yep! Alice in Wonderland! I have ocs for the queen, the white rabbit, mad hatter, blue caterpillar, cheshire cat, and some in the same universe that aren't directly based on Alice in Wonderland characters.

I've only actually drawn two of them but here!

they're all in one connected multiverse, and I like thinking of silly little scenarios, so technically they're all in a slice of life

with one exception!!

Undersocation!

which is a work in progress but the basic plot synopsis is that it starts as a slice of life and shenanigans with the association employees

but then the Catalyst happens and what's basically the apocalypse happens

our main characters are Sans (Spade) and Kyrian, and their main goal is to find their respective brothers, Papyrus (Clover) and Evelin

they don't know if Pap and Eve are okay or even alive, because they were out of town on a mission--but they were due to come back on the day the catalyst happened, so their status is unconfirmed

yep! two pairs (that I remember lol) Moonlight and Midnight, and Yuuto and Yuki! (don't. question my naming conventions lmao. the first two are from when I was in elementary school and the second two have the Yu- "prefix" so to speak running through the whole family lol)

Stella was laying in her bed ⸺ well technically the guest bed in the guest room in her brother's jack and Luke's apartment. She was having her annual visit, and it was the time of day where her brothers were both napping, and she wasn't in the mood to go out by herself. She was honestly feeling quite bored not having her brothers around to annoy, that's why she was aimlessly scrolling through TikTok. But her boredom was quickly healed when she watched the latest TikTok lily sent her, a mischievous smile forming on her lips as her mind already formed a plan. 

Stella swiftly slipped out of bed and grabbed her hoodie and put it over her tank top before leaving the room. She heard the faint sound of her brother's voice coming from the kitchen, she could tell that they just woke up from their tone. Both of her brother's heads turned to her as she walked into the kitchen, Luke giving her a tired smile as Jack just groaned and rested his head on the cold island counter they were sitting at. “Can you grab us the milk?” Jack groaned tiredly and Stella rolled her eyes but got the milk for them, nonetheless, setting the carton next to the box of cereal the two were about to destroy. 

Stella pulled out a box of fruit snacks and set them on the counter, only using that as a distraction so she could prop up her phone to film them without them seeing it. She started the video and gave the camera a wink before she turned around and faced her brothers who were shoveling cereal into their mouths. Stella leaned back against the counter and asked, “Can one of you drive me too best buy?” 

 “Sure! What do you need at best buy?” Luke was quick to agree, wanting to spend more time with his little sister, Jack looked at Stella curious on what she needed at best buy, he was about to open his mouth to offer to give her his card, but she was already talking. “Oh! I need to get a ring light, i left mine at home.” 

“Why do you need a ring light?” Jack askes with a confused frown. Stella had to stop her lips from curling up into a smile at the genuine confusion, oh her poor brothers have no idea what they're getting into. Stella gave her brothers a smile and tries her best to sound as calm as she could as she speaks “Oh i need one to film my new only fans video and i left mine at home.”  

Stella bit her lip and turned to face the counter, pretending to do things, knowing that she would not be able to face her brothers without bursting out into laughter. The camera perfectly got both of her brothers' reactions. Luke choked on his cereal in shock and started coughing. Jack dropped his spoon in his bowl as his body went still in shock as he looked at the back of his little sister's head. 

“What did you just say?” Jack asked his sister, hoping that he and Luke heard wrong. There was no way she was serious ⸺ she couldn't be. Stella let out a quiet breath and tried to collect herself before turning around to face her brothers. She turned back around to face her brothers, holding everything in so she wouldn't laugh, she gives them a smile pretending to be unbothered “I need to get a ring light so i can film my on⸺” 

“We heard you!” Luke quickly cut Stella off after catching his breath from his fit of coughs, he shook his head in disgust he did not want to hear his sister repeat it. Jack looks at his sister in fear and shakes his head no, repeatedly muttering no under his breath. Poor boy was stressed. “Stella, you can't be serious! You can't have only fans” Jack nearly shouted as he placed both of his hands on the island counter. 

“And you sure as hell can't film your . . . your videos in our guest bedroom” Luke scoffs his face twisted in disgust, he did not need to know this about his sister, and he did not need to think of what she could be doing in their guest bedroom. “Gross” Jack whined in disgust at his younger brother's words. 

“Why not I really need the money” Stella did her best to frown, giving her brothers her puppy eyes that she knew always worked in her favor, but this time it was different, they were not going to fall for it. Jack's eyes nearly pop out of his sockets at his sister's revelation, she was doing this because she needed money? He quickly reached into his pocket for his wallet while Luke questioned her in shock “Money? Your doing this for money?” 

