I finally got around to making Noriko's Stand FULLY, her name is [Little Talks]. I finished it at 3 AM, but didn't upload it until tonight because I was very tired and didn't want to get out of bed.

Anyways, as mentioned on Noriko's profile: Her Stand didn't manifest until she turned 17, it would later earn the name "Little Talks".

Much like Hierophant Green, Little Talks is a Long-Range Stand that can extend to a modest extent. Although it's doesn't do projectile attacks, it makes up for it with by doing stealth attacks and using ice picker-like blades. Little Talk's Stand cry is "Kiruuuuuuu!..." similar to Flogging Molly, "kiru" meaning "scar" in Japanese.

Stand: Little Talks Type: Long-Range, Reconnaissance, Artificial Humanoid Abilities: Shadow stealth

Mastery:

Noriko is an inexperienced Stand user due to Little Talks being a late bloomer, but makes up for this flaw by using her intellect to plan out strategies. Much like Flogging Molly, Little Talks is seen as a female-looking humanoid with artificial limbs, with the only difference being that it's more cyborg looking with green colored lining, body armor, and visors, dark teal skin, and light teal pigtails.

And much like her mother's Stand, Little Talks can grow ice picker blades on its palms and toes that can overpower, maim, and scar enemies. Little Talks also does stealth attacks with its shadow stealth ability, which allows it to hide in the shadows of objects or people and surprise their enemies. 

Trivia:

Her Stand, Little Talks, is named after the song under the same name by Icelandic indie folk and rock band: "Of Monsters and Men".

The Stand's appearance draws heavy inspiration from Hatsune Miku, a Vocaloid software voicebank developed by Crypton Future Media taking on the form of a 16-year-old virtual idol, this reflects Noriko's fascination with both Japanese Idols and other interests associated with Otakus and nerds.

They also draw inspiration from Asuka Langley Soryu's human and Evangelion synthesis; Crimson A1, from the "Neon Genesis Evangelion: ANIMA" novel series. Another reference to Noriko's interests associated with Otakus and nerds.

There had been signs of Little Talks' awakening during Part 4, but still laid dormant until Part 6 due to Noriko not having the fighting spirit yet.

If Noriko and her Stand were in the anime, their English Localized name would've been either [Little Voice], or [Small Talks]. OC Stand belongs to me

the flowers are mostly the same on the second set of cards, though some are changed (notably Len who now has different flowers to Rin), and a few others gain or lose a flower or two. Tsukasa has fuchsias, An has paperflowers, airi i think has blossom and ena i think has yellow lupins now and that's as far as my flower knowledge goes.

Trans Denmark headcanons since I'm tired

the first time the Nordics saw Denmark without a binder they all nearly jumped out of their skins they were shocked

Denmark: are you guys okay?

Iceland: Y-you you have–

Denmark: *incredibly confused on why this is a big deal and just goes to grab popcorn for movie night* Denmark being Denmark was oblivious to what they meant and spent the secound half of the nigh worrying about it, (Don't worry they assured him that it was just a suprise and that's all)

Periods are a pain for him, the first time the other nordics heard about it they were so scared he was going to bleed out

in the past Denmark hated if when people joked about him being feminine since it triggered his dysphoria

in modern day he's fine with being called feminine and liking feminine things (This man would like flowy dresses wether he was cis or trans and you can't change my mind)

Adding on to that, when He finally wore a dress for the first time he freaked out since he actually liked the dress and thought that meant he couldn't be a man (Which added onto him getting rid of anything feminine)

That got fixed after someone said he looked like a woman and he realised nope he was definatly a man

for formal events that there was no one outside the country comming his old goverment made him dress a woman while they were fine having in day to day life being presented as a man (Because they feared the other countries wouldn't respect them otherwise) formal events with no outsiders he had to dress up

He ironicly enough became really good at makeup so he was able to teach Faeroe when she started getting and interest in it

semi-related to above Faeroe is the only one who knows (Aside from denmark of course) that biologically Denmark is her and Greenland's father
