I guess today is the day that you all get to learn about my other AO3 account since a lot of these Qs are about overall stuff lol.

1. How many works do you have on AO3?

44 total (14 on sparrow-in-the-field and 30 on idyllic_hummingbird)

2. What's your total AO3 word count?

232,723 on sparrow, and 944,120 on idyllic, so that's 1,176,843 total! Pretty nuts lol

3. What fandoms do you write for?

On sparrow-in-the-field I've written for tbitb, Stranger things, and one Ted Lasso fic (I wanted to write more for Ted Lasso tbh but I was in my Writer's Block Era, so alas it was only one fic. Maybe someday I'll write more??). And idyllic_hummingbird was my BTS account (yes the kpop group lol don't judge me).

4. Top five fics by kudos?

Awakening (BTS) has 2,638

Just Hold On (BTS) has 2,234

A Secret for Shy Affection (BTS) has 2,122

Dirty Laundry (Stranger Things) has 1,888

5. Do you respond to comments?

Yes!! I love responding to comments, I always respond! One of the best parts of writing ff is the sense of community and I love talking about writing so if you comment I will reply!!

6. What is the fic you wrote with the angriest ending?

I only write happy endings lol. I guess my least happy/most ambiguous ending was for my gigantic BTS fic Heartbeats in Stone...so much happened to the boys in that one it felt wrong for everything to wrap up with a perfect happy ending, so I left it more as "not everything is okay rn but maybe with time it will be"

7. What is the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

All my fics have happy endings, idk how to quantify which is the happiest! I guess I'll shout out my tbitb fic The Quiet Act of Loving Someone because I think that one had whole lot of joy in the last chapter and it always gives me the warm fuzzies :')

8. Do you get hate on fics?

I have! The worst was on a taejin fic, I had the all too classic, someone mad at who I had top/bottom in smut discourse 🙃 I was younger back then so I foolishly fought back and it became like a whole thing. Luckily I had a good support system in that fandom so I ended up okay. But there for awhile I was just tagging everything as switching so those type of people would leave me alone lol (can I just say, very glad that no one seems to care about that stuff in this current fandom.)

9. Do you write smut?

I think more of my fics include smut than don't lol. Writing smut is very important to me, it's healing. I see it as an ode to my past self, because I used to have a lot of shame around sex, and writing smut helped me unpack that like, a lot.

10. Craziest crossover?

I've never written a crossover.

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

Not that I'm aware of, and hopefully not. But the BTS and ST fandoms were huge, it wouldn't exactly surprise me if it did happen.

12. Have you ever had a fic translated?

I've been asked several times, and I always politely decline. Idk if it's selfish, but having a work translated requires relinquishing a lot of control, and my fics are so personal and meaningful to me that the idea always gives me too much anxiety to say yes.

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before?

Nope! And sorry to all my writer friends but I don't think I could 😅 I just write my own weird shit, the minute I try to write for a prompt or with someone else I just flounder lol

14. All time favorite ship

I have never been able to have just one! In my BTS days I literally wrote poly ot7 because I wanted to write all the ships lol. In tbitb I thought I'd only write Bobby/Don and then fell in love with Chuck/Roger too and want to write Jim/Shorty. I'm hopeless at picking favorites of things lolol

15. What's a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

This is going to make me sound like an asshole, but I don't ever start writing fics unless I intend to finish them. Did one of my fics take 5 years for me to write? Yes, but I still finished it. I guess if I include like brainstorming fics, I have several tbitb modern au ideas that I want to write but I keep putting off for new ideas, so. Maybe those?

16. What are your writing strengths?

I'd say my biggest strength is dialogue; it comes the most naturally to me when writing. I also tend to get a lot of compliments on my worldbuilding, so I must be decent at it, but tbh to me it just feels like I'm winging it lolol

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

I'm bad a descriptions, idk how to go on at length about how anything looks lol. And this one is terrible, but I'm bad at research. If anything I write is ever inaccurate it's because I was more interested in writing the story than looking up like...how boats work (looking at you, The Cormorant Don lolol)

18. Thoughts on dialogue in another language?

No thoughts head empty? Lol I've never ran into this in a fic before...and it's not something I'd be inclined to write, so...idk.

19. First fandom you wrote in?

BTS :> I was a late bloomer to writing ff, so everything I've ever written is on AO3.

