Help, my once-small-and-manageable 'What if Yugo got kidnapped instead and Rin got Clear Wing Synchro Dragon?' AU idea is rapidly snowballing into a whole-ass ARC-V rewrite with a growing list of goals/ideas/concepts including but not limited to:

Revamping the not-Clear-Wing Dimension Dragons with actually distinct elemental identities (I feel like Odd-Eyes should really be a FIRE monster...)

Making the Dimension Dragons actual CHARACTERS with arcs like Clear Wing and Rin having a whole 'past-life enemies to present-life lovers' story and Dark Rebellion turning out to be an older-brother figure to Yuto and becoming besties with fellow protective-big-brother Shun.

Revamping the entire collective arcs of the Yu-boys and Bracelet girls into a narrative that actually REJECTS the idea that they should be merged back together. Like a big part of Yuya's and Yuto's characters ends up being them fighting against merging.

NONE of the Bracelet Girls getting mind-controlled and/or fridged. And also playing key roles in the final battle dueling against Zarc.

A collective arc for the Dimension Dragons that ultimately has them rejecting Zarc and rebelling against him in various ways and siding with the Bracelet Girls and Yu-boys (that aren't Yuri).

My previously explored 'Alexis Rhodes gets a full Cyber Angel/Herald/Drytron deck and is the biggest fucking badass in the whole show' idea, which now also includes her teaching Yuya Ritual Summoning which ends up becoming one of the big secret weapons against Zarc.

Aki and Sherry are also present in the Synchro Dimension, are dating/married and utterly loaded with Revolutionary Girl Utena references.

Everything/everyone just being a whole lot gayer in general. I realize that is hardly a revolutionary take in this fandom, but I felt it was still worth mentioning XD

This, in fact, is one of the foundations of the Napoleonic idea: the Emperor and the People. Of course, thaumaturgy is irrational, and hardly anyone truly believes in it nowadays. Nonetheless, the people display a strong desire to form a connection with this young emperor, in whom they can see themselves.

(Stéphane Bernard) Empress Charlotte will undoubtedly be an essential pillar for His Majesty Emperor Napoleon V. Already, she enjoys immense popularity among the French. She is a woman of great intellect, full of charm, and remarkable beauty. Strangely, she gives the impression of having always been part of the imperial family. She understands the role: sacrificing her private life on the altar of the monarchy. The couple must now take up the mantle and embody modernity.

Newly Approved Tartan Design Memorializes Those Persecuted Under Scotland’s Witchcraft Act

GLASGOW, Scotland – A new Scottish tartan has been created to honor the thousands of people—primarily women—executed for witchcraft in Scotland between the 16th and 18th centuries. The Witches of Scotland is a movement seeking “Justice for people accused and convicted under the Witchcraft Act 1563-1736”

The Witches of Scotland tartan is part of a campaign to recognize what advocates call one of the greatest miscarriages of justice in the nation’s history. The design was registered on February 11, 2025, on the Scottish Register of Tartans. The new tartan design will serve as a living memorial to those persecuted under the Witchcraft Act.

The tartan was developed by Witches of Scotland founders Claire Mitchell KC and Zoe Venditozzi, inspired by the V&A Dundee’s Tartan exhibition. “It was an amazing event—everyone expressing their own history and identity through their tartans,” Mitchell told The Herald. “I thought, ‘Wouldn’t this be a great way to create a living memorial?’”

Designed by Clare Campbell, founder of the Prickly Thistle tartan mill, the appropriately gothic pattern carries symbolic meaning. Its black and grey tones reflect the darkness of the era and the ashes of those burned. Red signifies bloodshed, while pink represents the legal tapes binding trial documents then and now. The thread count encodes the years 1563 and 1736 (1+5+6+3 = 15 and 1+7+3+6 = 17), with these numbers woven into black and grey bands surrounding a white check of three threads—symbolizing the campaign’s three objectives: securing a pardon, an apology, and memorials. The 173 black threads in the tartan’s squares represent the 173 years the Witchcraft Act was in force.

Since its founding in 2020, Witches of Scotland has campaigned for justice, seeking a legal pardon, a formal apology, and a national monument for those convicted and executed. In 2022, on International Women’s Day, then-First Minister Nicola Sturgeon acknowledged the historic injustice, issuing a formal apology on International Women’s Day.

In her initial apology, Nicola Sturgeon outlined the importance of this gesture:

Firstly, acknowledging injustice, no matter how historic is important. This parliament has issued, rightly so, formal apologies and pardons for the more recent historic injustices suffered by gay men and by miners.