“Obviously” stella giggled with a shrug of her shoulder, gently biting her lip to hold in her laughter when she sees Luke hold his head in his hands and jack hold out his wallet for her “Here take my wallet, buy whatever you want as long as you delete your account.” 

“Awee you're going to buy my ring light for me?” Stella playfully cooed as she reached for the wallet, very much enjoying messing with her brothers. Luke's eyes widen and he quickly snatches Jack's wallet before she could grab it, over his dead body. Luke scoffs at the audacity “Neither of us are going to sponsor your bad decisions.” 

“Oh, trust me i don't need any more sponsors” stella stated as she tried her best to sound innocent and oblivious. Luke's mouth dropped in shock and Stella was sure she was going to see steam coming out of Jack's ears any second now. Jack pulled his phone out of his pocket with a mission “Thats it I'm calling Quinn, he can talk some sense into your delusional ass self.” 

Stella’s eyes widen and she quickly grabs jacks' phone out of his hands before he could get the chance to call their eldest brother, she also wanted to pull this prank on Quinn when she comes to visit, and she wasn't going to have them ruin that even though she wasn't really looking forward to it. Stella quickly shouted when she noticed the two heated stares from her brothers “Wait! Wait! It's just a prank!” 

Neither of her brothers believed her until she broke out into a fit of giggles and turned around to grab her phone, lifting it up and showing them that they were being filmed. A loud laugh leaves her lips at the sight of her brother's reaction to her phone. Both of their shoulders sag in relief and Jack drops his head onto the island counter and lets out a loud groan of annoyance, while Luke just crosses his arms and glares at his sister. Yes, he was relieved that it was all fake, but his heart was almost beating out of his chest from the stress she just put him through. 

Stella gives the camera a small smile before stopping it, she slides it into her pocket and clears her throat and gives both of her brothers an awkward smile. She could tell that they both were a little upset from the prank. Stella tries her best to sound enthusiastic as she asks her two now grumpy brothers “Who wants to help me plan out the same prank for quinny!” 

Now that got a smile on both of their lips . . . 

Now Stella was way more nervous to pull the prank on quinn than she was with Jack and Luke. Quinn was different. She knew it was just a prank, but she was still scared to see Quinn’s reaction. She was honestly going to blow the whole prank off, but she was starting to get annoyed by the many texts from an impatient Jack asking her if she's done it yet. Not only was she nervous to do it, but there was also just not a good time for her to do it yet. 

She has been busy almost every day, going out with her brother almost every day, Elias and Brock joining them. She was having a great time, so she really didn't want to ruin it by pranking her older brother by making him believe she was starting an only fans account. But she said she would, and Stella doesn't go back on her word. Ever.  

Stella quickly glanced at her brother who was focusing on the video game he was playing on the living room tv. They were spending the day inside, neither of them wanting to go out during the hot day. Stella discretely sets up her phone against a pillow next to her, her phone getting a good view of both of the siblings who're sitting next to each other. 

Stella lets out a nervous sigh before quickly starting the video and leans back on the couch, letting her phone get a great view of both of their side profiles. Quinn was leaning forward with his arms on his knees and a controller in his hand. Stella sat Criss cross on the couch and tilted her head to look at quinn as she spoke “Quinn i have to tell you something.” 

“Hmm yeah, what is it?” Quinn quickly glanced back and forth from his sister and the tv a few times before settling his gaze back on the tv. Stella nervously bit her lip for a second, quickly glancing at the camera before looking back at her brother. She spoke calmly “I think I'm going to start an only fans.” 

Quinn physically recoiled in shock at his sister's words, and the both of them were surprised that his neck didn't snap with how fast it turned to her. The controller dropped out of his hand and hit the rug covered floor. His eyebrows furrowed in confusion, not believing the words coming out of his sister's mouth “Excuse me?” 

“I’m thinking of  ⸺ “ 

“Why the fuck are you thinking about that?” Quinn asked in a sharp tone as he fully twisted his body to face her. Stella felt her lips twitch up at how high his tone got; it always did when he was upset. Stella pursed her lips before she could smile and ruin the prank, she continued to speak calmly “A lot of people have asked me  ⸺ “ 

“Who the fuck is asking you that?” Quinn questioned stella, his tone angry as he thought of people trying to convince his little sister to start an account, fucking perves his hissed in his mind. No! Quinn was not going to let this happen. She must not be thinking straight, he continued to think. 

“You’d be surprised, apparently I'd make a lot of money!” Stella pretends to be excited at the thought, even giving Quinn a smile. Oh, he's so going to kill me, Stella thought to herself as she watched her brother's concerned expression turn into anger. Quinn shook his head in disbelief, bringing his hand up to rub at his temples as he closed his eyes, a sigh of stress leaving his lips before he opened his eyes and looked back at his sister. 

