I’m thinking the whole Denny getting pinned situation is a dream sequence of some kind. Rewatching the promo it all seems a little… much. It also shows that part right after the announcer says “nightmares”. If I’m wrong you never saw this. If I’m right you all saw this.

The fact that after Dr Moumita was brutally raped and killed, yet to recieve a smidge of justice and evidence was even purposely destroyed to deter the investigation, people went to porn sites to search her name and find photos/ videos of her last moments alive. Recently found out this apparently happens everytime a case of someone being sexually assaulted/ killed goes "viral".

The thing is that its not exactly shocking to me, but it still makes my skin crawl. People are out here protesting and trying to get her justice, meanwhile others are doing this.

feeling very desolate about writing!! entirely bc i'm at a point where what i need rn is a denser community of writers, but the available online groups i can find are focused on critique & Publication™ in a way that i do not need crawling its way into my head, or a local gentler one that meets 40 goddamn minutes away from my house on a weeknight. like i literally just want to be able to sit in a space (physical or online) with a larger community to chat to and commiserate with and find more people to brainstorm with, bc the folks i do have are wonderful but 1) they are all clearly getting v weary of how single-minded i am abt Book and hearing about it and 2) god damn i need more brains bc i'm feeling like i've sort of tapped out the resources i have re: new angles to look at the tangles from so i can untangle them, and they are remaining so goddamn tangled! i am onto an entirely new third draft, which is good and necessary and productive, but also! it is so miserable to toss an entire manuscript for the second time!! like i am GOING to write this fucking book come hell or high water but godddddd can some more ppl pls come hold my hand while i do it ;alksfd

omg just finished the interview.... it was one of the longer ones ive had, around 30 mins??? i feel like i talked so much omg.... also when they asked why i wanted to work there i forgot to say the MAIN reason FUCKKKKK GFDSGDSFGF whatever whatever um . anyway . i think that was a pretty good interview... the guy was pretty nice and understanding... it seems like it's a company where they actually . care gFDSGDFGDSF he seemed proud of the brand and like they care about employees and such.... idk.... i'm so sneepy.... he also emphasized authenticity which i think was nice... it doesn't sound like i'll just be thrown in there the way he explained it sounded very structured which i personally think is beautiful because i love structure... anyway yeah that happenedddd

but UH well, I think sometimes fandom works in such extremes as in, uh, a character can only be interepreted in ONE way and ONE way only. the other way does not exist. That humans are often not black or white and not either or, that they are flawed with many fascets gets lost in the turf fighting for nonsense. If we all just respected each other and understood that media touches everyone differently, then we would be much better off
