good.

then his ghost sense went off. danny groaned quietly. and raised his hand to excuse himself to the bathroom. except he was too late.

"theres no way to hide now, twerp." a voice boomed as the infamous bounty hunter entered the class.

"good going tucker you jinxed it." sam said annoyed. tried to find her wrist lasers in her bag. but it was to no avail. apperantly that day was the onlt day sam forgot to bring her wrist lasers to school, she blames her mother for making her chnage bags because hers was 'falling apart'.

"shut up i dont want it to stuck like 'bad luck tuck'" tucker groaned.

the students screamed as they tried to get out of the class but skulker had blocked the exit. everyone rushed to mr. lancer's desk. kwan, dash and dale were on the front in an attempt to protect everyone. danny, tucker and sam were just a little bit more on the right that could see the ghost easier than others.

"what is he doing? this isnt how we do things." danny said searching for an escape.

"is this like a hostage situation? what are we going to do?" tucker asked. skulker didnt attack. just grinned knowing that danny couldnt do anything.

"mr. ghost? as the teacher of this class, may i ask what your terms are?" mr. lancer asked trying to manage his tone.

"terms you say?" skulker turned to danny. looked at him dead in the eye. "my terms are simple. i will collect my righteous hunt, phantom. then you will be free to go."

he was making danny choose. get hunted or get exposed.

"i think you are mistaken, mr ghost. phantom is not here." mr lancer said with visible confusion.

"yeah everybody knows he send his clones to the school while he's fighting ghosts." wes stated as if everything he was saying wasnt bullshit. skulker's laughter boomed in the class.

"as expected. phantom is too much of a coward to tell the truth." he said, still grinning.

"stop with this skulker." danny said, glaring at the hunter. the class turned to danny.

"do you know him, fenton?" mikey asked with confusion as if he was trying to connect the dots.

"of course he does. he's the son of the self-proclaimed ghost hunters." paulina defended even before danny could say something to defend himself.

"yeah, it's like asking a marine biologist if they know an angler fish." star added, making head turn to her with confused eyes.

"my dad wont shut up about them, he could give the fentons run for their money about never shutting up about obsessions." she explained her unique analogy.

skulker was getting impatient. he never once departed his eyes from danny, the useless and obnoxious chattering only made his patient run thinner.

"i will give phantom last one minute, if he doesnt come out now, i will destroy all of you." the hunter threatened the class.

"oh yeah? phantom might come here any second now then your ass will be sorry." dash said with excitement. everyone agreed with 'yeah's and nods.

"he wont come." everyone once again turned to danny.

"danny what are you doing?" tucker asked.

"it was only a matter of time, you know it." danny sighed. he walked towards the ghost only stopped when someone grabbed his arm.

"you dont have to do it, mr. fenton. someone will come to save us." mr lancer pleaded.

"im sorry" danny muttered and removed his arm from mr lancer's grasp.

"alright skulker you want your hunt?" danny tranformed into phantom. "then come on get him." he flew away to keep skulker away from his classmates. to keep them away from the danger he put them in.

the class gasped at the transformation but no one spoke after it. no one moved nor did anyone react any way. the frozen atmosphere broke when wes run to the classroom door.

"wes stop." valerie tried to stop him. but he did something she didnt expect. he barricaded the door with a chair and sat on it to prevent anyone to go outside or come inside the class.

"no one leaves before fenton comes back." he said, more confident than ever.

"oh yeah? and who will stop me if i want to go outside, weston?" dash said threateningly as he made his way to wes.

"i will." kwan stopped his best friend by getting between him and wes. dash was annoyed but he knew kwan could stop him easily if he wanted, so he dropped it and sat on his seat.

"okay everyone, mr weston is right. we will wait for phantom's return and until then i want everyone to go back to their seats." mr lancer said. everyone returned to their seat except wes who was still sitting on the chair he used to barricade the door. the class was chatting about danny, most were confused and others were more aggressive. sam couldnt stand hearing them, she walked to mr lancer's desk and turned towards the class.

"gusy listen." she started to say but everyone was too focused on their own conversation that no one heard her.

"hey guys." she shouted but again no one paid her any attention.

"hey. manson is speaking." paulina cut through their conversations and made everyone quiet down then made a hand gesture meaning 'continue' to sam. sam was surprised say the least to see paulina was helping her.