“Estella, you are 19 years old! You should still be playing with your barbies or somethin!” 

“The minimum age is eighteen . . . I’ve been researching it” Stella hummed as she nodded, biting her lip to stop herself from giggling at the dramatic exhale he let out.

“Oh, is that right” quinn muttered sarcastically under his breath, he didn't know how to approach the situation. He definitely did not agree with the idea of Stella doing that, but he also didn't want her to feel like he was judging her or was disappointed in her . . . but he knew it was a little late for that from his reaction. Quinn let out another sigh before speaking much more calmly “Stella . . . is this really something you want to do?” 

“I think so” she mumbled, starting to feel bad from how stressed he looked. 

“Well, I um . . . all I ask is that you really think about it okay?” Quinn spoke softly as he reached for Stella's hand, softly squeezing it. Yes, he wanted to forbid her from doing it, but he also didn't want to take her choice away from her, she had to make the choice herself, and he didn't want her to feel embarrassed to talk about things with him. He continued to speak as he locked eyes with Stella “This is a big decision, you know. Once things go on the internet, they never come off. Just really think if this is what you want to do.” 

Stella internally awes at Quinn's words, his initial reaction showed that he did not agree and was not happy with her words, but he calmed down and gave her a mature and sweet response. Quinn lets out a surprised “Oh!” when he feels Stella lunges towards him, wrapping her arms around his shoulder for a hug. Quinn is confused for a second, but he quickly returns the hug. Stella squeezes her eyes shut and speaks loud enough for her phone to pick it up “It's just a prank.” 

“What!?” Quinn exclaims as she pulls back from the hug, a giggle leaving Stella's lips at the confused look Quinn gives her. “It's just a prank quinny” Stella gets out between her loud laughter, her head tilting back against the couch. Quinn let out a heavy sigh, his body still tense even with the confession of it being a prank, he had to make sure “So you're not going to make an only fans?” 

“No, I'm not, don't worry!” Stella continues to giggle, her laughter only getting louder when Quinn lets himself lean back on the couch, his hand resting over his fast-beating heart. Quinn shuts his eyes and lets himself calm down, his body relaxing. “Oh, thank god!” 

“Why would you do that stella! Are you trying to kill me?” Quinn quickly shouts as he sits back up, many questions running through his mind. Who gave her the idea to do this? Why would she do this? And do you think I can guilt trip her into cooking dinner? 

“It was Jack's idea!” Stella was quick to throw her brother under the bus, quickly reaching to grab her phone to pause the video before it got too long. Quinn's eyes widen, and a look of betrayal comes across his face at the fact that she videotaped the whole thing. The last thing the camera gets is a shocked Quinn looking over a giggling Stella's shoulder. 

Stella tilts her head to look at her brother who got really quiet, her eyes widening at the glare he was giving her. She noticed a familiar look of mischief in his eyes, and she quickly got up from the couch and rushed down the hallway to hide in the guestroom, just as she closed the door, she heard the sound of his loud footsteps and the sound of him shouting. 

“Estella!”

Hello darling! First of all, thank you so much! It really makes me happy that people like my ocs! It really means a lot. Not to mention that I was generally surprised to see that so many liked Lucy's design! thanks yall! I was so happy to read those comments 🖤

And well, yeah! I want to write a fanfic with her so I have a few things planned. Lucy is an old oc frommmm 2019, but I decided to bring her back to life with a redising and all 🦇

Soooooo Lucy Fernby is a British girl who was born in 1975. Her parents are quite famous musical artists (especially her father) so she always had an approach to music. Actually, Lucy has absolute pitch and ease with some instruments, however she prefers to play the bass and write songs to cope with certain emotions that she doesn't know how to share. If I had to assign her a voice, I would say that she speaks like Gwen of Total Drama but with a British accent (although certainly Serena's voice from downtown is still an option lmao) , and when she sings it would sound like Mary Elizabeth McGlynn.

Even so, her parents (Emily, a goth singer and Luke, a rock band guitarist) got divorced when she was still a child. Her father returns to the USA but still tries to be as present in her life as possible. Despite this, due to a situation that Lucy does not want to talk about, they distance themselves when she is 14. I CLARIFY because I know it is very ambiguous, no, her father did not hurt her or anything, only Lucy keeps everything to herself.

Lucy had a lot of problems that affected her way of relating to others, both with people of her age and with her own parents. Due to a series of bad decisions she misses the school year and that's when her mother decides that it is best to send her to live with her father so that she can get away from "the toxic environment she is in."

