spent time in the sandbox today to get the last skill for the specialist's guidebook .... 50 prometheus militis fights (plus fighting enough to get all 50 to trigger)... i finished getting razia to lv 100 and i think the trophy is fitting for what i just endured

This is good. This is real. It puts Nier's heart at ease to know she has someone like that in this city, someone who is willing to give all of themselves if needed. It's not the Captain, but for now, maybe it's an alright substitute.

With her mood pacified for the moment, Nier looks around. She hadn't even registered the changes in the city, as they barely mattered compared to the absence she felt in her chest. "I guess it could be dangerous if we just stand around... That happens sometimes. But where could we go?"

As far as she can see, the whole island is dyed in shades of grey. The only outliers are the spots where she walked, and her eyes trace her ink-black footprints. "Ah... Did I do that...?" she mumbles.

She turns back to Mika, ears flicking. "Well, I've seen a blonde man who sometimes travels in the same crew as me, but- O-oh, did you mean right now? Then no, I haven't. But... honestly, I don't know many people in this city... If I did see them, I might not have even realized..."

"Of course not. And if you ever do catch me breaking this promise I'm more then willing to accept responsibility." Even if Mika had a feeling that would mean dying or something much much worse. Not that she'd even think of breaking a promise anymore, not anymore that is.

"Hehe its what I do best!~~ Though I guess now we gotta find a way out of here don't we? I don't trust this place one bit with staying calm especially if the stars are involved."

Not to mention the whole grayscale thing going on. A very strange thing to see when she was seeing things colorful a few days ago but that's just how this city often worked...
