the song of the seven doesn't talk about plot points or characters because the writers couldn't commit to anything of substance so canonizing a song about events they might change in post-production would've made people notice how shit the writing of the show was, but the show did it anyway. just let joey batey and madeleine hyland write the songs. let song writers, and especially a song writer cast in the role of a song writer, write the fucking songs