"thanks? i guess? anyway until danny comes back, i want you to know that this secret cannot go outside of this classroom. i know it is hard to believe and hard to prove but if it convinces someone wrong even a little, danny will be in danger. then amity park will be in danger since no one can protect us better than danny." sam said. most of the class agreed but some were still sceptical about the whole thing.

"cmon nothing will happen if someone accidentally slips up. look at weston. he's been trying to convince everyone but it only made him look crazy." someone from the football team said.

"its only because i want it that way. i had real evidences to expose danny before i realized that if someone wrong believes me they will kill danny without hesitation. do you remember what happened when that european exchange student came?" wes spitted.

"wait you were lying this whole time?" star asked.

"not the whole time, just after the GIW's attack on a literal kid with no evidence. but i also knew i couldnt stop, it would look suspicious so i started bullshitting some 'facts' making everyone believe there was no way danny was phantom."

"oh man, then you didnt believe that danny was only studying here because he had a deal with casper the friendly ghost?" tucker laughed.

".. not my best lie, i'll admit. but did anyone think that could actually happen and danny was a ghost? no. point proven." wes was embarrassed that people still remembered his first bullshit lies.

with wes' confession about purposefully spreading misinformation, the sceptical ones finally understood the severity of the situation. they agreed to keep it a secret but still wanted to ask questions to danny.

when danny was coming back from the fight he was scared. he wasnt ready to face the people he lied to all this time. what if they wanted to expose him? only one person's confession wasnt enough but if the whole class tried to expose him he would have no choice to run away. but how could he even leave amity park? without him all the ghosts would attack with his absence and people could get seriously hurt. he couldnt risk it. maybe clockwork could help him. he knew he shouldnt temper with time but if he were to get exposed, that might be the only way to solve it.

he flew into his classroom, expecting to see his classmates afraid of him or hating him but instead everyone cheered for him.

"you got so many questions to answer, dude. people are curious." tucker joked, trying to ease danny's visible panic.

"but before that. danny i would like to thank you behalf of everyone in the class and in the amity park. you protect us everyday and each day even if you are just a kid. if there was a perfect wor-"

"cut it short, we have questions." wes cut mr lancer's monologue-like thanking. mr lancer sighed.

"thank you danny." he smiled genuinely.

"uhm no problem?" danny wasnt sure how to react. his class okay with him? and even thank him? danny looked at his friends and shot them a 'help?' look.

"dont worry. theyre gonna keep it a secret." sam assured him.

"now they just want to ask some questions." tucker added.

"oh.. oh okay. i'll try my best to answer them then." he tranformed back to his human part. almost everyone asked questions about ghosts, being a ghost and how it happened. danny tried to cut informations best he could when it came to 'how' he became a halfa but other than that he answered them pretty honestly.

at one point dash asked him how he could protect people if hes so weak and danny invited him to a wrist wrestle. danny wom with ease then continued to explain how ghost powers did enhance some of his human strength too. his senses were sharper and he was stronger but had to downplay all of them to see normal. if he was being honest he only explained it through wrist wrestle to see dash's face when he lost.

valerie didnt talk much and danny was more scared of valerie than anyone else but she didnt glare at him or tried to kill him just yet. at some point she just sighed and whispered to his ear that he could ease his anxiety and that she didnt hate him and that she already knew for a little while now. danny wanted ask questions but knew it wasnt the time. he thanked her for not killing him and she replied with a teasing she still had time. it was going to be fine.

danny was still confused on why everyone was being okay with it but he felt happy. happy to see people could accept him even as a ghost. it repaired a part of his belief in humanity. maybe one day he could tell the truth about him to his parents.

IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS DAY FOR CENTURIES

so basically Those Days is a comic that i am currently making. its about two guys, Scott and Rodney who are both 58 and live in the midwest(because i do). Scotts sister Deb has just passed away so his great nephew, Danny comes down. The story is them telling him(and this chick named Candy, which im still figuring out how to introduce) about their life and how they met. I have over fifty issues written, but none released because after a while, it was kind of a chore, and i wasn't sure if anyone was interested! so THANK YOU SOOOOO MMUCH for asking about it!