Second, for some, this is not yet historic. There are parts of our world where even today, women and girls face persecution and sometimes death because they have been accused of witchcraft.

And thirdly, fundamentally, while here in Scotland the Witchcraft Act may have been consigned to history a long time ago, the deep misogyny that motivated it has not. We live with that still. Today it expresses itself not in claims of witchcraft, but in everyday harassment, online rape threats and sexual violence.

Despite this acknowledgment, no official pardon has yet been granted.

MSP Natalie Don later launched a consultation on posthumous pardons, noting that around 2,500 people—85% of them women—were convicted under the Witchcraft Act. Efforts to introduce a private member’s bill stalled when Don became a minister, but Mitchell and her team remain hopeful it will be revived.

Proceeds from sales will support charity efforts, furthering the campaign’s mission. Mitchell sees it as a conversation starter: “Everywhere you go, people ask, ‘Is that your tartan?’ Those who wear ours can say, ‘Yes, this tartan remembers all those persecuted and killed,’ and share their stories.”

Linking the campaign to contemporary issues, Mitchell referenced Margaret Atwood’s warning that witch-hunting rhetoric signals growing threats to women’s rights. “When women are called witches, it sounds an alarm for persecution. That’s why what we’re doing is so relevant,” she said.

The tartan has already garnered international interest, particularly in the United States.

I don’t want a girl power fantasy. I want a story with polarity. I want a movie that respects the fact that I have ovaries, not a chipset.

I. 🧬 Women Have Bodies. Deal With It.

Let’s start here.

Silver Surfer is supposed to be cosmic nudity with sadness.

He’s tragic. Naked. Otherworldly. He looks like a statue built to cry.

Now? We get a female version named Shalla-Bal who looks like a 12-year-old boy dipped in chrome. Flat. Unmoving. Plastic. She has no hips, no breasts, no presence.

This isn’t equality. This is a sterilized costume stuffed into a gender-neutral wetsuit.

II. 🩸 Sue Storm Is Not a Man — And That’s Okay

Sue is pregnant — and somehow more stoic than Reed.

She’s emotionless. Cold. Masculine-coded. She stands in the trailer like she’s auditioning to be a Vulcan commander, not a mother or a woman.

And it doesn’t make her powerful. It makes her hollow.

I’m a woman. I’ve been angry. I’ve been powerful. I’ve been tender. I’ve orgasmed and screamed and broken shit.

But I’ve never felt powerful while imitating a man with no emotions.

Hollywood seems to think that if they remove our softness, our sensuality, our hormones, our hips — we’ll suddenly be taken seriously.

Newsflash: I already have a uterus. I don’t need to borrow your stoic monotone to matter.

III. 🤢 Marvel’s “Strong Woman” = Unfuckable and Unrelatable

I don’t want Sue Storm to be:

A sex doll

A submissive throwaway

A damsel

But I also don’t want her to be:

A pregnant NPC

A monotone space general

A dead-eyed avatar for someone’s gender theory thesis

There’s no warmth. No tension. No femininity. No danger. Just one big beige billboard that says:

The original Fantastic Four worked because it was about a family. Flawed. Dynamic. Sexual. Human.

Reed was brilliant and a little distant. Sue was powerful because she had emotions. Johnny was fire and chaos. Ben was tragic and grounded.

Now?

Reed says “I don’t know” like he’s trying to avoid getting cancelled

Sue’s pregnant and dead inside

Silver Surfer looks like a chrome fetus with a WiFi signal

I don’t feel empowered. I feel manipulated.

V. 🧠 Women Don’t Want Soft Men. We Want Real Ones.

Reed is written like a man afraid of his own voice. He’s quiet. Hesitant. Passive. He talks like he’s afraid Sue will yell at him if he thinks too loudly.

And guess what? No woman wants that.

We don’t want:

Men who apologize for existing

Men who look to us for moral approval

Men who can’t protect, correct, or lead without consulting a feelings chart

We want men who can build, fuck, protect, and speak with conviction. And Marvel gave us a dad in timeout.

VI. 🩸 They’re Trying to Erase Gender — Not Showcase It

This isn’t about strong women. This is about making all characters un-gendered, sexless, and behaviorally identical.

And it fails.

Because the body remembers.

I don’t want to see a man cry because he’s afraid of power. I don’t want to see a woman sterilized to be “strong.” I don’t want to see a chrome child call itself a Herald of Galactus.

VII. 🧬 The Real Female Fantasy? Polarity.

You know what makes a woman feel something?

A man being dangerous but safe

A woman being soft but shattering

A character who can bleed, scream, seduce, and destroy

Marvel’s characters don’t move me anymore because they’ve been processed like soy:

Nutritionally empty, artificially shaped, and tasteless.