This is how Lucy ends up going to live with her father at the Addison Apartments because well, a rock star who lives in a town that no one knows = peace of mind and time which he can dedicate to his daughter and himself!

oh, another fun fact of her! A year before moving to the Addison Apartments, she had a platonic friend/crush named Meri with whom she lost connection. I mention this because Lucy has a tendency to isolate herself when something happens and simply end a relationship instead of fighting for it, which she did at the time with Sally and the rest of the gang, but she has learned to be more open about how she feels.

Meet Froggie's OCs: Rosamund

I've put together a little info sheet on my first OP OC for those of you who are curious about her 😊 I'm going to make another one for my Heart Pirate girlie but I wanna finish designing her helmet/outfit before I do. If anyone wants to know anything about Rose not answered here, feel free to ask! I love talking about my guys.

Pre Timeskip vs Post Timeskip Design

Name: Rosamund Age: 18 (Pre-Timeskip) / 20 (Post-Timeskip) Crew: Strawhat Pirates Role: Record/Log Keeper Height: 5’0 / 153cm

Joining the Crew: Rosamund first encountered the Strawhats when their dinky little rowboat washed up on the shore of her island shortly before she was meant to take her vows to become a nun. She was told not to help the suspicious individuals, but she saw they were starving and lost and she couldn’t help but feed them and bring them into her home. Before meeting Luffy, she had never thought about her life as her own to live, but when he describes his dream to become King of the Pirates she starts to wonder what freedom would taste like for the first time. She couldn’t help but jump on the opportunity when Luffy asked her if she wanted to come join his crew.

Love Interests: Sanji and Zoro (though she and Zoro both haven’t realized he’s included in this)

Outfit/Design Notes: Pre-TS Rosamund’s outfits are inspired very heavily by fairytale princesses: lots of frills, pastels, and bows. She’s very innocent and naive when she first joins the crew, and her fashion sense reflects this. The outfits are also very large and not form-fitting, as a way for her to hide in plain sight. She tends to wear mostly blue, though any pastel is on the table. 

Post-TS Rosamund’s fashion sense involves a lot more skin tight clothes, fishnets, and jewelry. In the two years she’s separated from her friends, she’s caught up in helping overthrow a tyrannical government, and her fashion is largely inspired by the rebels she teams up with, who dress a bit more punk (darker colors, leather jackets, ripped clothing). She doesn’t dress fully within the style, more of an imitation of it, because it is, just like her previous clothing choices, just her trying to imitate someone else without fully understanding them instead of finding her own distinct style. She wears a pastel blue lipstick, an indication she hasn’t fully let go of how she used to be, no matter how much she insists she has. She’s also picked up smoking (to try to feel connected to someone in particular, though she’d never admit that), so she can often be found fiddling with an old silver lighter, which she tries to match her jewelry to.

Powers/Fighting Style: She starts with no devil fruit powers, no haki, or really any self defense skills at all. She learns what she can by observing her friends and their enemies, carefully detailing in her records the way they all fight, and finding what she can imitate. Over the timeskip, she’s taught armament haki and observation haki, though I think armament doesn’t come as naturally to her so she relies heavily on predicting opponents moves and careful planning more than anything else.

Okay okay back with more Bandit questions and observations now!!! Hi!!! First off, what's the model of his gun? Literally just curious, really doesn't mean anything unless I feel like drawing it lmao. This whole time I was under the impression he travels through Zones for some reason lol? I guess that's my curse of having a handful of ECU Elsen that do that themselves lmao. I modeled Bandit's gun after a Glock?? Kinda?? I didn't really reference a specific model, more like loosely inspired. I probably should create a prop-reference for it, but I haven't yet.

Bandit's dislike for authority does not stretch to wanting to take out the guardians. It would be counter-intuitive to his role as a merchant to kill off his customers by killing off the guardians. Bandit cares too much about profit, and although the guardians are annoying, without them he wouldn't have profit.

Bandit is fully aware on how the world of OFF works, it's inner workings, and other meta things.

Bandit will say anyone is his friend, even if they clearly hate him. Louis would be the only one that would truly think of Bandit as a friend (except maybe my elsen-sona, but they're a mary-sue type oc and should probably not be counted if we're talking in-universe/story lol)

As Finch is the protagonist in my game concept, Bandit will be the merchant selling them items. Finch is distrusting of Bandit, but sees him as a necessity in their mission. I do have an idea where Bandit does steal something from Finch to propel the plot, but who knows if that'll stay in the final lol

Bandit x Redd is a joke ship created by @brandy-elsen (tagging the account it was posted on and not your current account because I do not wanna waste a tag on this I am sorry Brandy AHHSGFG). All the credits to her for the comedic genius. I think you guessed right as to why that ship exists tho. I just drew it for that post because it met the "two pieces of fanart" criteria I set.