Scott is based off of those "bad" kids that are actually really nice and are sort of vigilantes. Rodney is an easy bullying victim and even though he could totally do something about it, he doesnt.

this is very much a story about people and what they are and how your initial judgment is not always the correct assumption. its also very much how the key word in the last part of that is ALWAYS. its about life.

ill leave some character intros under the cut i case you want those too bc i could blab all day about them. scott and rodney may or may not be my sons. my boys. there will be art too. probably silly art. mostly the main group of characters. not their families though because i have barely drawn them(character design is tricky)

Scott has quite possibly the worst rbf ever and he looks like a scary mean guy. he steals his moms makeup because he can and he wears black eyeshadow 24/7. in reality, hes very nice and also has depression. hes a male MANIPULATED and has 6 semi terrible ex gfs. he is sort of homophobic at the beginning which is important to his lore. but even being a sad son of a bitch he can still beat the hell out of someone with a baseball bat. which leads to my next point. hes an adrenaline junkie. another design thing im slowly figuring out is simplifying his tattoos. theyre all on his torso and theyre all flowers. he loves flowers.

ROOOODNEYYYYY!!!!!

a lot of the time im trying to figure out how to draw him better tbh. Rodney has a prey animal stare. and he behaves much the same. hes pretty chubby but hes also fairly strong. he is very much a victim of child abuse but instead of becoming a bully, he just kinda gives up. he doesnt really have motivations outside of survival and hes not sure why. in fact, the primary reason he stuck around scott after meeting him was because scott believed him immediately after he said he didnt do something and made him feel safe. under the surface of being a prey animal, hes also incredibly angry. angry about a lot.

LUCY CAMPBELL EVERYBODY!!!

Lucy is scotts lesbian ex gf and best friend ever. she kind of pushes them together because she knows too much. shes incredibly easy to talk to and people would confess to basically anything to her. design wise she also has a terrible rbf and DONT BE FOOLED!!! SCOTT STOLE HER LOOK WITH THE EYESHADOW!!! she also has lots of tattoos and actually gave scott all of his.

JORDAN AND DIANE (theyre kind of a set)

again. barely draw them and diane has had a few revisions.

diane and jordan are very much gay and in love. diane's family is like. the only immigrant family for miles. shes very nice but fairly cynical. shes very used to the notion that she has to find her way in the world and that if she doesnt fight, she wont survive. jordan is anxious as hell and dianes sister HATES her because she knows that jordan is a lesbian and is in love with diane. jordan also doesnt know why or how shes alive.

edward! ive only drawn him once.

eddie is lucys adopted brother. hes brilliant and silly. also gay as hell. idk if youve realized but almost none of these people are straight. edward isnt a very developed character because he is very much a supporting static character.

clyde and parker

clyde and parker are the two main members of scotts gang. its not really a gang but it might as well be. they dont really become important until the whole 1992 thing. youll find out. clyde was scotts best friend for a long time before he started hanging out with rodney. they have some very complicated history. diversity win! clyde finds out that he, too, is bisexual and gets with eddie! i dont know if ill wver bring that up in comic.

Wolfpire introduction/timeline:

Introduction:

Uhhhhh idk how to introduce things i barely got a C in english but the idea behind wolfpire is like a dark fantasy au of community. the big changes are:

This all takes place in and around Aberystwyth(A-buh-rist-wuth),wales because I'm welsh and also america perplexes me.

Troy is now a werewolf,he lives in his family's pack (it's like a small village in the countryside) after his mom died he was made the leader against his will by his dad since he wanted Troy to grow up faster and become more responsible. Oh and troys ftm now because ik him better then harmon.(also ill be referring to younger troy as troy i wont be giving him a deadname or anything like that because i think thats kinda weird tbh)

Abed is a half vampire, his mom is a human and his dad is a vampire,his mom left (i've said before that she died but i’m changing that) due to similar reasons in the show, abed was always alone since he was home-schooled (as a protective measure), and since he couldn't go to the movies (overstimulation makes it impossible to hide his vampiric side) abed reads screenplays and re-enacts/draws scenes he thinks would be cool. also Since he didn't go to Greendale he instead works at his dads cafe which doubles as a normal cafe but also has a V.I.P area for any other monsters in town who need a place to go and don't need to hide themselves.