20. Favorite fic you've written?

Again, I'm so bad at picking favorites!! They're all my babies lol. I guess to shout out a few: in BTS stuff, Just Hold On was the first ever novel-length story I'd ever completed so it's very special to me. In Stranger Things by far my favorite was Can We Always Be Friends? because I loved writing more platonic stobin and a lot of Steve's journey with his sexuality was a reflection of myself. I've been super happy with all of my tbitb fics so it's hard to pick a favorite! Tbh it'll probably be The Cormorant because the premise is so dear to me, but it feels like cheating to pick an unfinished fic. Maybe The Quiet Act? That fic got me out of my Writer's Block Era and introduced me to this lovely, lovely fandom, so of course it also holds a special place in my heart :')

99% of the works i’ve written are smut so not angsty lmao but the one angsty thing i’ve written is my ghoap x winter soldier reader series as a whole. it’s not finished yet ofc.

7. what’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

any other fic except for my winter soldier series listed above LMAO i haven’t written much angst yet

8. do you get hate on fics?

I have! particularly for my stalker concepts 😂 I got asks from little miss death threat (iykyk 👀) a long time ago because of them and since then i’ve cut off anyone who supports them because that behavior isn’t tolerated 🥰 no text fic is good enough to overlook that... ever.

I also got hated on everything I write from an ex friend (used to be an ex moot, the same ex moot who ended up being fatphobic) after I ended our friendship! Even though she wrote as “cringey” or even cringier shit when she used to be on here 😂

there was also a sub post about how “keegan wouldn’t break into your house and jerk off” referring to my stalker keegan piece LMAO i don’t write for him anymore and i’m giving that fic away (for personal reasons) but it’s so funny 😭

love it! i don’t mind writing or reading it. i use it a lot in the fic series mentioned in question 6. the way i go about it is i write the language in bolded italics and then i follow with a translation in non bolded italics.

What fandoms do you write for? i used to write for the Hermitcraft fandom, but i've discontinued the one fic i started for it and moved on to The Magnus Archives. i've got a couple story ideas for other fandoms, but idk if they'll go anywhere.

What are your top five fics by kudos? well, i've only got four! but from most- to least-kudosed, there's: - Double Trouble (Hermitcraft, rated G, incomplete multichapter) - Know What Can't Be Shown, Feel What Can't Be Known (TMA, rated T, oneshot) - Time Enough to Spend Some Time Alone (TMA, rated T, oneshot) - Here, Nowhere, Somewhere With You (TMA, rated G, oneshot) and i'm totally not salty my two most kudosed fics are an incomplete work and something i posted at 3am, respectively.

Do you respond to comments? hell yeah! i love answering comments <3

What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending? gotta say Time Enough, bc it's more refined than its predecessor, Know What Can't Be Shown (man i really need to stop giving my fics such long titles, i always end up shortening them when referring to them). but for reference, both are pre-Unknowing jmart kiss fics; it's a favored headcanon of mine. Time Enough also spends more time musing on how Jon and Martin are feeling—that is, they feel Bad. Absolutely Terrible. sad and scared, both for the Unknowing and for each other.

What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending? Here, Nowhere, Somewhere, absolutely. the ending itself is pretty open, but Jon and Martin have reunited post-MAG 200, admitted they still love each other after its events, and found themselves Somewhere Else. it's the most hopeful.

Do you get hate on fics? not yet, thankfully. i'm not a well-known enough author for that lol.

Do you write smut? If so, what kind? i do not! and i doubt i ever will. props to everyone who does, though.

Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written? i don't really write crossovers, at least none i ever planned to publish, but i do have a couple fusion AUs in the works (that is, taking one story's premise and combining it w/the characters of another). and funnily enough, both are based on songs.

Have you ever had a fic stolen? i sure hope not.

Have you ever had a fic translated? no. though if someone offered to, i'd be honored!

Have you ever co-written a fic before? technically? a friend of mine and i made a couple AUs for a few different MCYT fandoms that never really went anywhere, but i've never co-authored something that's made it to publishing.

What's your all time favorite ship? probably jonmartin. i've read a ridiculous amount of fanfic for them, and i think pretty much all my WIPs feature it if both Jon and Martin are there (sometimes i'll make them queerplatonic, and sometimes they'll be part of a poly ship like jongerrymartin, but jmart tends to be pretty Do Not Separate in my mind lmao).

