Ye, I have 👀 and I have Thoughts about it

Copy pasting them from the Frank is Pisces thread on the tsbs server, since I'm being lazy right now and don't feel like retyping everything XP the thoughts are all related to Frank and not the episode as a whole, since Frank is my favorite thing of all time to pick apart and study. If there's a specific part of it that you'd like my thoughts on, feel free to ask :P

In Frank's words, "I am a simple set of emotions, possessing an animatronic body. Born from years of human detestment, anger, hate, and fear, the very nature of which is incomprehensible."

And. Part of me is thinking "Ok Frank, whatever you say, bud" since. Obviously, if anyone knows who/what he is, it'd be Frank himself (something something nobody knows you better than you, yourself)

But at the same time, that still doesn't explain how he knows so much about star power, how to condense it, or the astral bodies themselves. He's even given an indication that he knows Castor and Pollux specifically, so like?????? Good sir. Funky little man. My beloved cryptid. What in gods name are you talking about

I'm still holding out for the Pisces thing (maybe he's Pisces and willingly left them, because his sign is very sensitive and probably couldn't deal with some of their nonsense), for all the evidence I compiled on it, all the similar habits he has to the Gemini twins, and the unexplained knowledge he has. The knowledge could be explained away as stuff he learned by watching, but like. Some stuff, you wouldn't know unless you did it yourself or were seeking out something very specific

Astral bodies are mysterious, they don't give away information about themselves all willy-nilly to anyone who asks. Frank might've just ran with the assumption that Puppet made about him and is building off of that to keep anyone from getting suspicious or asking anymore questions

Morgan has found herself on my Earth-63! what does she do? :)

Ooh an interesting question indeed! I admittedly am not super caught up on all the lore, so feel free to correct me if I got something wrong or ask me about something I missed! (And for anyone who wants to read about Earth-63, check this tag, it has all the posts!). The rest of my thoughts are below the cut:

Your Earth-63 is gender-swapped, so I imagine Morgan would have quite a confusing time trying to find someone who looks familiar 😂 though at least Barbie’s face claim on E63 is Emily Bett Rickards, E1’s Felicity, so that would be some whiplash for her, but also comforting in its familiarity—she and E1 Felicity aren’t close friends, but they are friendly with each other, so in a sense, Barbie would be the only real familiar person to Morgan…both in being a female version of her brother, and in looking like Felicity (she even thinks with a laugh that Felicity being the “girl version of Barry” is hilariously literal now)

She’d be so happy that this Earth’s version of Iris (Ira) got to be a police officer like E1 Iris wanted. Morgan would also be a little surprised at seeing Westhallen together as a throuple, but she’s happy for them (she wasn’t exactly tuned in to the romance drama going on in s1 😂 she didn’t much care other than wanting them to be happy (and Barry to be honest with Iris), in whatever way that played out. Not her circus, not her monkeys). The three of them work well together…and it makes her wonder if Westhallen on her Earth could’ve been a reality if things had been different 🥺

She’d hit it off well with Cisca and Caelen too—other than them being genderswapped, they’re still so similar to the versions she knew (same for Ira, Eden, and Barbie ofc). She might be part of Team Flash for a while…or at least, she’d be their friend.

Her doppelgänger would surprise her more than anyone—Jess Wells…not genderswapped, estranged from her mother. The way Jess describes Dr. Wells would probably make her sound like E1 Carla Tannhauser, given that they’re estranged...and though Morgan’s never had the displeasure of meeting E1 Caitlin’s mom, she knows enough to hate the woman on principle. So this fuels her hatred of this Earth’s Dr. Wells

She wouldn’t trust this Earth’s version of Dr. Wells—Harriet Wells, also genderswapped, and Morgan is convinced she’s somehow evil (plus, as mentioned prior, Jess would likely describe her in such a way that she sounds like a neglectful mother to Morgan). I believe on Earth-63, she’s actually herself and not Eoland, so Morgan’s suspicions would ofc be unfounded. Which might put her friendships with the others in jeopardy…

If Eoland or Savitar played their cards right, they’d be able to trick Morgan for any purpose 👀 more specifically, if she’s cast out from the Team and needs a friendly, sympathetic ear…Savitar would be more suited for that purpose, since she has enough of Barbie’s memories to forge a personal connection with Morgan. Though both would have to work on their bedside manner first—both are better at being menacing, especially Eoland, since she wouldn’t have had practice manipulating everyone for 15 years like E1’s Eobard.