Annie wasn't able to go to rehab due to her parents, she's constantly tired from all nighters she has to pull for her straight A+’s (or else her parents will kick her out) it doesn't help that she doesn't have a study group to help her.

Other characters pending….

Greendale community college is now ‘greendale paranormal investigators’ a (not so successful) agency that investigates,documents and “takes care of” any paranormal/supernatural activity, it also has a trainee/apprenticeship program.

My best attempt at a timeline of events(this'll be short for now because i don't have too many events “planned” in my head):

Troy and abed first met when they're younger like 5-7, Abed was in his backyard re-enacting a scene from a screenplay with some pebble/rock statues he made, when troy who got lost on a field trip with his family and found abed playing in his backyard and got excited to see another kid his age so he jumped into his backyard and thats when they first met, they talked for hours and hours troy was happy to finally have a person who didn't judge or criticize him and abed was happy to have someone to talk to who wasn't “too busy” to listen to him. I also feel like abed did that speech thing with jeff in ep1 but with troy.

Periodically when he can troy would sneak away and visit abed at least once a week after a while abed starts baking snacks he thinks troy will like, introducing him to Gobi who was worried for troy but also happy that his son had someone to talk and specificity looking for screenplays he knows troy will like so they can re-enact them together. After about 5-6months of this happening though abed notices that troys coming less and less and eventually he stops coming at all… Yeah thats kinda it  😅 i don't actually have much of any other ideas bouncing strong enough around my head sadly :(  if you cant tell already this is still a very massive work in progress.

Where the idea came from:

basically back in October i got a an idea after watching Danny in dywtsadb and wanted to relate that to community so i made abed a vampire (instead of a cannibal but i mean those are basically the same anyway) and i also wanted troy to be a sexy monster but i didn't want him to also be a vamp and the next thing my brain thought of was a werewolf, i feel like that tells you a lot about who i am as a person. link to google doc with all this

Danny leaves Amity Park and Earth to commit to his rile as Ghost King

Ok I can’t lie to yall it’s one am and I wanted to write danny becomes ghost king and moves to the realms but misses school so asks William Lancer to skype call him during class so he can still be there. But I got very off track. Like I think I wrote a character study of jazz? I had to force myself to stop no joke. I could write this way forever but I think it’s kinda boring to read when I write in this style.

Anyway rambling here it is

Danny becomes the high King of the Infinite Realms and tries his hardest ti balance it all with his human life but it’s too much. He can’t keep up. His parents start putting more and more pressure on him. Plus their hatred if Phantom and ghosts has gone from a 10 to one hundred. Jazz thinks their obsessed, like their in love but with the idea of destroying Phantom. She no longer tries to give Danny a false hope of them accepting him as a halfa. Like he can’t see that. Every time she pulls him out if the kitchen, the living room, the lab. Hell every time Danny walks down the hall and one ih his parents join him, theres Jazz. As if summoned. Shes made it her mission to keep Danny from them and when she can’t she will do her best to make sure hes not alone with then. He thinks it’s a bit extreme and secretly is so glad for it. It’s like shes telling him his feelings are justified and that hes not crazy for being scared of his parents. That he doesn’t have to have the same fear of her. Shes on his side. Shes protecting him. And it’s nice. To be the one protected for once.

So they make a plan for him to leave. The Realms arent going ti give up or go away so he might as well go there. At least if hes nit running from his new responsibilities as Ghost King then they wont have to track him down and dump it in him once it’s piled up too much to be ignored. Hes already told Jazz hes not going ti pass up the crown. Imagine the good he can do as King. Plus hes promised that if he needs any help he will ask. So she helps him go. Their parents hardly notice when Danny disappeared from their house. Their obsession, their devotion, to Phantom has completely blinded them. Jazz is only staying because she is so close to finished here so wont have ti stay long. Less than a year and she can go off to any college she wants. Her grades are proof enough that she knows she wont tied to them and their money. She will be dependent of them and make a name for herself completely unrelated to them. These monsters who have taken her parents place.