What's a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will? ages ago i was reading this one rom-com webcomic where two people wound up as roommates bc the landlord accidentally rented the single apartment to both of them, which i thought was a really cute premise, but then BAM there was some really awful transphobia in it. when called out in the comments, the author doubled down, so i snatched up the concept and decided "i'm gonna make this t4t out of SPITE." but uh i've found spite doesn't work very well as a fuel source for my work, and i can get the same awkward domesticity/mutual pining out of a safehouse fic, so it'll probably just stay buried in the WIPs folder.

What are your writing strengths? dialogue. or at least, making a character's dialogue sound like their voice. vocabulary, things like stammering or using filler words, cutting oneself off or pausing a bunch, that sort of thing. though sometimes the dialogue itself feels a little clunky. i also think i'm rather good at writing emotional scenes, especially once i'm in the editing stage of things.

What are your writing weaknesses? over-editing. my utter beloathed. i sometimes get really caught up in trying to make everything as clear as possible, when that just makes the work 5,000 words too long and takes way more time to do. i'm trying to be better about it.

Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic? i think it's neat! but if you're monolingual you should read up on writing bilingual/multilingual characters beforehand, don't just wing it.

First fandom you wrote for? probably Pokémon? i'm not entirely sure.

Favorite fic you've written? Time Enough, hands-down. (though uh, hypothetically, if i wanted to make some small edits to it, would it be weird to do so? especially seven months after posting? there's a handful of lines i wish i'd phrased a bit differently.)

Bonus points for explaining the rating and whether it’s conditional

Age Gap: -7 I'm not into it really. Sometimes it's okay, but I read a few with this tag that read like the older character was grooming the younger character, and that squicked me out.

Codependency: 0 i don't really care about it? Like it can be a really interesting relationship dynamic, but the tag itself won't necessarily make me click or not click.

Enemies to lovers: 5 I'll click it, but depending on the kinds of enemies. Like school rivals doesn't do it for me but if they both run cafes across the street from each other, I'm into it. Idk. It's very dependent on the other tags.

Enemies With Benefits: -5 i'm really not much of a smut person, honestly, and when I am, I need there to be just a disgusting amount of love and trust between them, so enemies with benefits probably isn't for me, unless there's an enemies to lovers tag involved and the rest of the tags are enticing.

Fake Dating/Relationship: 8 i love this trope, especially if pining and angst are also tagged. Delicious.

Found Family: 0 I tend to read more ship-based fics, so it doesn't really do it for me unless it's in the context of those ships. However, in the context of those ships, it can be *chef's kiss*

Friends To Lovers: 9 right up there with fake dating. I love when two or more characters who have all this love and trust between them already build on that beautiful foundation and come together. The one exception for some reason is I don't like childhood best friends to lovers for some reason? Idk why.

Friends With Benefits: 0 Again, not much of a smut person, but at least with friends there's usually the trust and love there for me to enjoy.

Hurt/Comfort: 5 Depends on the kind of hurt, depends on who's giving the comfort, depends on whether certain other tags that I hate are also tagged.

Love Triangle: -10 I hate it as a trope, it bores me, and it usually reduces the two option characters down to a couple of stereotypical qualities and the character who has to choose is just stringing both of them along making me dislike them more and more with each passing moment.

Mistaken/Hidden Identity: -5 for hidden identity: I don't like lies and deceit. I like trust and honesty.

Monster Fu… Relationship: -5 again, smut isn't really for me. Depends on if the other tags hint at actual relationship or not.

Obsession, Possessiveness, etc: Nope. I've had too many irl relationships like that. Don't want it in my fics. Sometimes, very rarely, it can be an interesting dynamic, but for the most part it squicks me right out.

Opposites (like grumpy×sunshine, etc): 1 Eh, depends on the other tags.

Poly: 5 depends a lot on the characters involved, but if it's the right characters and it's written in a way that presents poly relationships in a healthy and positive light, I can really enjoy it.

Pregnancy: -9 Not really for me, but there is one author I'll trust to read their work with this tag, and that's because this author doesn't sugar coat it or pretend it's all sunshine and rainbows.

Second Chance: 5 It kind of depends on what caused them to break up in the first place and whether or not I personally see that as fixable lol.

Sex To Feelings: -2ish again, not much for smut, very dependent on surrounding tags

Slowburn: 10 I love to read it, I love to write it, this is my jam.

