Tap water is a heavily filtered drink that when it's ready for consuption it is absolutely basic and unremarkable, completely ordinary, nothing to hype about. And I could be fine with it if it wasn't flooding the damn place. The Ace Attorney house had their faucet broken for over 20 years now and either people love it like that (thus see no reason to fix it) or have left because duhh living in a flooded house is super annoying, specially when people insist things are fine or call you terrible names because you're not thrilled bout living in a flooded house and would rather fix the thing plus drink/eat something else without tap water...

But you know, I do enjoy swimming. And I gotta say, swimming water like from the pool or beach isn't exactly good to consume but ey, at least it has some fucking flavor to it xPPP.

Tap water isn't bad but it's also not the greatest thing ever. It's not that there's something bad about it but being fucking everywhere is quite the problem, specially when not everyone knows how or likes to swim. Not everyone likes or wants to live on a boat inside a house. And not every tap water fan is like this, but a concerning amount enjoy and celebrate when people drown.

You know that narumitsu shippers have bullied so many people out of the fandom including other narumitsu shippers because say they didn't hate narumayo (or didn't hate it enough)?

Ok I know its only been a while since I made Gloob, but I actually gave her lore this time and her design’s changed. (although she still contributes little to nothing for the au)

So most of Gloob’s lore is just lore comes from lore about her species because I cannot resist species lore. Basically, her species is very loosely based off of hagfish in real life, and dragons and their greed and hoards. Her species, woobers (Im not good at naming things) are these deep sea yokai that live in brine pools at the bottom of the ocean of the hidden city. Idk if you have planned lore for the hidden’s city ocean, but if this does interfere with your established lore, these yokai live in mytsic brine pools in the surface ocean instead. Brine pools are these pools of toxic brine in depressions on the ocean floor. There are only around five, more or less, known animals that can anter brine pools unharmed. This includes hagfish :3

So hidden city brine pools are considerably more dangerous because of the mystic magic that corrodes even metal (unless it has special mytsic properties). Woobers are unaffected by brine pools and live in these pools, and this is because they secrete gooey mucus thats similar, but not 100% to the brine in the brine pools. This mucus serves as an armor that makes sure their skin is unharmed by the brine (and even if they loose the mucus, they’ll only get ill and won’t die. tho being ill frine brine pool toxicity is still very painful and a woober will only be cured once it stays out of direct contact with brine for some time depending on how bad the sickness got) This mucus is sensory hell, imagine low quality shitty slime mixed with the texture of liquid snot and theres a lot of it. And see those little glowy dots all around the body? Those are eyes. The flowy tendrills are also antennae used to detect movement using electromagnetic fields. The ones with little mini spines at the ends are stingers that contain venom that can paralyse and/or numb depending on the dosage. As for the mouth, the teeth are located inside on the cheeks, which are turned outwards like shown in the img when they are eating something. This is so the flaps of skin the teeth are attatched to can move around to kind of cage and hook onto whatever the woober is eating then pull it in their mouth.

Woobers also naturally love treasure, or anything they consider treasure. Whatver a woober considers treaure differs from individuals, but the one thing certain is that a woober will hoard their treasure and keep it safe and secure in a cave in the brine pools. To further secure their treasure hoards, they put special mytsic seals on it unique to each woober. These seals can only be opened by the woober that made it, and can only be permanently destroyed from the inside of the barrier made by the seal.

Some woobers love treasure so much, they go out of their natural habitat to the surface and attack pirate ships for their treasure. This used to happen so often in the past that woobers were a well known threat by pirates, but this backfired when pirates began learning how to kill them or even negotiate/team up with them. Now, woobers are a rare and endagered yokai, and the ons that remain are never seen above the surface. Until Gloob was born and decided human technology was her special treasure after finding a lost nokia at the bottom of the ocean. Now, she uses her treasury to store both her treasure and the stuff she sells to buy more human technology.

Also yes, half her arm is missing because of Donnie. He’s banned from all her sales, less because he chopped her arm off and more because he didn’t pay for the uranium. She’s also annoyed that he basically got a free sample of her venom by taking her arm without paying. She likes money if you can’t tell.