She does wish she noticed sooner. Make she could have spared Danny so much pain and trauma had she just seen the signs. It was so clear to her now that this was their path. With every passing day she should have seen what they would become. But children love their parents regardless of goodness and she wanted to, no needed to believe they would do right by Danny. That no her parents wouldnt try to turn their son into a science experiment and strap him to a table and cut him open. She so craved and longed for a normal stable family. Something she no doubt learned doesn’t exist while studying physiology. She can’t blame herself. She knows it’s not her fault. She is still a child and still loved her parents. Even now as she makes plans to leave them and never come back to them. Even now she loves them. ‘Maybe im making a mistake’ ‘am I doing the right thing?’ The doubts pour into her mind. Then she sees them or talks to them and is once again reminded of why shes doing this. She has no doubts about if she can do it. She is smart and resourceful. She can easily make it on her own with a full ride to pretty much any collage. She would earn money as a tutor still and maybe even write articles online for cash, shes already got some offers, but that little voice in her mind still nags at her that they’re her parents and they love her. Maybe they used to but she knows they only care about one thing. Their “work” or their “science” in reality it’s their obsession. Ironic how they are like ghosts with their obsession controlling them. Unable to do anything else, think about anything else, until is fulfilled. If they just achieved their goal they would let up and maybe even return to their family. Minds no longer unable to sleep due to thoughts of their target. But Jazz could never let them. The price of her loving parents is the life of her sweet little brother. What a choice for a 17 year old to make. Have the family she was promised from all the media she had as a kid, showing familys of understanding and endless love. Or lose any hope of loving parents to help her little brother have his own loving family.

The choice was clear. She would sacrifice anything for him after all. If he asked her to give up her human life and join him in ruling the Realms she would have. Hell if he asked her to become a halfa she would have. This sweet boy whos willing to give up everything for everyone else deserves at least that. The hero who is not loved for his acts but despised, hated even, by those who he protects. A crueler fate even that his whole being obsessed with protecting them. Even if he wanted to give up on them he couldnt. She doesn’t even think hes capable of wanting to give up on protecting them. His ghost obsession keeps him from it. So she will give to the giver. He deserves just that.

Introduction: (if youve seen this already its becuase im moving blogs)

Uhhhhh idk how to introduce things i barely got a C in english but the idea behind wolfpire is like a dark fantasy au of community. the big changes are:

This all takes place in and around Aberystwyth(A-buh-rist-wuth),wales because I'm welsh and also america perplexes me.

Troy is now a werewolf,he lives in his family's pack (it's like a small village in the countryside) after his mom died he was made the leader against his will by his dad since he wanted Troy to grow up faster and become more responsible. Oh and troys ftm now because ik him better then harmon.(also ill be referring to younger troy as troy i wont be giving him a deadname or anything like that because i think thats kinda weird tbh)

Abed is a half vampire, his mom is a human and his dad is a vampire,his mom left (i've said before that she died but i’m changing that) due to similar reasons in the show, abed was always alone since he was home-schooled (as a protective measure), and since he couldn't go to the movies (overstimulation makes it impossible to hide his vampiric side) abed reads screenplays and re-enacts/draws scenes he thinks would be cool. also Since he didn't go to Greendale he instead works at his dads cafe which doubles as a normal cafe but also has a V.I.P area for any other monsters in town who need a place to go and don't need to hide themselves.

Annie wasn't able to go to rehab due to her parents, she's constantly tired from all nighters she has to pull for her straight A+’s (or else her parents will kick her out) it doesn't help that she doesn't have a study group to help her.

Greendale community college is now ‘greendale paranormal investigators’ a (not so successful) agency that investigates,documents and “takes care of” any paranormal/supernatural activity, it also has a trainee/apprenticeship program.

My best attempt at a timeline of events(this'll be short for now because i don't have too many events “planned” in my head):

Troy and abed first met when they're younger like 5-7, Abed was in his backyard re-enacting a scene from a screenplay with some pebble/rock statues he made, when troy who got lost on a field trip with his family and found abed playing in his backyard and got excited to see another kid his age so he jumped into his backyard and thats when they first met, they talked for hours and hours troy was happy to finally have a person who didn't judge or criticize him and abed was happy to have someone to talk to who wasn't “too busy” to listen to him. I also feel like abed did that speech thing with jeff in ep1 but with troy.

Periodically when he can troy would sneak away and visit abed at least once a week after a while abed starts baking snacks he thinks troy will like, introducing him to Gobi who was worried for troy but also happy that his son had someone to talk and specificity looking for screenplays he knows troy will like so they can re-enact them together.