Colnet’s position and medical skills may explain Bishop Courtenay’s presence in the college glazing. Courtenay was also close to Henry V, who was present when the bishop died at Harfleur in 1415. The king had his body transported back to Westminster Abbey for the rare privilege of burial in Edward the Confessor’s chapel. At Merton, the name and arms of this former Chancellor of the University are recorded at the foot of the great south window in the new transept. Presented heraldically with the arms of Archbishop Arundel (the visitor in 1411, and his opponent as Chancellor), overlooking the burial place of Warden Beckenham (his replacement as Chancellor in the same year), the window could be seen as an act of reconciliation by this distinguished theologian. Courtenay has no known connection with Hereford Cathedral, however, to explain the pair of Hereford saints who once appeared in the tracery – Sts. Ethelbert and Thomas Cantilupe (now in the tracery of the great west window). The only contemporary Mertonian known to have held either a prebend or an office at Hereford is Nicholas Colnet, who was Precentor briefly in 1413; so it is tempting to think that this was a joint donation, at that time.

About: we all know about joseph's daughter, dead shortly after birth. well she lived. her name is brit. grew up in the system and bounced around homes until finally turning 18 and dropping out of highschool, and we pick up not long after, at most a handful of years. she's not doing so great. no job, a drug addiction, and some demons she's running away from on her high speed get-outta-dodge road trip she takes with her two foster sisters to hope county, montana, to see the dad she never knew and do a little soul searching. have an identity crisis. relapse. the concept of josephs daughter being the exact type of person edens gate preys upon is really captivates me. brit has a lot of the negative seed traits. she's mean. she's cruel. self-centered. but she's still so young, barely an adult and with hardly an idea of how to behave in the first place. traversing the world that has already deemed her a lost cause. and the cult is nice in the way society isnt, accepting, seemingly, and maybe for all the bad joseph has done (cult. murder. her dads a /murderer/), her bloodline has done, then maybe she really was always destined to be bad, so maybe there's nothing wrong with her but her blood, which is so much easier to accept (is it?). her style is what youd describe as "dumpster-diving goth", complete with bad smells and greasy hair. she learned how to apply makeup in a middle school bathroom with her fingers in bad lighting and never advanced beyond that.

Does your OC have anything to share?: brit's resilient. like a cockroach. you can't kill her and even if you do she won't stay dead, but in more of a 'shambling zombie' than anything that can be considered scary. ok well. a threat. well, okay, maybe she's both but held together by literal tendons you know.

About: Charlie is a former whitetail turned cultist. I would say she joined for love, but she initially joined because she genuinely believed John would turn her in for being a murderer (big dummy). As of 2018 she isn’t a herald, per se, but she has her own chosen and deals with all the bliss being transported in and out of the valley. She’s one mean bitch who fronts as being the biggest baby girl of all time. Massive victim complex and kind of a cry baby. It’s exactly how she ended up being John’s wifey and baby mama.

Does your OC have anything to share?: Charlie’s strategy to win would probably just be to kidnap her opponents and force them to admit that they want to lose to her, they always want to feel second best to someone like her. She would definitely try to gaslight, gatekeep, girlboss her way to a win. Her selling points for herself: She’s kinda cute for starters. An incredible sharpshooter. And she’s not a cop! She would never arrest you for any crimes you commit! If you just vote for her (and join her In Eden’s Gate) you too can live deliciously, or whatever it is people in cults say.

The Lodges and Jones reaction abilty to alter to the narrative

Theses scene are so similar in the sense that both jug and Veronica admit a a older family member Ronnie her Abuelita and Jug his dad aka FP with the fact that their son/daughter (Hiram and JellyBean) did some crazy ass shit that traumatized V and Jug Lourdes and Jug however are not around alot or weren't for a long time from JellyBean and Hiram Jellybean leaves the text after the highschool graduation because jughead is writing the universe and he doesn't go to therapy (I know she's with her grandparents but like literally all of Betty's family and even Ronnie's while family we know are their so it makes a lot of sense that jug chose that himself)

I think this interesting because Lourdes is exists in a way that is source of protection for Veronica post time jump

Lourdes 3rd time in Riverdale is when Veronica kills Hiram and When Lourdes comes to the funeral after learning about Ronnie killing Hiram and she meets Heraldo through her Abuelita who becomes like her body guard (I don't know if the specifics but it's not really important why he's with her besides the hint in his name) and he is like her dude for a while