Bandit travels the zones, your initial assumption was right. He is only in Zone 3 on the askbandit blog because of the story being told on there. He's gotta refill his stock of sugar manually since sugar happens to be one of the things he cannot magically pull from his pack.

Augh, thank you anon! This is super sweet to log onto after a night of no sleep and in the middle of working on one of two huge assignments due this week.

I'm going to do 4 things I'm passionate about, I think.

D&D I love the collaborative storytelling of it all. That my little guy and your little guy and a few other people's little guys are all working together to write a story, and it's just happening. I am eternally grateful that I started playing d&d my freshman year of college, and even though it's only been in my life for just over 2 years, I literally cannot imagine where I would be now without it. This game is not just my special interest but also my lifeline, and it means the world to me. I could yammer on about any of my campaigns for hours on end, and I have a near-encyclopedic knowledge of rules and spells. (The latter of which is very funny given that I've never played a full caster.) I also love homebrewing things, and I've undergone some pretty intense homebrew projects for the DM of my Sunday game (including stat blocks and maps for three sailing ships, plus rules for ship combat). I also have vague ideas for campaigns of my own that I would love to DM someday.

My OCs Be they for d&d or for any of my other writing projects (RTQ/ATQH I miss you...), I could talk for hours about my original characters. I have so much to say about all of them, and I know more than I would ever need to know, and more than anyone would ever care to ask. Character creation is one of my favorite things to do, and it comes to me more easily than writing a complete story, so I have countless characters who exist in a vacuum with no world or story to support them. But I still love them anyways. I will gladly ramble about my characters anytime, so feel free to send me an ask if you're ever curious about anyone I post.

Reading Reading has been my number one source of comfort and escapism for as long as I can remember. I taught myself to read when I was 3, without my parents even being aware of it until I started reading roadsigns at random. I have over 270 books in my bedroom, and that number is ever-growing, since books are one of my most frequent impulse purchases. (In fact I have another 6-10 books waiting for me when I get back to my dad's house this weekend...) I'm always looking for more recommendations or people to yell about books with, so if you're an avid reader, don't be afraid to send me a message!!

My Friends I spent a lot of time lonely as a kid, and I didn't really start making friends until I came to tumblr and discord. All of my closest friends I've met through one or both of those platforms. I absolutely adore all of them, and I'm so lucky to have found these amazing people. I will do my best to always shower them with the love they deserve. I'm generally a very chatty and outgoing person (sometimes to an extreme degree that ends up scaring off potential friends), and when I say that I'm okay with people messaging me out of the blue, I 100% mean it.

Animals I mean, I'm a zoology student, so I don't think this one is surprising in the slightest. I have essentially zero empathy for humans, but I've always felt more for animals. Not only are all 4 of my cats (2 at my dad's, 2 at my mom's) the loves of my life who I would kill and die for, I also want to work with animals for the rest of my life. Particularly my interest is in animal behavior, and I want to do enrichment work in a zoo setting. I am a nearly endless repository of animal facts, and my biology of mammals class that I'm taking this semester is only adding to that.

(BONUS) Video Games I've been a big fan of video games since middle school, but it wasn't until about my freshman year of college that I started really cementing my taste in games. I had been playing a lot of life sims, but none of them managed to hold my interest for very long. The first turn-based/RPG game I really played with Wildermyth. Eventually I starting playing Divinity: Original Sin 2, after having owned it for almost a year, and I was in love. From there I moved on to Slay the Spire, Baldur's Gate 3, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, to name a few. (Other games I've enjoyed in the recent past include Roots of Yggdrasil, Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew, and Rogue Waters.) I have a very deep love of turn-based combat, story-based RPGs, and rogue-likes or rogue-lites, so anything that has some or all of those elements is going to be an immediate love from me. (Turn-based combat is almost a must for me, though. Despite greatly enjoying the story of Dragon Age: Origins, the god-awful combat has prevented me from making any progress beyond Morrigan's recruitment.)

I've collected these over the years as I got more comfortable and more well versed with neos and xenos. As for how I got my first preferred set, zey/zem, it actually started with the commonly used/seen ze/zir! Over time, I had morphed it into being zey/zem (adjacent to they/them) because it felt more right. I've been using zey/zem for nearly 2 years now! Hy/hymn was actually pretty recent and it was during a conversation about one of my ocs, Seraph. We had talked about how it'd be silly if an angel-coded character used hy/hymn pronouns and that's when I remembered how much I loved the concept of not-quite-right angels (thank you Mandela Catalogue, you forever haunt my personal narrative) and that I also would love to identify with hy/hymn! I don't quite remember how i got ve/vem/vys, but I do know that it is adjacent to he/him/his (as is hy/hymn).

