There are times where I’m like “Maybe a Trump win wouldn’t have been so bad if he’d been, y’know, even remotely moderate regarding Covid-protection protocol and accepting the results of the electoral process”. Then I remember Dobbs, and I remember that Pence was reviled for his level of homophobia even before the current Trans Panic, and it’s suddenly a very good thing socioculturally that Biden won the election.

if a trans woman complains about the ongoing campaign of trans genocide in the united states and the uk and your response is “well it’s not TECHNICALLY genocide yet so you really shouldn’t use that word because it makes us look bad” i think you should perhaps actually just shut the fuck up and read literally any news coverage containing the words “trans” and “desantis,” just for starters