Anyway after Ronnie's gotten rid of Hiram we meet the embodiment of white systemic power and colonialism Percival Pickens Veronica superpower arrives to protect her when her lips become poisonous it's possible that happened around the time Heraldo was their because he was to weak to overcome the power that Percival holds but he dies Herald a sign of change and Veronica changes physically to protect herself from Percival

When Lourdes returns for the last it's not of her own free will its because she's being mind controlled by Percival but I think it's interesting to note that we know Percy is our White systemic oppression but Hiram the son of Lourdes is the product and aftermath of that white systemic power and colonialism

So Lourdes is being mind controlled to shoot Veronica but eventually both of them get things under control and when Lourdes is back to normal and they clean up

This all note worthy because Veronica unlike Jug cannot just remove her family from the narrative she has to kill it herself Veronica is Latino but like both in the most vague way possible and I would argue that her relationship with the land is on par with Toni (Toni is both a black and indigenous woman she takes up that space mostly by herself with the occasional black character non angel tab and Josie) Veronica is like Mexican indigenous but she's like every brown Latino identity that populates the United States

The brown girls in Riverdale (tab is an angel for most of the time we see her so like she doesn't act like she's annoyed by jug because the angels need her save the world and that's her priority) our burdened by the men of colors delusion and ability to lean into the violence or subservience Lourdes changes the dynamic by giving Ronnie the patent reprimanding Hiram so that later when Veronica gets the point that she feels the need to kill her dad to protect herself she can protect herself

Jughead is alone because he was neglected and because he has no mama but also he has the excuse to remove things from the narrative he exists he gets remove parts of himself because he is white but Veronica's strength and burden is that she can't ignore it

IDENTITY V MID-SEASON 28 UPDATE

Identity V is a 1v4 asymmetrical horror game developed by NetEase. The main premise is similar to Dead By Daylight in which survivors must finish five machines and escape while avoiding the hunter, who has to eliminate the survivors. Every survivor and hunter has items and skills which will aid them in their goal.

Identity V is currently in the middle of Season 28 and in this article, it will showcase current content and upcoming content.

Current Content

As usual with each new season, a new character is released.

This is the season where we are introduced to the Cheerleader, a survivor with strong assisting abilities. She was first revealed in the 2023 Call Of The Abyss alongside the Aeroplanist and Opera Singer.

The Abilities

As mentioned, Cheerleader is a survivor with great assisting abilities.

Her main ability, “Motivate", greatly increases her movement speed by 70% but after a few seconds, it will be reduced by 40% for another few seconds. This mainly serves as the Cheerleader’s way of survivability against the hunter. This ability serves as a way to transition areas or escape certain hunters.

Her second ability, “Inspire", reduces the main item cooldown by 20s. If used on herself, it will reduce her main ability’s cooldown by 30s. This ability is often used on either herself or a teammate being chased by the hunter. Main items include Enchantress’ short stun, Prospector’s Magnets, Acrobat’s Bombs, and many more. However, Inspire cannot reduce the cooldown of secondary items such as Priestess’ Global Portal. 

Her third ability, “Encourage”, grants stacks to a nearby teammate. The Cheerleader has to be near the teammate to give stacks. To give stacks, she has to tap the ability button to the beat. If she is too far from the teammate, “Encourage” will end. Based on the number of stacks, one of two things can happen.

“Cheerful” consumes five stacks for a short movement speed boost for 1.5s but similar to Motivate, the survivor will get a 50% movement speed decrease for 0.75s after the boost.

“Excited” consumes 28 stacks to get back on your feet after being knocked down. When using this after being knocked down, you recover 50% of your health and a movement speed boost by 50% for 1s. All stacks are removed and you can only use this three times. Aside from being usable three times, the cost of stacks needed to use “Excited” will increase.

The third ability is a huge game changer when used correctly. So should people use Cheerleader in Rank Matches, they should be in a team to use her effectively. 

Essence 2 and Costumes

Before heading to the essence costumes, we also have an S-tier skin for Gardener, “After The Rain”. It is a collaboration with Hangzou’s West Lake Scenic Area and it is unsure if it is a time-limited skin or not.

As with each new season, there are essences which consist of new cosmetics.

Previously, we got an essence based on a new event called Moonlight Race. It contained an S-tier costume for Cheerleader, “Fluorite”, and A-tier costumes for Batter, ”Tungsten” and Guard 26, “Aragonite”.

For the second essence, we have costumes for Entomologist, Barmaid, and Gamekeeper.

Entomologist receives an S-tier costume called “Konghou” and a matching A-tier accessory, “Desert Fairy”.