Soulmates: 0 can take it or leave it, really

I like it only to an extent. If it’s too extreme then it becomes annoying as fuck. Especially if the main ship hurt other people/treat other people like they’re less important than their partner (iykyk)

I also never saw the appeal of a character who commit s*icide because their partner dies. Yall are not Romeo and Juliet calm down.

Enemies to lovers: 6

It’s not my favorite. I would only click if I like both characters equally. Also sometimes this trope can easily turns into a toxic relationship which I dislike.

Enemies With Benefits: 6

I'm an open minded piece of shit. I'm tired of people acting like fiction is anything other than fiction and if you, for some reason, feel like a fictional story or a drawing or the silly little brainchild of another silly little person is gonna ruin the world, you need more help than I'm capable of giving.

I DO NOT fuck with drama or discourse of any flavor. I don't fuck with hate. I won't answer it or entertain it. Bring it into my space, & know you'll be blocked and ignored. Genuine, level-headed discussion is always welcome. Bullshit is not.

I am:

-> Mentally ill af & have extreme trauma. The kind that comes with a lot of paperwork & a lot of hospital visits, it's not fun & it's not ideal but it is a part of my life & I will probably talk about it & make light of my own situation. Cause if I wasn't able to laugh about this shit, I'd be dead already.

-> Chronically ill & disabled. I use a wheelchair to get around like a cool kid. I'm bedridden a lot. I'm always some flavor of sick & it's not going away no matter how much yoga I do or how many leafy greens I add to my diet.

-> An agoraphobe. I can leave my house long enough to see my doctors. Outside of that, I'm stuck in my house. On a bad day I can't even make it out of my bedroom. On a normal day, I have panic attacks when I step any further than my porch. On a good day, I can get to the mailbox with my Husband's help. My life is very limited, & I'm trying to work on that.

-> An age regressor + a person with [professionally dx'd, not that it really matters] DID that has child alters. There may be some "childish" things on here. I'm not gonna overrun this blog with regression/kid stuff tho, I have a place for that!

So, there may or may not be a lot of disability/mental health shit on here. Some of it may be serious, some of it may be silly.

I genuinely have no idea what this blog will be I'm just giving general warnings at this point lol Feel free to ask me whatever you want, I'm down to answer any/all questions

My NOTP for them: It//aSa//su. Censored because I don't want to be negative to fans of it if it shows up in a search, but also I would very much like to avoid it.

My BROTP for them: Tbh I like seeing him be friends with Sakura and Karin without the romance.

My OTP for them: It's not really an OTP because I don't actually ever seek out content for it, but the ship that makes most sense for sasuke imho is NaruSasu. If you're ever like "why aren't Naruto and Sasuke in this fic?" the answer is because they're off getting married or fucking each other

My second choice pairing for them: Uuuh you know what. AU where Sasuke's conversation with Deidara goes slightly differently and instead of getting into a fight to the death they agree to team up to kill Itachi. (They both, of course, assume THEY are going to get the final blow.) The vibes are sort of similar to SNS but more of a murdery road trip. Sasuke Has A Type

My angsty pairing for them: uuuuhhh idk i don't have a lot of sasuke ships XD

My favorite poly ship for them: alright anon, here's the one you asked for. someone on,,, reddit, probably, was like "how would one get an ACCIDENTAL harem?" and the answer is Sasuke's fans unionize and then organize their own orgies.

Like, okay: I don't think of Sasuke as someone who really does romance or sexual attraction except to Naruto, but I could buy him occasionally enjoying sex as stress relief/bonding with the right person/people because it's fun and it feels good.

However I don't like his ""fangirls"" (mostly Sakura and Karin, also Ino) with-with him alone because.... idk, usually it just gets handled in a way where the girl is made more boring. BUT obviously InoSaku is very good, and I like SakuKarin too, and I don't like erasing their past feelings about Sasuke because that was part of their characters

So the compromise in my brain is: InoSakuKarin girlboss power threesome, but everyone once in a while one is like "man Sasuke looks so good today" and then they invite him over for dinner and sex. Sasuke usually agrees because he does like them?

It's more like them having a friend with benefits than anything but. Also. A lot of outsiders are like "Sasuke's harem he seems clueless he has????"