1] What's the lie your character says most often?

Most consistently: how they lost their eye (they wear an eyepatch and get asked about it a lot) and loves to change the story up on everyone.

Bonus: Zjinn is multiclassing bard who has adventure and chaos woven into their fucked up DNA. In their case, embellishment and lying is in their kit 😂

10] What fact do they excitedly tell everyone about at every opportunity?

When feeling ornery, Zjinn takes something one of their companions told them and repeats it...but, like, shreds the fact up and sprinkles it into a Salad of Lies. See the above answer for context lol. Gale is victim of this a lot because they like to argue (affectionate) and he makes it too easy. Wizard vs Sorcerer💜🧙‍♂️ (Also I doodled this for you below) :D

12] What's something that makes them laugh every single time? Be specific!

Before the Urge really starts taking a toll on Zjinn, I'd say wrestling (or dancing, if she can get him to) with Wyll - it always ends up silly. "Stupid" drinking games with Karlach...non-serious bickering with Gale (or coming up with absurd twists on incantations to the point one or both of them accidentally take it into battle). When Astarion really gets going on anyone (Zjinn included), she finds a rhythm in his words/voice and turns it into a song, which pisses him off (affectionate) but makes everyone else laugh. Those are the more wholesome things - excluding the dark edgy stuff lol

29] How do they respond when someone doesn’t believe them?

They just keep telling the story, making it even more ludicrous/gross and insert the non-believer into the story as a character where they end up in a compromising/humiliating position until someone (Gale, Wyll, etc) decides to step in or physically removes her😂 She likes to antagonise people.

46] Are they a listener or a talker? If they’re a listener, what makes them talk? If they’re a talker, what makes them listen?

I'd say both! As a bard, Zjinn loves stories and telling them. If it's someone Zjinn respects and has deemed worthy, she tends to listen. Those that fall into category of "utter bellend" she tends to start shit talking them with Astarion until they take notice. :>

51] What’s a phrase they say a lot?

I feel like Zjinn is the type to latch onto something a companion might accidentally say in a funny (unfortunate) way and repeat it in battle or while doing mundane activities, so I don't have anything specific? But I have a HC that Karlach and Wyll would love this and join in on it lol

tbh I have boundless info abt them that I am Dying to share but I’ll just share a few fun facts since this seems like a mostly ~general~ ask :^)

the white hair is actually a product of magic gone awry (hence the black brows/lashes) but they would never admit to fucking up so they just kept it & come up w a different explanation each time someone asks

has ability to make eyes flash red on command and absolutely uses this to fuck w people. yes this is very mid-2000s mary sue of me no i don’t care

actually escaped kinloch hold a few times growing up, but always came back. she never really figures out why

fun and dangerous combo of “fuck you I do what I want” and total kiss ass. (the ass-kissing is mostly so xe can get away with whatever xe wants 🤷🏻)

very musically gifted! in the circle she’d constantly ask to play or to lead a chant but they’d never let her :/

Dreaming didn’t come to her naturally - she had to practice for a long time before she could do it

(part of the reason she’s drawn to solas is because it comes so naturally to him 👀)

she spent quite a bit of her time in the circle reading the dissonant verses of the chant. after the first time she hears solas go on his little revolutionary spiel w sera she revisits them. two totally unrelated events, of course, why do you ask??

I could talk for 800 years about her life seeming to match a lot of andraste’s & why her desire for her suffering to have some kind of “meaning” blinds her to the reality that she’s far from the only person to experience these things – that she isn’t chosen or special or divinely ordained, nor is becoming the herald a “reward” for her faithfulness. this is what the nightmare taunts her with in the fade btw 🤠