Now I don't really use my nouns (noun/nounself) nor do I tell people to use them. Actually, I never force anyone to use any of my neos! If someone doesn't want to use them, for any reason, I simply say "just use he/it for me then!" My nouns are more personal identifiers for me, but the way they're perceived can vary from person to person!

As for xenogenders, finding xenos (and neos) are both a bit difficult when you don't know where to look, me personally, I found myself in a discord server from tiktok that was centered around neos and xenos. I was able to talk to people and learn a lot more about the community, as well as collect more neos/xenos. There are a lot of coiners (people who make xenogenders) here on tumblr, and you can definitely start by looking through some of the tags I'll be using on this post! You can also go to the accounts linked above to find some you like!

I also have a really extensive neopronouns list saved to my bookmarks that can give you some ideas! You can also make your own! There's no need for you to use ones already created; the whole point of neopronouns is for them to be new and special to you. (neo means new in latin, funnily enough, so neopronouns directly means new pronouns!!) Your neos don't need to be connected to any of your xenos, and you don't have to identify with any xenos to use neos, and vice versa!

I get really happy when people ask me about my journey with neos and xenos, so sorry for yapping so much, and I hope this helps a lot!!

OOO THIS IS A FUN QUESTION !! for this ill be talking about only the ocs that i have developed in someway story wise bc i feel that makes the most sense

as u mentioned all my ocs are lesbians bc i have free will and there should always be more lesbians

all of my ocs have a fatal flaw, usually deriving from addiction. Mercy is an alcoholic and a chain smoker, Uri is a pyromaniac, Patch was a gambler, etc. I personally have a ver addictive personality and have to be very careful bc of that. So i often show that in my characters !

They also have an obsession of sorts. This can be the addiction, or some kind of goal, and it is usually selfish. Mercy wants to kill the vampire that took her father from her, Sweeney would sacrifice herself if her wife asked her too, Freya wants to be perfect and is chasing the high she once had as a child prodigy, Uri is obsessively paranoid about their past and the possibility that they killed their mother. I am very much a person that is all or nothing, if i latch onto something i follow thru to my own detriment

Back to Mercy as she has the most development, a lot of myself is in her ! she has an explosive personality and mood swings, crumbles the second she feels like she isnt in control of herself, has no concept of authority, is extremely impulsive, and can be quite irrational and frankly a brat at times

I struggle a lot with my flaws, i try to be as good of a person as I can but mental illness is a bitch and can jumble your thinking, specifically in relation to my schizophrenia ! while not all my characters are schizophrenic they all exhibit traits. They are selfish and put up a front of confidence and try to pretend they dont need anyone, but at the end of the day they just want to belong somewhere.

long story short, i play into my flaws a lot with characters because it helps me process and deal with them in a way that is creative. Sometimes these flaws are exaggerated, sometimes not. But all of my characters have parts of my personality !

Orphanheirs' OC: Tristan is the youngest child of a fabulously wealthy country gentleman in England in the early 19th century. He is the spoiled brat you would expect. 12 years old at the time of the main plot, he's spent his childhood so far sequestered indoors due to chronic medical issues. He's intellectually precocious and knows a lot about a wide variety of academic subjects, but he's particularly passionate about the occult and fancies himself a black magician. He'd previously been obsessed with science, then got frustrated with the limitations it had in the time period and turned to magic. He also loves literature, art, music, and fashion. He's self-centered and arrogant and can be quite cruel. He tends to be duplicitous in the way he acts towards others vs his intentions, and insolent towards adults/authority figures. The lack of affection and socialization in his formative years has made him see others as objects, a means to an end. But he's also curious, creative, and fun loving. If he finds you fascinating or shares your interests, you might get genuine conversation from him- though he might act insufferably entitled to know everything about you/everything you know. He's extremely determined to get what he wants. He recently summoned a demon to help him run away from home, and now he's on his own. (Well..the demon is..still there..) Free at last! (Except for the..pact..) Tristan's a sickly pale and frail looking kid, with blue eyes and dark hair.