Since you've written a lot of Dimidue, I wanted to ask about why it appeals to you. As a fellow Dimidue shipper, I'm always intrigued about why other fans gravitated towards it. Personally, I multi ship Dimidue, Dimilix, Sylvix so I'm not a "die for one ship" type of fan lol. But the 8 Blue Lions are so ship able together that they're all so easy to poly ship as well. There's very little I won't ship in the Blue Lions because they're all so interesting and well written and great dynamic together

Idk to be honest because it definitely wasn't my main when I started with the fandom. I think it was a couple of factors:

#1 I honestly just didn't expect to like it as much as I did.

I don't hate the lord/retainer dynamic in FE, it's just that usually the execution leaves a bit to be desired. Like Leo/Niles. I don't hate it, but it was always missing something to really sucker punch me and get me on board. Never really knew what it was though, until Dimidue came on the scene.

I think what really took them over the line was just like? How much of a unit they already seemed to be? I mean you literally cannot escape them talking about each other. Even Dimitri has dialogue in 3H where he explicitly talks about Dedue. It's very clear that whatever feelings they have toward each other, they're mutual, and it turns out that was what I was missing from the previous lord/retainer dynamics. All of those tended to be more one-sided on the part of the retainer, so a ship with the lord/retainer dynamic where they're equally invested (and if they aren't you could definitely make the case that it's the lord who is more invested?) Sign me up.

2) There's just so much to work with

I mean you have their supports, which are super gay don't get me wrong, but like? You also have Dedue's return at Myrrdin in AM, or their death scene in CF, or Dedue's revenge quest in VW, and all of their explore sections and dialogue where the two of them stand together quite often, and their whole untapped pre-academy history. AND THEN on top of THAT we got Three Hopes with even more Dimidue

3) It's kind of different from what I'd been doing?

I love Sylvix too, don't get me wrong, but I think part of the reason I gravitated less toward reading and writing it is because... I mean people made the joke that Sylvix was just nu!Leokumi and they aren't... entirely wrong... I mean they aren't identical or anything but the Takumi-to-Felix pipeline is pretty apparent and Leo and Sylvain are both sad boys with daddy issues.

So yeah I spent like five years writing a ton of Leokumi stuff and then Sylvix was feeling a little too similar to me. Dimidue was a completely different dynamic with completely different character archetypes and I found that really appealing, so I think I gravitated toward that a lot

4) This might be shallow but I'm over giving a fuck lmao. I like bottom!Dimitri pretty much exclusively and Dimidue was the only ship that would consistently feed me.

5) Dimidue being a smaller ship I also felt kind of protective over it? Not like I own it or anything but like. This is a precious seed that needs to be nurtured and babied into fruition. So a lot of my Dimidue stuff just comes from me wanting to fill out the archive with more quantity and variety of stuff for them, because it's kind of a bummer when you go to a ship's tag and there's only like ten fics and they're all G rated fluff (or if you wanna get spicy, E rated fluff with lots of hand holding and eye contact. I love that for Dimidue, but I also want Dimitri to choke on a cock and call someone daddy sometimes, y'know???)

12. Is there an unpopular arc that you like that the fandom doesn’t? Why?

This is a hard one because the fandom at large likes every arc, it just evens out across the encampments of shippers lol. I feel like the most unpopular arc is probably Glimmer's descent in season 4 which I enjoyed a lot because, I mean, c'mon, getting to see Glimmer not fight with herself and instead just selfishly choose things was fantastic. She really just started doing what she wanted without actually considering anyone else or any other options, and it was so fascinating to watch her go for it after several seasons of this side of her being hinted at.

14. Unpopular opinion about your fandom?

We can WAAAAAY too much about shipping and want to make it everyone's problem.

"That isn't canon!" "I don't think there was enough subtext!" Blah blah blah, and?????? Shut the fuck up my dude.

Stop tagging your anti-whatever shit with shipping tags, block that tag on your side and move along. I don't care why you think C/A is abusive, I don't care why you think A/G is abusive, seriously shut up or keep it in your corner of the fandom.

I've been in fandoms that break down into smaller fandoms (star wars is by era ususally, zelda is by game, etc) and every fandom I've been in has done a good job of keeping their negative opinions contained to spaces where it's others who share it. She Ra is the first fandom I've been in, and I've been doing this 20 years now, where people really couldn't live and let live because they like this ship and if you don't then you're an awful abusive asshole to fit their narrative of victimhood.

I'm sick of that shit. To death.

