even if it wasn't tsukasa's intention and rui realized that further into the argument, he did at first and that still hurt a lot. especially after how close the two had been without anything like that coming out of tsukasa

Next group in my PRSK Idol AU that I'll be talking about is Fantasy Dreamers!!

But before we get into that, let's dive into one of the official collabs between YYJ, Fantasy Dreamers and Wisteria.

Held in between Valentine's Day and White Day, the show was meant to be the day Shizuku and Tsukasa officially announced their relationship.

Now, both of their managers originally wanted it to just be them, but Wisteria's manager had already booked the venue they had planned on using, and rather than look for a last minute place, they decided, why not work together?? There was a lot of back and forth going on until they settled on an agreement.

Their last performance of the night would be the one where Shizuku and Tsukasa announce their relationship. The couple to be and Airi (although they tried to push for Saki, their reasoning being it'd be like she's giving her brother away) would do the last song together. And the choreography was made so that the new relationship was heavily hinted at (the hand caressing the face).

There was a lot of practice for that one last performance. Both in and out of costume. And when the day arrived, their managers expected e everything to go perfectly.

The show was going great. Each group had their own performances and there were a few mixed group performances as well (such as the Tenma siblings performing together and Ichika, Saki and Shiho performing together*).

But then we get to the final performance.

And rather than the positions they had practiced in (Airi front and center with Shizuku and Tsukasa on either side of her), rather than Shizuku and Tsukasa announce their relationship, Shizuku and Airi use that moment to finally come out as a couple.

*while it's not mentioned here, Ichika, Saki and Shiho do get together. This is one of the things that would help lead them into their relationship.