Barmaid receives an A-tier costume called “Luminous Cup” and Gamekeeper receives a costume called “Ormolu Deer”

The three aforementioned costumes can be received by pulling on Essence 2 of Season 28 before the season is over. Once the season is over, you can still unlock the A skins in the Previous Season essence or by using an “A-tier Skin Unlock Card”. However, you can no longer get the S-tier costume.

In the shop, we currently have “A Visitor to Ulthar” for Herald. It is a gorgeous S-tier skin which is worth getting if you enjoy Herald. This is only available for a limited time so get it while you still can! 

You can still obtain the skin if it returns to the store anytime.

Events

With the release of Essence 2 and the Mid-Autumn Festival, The Autumn In The Dunes event was launched with rewards waiting!

Autumn In The Dunes explores Moonlit Shoal, an amnesiac who stumbled into a banquet tent, handicrafts, and residents who long for the oasis.

The first part of the event is the daily check-in where you open your map and unlock locations. Major rewards include a dynamic portrait of a character of your choice and a portrait frame. 

The second part involves making crafts with materials obtained from matches. There are 7 crafts to be made in order to get the rewards. Major rewards include another portrait frame, Moonlit Shoal, a B-tier skin for Weeping Clown, and “Desert Fairy”, an A-tier accessory for Entomologist.

In the Event Shop, we can buy an emote for Entomologist and Dishes for survivors and hunters to place in the matching-lobby. The store currently has an A-tier furniture piece which you can place in your room and interact with it.

Additionally, Postman’s B-tier Autumn skin returns along with his A-accessory, “Titan Windmill”. Players can use echoes(premium currency) to upgrade his B-tier skin into an A-tier skin, “Autumn Reverie”.

The third part of the event is a public map where players can interact with other players and props across the map. Said props include a boat ride, an instrument, and many more!

As of posting this, the event has already concluded!

Upcoming Content

On October 12, we will be getting a charity skin for The Mind’s Eye. All proceeds from buying this costume will go to international organizations related to visually impaired children.

On October 19, one of the Deduction Stars of 2023 will be released. Based on the film, Mulan(not by Disney), we will be seeing an A-tier skin for Antiquarian. This can be bought by fragments and will be permanently in the store.

Lastly is the big Halloween Event! Firstly there is a warm-up event starting on October 12. Alongside the return of S-tier costumes for Ripper and Acrobat and A-tier accessories for the same characters.

On the 19th, the main event will start. Like other events, we have check-in rewards with the usual portrait and chat-sticker for Ripper.

There is also an Event Story with B Furniture, Two Stickers for Acrobat and Embalmer, Room Music, and a Portrait Frame. We will also get three dishes for Mechanic, Hermit, and Embalmer and the return of two old Halloween A-tier skins for Seer and Dancer alongside 2 Halloween Pursuit musics.

Completing matches will give us Event Tokens to claim A-tier skin for Mechanic, B-tier skin for Opera Singer, an Emote for Mechanic, and a B-tier Accessory for all survivors.

The Shop will have a package for Hermit with his S-tier costume and A-tier accessory. Additionally, there are emotes for Embalmer and Acrobat as well as three accessories for Prisoner, Priestess, and Doctor which will become available on October 26.

Anon you have zero idea how much I am obsessed with those two games!! They literally became my life now and all I think about!! I even try to force poor Tae to play LGTS by how much I love this game like an idiot!! The lore, the characters, the gameplay, the design and art style, and anything else in this game is a masterpiece!!!!

I love Eliza a lot too! even tho she is a tsundere and a bit bratty she never comes off as annoying and in fact, you can see why she is the way she is and she is such a fun MC to play with OH OH AND!- *Klai processes to talk none stop about the game*

2-Identity V

Is no secret I love IDV a lot by how many ask blogs I have for my ocs that are made for the game, I love the IDV ask blog community the most and there is where I met a lot of my friends! I may be busy now days to actually play the game but I still love it!

3-Genshine (and tbh any game from Hoyovers)

Ah yes, I remember how I played this game the first time and it became the new obsession me and my bestie had for a long time until now with us making a lot of RPs, stories, HC, OCs for the game that a lot of my current OCs from my own story and world are in fact came from the RPs we done in genshine lol. I truly also love the lore genshine has and the characters and to think we now in Fontaine is wild!!! I loved the current Archon quest and Furina is my new kink now along side Hu Tao lol

4-Cookie run (any any game linked to CR)

CR is the reason I met my bestie and even tho I now do not play the game, I still keep up with some new update and stuff. CR helped me to find my own art style and character designs and CR was the way I got to know what the Ask Blogs community is and how I used to have few CR OCs blogs :3!!! CR would always have a special place in my heart!!