Okay hiiiii Im here with my hcs! Honestly I didnt expect for my interpretation of him to be different from yours, so Ill like say my own interpretation of his character

Honestly? I thought that his parents were completely absent/somewhere far away. I also hc that maybe another relative took him in and that person is basically the person that raised him. Honestly maybe it's because from my memory but the house looks like its for one person and not multiple

Actually I thought that he was a missing persons case way before everything else that happened, since hes aware of it

Also I do think he's mourning for the relative that took him in bcs of the two bowls of cereal. As a cereal eater bro its so easy to just pour cereal back in the same bowl DUDE

Small side note: I interpret the relative that took him in to be a brother way older than him, and he's the one that taught him the tinkering skills. Might call him Allen bcs of 'Allen wrench' like how Ollie is named after the skating trick (Idk why exactly so shrug)

dream log 1.

felt like recording this weird ass fucking series of dreams i lad last night. (one long continuous dream? a series of separate dreams? no ficki g clue) i dont fully remember everything. as with dreams its all very fuzzy but i will recount to the best of my memory. first "segment": jupiter was for some fuckin reason just hanging out next to the earth. like, replaced the moon. but the only thing this dis.. was make earth warmer only during the daytime. it made the day hotter. so im like "damn i dont wanna go school today... there is risk for heag stroke!" and i was told "well its 30 right now and will go up to 180 later in the day" and im like shucks. i guess i can survive that but ill be quite uncimfortable.HUH????????? second segment: we return to the premise of jupiter being mext to the earth. this time though its real funky. atmospheres touching. jupiter spinning and transferring its crazy weather and wind to earth. it somehow speeds up tectonic plate movement and we get fucking pangaea again. this is the current topic of my earth sci class so im not surprised. i distinctly remember me being outside and feeling like wt anymoment i was gonna get picked up and shot across the fucking planet at mach 12. didnt nappen because it then suddenly cut to analog horror type footage? so in the dream ther was an lien invasion and it was heavily implied that they fucking put jupiter there to cause all the chaos on earth. in this footage, this dude is just driving and suddenly there are these horrifying creepy ass sirens. think of the lobotomy sound effect mixed with eateot hellsirens and a nuclear siren. and shit started going bazoinkers. earrthquakes. traffic insane (yk, spooky siren and then everything shaking has people mildly worried) and poor PoV guy having to do epic gaming maneuvers to not get goinked by the onslaught of panicked drivers. theres this... other scene spliced in? its someone driving on a road in this really serene grass field. the driver is looking at something in the distance tho and something is just. wrong. its way too quiet. footage cuts back to the chaos and the guy is hiding in a hole, trying to avoid the invaders (nowhere in the dream did i see any of the actual creatures. only the tanks n ships n mechs n shit.) and barely escapes being grisped by one of them. it then cuts to this... tv episode thing? talking abt fascism and dictatorship. quite apt for the alien takeover thing. then we go back to the takeover. its a lot more like HL2 now, a dystopian city. its all just squares. literally just like, a few buildings p a c k e d into a small box. and 2tanks circling every single one. i was trying to see if i could move around the city without being detected but i gave up real fast. in this dream i was living in this really shitty apartment w my irl family. i turned around to go back in but itwas replaced by an even more run down vuilding; i completely didnt notice. i entered and this whole arc of the dream is the most dumb shit ever i swear. so the building is like 3 floors, each being an installation of a really shit fnaf-adjacent fic? it defo seemed satirical in nature it was like "omg look at these dead robot guys. are u offended. disturbed." and there was this fucking narrator guy playing thru the magically functional PA system. yappin abt philosophic topics and the fic. at some point it was talking sbout two characters and how they deserved a better friendship or something and the lack of it is why the fic was created, leading to the building hsppening??? idk. i got to the roof snd the dream kinda dissolves from there. now, the 2nd most bullshit part of my dream.i THINK this had something to do with the dystopia arc but i really dont know.

it was fucking minecraft. this mc server and it was like. weird. permanently night, and if you did anything other than breakimg blocks or moving, (specifically if you hit any mobs in this dream) this weird white rectangle guy with some weird name i cant remember would tp to you and ask you what your foordinates were. a multiple choice thing would be sent in chat and, in xyz, you wiuld havr to pick each one individually and send it in chat, in the right order. you also had 10 seconds to do so. if you failed, you got fucking /kill-ed. i was talking to someone on discord who was also investigating this server and for some reason i needed a gazillion torches. at some point i got those torches but the Coordinate Asker Guy came and goinked me. i was real pissed n stuff but for some reason the CAG decided i was suddenly worthy of fufilling the task or something and gave me my stuff back. dream ended with me asking the discord guy if i should screenshare me beating the game. beating the game, on this server, was really really significant for some reason.

so i was positive tested for bovid and im pretty sure that is where this fucking loony ass dream sequence came from.

hi!! i am in fact awake!!! i wanted to write more for my exchange fic bc ive just started recovering from been sick the past few days and havent rlly had the chance. but i ended up putting it off until like 12am LOL. under the cut again i talk . a lot.

its fun you mentioned sabolaw because. the 'pair' in question for the au is actually ichiji/sabo/law. no i dont know why my brain latched onto this. yes im still kind of obsessed with it. the social media aspect of my shipfic is a lot about ichiji & the transition from being a child star (alongside his siblings) to a more casual internet ministardom. theres court drama bullshit. theres fangirl law. all three of them are transfem. its really special to me.