You want to know what one of my favorite rarepair crackships is? Catra/Bow. But if I dared to explore it at all, in any fashion, I'd be murdered. The only fic I've ever taken down due to harassment after posting what an explicit Catra/Bow/Glimmer fic where they, as two consenting adults in a poly relationship, agreed to have sex with one another in large part to turn on their girlfriend Glimmer for her birthday. TERFs found that and gave me hell.

Like, you could probably find some of the really awful and explicit shit I posted when I was 13 and had no fucking business writing explicit fic or posting it, but now I'm locked out of my old accounts and can't actually remove them. But no, let's go wild over the C/B/G fic instead!

Ooooooo, you can probably tell that this pisses me off just because I keep rambling on, but god I'm tired. I'm a multi-shipper, ship what you want to, tag it appropriately and post in appropriate spaces kind of person. Don't like, don't read, and fuck off with your purity bullshit.

...This is pervasive enough that I'm actually fully expecting some people will unfollow me for that answer lol.

13. Unpopular opinion about XXX character? (Entrapta and Catra)

I feel like I don't have any unpopular opinions about Entrapta over all? Probably the most controversial thing is that I like that the Princess Alliance was shown mistreating her by leashing her. It's very much portrayed for laughs, but whether they meant to or not think it helped set up another difference between the alliance and the horde. Yeah, at first she's chained up in the Horde as a prisoner and we see how long that lasted, but she is literally given more trust and freedom with the horde. Where's Entrapta? Who knows! As long as she shows up again at some point we don't care. Is she distracted by tech again? Annoying, but alright she IS the tech person. Then Entrapta goes back to the alliance and once again they are just trying to control parts of her because they don't understand. IDK, I like the contrast of it, so even though it wasn't put in respectfully it gets a weird pass from me.

Unpopular but not in the circles I run? Catra did more than enough for a "redemption" on the show. It is amazing how many people hate that take.

Unpopular within the circles I run? Not sure this counts or not, but Catra really is a lot like Shadow Weaver/Light Spinner, and I don't think we lean into that nearly enough (either in the show or fandom tbh). Light Spinner especially really reminds me of Catra in early seasons, and seeing S5 Catra by the end is like seeing what Light Spinner could've been under different circumstances. But Catra is also a lot like Shadow Weaver, she is not wrong or lying when she says she sees herself in Catra. I think we spend too much time trying to justify why Catra is nothing like her, when they are really very similar. And I think that's a big disservice to the narrative of abuse in the show. No one wakes up one day saying, "Well gee golly, today I think I'm going to start being an abuser!" They slide into it and eventually start making justifications to themself for why it's okay/they're allowed/whatever to do what they do. Catra could've been the next Shadow Weaver easily, pretending otherwise lessens the impact of her choices to try and change her own behaviors and thoughts.

15. Unpopular opinion about the manga/show?

The best friend squad is boring. Sorry y'all, S1 and S2 of the BFS are really not that interesting to me. It feels super basic, and the conflict has to be shoved onto them from other sources to have their dynamic work. I think there should've been more infighting and especially with Glimmer jealousy issues. Like, you don't have to go wild with it or anything, but they only start to become interesting to me in S3 when Shadow Weaver starts fucking shit up in the background.

They are cute and fun and I enjoyed their stuff! They just! Are also! Really boring!

(I used to actively filter out any fic that was too focused on the BFS, Glimmer, or Bow. At times I even blocked Adora because I live for the personal conflict drama and that was only even explored with Catra during S1-2)

15.Unpopular opinion about the manga/show?

I like that TCW never really talks about the way the clones are treated. TCW is mostly set from the perspective of the Jedi Order in some way, and I wish there had actually been more jokes made in show about it to be honest. The way clones are treated is horrifying, objectifying, and disgusting. I wish we could've seen more of how awful they were treated side by side with how no one seems to care.

Yes, the Jedi care about the clones, but they are so busy trying to survive themselves that there's nothing left in the tank to try and help them out in a meaningful way. Some members of the Senate care about the clones, but they are either focused on other peoples lives or are too afraid of losing their army to do anything. I love that. I love how fucked up that is, and I love that there are so many times in TCW that something horrible happens to a clone but then gets overshadowed by something else.

The citadel, of course comes to mind. I really love that there were troopers who died horrifying deaths during that rescue, who's bodies are left behind, who are quickly mourned through a wince and then abandoned. Then a Jedi dies and "Well hang on now, we gotta carry his body and give him a proper farewell!".

It's messed up, and I love it.