My OC: Celio has passionately been a priest for several years, a role that, in the Prodigal world, also bids you massive authority and wealth. Because of that, he has a complicated relationship with authority—unless you're a literal higher-up like a bishop, or someone he deeply cares for, he feels he has no reason to listen to anybody but himself or God. (His own interpretation of God, that is. And as the story goes on, God's guidance seems to conveniently align more and more with what he wants it to.) When he's in the public to give back to his community, he's able to be polite, patient, compassionate, and fair for the greater good, but behind closed doors, he loses control over himself, his severe anger issues, control issues, paranoia, and guilt spirals all on full display. He has a rigid way about him, always adhering to a schedule, which ties into his hardworking attitude—he could be bleeding out and still insist he's fine in favor of getting things done. In general, it's difficult for him to admit to any kind of vulnerabilities, so he doesn't have anyone he truly trusts and is close with. However, he does still enjoy being social and going to social gatherings, even if he doesn't have true friends. He's interested in fashion, which shows in his way of dress, and enjoys both painting and playing piano. He would love to talk to you about his favorite painters and plays :)

How they'd interact: I had to choose Celio as my OC because I think these two would be enemies in the funniest way possible. For one, they have fairly similar temperaments (arrogant, cruel, manipulative) and Celio has the exact lack of self-awareness to meet someone exactly like himself and go "wow, what a prick". They'd just get into fights constantly, and a big reason for that would be Celio's closed off nature. Whenever Tristan is asking about his family or friends or general personal life, he's going to be either giving some witty joke that "answers" it but doesn't actually disclose much, or openly shutting him down. Celio can be good with children when it's a part of his priestly duties, but otherwise, he doesn't have any particular method and kind of just talks to them the same he does to adults, which I think could be affirming of Tristan's intelligence. He's also well dressed with an interest in fashion and art, so there would be a conversation topic there, too, until he sees the whole...demon situation and drops all casualty. He really would not be focused on Tristan himself, and would just be trying to convince him into doing an exorcism and repenting for performing black magic, feeling fear for his future in the afterlife. I assume Tristan might want his help with the demon, but really dislike the whole doom and conversion mentality he has (don't blame him). Overall, I think whether either of them like it or not, though, Celio would eventually become a mentor figure with Tristan, where he tackles his spoiled nature and tries to teach him "the truth of the world" in his eyes: "stay soft, get eaten".

This was touched on in the first drawing, but Donnie's reason for why his wings can fold is because he got the trait from a moth relative of theirs. In "reality", his wings fold mainly so that it would be easier to transport his puppet self, but also so that his wings wouldn't take up the entire frame when filming (homie's got big wings)

There are siblings in the Pillar family that are even older than Donnie and younger than Howdy, so they're both technically middle children. R.I.P 😔

Ruby doesn't have any siblings of any sort, she was always an only child

The cast would all die and absolutely destroy just about anyone for the sake of Ruby, no cap. She's precious!

I tried to design Donnie to sort of be in the middle of Howdy and clownsuu's oc Robbie (such as his skin color being kinda in the middle of theirs, Donnie being primarily rectangles compared to Howdy's circles and Robbie's triangles, etc.)

When they first visited Frank FREAKED. He got super excited at the fact that Donnie was a butterfly, and he often talks to him and asks him lots of questions for research reasons (also because they're pretty chill with eachother lol)

Wally has been seen having staring contests with the "fake eyes" on Donnie's wings. Sometimes Wally actually wins! How? Who knows!

Ruby's wings flutter when she's happy or when she laughs. Sometimes you can hear a faint buzzing sound from her wings when you find her listening to Barnaby's jokes!

Journal entry from a Riften bunkhouse

Here’s a little snippet from a BIG WIP— i’ve been working on it for almost a year, and this is the FIRST thing I’ve published! 😬 Some of it (like this part) is in the form of journal entries. The whole story spans both Second Era and Fourth Era timelines, and features both the Dragonborn and the Vestige of Coldharbour.

This, though, is neither of them—it’s one of the main characters (OC), a Khajiit from the Second Era (less than a decade after the epic year of 2E 582). He’s in his 30s and from Riverhold, which means he’s lived through the Knahaten flu and two Imperial occupations of his home city. He will someday become the first Khajiiti Arch-Mage of the College of Winterhold, and this is an excerpt from his journal as he makes his way to Winterhold for the first time, to enroll in the College.

Tonight, we are staying at a dingy bunkhouse in Riften. I was, quite unexpectedly, unsuccessful in my attempt at seduction a few days ago, but Vihk was still kind enough to invite me to the tavern with him and some of the others from the caravan. I think he was only being polite, and anyway I was feeling quite restless, so I spent the evening wandering the docks and streets in thought. I had heard the guard here harasses wanderers, especially at night, but correctly guessed that account was from someone who is not of my stature or impressively sleek clawfulness. The worst I got was one “keep moving, cat.”