also YEAH EXACTLY!!! to your rarepair thoughts. in every fandom im in im a huge sucker for rarepairs that seem like complete nonsense. throw those characters whove never met into a room and LOCK IT! not always romantically yeah but honestly its a lot easier to like . find content of niche pairs through ship names than just trying to sift through a million posts in their maintags. tumblr wise, at least. i actually have a sideblog thats been since sort of abandoned dedicated to finding as much niche rarepair content for two characters (not always with each other, just those two in general).

a fun thought exercise ive done a few times also is getting a nice randomizer of characters im familiar with for a fandom and using it to pick out a few ships to figure out how theyd interact/if i could make a shipfic out of them. sometimes they click sometimes they dont but its a fun way to explore characters imo

whats ur fav lawship nowadays if you dont mind :3? i like a looot for him ill admit but im not particularly committed to any. as with the multishipper way. and thats fair (on the sabolaw bit)... first ships dont always last super long. they sure are fun to think back too tho ^_^

my favorite aus for fic... oh god thats a tough one. i already mentioned modern aus and this ones sort of a tangent off niche topic focus's BUT. fics that are set in a specific career (especially doctor aus & lawyer aus but genuinely i just rlly like looking at niche little details of someones career.) see also hobby focused aus! like uhh. gymnastics. ice skating. just stuff like that idk. and aus that are focused around like.. movie tropes/genres. crime noir detective aus, slasher horror aus.. especially fun when theres a spin on the original tropes but when you can see how much love someone has for the og concept is when it rlly shines.

none of those are super specific tho. um. i have a soft spot for superhero aus even when theyre really bad. fantasy aus are trickier but when they hit they hit rlly nice. (trying really hard to think ummm) thats about all i can think of rn? but it is pretty late so im for sure forgetting some.

NOW. as for acesabo specifically.. first off if you have any fic ud especially recommend id love to read them regardless of the tropes/ships/whatever. but. acesabo aus.. ohhhgh. i dont know!! ive read a lot of really cute modern aus with them. and im not USUALLY into soulmate aus flat out but i could really love a good acesabo soulmate au. it just suits them. theyre both characters i enjoy seeing as cute girls quite a bit. its kind of unfortunate im not really a fan of either of them as trans guys bc there is SO MUCH transmasc ace stuff out there. sorry my guy you have my name i cant live like that. all respects to people who do like that tho! i like them nonbinary multigendering it up . sometimes transfem sometimes just.. trans. sorry this is not the point.

I wasn't ignorant to Ægir's faults, but I rationalized them as functional necessities. It's easy to believe that you're doing the right thing, that nothing can be done about the cruelties you witness around you, when your skies are so darkly clouded you cannot imagine a sun beyond them. I'd wish you luck in keeping a moral righteousness in your command, but you don't seem to need it.

It may say something about me, or perhaps about Ægir, that it's difficult for me to imagine a military whose operations are not fundamentally intertwined with law enforcement and civilian bureaucracy. Where does your funding come from, if I may ask? It's a militia, so I have to assume it's not from some public institution. I can imagine some system of self-sufficiency in the sale of services, or a reliance on donations from members or the public, but I don't wish to assume anything.

I've left this for the end, if only because it's the subject that's caught my interest the most. You're a DJ? For what sort of music? Can you offer any comments on your style? GOD. of course, it would never happen in canon, for obvious reasons, but they live rent free in my head with my 100000 of AUs where Jasper is alive and well

date of posting: july 2 2023:episode 12/12 i can finally reveal what ive been watching for the past 2 weeks, series name is Onimai: I'm Now Your Sister! weird title i know but it honestly was a good watch, it has its weird moments obviously because of course it fucking does but over all it isnt bogged down by them like grisaia was, it was just an overall enjoyable watch, main character is a shut in who has basically wasted his life and feels like he isnt good enough due to his sister being extremely smart and skipping grades and shit, his sister caring about him decides to start what is basically a rehabilitation program but since itd be weird with people already knowing him she changes him into a girl which i know some people would fucking love, granted it was without consent so idk how legal that is the gender switch isnt explored much outside of the main character getting used to their new body which is roughly the first 2 episodes, it has some good comedy and some really heartwarming moments, if you want to watch then go do it but watch the censored version since, well i mean some of the characters are in fucking middle school so i dont fucking know why theres an uncensored version and i dont even want to think about what is in there, but getting past that now we get into spoilers for the last couple episodes so if you want to watch it then do it before finishing the thread the last episode is a spring break vacation episode and the drug mcs sister uses starts wearing off and people start noticing but only one person is really suspicious of it, it ends with the mc having to make a choice, stay with their new friends and new life, or go back to the way things were before, he ends up choosing to keep things going because he is much happier with their new life, overall id say this series is a 9/10 and i would 80% recommend to watch because ik its not for everyone