I do not know how long it has been since I have felt motivated, curious, and excited to learn, but today, when I talked to those mages in the caravan, I remembered: this one is also a mage, and has been ever since he asked his mother if he could learn the clan-magic along with his little sisters. Is this not something Araszha once loved about himself—his intellectual curiosity? To feel it again only made me despair for how long it had been gone, and how little I had even noticed its absence. But to catch a glimmer of it… I wanted to cling to it and chase after it. Not in the joyful way, though, in the urgent and desperate way; clawing at strings. A motivation so flimsy it almost feels shameful.

Still… perhaps it is preferable to my prior plans.

A few days ago in Ska’vyn, I noticed a very handsome, very snobbish-looking Dunmer who was traveling with a caravan to Winterhold, and I saw that Riften was one of the stops the caravan would make. Although I had been idly considering traveling to Riften for a while, I only knew two things about the city: it has a reputation for looking the other way on many unsavory activities, and it is very far away from Riverhold in Ne Quin-al. An ideal destination, yes? I told the caravan driver I was going to Winterhold, and paid for passage, planning to charm my way into a lovely evening (or a few) with a deliciously condescending Dunmeri dandy. 

Perhaps in Riften Araszha-dar would be too drunk to wake up in time for the departure to Winterhold, and be left behind—the caravan driver would already have been paid; no skin off his frozen nose. The only people who might notice a missing cat would be aforementioned Dunmer snob (who would doubtless be glad not to have to avoid eye contact with his most recent less-than-wise decision), and other members of the caravan. All of whom would be unsurprised that the slick and shifty Liar-dar they had met was as unreliable as he was insufferable, and perhaps be mildly relieved to be free of such a cat, if they felt anything at all.

Riften’s seedy reputation seems well-earned—one could easily get oneself into misfortune here. It would be easy for someone—perhaps even someone taller and more furry than most Nords—to go missing, especially at night. In fact, I feel one could easily go missing in such a way that, for example, anyone who might be trailing or threatening them would be delayed for days or weeks, trying to get any sort of definitive answer as to their whereabouts or condition. Otherwise, no one would notice or care, especially if one’s very appearance suggested a lecherous thief to most of the city’s inhabitants—a dozen other identical criminal pests come through here every week, probably. I imagine Riften is more accustomed than most cities to seeing occasional bodies fished out of the water, or removed from a dimly-lit alley, or a cheap inn bed. Likewise, the people of Riften are probably more accustomed than most to avoiding the everyday undead—hollow-eyed skooma eaters, beggars, gamblers, drunks. Which is to say: it seems easy to become a ghost here, and whether one becomes a literal or figurative ghost matters to no one, ghost included. 

Even if, say, one’s family worried for them, even if one’s lovingly tenacious family tracked down their last known location, Riften would shrug with bleak disinterest—why would it matter if a given degenerate ends up face-down in a grimy skooma den, in chains en route to a Morrowind plantation, or at the bottom of the lake? In any case, they are gone. And for the sort of people whose lives end here, one way or another, that is a blessing to them and everyone else—even the people who fish bodies out of lakes and skooma dens get some work out of the deal. My wandering tonight confirmed: Riften seems to be exactly what I was looking for, when I decided a few days ago that it was finally time to make my way here.

I am back in my bunk, but of course I cannot sleep. Isn’t it strange, to think that Mother first told me about the College of Winterhold over twenty years ago? It is stranger still to know that tomorrow, I will be able tell her I have finally arrived!

Hey, I like your art and stuff! Feel free not to answer this if it makes you uncomfortable in any way I’m just curious.

Do you dislike Engiespy because you don’t think the canonical personalities go together/would be toxic/a personal reason or is there a moral problem with shipping them? I’m kinda new to the fandom and I totally get disliking certain ships for various reasons (I personally dislike Sniperspy because of the age gap but don’t think it’s necessarily a bad ship or anything) but I’ve been a big Engiespy shipper from Lil Pootis indoctrination and I’m trying to see if there’s like an ethical problem I’m missing.

If it’s just not your thing and you feel like talking about it, feel free to tell some more, and if not that’s fine too. No hate either way I’m just curious. Stay safe and keep up the cool art (I love ur ocs they’re very cute especially the Observer. Maybe a question for another ask but does she know French? Sorry sorry I’m getting off topic)

It's the first thing basically (I've tried to ship them but it's probably just not my thing. The idea of them having some rivalry over the fact that spy disable his sentries in battle is much more interesting and cooler to me lol)

But yes, she speaks/knows French. I changed her story a bit where now she is Frenchish (French + British) but she still maintains great French customs.

Edit: I used to watch Lil Pootis until last year but after finding out there was Engiespy in it I just lost interest btw (The ship wasn't the main reason I stopped watching this but I personally avoid any interaction with this series too)
